Abstract
Description
【0001】
V0=V2−V1

V0=V2−V1
【0181】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquid type detection device and a liquid type detection method for detecting the type and concentration of a fluid such as an organic solution such as gasoline, light oil, and a plant as fuel in an automobile.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, automobile exhaust gas contains pollutants such as unburned hydrocarbon (HC), NOx gas, SOx gas, etc. In order to reduce this, for example, SOx contains S in gasoline. Reduction is carried out by removing unburned HC with a catalyst.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in such an automobile system, as shown in FIG. 18, various gasolines having different distillation properties (differing easiness of evaporation) exist in the gasoline sold all over the world.
[0007]
That is, FIG. 18 shows the distillation properties of gasoline, and the relationship between percent and temperature, for example, where the horizontal axis is 50% (T50), what is the temperature at which 50% of various gasolines evaporate? It shows.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 18, for example, standard gasoline No. On the other hand, A2 gasoline is the heaviest (hard to evaporate) gasoline. The gasoline No. 7 indicates the lightest (evaporated) gasoline.
[0009]
Therefore, as shown in Table 1 below, for example, standard gasoline No. When the heavier gasoline A2 is used in the vehicle adjusted to the stoichiometric air-fuel ratio in 3, the amount of HC in the exhaust gas is small, but the engine and the catalyst device are not particularly warm when starting the engine. In this case, the torque becomes insufficient.
[0010]
Conversely, lighter gasoline No. 7 is sufficient, the torque is higher than the stoichiometric air-fuel ratio, and the amount of HC in the exhaust gas increases especially when the engine is not warmed, especially when the engine and catalyst device are not warmed. Unfavorable impact on the environment.

By the way, the inventors of the present invention have already disclosed in
[0013]
However, in this fluid detection method, since it is necessary to periodically energize the heating element (multiple pulses), it takes time for detection, and it is difficult to detect fluid instantaneously. In addition, this method can perform fluid detection by using representative values for substances having considerably different properties such as water, air, and oil. It is difficult to perform accurate and rapid detection.
[0014]
On the other hand, recently, considering the influence of NOx in exhaust gas on the environment, for example, a urea solution is supplied to the

In addition, when using such a solution in which a substance is dissolved in an organic solvent in a system using kerosene, a plant, or the like as well as such an automobile system, the liquid type and concentration are similarly set. There is a similar problem that needs to be detected.

In view of such a current situation, the present invention aims to provide a liquid type detection device and a liquid type detection method capable of detecting the liquid type and concentration of a fluid in a compact, accurate and rapid manner. .
[0024]
Another object of the present invention is to provide an automobile liquid type detection apparatus and an automobile liquid type detection method using such a liquid type detection apparatus and liquid type detection method.
[0025]
Furthermore, the present invention provides a vehicle exhaust gas reduction device and vehicle exhaust that can efficiently reduce exhaust gas and improve fuel efficiency using such a liquid type detection device and liquid type detection method. An object is to provide a gas reduction method.
[0026]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in order to achieve the above-described problems and objects in the prior art, and the liquid type detection device of the present invention is either a liquid type detection or a concentration detection of a fluid, or its A liquid type detection device for detecting both,
A liquid type detection chamber for temporarily retaining a fluid to be detected introduced into the liquid type detection device body; and
A liquid type detection sensor disposed in the liquid type detection chamber;
And a flow control plate disposed in the liquid type detection chamber and surrounding the liquid type detection sensor.
[0027]
Further, the liquid type detection method of the present invention is a liquid type detection method for detecting either the liquid type detection of the fluid, the concentration detection, or both,
A liquid type detection chamber for temporarily retaining a fluid to be detected introduced into the liquid type detection device body; and
A liquid type detection sensor disposed in the liquid type detection chamber;
Using a liquid type detection device provided in the liquid type detection chamber and provided with a flow control plate surrounding the liquid type detection sensor,
Stop the introduction of the fluid to be detected into the main body of the liquid type detection device, temporarily hold the fluid to be detected in the liquid type detection chamber, and either or both of the liquid type detection and the concentration detection of the liquid to be detected It is characterized by performing.
