[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The articles of Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 worn for treating body fluids are directly applied to the body by means such as pressure-sensitive adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesives, mechanical fastener members and the like when they are worn. Or indirectly fixed. However, these means include, in addition to the problem that if they are adhesives or adhesives, they cause the skin irritation of the wearer or give the skin a strong irritation when peeled off from the skin. There is a problem that if these surfaces become dirty with dirt, sweat, etc., they cannot be reused. In addition, if the means is a mechanical fastener member for a diaper worn by the means, the member on the diaper side combined with this member is also a mechanical fastener member or is limited to a member that can be used as an alternative. Since the urine pad itself has no positioning means for the wearer, when the urine pad is repeatedly worn, it is difficult to ensure that the urine pad is always applied to the wearer's body in an appropriate position. There's a problem.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to improve a disposable body fluid treatment article such as the above-mentioned prior art used in combination with an wearing article such as an open-type diaper, a pant-type diaper, or a diaper cover so as to solve the above problems. ing.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is directed to a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impervious back sheet, and a body fluid-absorbing core material interposed between the two sheets, and the front-rear direction. And a width direction intersecting this direction, a ventral contact area is formed in front of the front-rear direction, a back contact area is formed in the rear, and a crotch contact area is formed between the both contact areas. Is a disposable body fluid treatment article formed.
[0008]
In the body fluid treatment article, the present invention is characterized as follows. The ventral contact area is formed wider than the crotch contact area so that both side portions of the ventral contact area form a pair of wing parts, and each of the pair of wing parts and And the center part located between the wing parts, and extending in the front-rear direction in parallel to the center line on both sides of the center line that bisects the width of the body fluid treatment article. And the rigidity change area which has the dimension of 2-15 mm in the said width direction is included. The bending rigidity in the front-rear direction and the width direction of the ventral contact area is a portion closer to the inner side in the width direction than the change region and a portion closer to the outer side in the width direction than the change region. The rigidity of the other part has a value of at least 1.5 times when the rigidity of either one of the two parts is used as a reference.
[0009]
The present invention has the following preferred embodiments.
(1) The rigidity changes rapidly by including the core material in which at least one of thickness and density differs from the change area as a boundary between the inward portion and the outward portion. ing.
(2) The change area is a groove that separates the two portions in the width direction.
(3) The rigidity change area is also formed in the back contact area.
(4) The rigidity of the portion inward in the width direction is at least 1.5 times the rigidity of the portion inward in the width direction.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Taking a disposable urine absorption pad as an example of a disposable body fluid treatment article, the details of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0011]
FIG. 1 is a partially broken plan view of the urine absorption pad 1. The urine absorbing pad 1 has a substantially hourglass shape with a liquid-permeable top sheet 2 positioned on the inner surface side, a liquid-impervious back sheet 3 positioned on the outer surface side, and interposed between both the sheets 2 and 3. A body fluid-absorbing core material 4. Both side edge flaps 11, front end edge flaps 12, and rear end edge flaps 13 are formed outside the peripheral edge 10 of the core material 4. The top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 are formed by joining the portions extending from the peripheral edge 10 of the core material 4 to each other by adhesion or welding to form both side edge flaps 11, front end edge flaps 12, and rear end edge flaps 13. A part is formed. The urine absorbing pad 1 also has an abdominal contact area 6 in front of a center line C-C that bisects the width and extends in the front-rear direction, which is the longitudinal direction of the figure, and a back contact area in the rear. 7 and a crotch portion contact region 8 between the contact regions 6 and 7. A pair of leak-proof cuffs 21 extending in the front-rear direction parallel to the center line CC and facing each other are formed on the inner surface side of the urine absorption pad 1. The leak-proof cuff 21 has an inner edge portion 22, an outer edge portion 23, a front end edge portion 24, and a rear end edge portion 25, and each of the outer edge portion 23, the front end edge portion 24, and the rear end edge portion 25 is The urine absorbing pad 1 is located on the side edge flap 11, the front edge flap 12 and the rear edge flap 13. An elastic member 27 parallel to the center line CC is attached to the inner edge 22 of the leak-proof cuff 21 on the inner surface of a sleeve 26 formed by folding the leak-proof cuff 21, and the urine absorbing pad 1. When is worn, the elastic member 27 can be erected toward the upper side of the topsheet 2 by contraction (see FIG. 5).
