Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heating device having an air cleaning function.
Considering the downsizing of the heating device with an air cleaning function, it is advantageous to provide the intake ports of the heating device and the air purifier at positions adjacent to each other as much as possible, rather than providing them at positions apart from each other. is there. Furthermore, in consideration of reducing the burden of maintenance and management of the air filter, it is advantageous to share one intake port.
An air filter is installed at the air inlet, and if a heating device with an air cleaning function is used, foreign matter is trapped in the air filter and the air filter is unavoidably clogged. When the air filter becomes clogged, the air volume for the heating device and the air volume for the air cleaner are insufficient.
Whether the air intake of the heating device and the air cleaner are adjacent to each other or when one air intake is shared, if the heating device and the air purifier are used at the same time, supply of air necessary for the heating device The amount can be affected by the amount of air supplied to the air cleaner. In consideration of this, even if the air cleaning function and the heating function are used at the same time or only one of them is used, an appropriate amount of air is always secured for the heating device. Therefore, it is necessary to secure an appropriate amount of flow.
However, even if the air cleaning function and the heating function are used at the same time or only one of them is used against the phenomenon that the air filter becomes clogged by the use of the device, the air purifier is always used. It is not easy to secure an appropriate amount for the heating device and an appropriate amount for the heating device. If the air filter is clogged and the air purification function and the heating function are used at the same time so that the amount of air for the heating device does not become insufficient, the fan will be operated beyond the capacity of the fan, and the fan with a higher capacity Is required. A large-capacity blower increases power consumption and increases operating noise, and also makes it impossible to downsize the entire apparatus.
When the air intake of the heating device and the air cleaner are placed adjacent to each other, or when a single air intake is shared, the overall size of the equipment is reduced, so that power consumption and operating noise are kept to an appropriate level. When the air cleaning function and the heating function are used at the same time, the amount of air for the heating device tends to be insufficient. When the air filter is slightly clogged, the amount of air for the heating device may be insufficient and heating operation may not be possible.
In the present invention, while using a blower that can suppress power consumption and operating noise to an appropriate value, the amount of air for heating does not become insufficient as long as the air filter is slightly clogged. Realize technology that enables continuous operation.
In this invention, the air blower of the grade which can suppress power consumption and driving | running noise to an appropriate value is used. If the air filter is clean, this blower supplies air necessary for the heating operation to the heating device when the air purification function and the heating function are used at the same time, and cleans the air necessary for the air purification operation. Can be supplied to the machine. However, since the power consumption and operating noise are controlled to appropriate values, there is no margin in the ventilation capacity, and if the air filter becomes slightly soiled, the air supplied to the heating device when the air cleaning function and the heating function are used simultaneously Insufficient quantity and possible incomplete combustion. In this case, normally, the heating operation must be forcibly stopped. In the present invention, the heating operation need not be stopped as long as the air filter is slightly soiled, and the continuous operation can be performed. Therefore, in the present invention, if the air filter is slightly soiled and the air cleaning function and the heating function are used at the same time, the air cleaning operation is forcibly stopped when the amount of air supplied to the heating device is insufficient. Then, the air supplied to the air purifier can be supplied to the heating device, and the heating operation can be continued.
When the air filter becomes further dirty, the amount of air supplied to the heating device is insufficient even when only the heating operation is performed. The present invention cannot solve this problem. The present invention realizes a heating apparatus that can continue the heating operation as long as the air filter is slightly soiled, and can continue the heating operation until it is severely soiled.
(One way to solve the problem)
A heating apparatus having an air cleaning function according to the present invention includes a burner that burns fuel, a combustion state monitoring device that monitors the combustion state of the burner, and sucks air from a common intake port and supplies the air to the burner. A first blower that blows heated hot air from the hot air outlet, an air purifying unit that purifies the air, and aspirating air from a common intake port and supplying the air to the air purifying unit and by the air purifying unit The 2nd air blower which blows off the purified air from the purified air blower outlet is provided. Furthermore, it is provided with control means for lowering the operation level of the second blower until the incomplete combustion state is resolved when the incomplete combustion state is determined by the combustion state monitoring device.
The air purifying means here is one that purifies air by passing through a dust collection filter, one that generates sterilization ions and cleans the air with sterilization ions, and passes the dust collection filter and removes it. Various types of air cleaning means are included, such as those that generate bacteria ions to purify the air, or those that generate negative ions to clean the air.
(The action and effect)
In this apparatus, the intake port through which the first blower sucks heating air and the intake port through which the second blower sucks clean air are shared. That is, both the air necessary for burning the fuel and the air necessary for the air cleaning means to clean the air are sucked from the same intake port. When the heating operation and the cleaning operation are performed at the same time, an amount of air necessary for each is sucked from the common intake port.