[0028]
With this configuration, when the introduction of the fluid to be detected into the liquid type detection device main body is stopped and the fluid to be detected is temporarily retained in the liquid type detection chamber, the detection in the liquid type detection chamber is performed. The flow of the fluid is suppressed by the flow control plate, and the flow of the detected fluid around the liquid type detection sensor located inside the flow control plate surrounded by the flow control plate is instantaneously stopped.
[0029]
Therefore, when the liquid type and concentration are detected by the liquid type detection sensor, the flow of the detected fluid does not occur, and the disturbance of the detected fluid due to vibration does not occur. Can be prevented, and the liquid type and concentration of the fluid to be detected can be accurately measured.
[0030]
In addition, since the liquid type detection chamber is provided, the amount of fluid to be detected increases, so that the detection of the liquid type and concentration of the liquid to be detected is affected by ambient effects such as external temperature. And accurate detection can be performed.
[0031]
Therefore, for example, when applied to a fluid such as gasoline or light oil in an automobile, when the automobile is stopped due to a signal or the like, the pump of gasoline or the like is stopped and the liquid type and concentration of the fluid to be detected are instantly changed. It can be detected, and after the detection is completed, the pump can be started and the automobile can be started again, so that the running of the automobile is not hindered.
[0032]
In the present invention, the flow control plate is formed with a fluid inlet facing the fluid inlet of the liquid type detection chamber and a fluid outlet facing the fluid outlet of the liquid type detection chamber. It is characterized by.
[0033]
With this configuration, the fluid to be detected flows from the fluid introduction port of the liquid type detection chamber to the inside of the flow control plate surrounded by the flow control plate via the fluid inlet of the flow control plate. It is possible to detect the liquid type and concentration of the fluid to be detected by reliably entering the periphery of the liquid type detection sensor located inside, and using the liquid type detection sensor.
[0034]
Then, after detecting the liquid type and concentration of the fluid to be detected by the liquid type detection sensor, the detected fluid is detected from the fluid outlet of the liquid type detection chamber via the fluid outlet of the flow control plate. Since it can discharge reliably, the detection of the to-be-detected fluid can be implemented sequentially.
[0035]
In addition, since air mixed in the fluid to be detected can be reliably discharged from the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber through the fluid outlet of the flow control plate during this detection, Since air does not stay around the liquid type detection sensor, the influence on detection can be prevented and accurate detection can be performed.
[0036]
In the present invention, the fluid introduction port of the liquid type detection chamber and the fluid inlet of the flow control plate are separated by a predetermined distance,
The fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber and the fluid outlet of the flow control plate are separated from each other by a predetermined distance.
[0037]
Since the fluid introduction port of the liquid type detection chamber and the fluid inlet of the flow control plate are thus separated by a predetermined distance, the air mixed in the fluid to be detected moves to the outside of the flow control plate through these gaps. Thus, the liquid is discharged from the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber.
[0038]
Therefore, since air does not enter the flow control plate, air does not stay around the liquid type detection sensor, so that the influence on the detection can be prevented and accurate detection can be performed. it can.
[0039]
Moreover, even if air enters the flow control plate, this air can be reliably discharged from the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber via the fluid outlet of the flow control plate. Since air does not stay around the liquid type detection sensor, the influence on detection can be prevented and accurate detection can be performed.
[0040]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the side wall in the vicinity of the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber is formed in a substantially arc shape.
[0041]
Since the side wall in the vicinity of the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber is thus formed in a substantially arc shape, the air mixed into the fluid to be detected along the side wall of the substantially arc-shaped liquid type detection chamber is It is guided to the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber and discharged.
[0042]
Therefore, air does not collect in the vicinity of the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber, and air does not stay around the liquid type detection sensor. It can be carried out.
