Abstract
Description
【0001】

The game ball passing through the passage is transferred to the lifting device (30). When the game balls are accumulated in the upper storage tank (31) over the predetermined upper limit amount, the upper limit detection signal is output and the game balls are stored in the predetermined lower limit amount. The upper storage detection means (33) that outputs a lower limit detection signal when it decreases to the following, and the operation of the transport means (41) is controlled based on the upper limit detection signal, while based on the lower limit detection signal A game ball processing apparatus comprising: control means (100) configured to prevent an excess or shortage of game balls in the upper storage tank (31) by controlling opening of the opening / closing member (92).
[0008]
[3] A replenishing means (50) provided along the conveying means (41) and a detecting means (55) for detecting the amount of game balls stored in the replenishing means (50).
The control means (100) includes control means (100) for controlling the operation of the transport means (41) based on a signal from the detection means (55) [1] or [2] The game ball processing device according to 1.
[0009]
[4] A plurality of lower storage tanks (70) are installed at the lower part of the gaming machine island (10),
The control means (100) is a control in which the opening / closing member (92) is controlled to be opened and closed by the control means (100) when a game ball in the lower storage tank (70) is guided out of the lower storage tank (70). The gaming ball processing device according to [1] or [2], wherein the opening / closing member (92) having the oldest control history is opened based on the history.
[0010]
Next, the operation of the invention described in each of the above items will be described.
According to the game ball processing apparatus of [1], the transport means (41) is operated so that the game balls in the upper storage tank (31) are stored in the upper part of the gaming machine island (10). Machine Island (10) Can be transported in the longitudinal direction. Thereby, the game balls in the upper storage tank (31) are reduced. On the other hand, the passage through which the game balls in the lower storage tank (70) are guided to the outside of the lower storage tank (70) is opened by the opening / closing member (92), so that the game balls passing through the passage are lifted by the lifting device (30). Can be lifted to the upper tank. Thereby, the game balls in the upper storage tank (31) increase.
[0011]
The control means (100) can decrease or increase the game balls in the upper storage tank (31) by controlling the transport means (41) and the opening / closing member (92), respectively. Thus, it is possible to prevent the game balls in the upper storage tank (31) from being excessive or insufficient.
[0012]
As described in [2] above, the upper detection means (55) outputs an upper limit detection signal when the game balls are accumulated in the upper storage tank (31) at a predetermined upper limit amount or more, and the game balls are stored in a predetermined range. When the amount falls below the lower limit, a lower limit detection signal is output.
[0013]
The control means (100) controls the operation of the transport means (41) based on the upper limit detection signal. Thereby, the game balls in the upper storage tank (31) are reduced. On the other hand, the control means (100) controls the opening / closing member (92) to open based on the lower limit detection signal. Thereby, the game balls in the upper storage tank (31) increase. That is, the control means (100) can control the operation of the transport means (41) and the opening of the opening / closing member (92) so that the game balls in the upper storage tank (31) are not excessive or insufficient. .
[0014]
As described in the above [3], the game balls transported by the transport means (41) are supplied to the respective gaming machines without using power by the replenishing means (50) provided along the transport means (41). Distribute efficiently up to (20). Here, when a predetermined amount or more of game balls are accumulated in the replenishing means (50), the situation is detected by the detecting means (55), and a detection signal is output from the detecting means (55).
[0015]
And a control means (100) controls operation | movement of the said conveyance means (41) based on the signal from the said detection means (55). This makes it possible to appropriately control the transport in view of the storage state of the game balls, prevent the game balls from staying and being excessively supplied, and preventing unnecessary transport of the transport means (41), and efficiently and quickly Each gaming machine (20) can be replenished.
[0016]
As described in [4] above, a plurality of lower storage tanks (70) are installed on the gaming machine island (10). When the game balls in the lower storage tank (70) are led out of the lower storage tank (70) in order to supply each gaming machine (20) with the game balls in the lower storage tank (70), control means ( 100) opens the opening / closing member (92) having the oldest control history. Thereby, a channel | path is opened and the game ball in a lower storage tank (70) is guide | induced outside the lower storage tank (70). The game ball does not stay in the lower storage tank (70) for a long time and is effectively used in each game machine (20). Thereby, it is possible to prevent the game ball from being rusted or corroded in the lower storage tank (70).

【The invention's effect】
According to the game ball processing apparatus of the present invention, the control means controls the transport means and the opening / closing member, respectively, so that the game balls in the upper storage tank are increased or decreased. The balls can be maintained so as not to be excessive or insufficient, and even if the upper storage tank is not made large, the game balls can be replenished to each gaming machine with sufficient margins, and parts such as a relay tank are unnecessary. Thus, the cost can be reduced.
[0123]
In addition, since the control means controls the operation of the conveying means based on the signal from the detecting means, it becomes possible to appropriately control the conveyance in view of the storage state of the game balls, and the retention and supply of the game balls Excessive and unnecessary driving of the transport means can be prevented, and game balls can be replenished to each gaming machine efficiently and quickly. Further, when the game balls in the lower storage tank are led out of the lower storage tank in order to supply each gaming machine with the game balls in the lower storage tank, the control means opens the opening / closing member having the oldest control history. Therefore, the game ball does not stay in the lower storage tank for a long time, and is used effectively in each gaming machine, and the game ball can be prevented from being rusted or corroded in the lower storage tank.