[0012]
Such a urine absorbing pad 1 is curved so that both side edge flaps 11 in the crotch contact area 8 are convex toward the center line CC, and the core member 4 also has a peripheral edge 10 at the center line. It is curved to be convex toward CC. The side edges 11 are closest to the center line CC at the part 11a and have a width A, and the peripheral edge 10 is closest to the center line CC at the part 10a and have a width B. These parts 10a and 11a are located closer to the ventral contact area 6 than the central part in the front-rear direction of the urine absorbing pad 1 or the central part thereof.
[0013]
The abdomen contact area 6 is an inner part of a pair of chain lines D extending in parallel to the center line CC through the pair of left and right portions 10a and 10a of the core member 4 in the crotch contact area 8. A front center portion 15 and a pair of front wing portions 16 that are the outer portions of each of the pair of chain lines D and extend outward in the width direction and can widely cover the ventral portion of the urine pad wearer. Have.
[0014]
The back-side contact area 7 is a rear center portion 31 that is an inner portion of the pair of chain lines D and an outer portion of each of the pair of chain lines D, and extends outward in the width direction. And a pair of rear wing portions 32 that can cover a wide part of the back side of the rear wing portion 32.
[0015]
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a cut surface along the line II-II crossing the crotch contact area 8 in FIG. 1. The top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 extend from the peripheral edge 10 of the core member 4 to the side, overlap, and are joined to each other. The back sheet 3 extends further to the side than the top sheet 2, and the outer edge 23 of the leak-proof cuff 21 is joined to the extending part. The inner edge portion 22 of the leak-proof cuff 21 is located above the top sheet 2, and when the urine absorbing pad 1 is worn and curved in the front-rear direction, the elastic member 27 contracts so that the inner surface of the top sheet 2 looks like an imaginary line. It is possible to stand up (see FIG. 5).
[0016]
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a partial cut surface of the urine absorbing pad 1 along the line III-III crossing the ventral contact area 6 in FIG. The ventral contact area 6 has a bending rigidity in the front-rear direction and the width direction of the urine absorption pad 1 along the chain line D, and a front rigidity change area 51 illustrated as a set of a large number of dots. It is designed to change rapidly at the border, in other words, to change discontinuously. In the ventral contact area 6 of the illustrated example, the core material 4 located at the front center portion 15 has a thickness P, the core material 4 located at the front wing portion 16 has a thickness Q, and the thickness Q Has a value at least 1.2 times the thickness P, more preferably at least 1.5 times, and even more preferably at least twice. Due to the difference between these thicknesses P and Q, the front wing portion 16 has a bending rigidity in the width direction and the front-rear direction that is at least 1.5 times the bending rigidity in the width direction and the front-rear direction of the front center portion 15. Have been adjusted so that. The greater the difference between the thicknesses P and Q, the greater the difference in rigidity between the front wing part 16 and the front center part 15. The front stiffness change region 51 has a width in the range of 2 to 15 mm, more preferably 3 to 10 mm so that the stiffness changes abruptly at the boundary. Generally speaking, the smaller the width, the more pronounced the difference in behavior between the front wing portion 16 and the front center portion 15 due to the difference in rigidity. However, it is not preferable to set the width to 2 mm or less because quality control of the core material 4 becomes difficult. The rigidity of the front wing part 16 and the front center part 15 may be adjusted by the difference in the thickness of the core material 4, or may be adjusted by the difference in the thickness and density of the core material 4, It may be adjusted by a difference only in the density of the core material 4. In the abdomen side contact area 6, the top sheet 2 has the same width as the crotch part contact area 8, and the portion where the core material 4 extends laterally from the top sheet 2 is the leak-proof cuff 21. The outer edge portion 23 and an intermediate portion between the outer edge portion 23 and the inner edge portion 22 are covered.