[0043]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the liquid type detection chamber has a substantially circular tube-shaped side wall, and a fluid introduction port and a fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber are formed so as to face the side wall. To do.
[0044]
In this way, the liquid type detection chamber has a substantially circular tube-shaped side wall, and the fluid introduction port and the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber are formed so as to face the side wall. In the vicinity of the fluid introduction port of the liquid type detection chamber, the air that has entered from the mouth is guided to the outside along the substantially arc-shaped side wall, so that the air flows through the fluid inlet of the flow control plate. There is no penetration into the flow control plate.
[0045]
In addition, the air mixed in the fluid to be detected is guided inwardly toward the fluid discharge port along the substantially arc-shaped side wall in the vicinity of the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber. It is led to the fluid outlet of the chamber and discharged.
[0046]
Therefore, air does not collect in the vicinity of the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber, and air does not stay around the liquid type detection sensor. It can be carried out.
[0047]
Moreover, the present invention is characterized in that a heat insulating member is interposed between the liquid type detection device main body and the liquid type detection chamber.
[0048]
As described above, since the heat insulation member is interposed between the liquid type detection device main body and the liquid type detection chamber, the influence of the outside air temperature, the influence of external vibration, the influence of external noise such as external electromagnetic waves, etc. However, since the liquid to be detected in the liquid type detection chamber and the liquid type detection sensor are not affected, the liquid type and concentration of the liquid to be detected can always be accurately detected.
[0049]
For example, when the present invention is applied to the detection of gasoline and light oil in automobiles, the temperature difference between winter and summer, the temperature difference due to direct sunlight and snow, the influence of external noise such as electromagnetic waves, and the vibration during driving, stone It is possible to prevent the detection sensor from being affected by impacts from splashes and the like, and to always detect the liquid type and concentration of the fluid to be detected accurately.
[0050]
Further, the present invention provides the liquid type detection sensor,
A liquid type detection sensor heater disposed in the liquid type detection chamber;
A liquid temperature sensor disposed in the liquid type detection chamber at a predetermined interval from the liquid type detection sensor heater,
The liquid type detection sensor heater includes a heater and a liquid temperature sensor for liquid type detection disposed in the vicinity of the heater,
When performing either or both of liquid type detection and concentration detection of the detected fluid, a pulse voltage is applied to the liquid type detection sensor heater for a predetermined time, and the heater detects the liquid type detection chamber. The liquid to be detected temporarily retained in the liquid is heated, and either the liquid type detection or the concentration detection is performed by the voltage output difference V0 corresponding to the temperature difference between the initial temperature and the peak temperature of the liquid temperature sensor for liquid type detection. Alternatively, both are configured to perform both.
[0051]
With this configuration, since it is only necessary to apply a pulse voltage for a predetermined time, the fluid can be accurately and quickly heated with a short time and without heating to a temperature at which a fluid such as gasoline is ignited. It is possible to detect the type and density.
[0052]
In other words, using the correlation between the kinematic viscosity of the fluid and the sensor output, using natural convection, and using the applied voltage of one pulse, the type and concentration of the fluid are detected accurately and quickly. Is possible.
[0053]
In the present invention, the voltage output difference V0 is an average obtained by sampling an initial voltage before applying the pulse voltage a predetermined number of times and an average initial voltage V1 obtained by sampling the peak voltage after applying the pulse voltage a predetermined number of times. The voltage difference from the peak voltage V2, ie,
V0 = V2-V1
It is characterized by being.
[0054]
With this configuration, the voltage output difference V0 can be accurately obtained based on an average value of a predetermined number of samplings with respect to an applied voltage of one pulse. Can be detected.
[0055]
Further, the present invention is based on calibration curve data that is a correlation of voltage output difference with respect to temperature for a predetermined reference fluid stored in advance.
The voltage output difference V0 obtained for the detected fluid is configured to detect either or both of the liquid type detection and the concentration detection of the detected fluid.
