<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine with better outer appearance than that of a game machine with a spring-up type ashtray lid, capable of securely storing the ashtray lid in a reduced space. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine comprises an ashtray body 3 mounted on the front face of a game machine body 1 with an opening 302 for reserving cigarette butts and the flat plate-like ashtray lid 4 covering the opening 302. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ遊技機に係り、例えば、遊技機本体の前面下部の下球皿に喫煙者用の灰皿を備えた遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、遊技店内の禁煙コーナーに設けられているパチンコ遊技機に灰皿が使用可能な状態で設けられていると、遊技者に使用されることがあって、禁煙の管理が難しくなる。このため、同一機種であっても、遊技店の判断によって、その設置場所（喫煙コーナー又は禁煙コーナー）に応じて、灰皿が使用可能状態なものと、灰皿が使用不能状態なものとに選択できるように、遊技機に灰皿蓋を設け、灰皿の開口部を蓋で覆った灰皿使用可能状態と、灰皿蓋を収納領域に納めた灰皿使用不能状態とに使い分けできる遊技機が発明されている。

そのような遊技機の具体的な構成は、パチンコ遊技機の下球皿に設置される灰皿が、その両側壁から水平方向へ軸が突設され、その軸を下球皿の収納凹部内側面に形成された孔に嵌入することで、軸を中心にして前方へ回動自在になっている。従って、清掃時には灰皿を前方に回動させることによって、灰皿の中に貯まった吸殻などの除去を簡単に行うことができる。

また、同様の遊技機の例としては、灰皿としての使用だけでなく、遊技者の意思に応じて、灰皿としての機能をなくして物品の保持台として使用できることを目的として、灰皿を灰皿蓋が覆う状態における上面に諸物品を載置可能な凹部を灰皿蓋に設けた遊技機（例えば、特許文献１）や、中空の球体を分割した形状をなす灰皿蓋を採用し、その灰皿蓋が遊技機本体の内部に収納されるように回動させた遊技機（例えば、特許文献２）があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特許文献１に記載の技術は、灰皿を使用する際の灰皿蓋の位置が、灰皿上部に位置する遊技機本体の前面に設けられた収納領域に嵌め込まれているだけなので、遊技機への振動によって回動した灰皿蓋が、遊技者の意に反して灰皿を覆うことがあった。また、灰皿を使用しないとき、すなわち灰皿蓋が灰皿を覆っている状態では、灰皿上部に位置し、遊技機本体の前面に設けられた前記灰皿蓋を嵌め込んで収納するための凹部が目立ち、遊技機全体として見栄えが悪いものとなっていた。

また、特許文献２に記載の技術は、灰皿蓋を収める構造を採用しているので、分割された中空球体形状の灰皿蓋を収容するための領域を、遊技機の内部に形成しなければならず、球通路を設けた機構板や基板等の装置類を多数設けるための領域を制限してしまう結果を招いていた。

本発明は上記問題点を鑑みてなされたものであり、本発明の目的は、省スペースで灰皿蓋を確実に収納でき、かつ灰皿蓋を上方に跳ね上げる態様の遊技機よりも見栄えがよい遊技機を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するための、請求項１記載の発明は、遊技機本体の前面に設けられ、吸殻を貯留するための開口部が形成された灰皿本体と、前記開口部を覆う平板形状の灰皿蓋とを有する遊技機において、前記遊技機本体の前面と前記灰皿本体との間に前記灰皿蓋をその厚さ方向が前記遊技機本体の前方方向と同一方向になるように収納する収納領域が設けられたことを特徴とする。

係る構成のように、遊技機本体の前面と灰皿本体との間に収納領域を設けたため、遊技機への振動が与えられた場合でも遊技者の意に反して灰皿蓋が灰皿を覆ってしまうことがない。また、前記収納領域は、前記灰皿蓋をその厚さ方向が前記遊技機本体の前方方向となるように形成されるので、本来の遊技機本体の前面よりも前記灰皿蓋の厚さ分だけの凹部を形成することになり、遊技機本体内部に対する省スペース化が図られ、かつ灰皿蓋の収納領域を遊技機本体の前面と灰皿本体との間に設けたため、収納領域は灰皿本体によって隠され、遊技者からは見えない位置となるので、見栄えのよい遊技機を提供することができる。ここで、前記収納領域は、灰皿蓋の少なくとも一部を収納する領域が形成されればよく、灰皿蓋の全部が収納されることが望ましい。また、前記収納領域は灰皿蓋の大きさ、特に灰皿蓋の厚さに基づいて設計され、収納領域の前後方向の大きさは灰皿蓋の肉厚以下とすることが望ましく、更には灰皿蓋の肉厚と略同一とされることが望ましい。