[0017]
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a partial cut surface of the urine absorption pad 1 along the line IV-IV crossing the back contact area 7 in FIG. 1. The back-side contact area 7 is provided with rigidity in the front-rear direction and the width direction of the urine absorbing pad 1 along the chain line D so as to change rapidly in the rear rigidity change area 52 shown as a set of a large number of dots. Made to. In the back contact area 7, the rear center part 31 has a thickness R, and the rear wing part 32 has a thickness S. The thickness S has a value that is at least 1.2 times the thickness R, more preferably at least 1.5 times, and even more preferably at least twice, depending on the difference between the thicknesses S and R. 32 is made so that the rigidity in the front-rear direction and the width direction is at least 1.5 times the bending rigidity in the front-rear direction and the width direction of the rear central portion 31. The width of the rear stiffness change region 52 is in the range of 2 to 15 mm, more preferably 3 to 10 mm. The difference between the thicknesses R and S, the difference in rigidity, and the width of the rigidity change area 52 can be said to be the same as those in the ventral contact area 6.
[0018]
FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the urine absorbing pad 1 in use. The urine absorbing pad 1 is inside the worn pants 100 indicated by phantom lines, and is in close contact with the abdomen side portion 102, the back side portion 103, and the crotch portion 104 of the wearer 101. As the urine absorbing pad 1 is bent in the front-rear direction, the inner edge 22 is based on the outer edge 23 in the leak-proof cuff 21 in the crotch contact area 8 due to the contraction of the elastic member 27 (see FIG. 1). It stands up from the inner surface of the top sheet 2 at the end. The crotch portion contact area 8 is deformed so that the cross section in the width direction has a V shape or a W shape, for example, so as to be narrowed by being sandwiched between both legs 106 of the wearer 101, and in the front-rear direction. A number of pleats 107 extending are formed, and some of the pleats 107 extend to the front center part 15 of the abdominal contact area 6 and the rear center part 31 of the back contact area 7. However, rigidity change areas 51 and 52 are formed between the front center part 15 and the front wing part 16 and between the rear center part 31 and the rear wing part 32, respectively, and the bending rigidity changes the front rigidity. Since the region 51 and the rear rigidity change region 52 change suddenly, in other words, discontinuously, whether the deformation of the front central portion 15 and the rear central portion 31 is transmitted to the front wing portion 16 and the rear wing portion 32. Or difficult to communicate. As a result of this, the urine absorption pad 1 maintains the state in which the front wing portion 16 and the rear wing portion 32 are greatly spread laterally as shown in FIG. Of the side edge flaps 11 that are not only in close contact with the ventral portion 102 and the dorsal side portion 103 over a wide range, but are also curved toward the center line CC in the crotch contact region 8. The portions 41 and 42 (see FIG. 1) close to the front wing portion 16 and the rear wing portion 32 are in close contact with the periphery of the base of the leg portion 106 so as to surround the base. The front wing part 16 and the rear wing part 32 of such a urine absorbing pad 1 are stoppers that can prevent the urine absorbing pad 1 from moving in the front-rear direction indicated by arrows X and Y with respect to the body of the wearer 101. Acts as Further, when the urine absorbing pad 1 is repeatedly worn, the urine absorbing pad 1 is applied to the body of the wearer by placing the urine absorbing pad 1 on the body so that the portions 41 and 42 are located at the bases of the legs 106. The pad 1 can always be applied at an appropriate position.
