この発明は、壁等に固定させた後に書類を挟め、かつ物を掛けられる構造にした画鋲付きフック兼用クリップに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来いろいろな画鋲はあったが、いずれも、ただ刺して固定するのみか、またはクリップで挟む機能のみを兼ね備えたもので、例えば、実開平６−４２２９７でも刺す機能と挟む機能の二つをもつ物であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の画鋲は、次のような欠点があった
１固定しようとする物に、針の穴があいていた
２クリップで挟んだ跡がのこる

【課題を解決するための手段】
１針を二本にして固定強度を増すようにし、また回転しないようにした。
２クリップ部分にはペン先状に切り込みを入れ、間に書類等を挟むことができるようにした。
３クリップ本体を長くして、物をさげることができるようにした。またクリップ部の背面に球形の突起を設けて強度を増した。
４二本の針の一方を短くし、壁に刺す時に力が一度にかからないようにして、刺し込み易くした。

【発明の実施の形態】
発明の実施の形態を図１に基づき説明する。
図１で１、２が画鋲部の二本の針、クリップ３とクリップ４の間にスリットがありここが物を挟む部分、外側のクリップ３が内側のクリップ４より短い。二本の針は、それぞれ１が長い針、２が短い針である。
本発明は上記のような構造で、これを使用するときは、クリップの球形の部分をつまみまず、針１を刺し、次いで針２を刺すことで、力が分散される。
クリップ４の内側には、鍵、アクセサリー等をかけてフックとしても使用することができる。
クリップ３とクリップ４の間に写真、名刺、書類等を挟む。また、外側のクリップ３を内側のクリップ４より短くして挟みやすくした。
なお、図１のクリップ３、４の背面部分は球形になっており、クリップ部分の強度を補強すると共に、つまみとしての機能も兼備えており、ここをつまんで簡単に刺したり抜いたりすることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、以上のような構造で、これを使用するときは、固定する場所にこの画鋲を刺し、先端にスリットを設けたクリップ部分には書類、写真、画用紙などを挿入し固定する。また、クリップの内側にカギ、アクセサリー等を掛け、フックとしても使用する。