上記課題を解決するための、請求項２記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の遊技機において、前記収納領域が前記遊技機本体の前面であって、その遊技機本体側に形成されたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明をその一種であるパチンコ遊技機（以下、「パチンコ機」という。）に具体化した一実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。

図１には、パチンコ機１０の前面側が略示されており、パチンコ機１０において機体の外郭をなす外枠１１の開口前面側には、各種の遊技機構成部材をセットする縦長方形の中枠１２が開閉及び着脱自在に組み付けられている。また、中枠１２の前面側には、機内部に配置された遊技盤１３を透視保護するためのガラス枠を備えた前枠１４と上球皿１５が共に横開き状態で開閉可能に組み付け整合されている。

また、前枠１４の前面側には、パチンコ機１０の各種遊技状態（図柄変動、大当り状態、賞球払出し状態など）に応じて点灯（点滅）・消灯などの発光装飾を行う電飾ランプ１６，１７が設けられている。なお、各電飾ランプ１６，１７の表面（レンズ部材の表面）は、例えば、赤色などの単一色で着色が施されている。

また、遊技盤１３の遊技領域の略中央には、図柄を可変させて図柄組み合わせゲームを行う図柄表示装置２０が配設されている。そして、図柄表示装置２０には、液晶画面からなる可視表示部２１が設けられており、当該可視表示部２１には、複数列（例えば、３列）の図柄が各列毎に表示されるようになっている。従って、遊技者は、可視表示部２１に表示された各列の図柄の組み合わせから大当り状態、リーチ状態、又は、はずれ状態の何れかの状態を認識することができる。例えば、可視表示部２１に表示された全列の図柄が同一の図柄である場合には、その組み合わせから大当り状態を認識することができる。そして、図柄組み合わせのゲームの結果、全列の図柄が同一の図柄からなる組み合わせとなった場合には、多数の遊技球（賞球）を獲得できるチャンスが遊技者に付与されるようになっている。

そして、本実施形態のパチンコ機１０は、外枠１１、中枠１２、前枠１４、上球皿１５及び下球皿１８などの各種の遊技機構成部材（以下、「構成部材」と言う。）本体の表面に模様層が施されている。具体的には、これらの構成部材本体の表面のうち、製品形態に組み付けられたパチンコ機１０（図１の状態）において、機前面側から遊技者が視認できる視認部位１１ａ，１２ａ，１４ａ，１５ａ，１８ａに模様層が施されている。

図２は、本実施形態の構成として、図１における構成部材のうち、灰皿を有する下球皿１８を、灰皿本体３とその灰皿本体３を支持する灰皿支持部材２とから構成された構成部材として模式的に示した図であり、図２（ａ）は下球皿１８の斜視図、図２（ｂ）は、図２（ａ）のＡ−Ａ断面図である。すなわち、本実施形態の説明においては、パチンコ機１０本体が、遊技機本体１と構成部材としての下球皿１８とから構成されることと定義し、下球皿１８は、灰皿本体３及びその灰皿本体３を回動するための灰皿支持部材２からなるものとして説明する。

図２（ａ）及び図２（ｂ）に示すように、本実施形態における遊技機は、遊技機本体１と、遊技機本体１の前面に設置された灰皿支持部材２と、灰皿支持部材２に回動可能に設置され、上方に開口部３０２が形成された灰皿本体３と、灰皿本体３の開口部３０２を覆う灰皿蓋４とを有してなる。ここで、灰皿支持部材２は図１における下球皿１８に該当するものである。

図３（ａ）に示すように、灰皿本体３は、上方に開口した開口部３０２を有した箱形状をなす。そして、灰皿本体３を回動させるための支持軸３０１が灰皿本体３の両側面の前方方向下端部に突出して設けられている。