[0056]
By configuring in this way, the voltage output difference V0 obtained for the detected fluid based on the calibration curve data which is the correlation of the voltage output difference with respect to the temperature for the predetermined reference fluid stored in advance, the fluid Therefore, the type and concentration of the fluid can be detected more accurately and quickly.
[0057]
In the present invention, the voltage output Vout for the voltage output difference V0 at the measured temperature of the fluid to be detected is
The correction is performed in correlation with the output voltage of the voltage output difference at the measured temperature for the predetermined threshold reference fluid.
[0058]
With this configuration, the voltage output Vout for the voltage output difference V0 at the measured temperature of the fluid to be detected is corrected in correlation with the output voltage for the voltage output difference at the measured temperature for the predetermined threshold reference fluid. By eliminating the influence of the voltage output difference V0 due to temperature, the voltage output Vout can be correlated more accurately with the properties of gasoline, and the type and concentration of the fluid can be detected more accurately and quickly. .
[0059]
Further, the invention is characterized in that the liquid type detection sensor heater is a laminated liquid type detection sensor heater in which a heater and a liquid type detection liquid temperature sensor are stacked via an insulating layer.
[0060]
By configuring in this way, there is no mechanism part that performs mechanical operation. Therefore, it does not cause malfunction due to deterioration with time or foreign matter in the fluid, and accurately and quickly detects the type and concentration of fluid. be able to.
[0061]
In addition, since the sensor unit can be configured to be extremely small, it is possible to detect the exact fluid type and concentration with extremely good thermal response.
[0062]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the heater of the liquid type detection sensor heater and the liquid temperature sensor for liquid type detection are configured to come into contact with the fluid to be detected through metal fins, respectively.
[0063]
By configuring in this way, the heater of the liquid type detection sensor heater and the liquid temperature sensor for liquid type detection do not directly contact the fluid to be detected, which may cause malfunction due to deterioration over time or foreign matter in the fluid. The type and concentration of fluid can be detected accurately and quickly.
[0064]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the liquid temperature sensor is configured to come into contact with a fluid to be detected through a metal fin.
[0065]
With this configuration, since the liquid temperature sensor does not directly contact the fluid to be detected, the fluid type and concentration can be accurately and quickly determined without causing malfunction due to deterioration over time or foreign matter in the fluid. Can be detected.
[0066]
Further, the liquid type detection device for an automobile of the present invention is an automobile liquid type detection device for detecting the type of gasoline or light oil,

[0068]
With this configuration, it is possible to accurately and quickly detect the type of gasoline or light oil in an automobile.

[0071]
By comprising in this way, since an ignition timing can be adjusted based on the detection result of the flow volume and kind of gasoline or light oil, an appropriate ignition timing can be obtained according to the kind of gasoline or light oil.
[0072]
Therefore, even when the engine is not warmed, particularly when the engine is not warmed, the torque is not reduced, the amount of HC and NOx in the exhaust gas can be reduced, and fuel consumption can be improved.
[0073]
The automobile exhaust gas reduction device of the present invention is an automobile exhaust gas reduction device,
While disposing any of the above liquid type detection devices in the gasoline or light oil tank, or upstream or downstream of the gasoline or light oil pump,
A gasoline or light oil compression control device that adjusts the compression rate of gasoline or light oil based on the type of gasoline or light oil detected by the liquid type detection device is provided.
[0074]
Further, the method for reducing exhaust gas of an automobile of the present invention is a method for reducing exhaust gas of an automobile,

[0075]
By comprising in this way, since the compression rate of gasoline or light oil can be adjusted based on the detection result of the kind of gasoline or light oil, the appropriate compression rate of gasoline or light oil is obtained according to the kind of gasoline be able to.
[0076]
Therefore, even when the engine is not warmed, particularly when the engine is not warmed, the torque is not reduced, the amount of HC and NOx in the exhaust gas can be reduced, and fuel consumption can be improved.