[0019]
In this invention, the bending rigidity of the core material 4 in the urine absorbing pad 1 is measured using a Taber Stiffness Tester manufactured by Nisshin Co., Ltd. in accordance with JIS P 8125. A 38.1 × 70 mm size specimen is used for the stiffness measurement. The value of rigidity is the average value of at least three specimens whose length direction corresponds to the width direction of the urine absorbing pad 1 (circumference direction) and the specimen's An average value of at least three specimens whose length direction coincides with the front-rear direction is obtained. When the specimen size exceeds the size of a required part whose rigidity is to be measured, a specimen equivalent to that part can be prepared separately from the urine absorbing pad 1 and the rigidity can be measured. The thickness of the specimen is measured by using a dial gauge and applying a surface pressure of 5 g / cm 2 to the specimen. The unit of rigidity is N · cm. For the top sheet 2 of the urine absorbing pad 1, a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric or woven fabric, a perforated plastic film, or the like can be used. In addition to the liquid-impervious plastic film and nonwoven fabric, a composite sheet obtained by laminating a gas-permeable nonwoven fabric on the outer surface of the liquid-impervious plastic film can be used for the back sheet 3. For the core material 4, a mixture of pulverized pulp and highly water-absorbing polymer particles or thermoplastic synthetic fibers can be used in addition to pulverized pulp. These pulverized pulps and mixtures can be used by being coated with a liquid-permeable, preferably liquid-permeable, liquid-diffusible sheet such as tissue paper. In order to reinforce the prevention of slipping of the urine absorbing pad 1 with respect to the body of the wearer 101, the outer surface of the back sheet 3 of the urine absorbing pad 1 is slipped on the inner surface of the pants 100, the diaper and the diaper cover used together with the urine absorbing pad 1. Stop means, for example an adhesive zone, can be provided.
[0020]
FIG. 6 is a view similar to FIG. 1 showing an example of the embodiment. The ventral contact area 6 of the urine absorbing pad 1 is formed in the same manner as that of FIG. 1 and has a front center part 15 and a pair of front wing parts 16, but the back contact area 7 has a crotch part. The contact area 8 is formed to have substantially the same width as the width A, and has a portion corresponding to the rear center portion 31, but does not have a portion corresponding to the rear wing portion 32. When the urine absorbing pad 1 is worn, the front wing portion 16 can suppress displacement in the direction of arrow Y in FIG. The urine absorbing pad 1 according to the present invention is not in the shape of FIG. 6, but the abdomen contact area 6 is formed to have substantially the same width as the crotch contact area 8, and the back contact area 7 is the rear center. It may be made to have the portion 31, the rear wing portion 32, and the rear stiffness change region 52. By doing so, the rear wing portion 32 abuts on the leg portion 106 from the rear, and displacement of the urine absorption pad 1 in the front direction X can be suppressed.
[0021]
FIG. 7 is a view similar to FIG. 3 showing an example of the embodiment. In this urine absorbing pad 1, a front stiffness change region 51 in the ventral contact region 6 is formed inward of the chain line D. Although it depends on the size of the urine absorbing pad 1, the separation dimension M between the chain line D and the front stiffness change region 51 is preferably within 30 mm. By doing so, it is possible to obtain a wide front wing portion 16. The front stiffness change region 51 may be formed on the opposite side of the position of the illustrated example with respect to the chain line D, that is, outside the chain line D.