This apparatus includes means for monitoring the combustion state of a burner that burns fuel and heats air. When the air filter provided at the intake port is slightly clogged and the amount of air sucked from the intake port is reduced, and the combustion state monitoring means determines that the incomplete combustion state is present, the control means operates the second blower. Decrease the level. As a result, the amount of air supplied to the air cleaning means is reduced, the amount of air necessary for the heating means is secured, the incomplete combustion state is eliminated, and the heating operation can be continued.
(One preferred means)
It is preferable that the control means prohibits the operation of the air cleaning means and the second blower when the operation level of the second blower cannot be lowered any more.
(The action and effect)
If the control means can reduce the operation level of the second blower to zero, the entire amount of air sucked from the intake port can be supplied to the heating device, and the range in which the heating operation can be continued is possible. Stretched.
(One preferred means)
It is preferable that a notification means for notifying that the operation of the air cleaning means and the second blower is prohibited is added.
(The action and effect)
Thereby, the user can know that the air cleaning operation is prohibited. In addition, it is possible to know in advance that the air filter is slightly soiled and if it is left unattended, it will eventually become heavily soiled and heating operation cannot be performed.

A first embodiment of a gas fan heater having an air cleaning function embodying the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
FIG. 1 schematically shows a front view of the
As shown in FIG. 2, a

Next, the operation of the
First, when the user turns on the heating operation switch 12a (step S2), the heating unit control means 16b starts the heating operation at
After the heating operation is started, the
On the other hand, if it is determined in step S6 that the threshold value is exceeded, it is determined in step S8 whether or not an air cleaning operation is being performed. Below, the case where the air purification driving | operation is already performed first is demonstrated. An example of this is shown in FIG. In this example, since the heating operation level is initially high at the time of T1, the threshold value of the normal range of the detected temperature is low, and the heating operation level is lowered stepwise as the set temperature approaches the room temperature. Since the heating operation level becomes constant when the set temperature and the room temperature coincide with each other, the threshold value is also constant. On the other hand, the temperature detected by the
In step S10, the air cleaning unit control means 16c determines whether or not the air cleaning operation level can be lowered. If the air cleaning operation is being performed at a level other than the lowest level “weak”, the level can be lowered, so that it is determined YES, and the air cleaning operation level is automatically lowered by one step in step S14.
If it determines with continuing heating operation by continuing step S18, it will return to step S4. When the combustion state monitoring means 16a acquires the detected temperature of the thermistor 18 (step S4), it is determined whether or not the detected temperature is below the normal range threshold (step S6), and when it is determined that the threshold is still exceeded. Processing up to step S18 is performed. A series of processing from step S4 to step S18 is repeated, and the air cleaning operation level is automatically lowered step by step.
On the other hand, when it is determined in step S10 that the air cleaning unit control means 16c cannot lower the air cleaning operation level (when the air cleaning operation is performed at the lowest level “weak”), step S12 is performed. Then, the air cleaning operation is stopped, and the display control means 16d flashes the
If it determines with continuing heating operation by continuing step S18, it will return to step S4. Again, the combustion state monitoring means 16a acquires the detected temperature of the thermistor 18 (step S4), determines whether or not the detected temperature is below the normal range threshold (step S6), and determines that it is below the threshold. For example, it is possible to proceed to step S18 and continue only the heating operation.
As described above, the detected temperature that would continue to rise beyond the threshold value as indicated by the
On the other hand, after stopping the air cleaning operation in step S12, the process returns from step S18 to step S4, and when it is determined in step S6 that the detected temperature still exceeds the threshold value, NO is determined in step S8. In this case, the process proceeds to step S16. In step S16, the heating unit control means 16b also stops the heating operation, and the display control means 16d causes the
As a result, the air cleaning operation and the heating operation are stopped, and the operation of the
Next, a case where the air cleaning operation has not yet been started will be described. An example of this is shown in FIG. In this example, the detected temperature of the
In step S16, the air cleaning unit control means 16c enters the air cleaning operation start disabled mode, and the display control means 16d causes the
As described above, by making the start of the air cleaning operation impossible, it is possible to avoid the detected temperature from rapidly rising from the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, by reducing the level of the air cleaning operation, it is possible to continue in a normal state without lowering the level of the heating operation. When the level of the air cleaning operation cannot be lowered, the same effect can be obtained by stopping the cleaning operation.
Moreover, when the air cleaning operation has not yet started when it is determined that the combustion state is incomplete, danger can be avoided by disabling the start of the cleaning operation and stopping the heating operation.