In this way, as shown in FIG. 9, with respect to a predetermined reference fluid, in this embodiment, the heaviest (hard to evaporate) gasoline A2 and the lightest (easy to evaporate) gasoline in this embodiment. No. For 7, calibration curve data, which is a correlation of the voltage output difference with respect to temperature, is obtained and stored in the
[0128]
Based on the calibration curve data, proportional calculation is performed in the
[0129]
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, the voltage output Vout for the voltage output difference V0 at the measured temperature T of the fluid to be detected is expressed as a predetermined threshold reference fluid (in this embodiment, gasoline A2 and gasoline No. 7). ) Is corrected in correlation with the output voltage of the voltage output difference at the measured temperature.
[0130]
That is, as shown in FIG. 10 (A), based on the calibration curve data, the voltage output difference V0-A2 of gasoline A2, gasoline No. 7 and a voltage output difference V0-S of the fluid to be detected.
[0131]
Then, as shown in FIG. 10B, the liquid type output of the threshold reference fluid at this time is set to a predetermined voltage, that is, in this embodiment, the liquid type output of gasoline A2 is set to 3.5V. Gasoline No. By setting the liquid type output of 7 to 0.5 V and obtaining the voltage output Vout of the fluid to be detected, it is possible to correlate with the properties of gasoline.
[0132]
By comparing the voltage output Vout of the fluid to be detected with the data stored in the
[0133]
In the above case, the pulse width (pulse application time) is preferably set so that the fluid to be detected stays in the case of liquid type detection and concentration detection, so that the fluid does not overheat. It is desirable to make it less than 5 seconds. On the other hand, in the case of flow rate detection, as the pulse width (pulse application time), since the fluid to be detected does not stay, the flow rate can be detected if it is 1 second or longer.
[0134]
The above gasoline type detection method uses the principle that the kinematic viscosity of gasoline and the sensor output have a correlation using natural convection.
[0135]
In addition, in such a gasoline liquid type detection method, it is known that there is a more correlation between the distillation properties of gasoline shown in FIG. 18 and the distillation properties T30 to T70, which is desirable.
[0136]
Further, when measuring the concentration of the fluid to be detected, for example, in the case of an identification urea solution, it is possible to correlate with the properties of urea by obtaining the voltage output Vout in the same manner as the liquid type detection described above. It is like that.
[0137]
The voltage output Vout of the identified urea solution is compared with the data stored in the

[0160]
Therefore, since the urea concentration of the urea solution in the urea tank can be maintained at a predetermined concentration, NOx in the exhaust gas can be reduced and extremely reduced.
[0161]
The preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the pulse voltage P, the number of samplings, and the like can be appropriately changed.
[0162]
In the above-described embodiments, the gasoline and urea solutions of the automobile system have been described. However, in the automobile system using light oil and kerosene, and when other fluids are used, for example, in a plant, a substance is added to the organic solvent. Various modifications can be made without departing from the object of the present invention, such as an apparatus for flowing a dissolved organic solution, which can be applied to the case of detecting the type and concentration of fluid.
[0163]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the introduction of the fluid to be detected into the liquid type detection device main body is stopped and the fluid to be detected in the liquid type detection chamber is temporarily retained when the fluid to be detected is temporarily retained in the liquid type detection chamber. The flow is suppressed by the flow control plate, and the flow of the fluid to be detected around the liquid type detection sensor located inside the flow control plate surrounded by the flow control plate is instantaneously stopped.
[0164]
Therefore, when the liquid type and concentration are detected by the liquid type detection sensor, the flow of the detected fluid does not occur, and the disturbance of the detected fluid due to vibration does not occur. Can be prevented, and the liquid type and concentration of the fluid to be detected can be accurately measured.
[0165]
In addition, since the liquid type detection chamber is provided, the amount of fluid to be detected increases, so that the detection of the liquid type and concentration of the liquid to be detected is affected by ambient effects such as external temperature. And accurate detection can be performed.