一方、灰皿本体３を支持する灰皿支持部材２は、図３（ｂ）に示すように、灰皿本体３の両端に位置するように遊技機本体１に設置され、支持軸３０１を受ける支持孔２０２が、灰皿支持部材２が相互に対向する面における前方方向下端部に支持軸３０１が嵌合するように凹形状をなしている。従って、支持軸３０１と支持孔２０２とが嵌合することによって、遊技機本体１の前面に突出するように相互に対向した灰皿支持部材２の間で灰皿本体３が、上方に向いた開口部を前面方向に向かせるように回動可能となる。そして、遊技者が灰皿を使用するときの位置に灰皿本体３の下面を係止するための係止片２０１が、灰皿支持部材２が相互に対向する各々の面における前方方向下端部に設けられ、それら係止片２０１は相互に対向する方向に突出して形成されている。また、遊技機本体１における２つの灰皿支持部材２の間には、凹部１０１が形成されており、この凹部１０１が形成される寸法は、灰皿蓋４全体を収納可能な寸法に設計されており、灰皿蓋４が回動するために灰皿蓋４に形成された蓋用支持軸４０１（図４参照）に嵌合する蓋用支持孔１０２が凹部１０１の内縁部に形成されている。尚、この蓋用支持孔１０２は、灰皿本体３を使用な位置にしたときの灰皿本体３の開口面の高さ近傍に形成され、２つの灰皿支持部材２が対向する方向と同じ方向で対向するように２つ設けられる。ここで、前述の遊技者が灰皿を使用可能な灰皿本体３の位置（第１の位置）とは、灰皿本体３の開口部３０２が上方を向く位置であり、言い換えると、灰皿本体３の後面と遊技機本体１の前面とが略面一となるように対向している状態を指し、逆に遊技者が灰皿を使用不可な灰皿本体３の位置（第２の位置）とは、灰皿本体３が回動することによって灰皿本体３の後面と遊技機本体１の前面とが離間した状態を指す。

また、灰皿本体３の開口部３０２を覆うための灰皿蓋４の形状は、図４に示すように、平板形状の本体４０の一端面に蓋用支持孔１０２に嵌合させて灰皿蓋４を灰皿本体３に対して回動可能とするための蓋用支持軸４０１が形成されている。そしてこの蓋用支持軸４０１の両端部を、対向する２つの蓋用支持孔１０２にそれぞれ嵌合させることによって、灰皿蓋４は灰皿本体３に対して回動可能となる。

次に、本発明に係る遊技機の一実施形態における動作について図２及び図５〜図７を参照して以下に説明する。

まず、図２に示す状態は、２つの灰皿支持部材に挟まれた灰皿本体３が開口部３０２が上を向く位置に係止片２０１によって係止され、遊技機本体１に形成された凹部１０１の内縁部に回動可能に設置された灰皿蓋４が、開口部３０２を覆い、係止片２０１と共に灰皿本体３を固定している状態である。すなわち、灰皿本体３が遊技者にとって使用不可な状態である。

次に、図５に示すように、灰皿蓋４を上方に跳ね上げるようにして回動させることにより、灰皿本体３の固定が解除され、遊技機１の前方方向に回動可能となるので、支持孔２０２及び支持軸３０１によって、開口部３０２が向く方向を上方から前面方向になるように灰皿本体３を回動させる。

次に、図６に示すように、回動させた灰皿本体３をそのままにして、一度上方に跳ね上げた灰皿蓋４を遊技機本体１側（跳ね上げた方向と反対の方向）に回動させ、灰皿蓋４を遊技機１の前面に形成された凹部１０１により確保された収納領域に収納する。このとき、図５（ｂ）に示すように、灰皿本体３を有効に回動させるために、灰皿蓋４の回動半径（遊技機１の前方方向の寸法）ｄ１と、灰皿本体３の回動半径ｄ２との関係が、ｄ１≦ｄ２となるように、灰皿支持部材２に設けられる支持孔２０２の位置が設定されるべきである。

その後、前記収納領域に灰皿蓋４を収納させた状態で、灰皿本体３を開口部３０２が向く方向を前面方向から上方になるように回動させると、図７に示すように、前記収納領域に灰皿蓋４が収納された状態で灰皿が使用可能な状態（開口部３０２が灰皿蓋４に覆われることなく上方を向いている状態）となる。また、前記収納領域は、遊技機１の前面に形成された凹部１０１によって確保される領域であるが、その領域内に灰皿蓋４を回動可能に軸支する構造を採用したので、凹部１０１の深さ方向（遊技機の前後方向）と、灰皿蓋４の厚さ方向とが同一方向となるように灰皿蓋４が前記収納領域に収納され、結果として遊技機本体１に対する凹部１０１（収納領域）の侵襲を最小限にすることができる。このように、灰皿蓋４を回動させて灰皿本体３の後面側に収納したので、見栄えのよい遊技機を提供することができる。