[0022]
FIG. 8 is also a view similar to FIG. 3 showing an example of the embodiment. In this urine absorbing pad 1, a front stiffness change region 51 is formed in the vicinity of the chain line D. However, the thickness P of the core member 4 in the front center portion 15 inward of the front stiffness change region 51 is equal to the front stiffness. At least 1.2 times, more preferably at least 1.5 times, and even more preferably at least 2 times the thickness Q of the core material 4 in the front wing 16 outside the change zone 51. Depending on the difference in thickness, or by adding a difference in density to such a thickness difference, the rigidity in the front-rear direction and the width direction of the front center part 15 is at least one of the rigidity in the front-rear direction and the width direction of the front wing part 16. It is adjusted to be 5 times. When the urine absorbing pad 1 is worn, even if the deformation in the front central portion 15 having high rigidity may be transmitted to the front wing portion 16 in the vicinity of the front rigidity changing region 51, the deformation may be transmitted to the front wing having low rigidity. The part 16 does not spread over a wide area. Such a front wing portion 16 is in close contact with the base of the leg portion 106 of the wearer 101 and a wide range of the abdominal side portion 102 to suppress the displacement of the urine absorbing pad 1 in the arrow Y direction (see FIG. 5). Can do. In an example of the urine absorption pad 1 in this embodiment, the rigidity value between the front-rear direction and the width direction of the front center portion 15 is 0.021 to 0.022 N · cm, The rigidity value is 0.0045 to 0.0049 N · cm, and the rigidity value of the front center part 15 is 4 to 5 times the rigidity value of the front wing part 16.
[0023]
FIG. 9 is also a view similar to FIG. 3 showing an example of the embodiment. The front rigidity change region 51 of the urine absorbing pad 1 is in the vicinity of the chain line D. The core material 4 has a substantially uniform thickness on both sides of the front stiffness change region 51, but almost the entire core material 4 in the front wing portion 16 outside the front stiffness change region 51 exhibits a high density. And the density thereof is higher than the density of the core member 4 in the inner front central portion 15, whereby the rigidity in the front and rear direction and the width direction of the front wing portion 16 is higher than that of the front central portion 15. And is adjusted to be preferably at least 1.5 times higher. Such a front wing portion 16 also acts in the same manner as the front wing portion 16 of FIG.
[0024]
FIG. 10 is a view similar to FIG. 9 showing an example of the embodiment. In the ventral contact area 6 of the urine absorption pad 1, a groove for separating the low density front center part 15 and the high density front wing part 16 in the width direction is formed as a front rigidity change area 51. Compared with the forward stiffness change area 51 of FIG. 9, the forward stiffness change area 51 that forms a groove can more effectively suppress the deformation of the front center part 15 from being transmitted to the front wing part 16. The core 4 is present in a thin layer at the bottom of the groove in the illustrated example. The thickness of the thin layer preferably does not exceed 1/2 of the thickness of the front center portion 15 and the front wing portion 16, and more preferably does not exceed 1/3. When the thickness of the thin layer exceeds 1/2 of the thickness of the front wing portion 16, the effect that the front stiffness change region 51 is a groove becomes poor. In the present invention, it is also possible to employ the front rigidity change region 51 that does not include the core material 4 at the bottom of the groove. In such a front rigidity change region 51, it is preferable that the front sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 are bonded to each other by bonding or welding to reliably separate the front center portion 15 and the front wing portion 16 from each other.
[0025]
6 to 10 can be applied to the dorsal contact area 7 as well, and the back side abutment can be applied to the dorsal contact area 6. It is also possible to apply only to the contact area 7. However, in this invention, if the rigidity change area is provided in at least the ventral contact area 6 among the ventral contact area 6 and the back contact area 7, the effect of the invention becomes remarkable. The bodily fluid treatment article according to the present invention described taking the urine absorbing pad 1 as an example can be used as a disposable diaper or a sanitary pad.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
The urine absorption pad according to the present invention includes a central portion and a wing portion formed in at least the ventral contact region of the ventral contact region and the back contact region, and a change in rigidity extending in the front-rear direction. Since the area is formed and the deformation of the central part that occurs when the urine absorbing pad is worn does not reach the wing part, the wing part spreads widely and closely adheres to the base of the wearer's leg and the ventral side part In addition, the displacement of the urine absorbing pad with respect to the body can be suppressed. With such a urine absorbing pad, it is not necessary to select a special diaper or pant to be used in combination with this pad, but the adhesive or adhesive conventionally used for the urine absorbing pad is contaminated on the surface. Even if it becomes impossible to reuse, the displacement of the urine absorbing pad relative to the body can be suppressed.