[0166]
Therefore, for example, when applied to a fluid such as gasoline or light oil in an automobile, when the automobile is stopped due to a signal or the like, the pump of gasoline or the like is stopped and the liquid type and concentration of the fluid to be detected are instantly changed. It can be detected, and after the detection is completed, the pump can be started and the automobile can be started again, so that the running of the automobile is not hindered.
[0167]
Further, according to the present invention, the fluid to be detected flows from the fluid introduction port of the liquid type detection chamber to the inside of the flow control plate surrounded by the flow control plate via the fluid inlet of the flow control plate. It is possible to detect the liquid type and concentration of the fluid to be detected by reliably entering the periphery of the liquid type detection sensor located inside, and using the liquid type detection sensor.
[0168]
Then, after detecting the liquid type and concentration of the fluid to be detected by the liquid type detection sensor, the detected fluid is detected from the fluid outlet of the liquid type detection chamber via the fluid outlet of the flow control plate. Since it can discharge reliably, the detection of the to-be-detected fluid can be implemented sequentially.
[0169]
In addition, since air mixed in the fluid to be detected can be reliably discharged from the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber through the fluid outlet of the flow control plate during this detection, Since air does not stay around the liquid type detection sensor, the influence on detection can be prevented and accurate detection can be performed.
[0170]
Further, according to the present invention, the fluid introduction port of the liquid type detection chamber and the fluid inlet port of the flow control plate are separated by a predetermined distance, so that air mixed into the detected fluid is flow-controlled through these gaps. It moves to the outside of the plate and is discharged to the outside from the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber.
[0171]
Therefore, since air does not enter the flow control plate, air does not stay around the liquid type detection sensor, so that the influence on the detection can be prevented and accurate detection can be performed. it can.
[0172]
Moreover, even if air enters the flow control plate, this air can be reliably discharged from the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber via the fluid outlet of the flow control plate. Since air does not stay around the liquid type detection sensor, the influence on detection can be prevented and accurate detection can be performed.
[0173]
Further, according to the present invention, the side wall in the vicinity of the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber is formed in a substantially arc shape, so that the fluid to be detected along the side wall of the substantially arc-shaped liquid type detection chamber. The mixed air is guided to the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber and discharged.
[0174]
Therefore, air does not collect in the vicinity of the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber, and air does not stay around the liquid type detection sensor. It can be carried out.
[0175]
Further, according to the present invention, the liquid type detection chamber includes a substantially circular tube-shaped side wall, and the fluid introduction port and the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber are formed so as to face the side wall. The air that has entered from the fluid introduction port of the detection chamber is led to the outside along the substantially arc-shaped side wall in the vicinity of the fluid introduction port of the liquid type detection chamber. Thus, air does not enter the flow control plate.
[0176]
In addition, the air mixed in the fluid to be detected is guided inwardly toward the fluid discharge port along the substantially arc-shaped side wall in the vicinity of the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber. It is led to the fluid outlet of the chamber and discharged.
[0177]
Therefore, air does not collect in the vicinity of the fluid discharge port of the liquid type detection chamber, and air does not stay around the liquid type detection sensor. It can be carried out.
[0178]
Further, according to the present invention, since a heat insulating member is interposed between the liquid type detection device main body and the liquid type detection chamber, the influence of the outside air temperature, the influence of external vibration, the external electromagnetic wave, etc. Since the influence of external noise on the fluid type detection chamber does not affect the fluid type detection sensor and the liquid type detection sensor, the liquid type and concentration of the fluid to be detected can always be accurately detected. .
[0179]
For example, when the present invention is applied to the detection of gasoline and light oil in automobiles, the temperature difference between winter and summer, the temperature difference due to direct sunlight and snow, the influence of external noise such as electromagnetic waves, and the vibration during driving, stone It is possible to prevent the detection sensor from being affected by impacts from splashes and the like, and to always detect the liquid type and concentration of the fluid to be detected accurately.