尚、以上説明したように、遊技者にとって使用不可とされた状態の灰皿を使用可能の状態にする動作の一方、灰皿を使用可能な状態から使用不可の状態にするためには、灰皿本体３を遊技機本体の前方方向に回動（開口部３０２が開口している方向が上方から遊技機本体１の前方方向となるように回動）させて、前記収納領域に収納された灰皿蓋４を回動可能な状態とし、その灰皿蓋４を遊技機本体１の前方方向に、灰皿が使用可能な状態における開口部３０２の開口面の高さよりも高い位置まで跳ね上げるように回動させた状態で、灰皿本体３を遊技機本体の後方方向に回動（開口部３０２が開口している方向が遊技機本体１の前方方向から上方となるように回動）させることで行われる。

以下、本発明に係る遊技機の他の実施形態について図面を参照して説明する。
図８は、本発明に係る遊技機の他の実施形態を示す斜視図（図８（ａ））及びＥ−Ｅ断面図（図８（ｂ））である。図８に示すように、本実施形態における遊技機は、灰皿蓋４を収納する収納領域を確保するための凹部１０１が遊技機本体１の前面に形成された遊技機本体１と、遊技機本体１の前面に設置された灰皿支持部材２と、灰皿支持部材２に回動可能に設置され、上方に開口部が形成された灰皿本体３と、灰皿本体３の開口部を覆う灰皿蓋４とを有してなり、灰皿蓋４は灰皿本体３に対して回動可能に灰皿本体３に設置されている。すなわち、前述した実施形態との構造上の違いは、灰皿蓋４を回動させるために灰皿蓋４の支持軸に対応する支持孔が、遊技機本体１（詳しくは凹部１０１の内縁部）に設けられるのではなく、灰皿本体３に設けられた点である。

図９（ａ）に示すように、本実施形態の灰皿本体３は、上方に開口した開口部３０２を有した箱形状をなす。そして、灰皿本体３を回動させるための支持軸３０１が灰皿本体３の両側面の前方方向下端部に突出して設けられている。また、灰皿蓋４を灰皿本体３に対して回動させるために、灰皿蓋４の蓋用支持軸４０１（図９（ｂ）参照）に嵌合させる蓋用支持孔３０４を備えた突出部３０３が灰皿本体３の両側面の後方方向上端部に突出して設けられている。ここで、突出部３０３は、灰皿蓋４が開口部３０２を覆う状態と、灰皿蓋４の上面（灰皿蓋４において、灰皿が遊技者にとって使用不可とされた状態の、開口部３０２が開口している方向の面）が灰皿本体３の後面に対向する状態とに回動可能な程度に灰皿本体３の上方及び後方に突出するように設けられ、それに伴って蓋用支持孔３０４の形成位置も設定される。特に、突出部３０３の後方へ突出する寸法は、凹部１０１の深さの寸法以内とされる。

一方、灰皿本体３を支持する灰皿支持部材２は、前述の実施形態と同様、図３（ｂ）に示すように、灰皿本体３の両端に位置するように遊技機本体１に設置され、支持軸３０１を受ける支持孔２０２が、灰皿支持部材２が相互に対向する面における前方方向下端部に支持軸３０１が嵌合するように凹形状をなしている。従って、支持軸３０１と支持孔２０２とが嵌合することによって、遊技機本体１の前面に突出するように相互に対向した灰皿支持部材２の間で灰皿本体３が、上方に向いた開口部を前面方向に向かせるように回動可能となる。そして、遊技者が灰皿を使用するときの位置に灰皿本体３の下面を係止するための係止片２０１が、灰皿支持部材２が相互に対向する各々の面における前方方向下端部に設けられ、それら係止片２０１は相互に対向する方向に突出して形成されている。また、遊技機本体１における２つの灰皿支持部材２の間には、凹部１０１が形成されており、この凹部１０１が形成される寸法は、灰皿蓋４全体を収納可能な寸法に設計されている。

また、灰皿本体３の開口部３０２を覆うための灰皿蓋４の形状は、図９（ｂ）に示すように、平板形状の本体４０の一端面に蓋用支持孔３０４（図９（ａ）参照）に嵌合させて灰皿蓋４を灰皿本体３に対して回動可能とするための蓋用支持軸４０１が形成されている。そしてこの蓋用支持軸４０１の両端部を、対向する２つの蓋用支持孔３０４にそれぞれ嵌合させることによって、灰皿蓋４は灰皿本体３に対して回動可能となる。また、灰皿本体３には上方に突出した突出部３０３が設けられるため、灰皿蓋４が良好に回動するために平板形状の灰皿蓋本体４０における蓋用支持軸４０１近傍には突出部３０３に対応した切り欠きが形成されている。