[0180]
Further, according to the present invention, since it is only necessary to apply a pulse voltage for a predetermined time, the fluid can be accurately and quickly heated with a short time and without heating to a temperature at which a fluid such as gasoline is ignited. It is possible to detect the type and density.
[0181]
In other words, using the correlation between the kinematic viscosity of the fluid and the sensor output, using natural convection, and using the applied voltage of one pulse, the type and concentration of the fluid are detected accurately and quickly. Is possible.
[0182]
In addition, according to the present invention, the voltage output difference V0 can be accurately obtained based on an average value of a predetermined number of samplings with respect to an applied voltage of one pulse, so that the type and concentration of fluid can be accurately and quickly. Can be detected.
[0183]
Further, according to the present invention, based on the calibration curve data which is the correlation of the voltage output difference with respect to the temperature for the predetermined reference fluid stored in advance, the fluid is obtained by the voltage output difference V0 obtained for the detected fluid. Therefore, the type and concentration of the fluid can be detected more accurately and quickly.
[0184]
Further, according to the present invention, the voltage output Vout for the voltage output difference V0 at the measured temperature of the fluid to be detected is corrected in correlation with the output voltage for the voltage output difference at the measured temperature for the predetermined threshold reference fluid. By eliminating the influence of the voltage output difference V0 due to temperature, the voltage output Vout can be correlated more accurately with the properties of gasoline, and the type and concentration of the fluid can be detected more accurately and quickly. .
[0185]
Further, according to the present invention, the liquid type detection sensor heater is a laminated liquid type detection sensor heater in which a heater and a liquid type detection liquid temperature sensor are stacked via an insulating layer. Since there is no mechanism portion to perform, the type and concentration of the fluid can be detected accurately and quickly without causing malfunction due to deterioration with time or foreign matter in the fluid.
[0186]
In addition, since the sensor unit can be configured to be extremely small, it is possible to detect the exact fluid type and concentration with extremely good thermal response.
[0187]
Further, according to the present invention, since the heater of the liquid type detection sensor heater and the liquid temperature sensor for liquid type detection are configured to come into contact with the fluid to be detected through the metal fins, respectively, the liquid type detection Since the heater of the sensor heater and the liquid temperature sensor for detecting the liquid type do not directly contact the fluid to be detected, it does not cause malfunction due to aging or foreign matter in the fluid, and the type of fluid can be accurately and quickly The density can be detected.
[0188]
Further, according to the present invention, since the liquid temperature sensor is configured to contact the fluid to be detected via the metal fin, the liquid temperature sensor does not directly contact the fluid to be detected. It is possible to detect the type and concentration of fluid accurately and quickly without causing malfunction due to foreign matters in the fluid.
[0189]
In addition, according to the present invention, it is possible to accurately and quickly detect the flow rate and type of gasoline or light oil and adjust the ignition timing based on the detection result of the flow rate and type of gasoline or light oil. Therefore, appropriate ignition timing can be obtained according to the flow rate and type of gasoline or light oil.
[0190]
In addition, according to the present invention, it is possible to accurately and quickly detect the flow rate and type of gasoline or light oil in an automobile, and the compression rate of gasoline can be determined based on the detection result of the flow rate and type of gasoline or light oil. Since it can be adjusted, an appropriate compression ratio of gasoline or light oil can be obtained according to the flow rate or type of gasoline or light oil.
[0191]
Accordingly, even when the engine is not warmed, particularly when the engine and the catalyst device are not warmed, the torque is not reduced, the amount of HC in the exhaust gas can be reduced, and the fuel consumption can be improved.
[0192]
Furthermore, according to the present invention, in order for the reduction reaction to occur efficiently on the upstream side of the catalyst device without solidifying the urea solution, for example, urea 32.5%, H2Whether or not 0 is 67.5% can be determined quickly and accurately.
[0193]
Therefore, since the urea concentration of the urea solution in the urea tank can be maintained at a predetermined concentration, the NOx in the exhaust gas can be reduced and extremely reduced, and many remarkable and unique effects can be obtained. It is an excellent invention.
