Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for drawing and fixing a lock case, which prevents easy deformation of a wall surface of a door, even if the lock case is drawn near the side of one side surface forming an internal space of the door, via a fixing member. <P>SOLUTION: In this structure for drawing and fixing the lock case, a connecting member with at least two female screw parts is fixedly provided on the side of one broad side wall of the lock case, and is screwed with a tubular fixing body with an engagement part and capable of being adjusted in the axial direction of a thumb turn. The fixing body is engaged with the engagement part with the fixing body being appropriately adjusted. A fixing member for drawing the lock case to be screwed into the female screw parts is provided. A mounting plate with an opening coinciding with a door hole is fixedly annexed to an inner wall surface of the door. 本発明は、錠箱の引寄せ固定構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
関連する従来技術の一例として、出願人が先に提案した特開2003−129701号公報を記載する。この公報に記載の実施例は、錠箱を扉の壁面に引寄せするものではないが、「錠構成部材(シリンダ錠)を、締付け手段(固着具)を介して扉の壁面に引寄せ固定する」という発明の構成と、「引寄せた際に扉の壁面を容易に変形させない」という発明の目的との関係では、本発明の技術と関連する。

また、出願人は、現時点で未公開ではあるが、日本国特許庁に対し、「錠箱のサムターン連結機構」の名称で、本発明に関連する先願を提出している。この先願発明の目的は、錠箱を長年使用していると、径年変化、衝撃等により、フロント板、或いは取付け板側の固着具が緩み、その結果、錠箱が左右に振れ、サムターンダルマ(デッドカム)と該サムターンダルマの嵌合孔に一体的に係合(嵌入)する異径断面のサムターン軸との中心軸線が一致しなくなり、両者の係合部分が互いに抉れるので、錠箱の振れ止めを防止するために、錠箱をフロント側とサムターン軸側の二箇所で固定するというものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の主たる目的は、錠箱をフロント側とサムターン軸側の二箇所で固定する場合に於いて、錠箱を扉の内部空間を形成する一側壁側に固着具を介して引寄せたとしても、扉の壁面が容易に変形しないことである。また本発明の第2の目的は、長年使用による径年変化、衝撃等の要因により、錠箱が振れないようにすること。第3の目的は、扉の厚さ、サムターン座の厚さ、或いは取付け板の厚さ、錠箱の構造等の事情に対応して連結部材に螺合する筒状固定体を簡単に調整することができること。第4の目的は、前記筒状固定体をサムターン軸方向(扉の厚さ方向の意味)に微調整することができることである。第5の目的は、極力、扉に加工を施さないことである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の錠箱の引寄せ固定構造は、扉の内部空間に固定的に内装される錠箱に於いて、前記錠箱の幅広一側壁側に少なくとも2個のメネジ部を有する連結部材を固定的に設け、該連結部材に、環状板部に微調整するための放射状の係止爪を有すると共にサムターンの軸方向に調整可能な筒状固定体を螺合し、該固定体を適宜に調整した状態で扉の内壁面側から前記係止爪に係合すると共に、前記メネジ部にそれぞれ螺合する複数本の固着具を介して錠箱を引寄せ固定したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
まず、図1乃至図9に示す第1実施例を参照にして説明する。この第1実施例の錠箱の引寄せ固定構造Xは、少なくとも2個のメネジ部15.15を有する連結部材7と、この連結部材に螺合すると共に、引寄せ用固着具と係合する係合部23を有する筒状固定体20と、扉1の内壁面4側から錠箱5を引寄せ固定するために用いられる複数本の引寄せ用固着具16.16とから成り、前記固着具は、取付け板30又は/及び支持板45を介して前記係合部23に係合した状態で前記連結部材7に螺合することを特徴としている。

そこで、前記各構成要件について具体的に説明する。まず、図1は扉1の戸先側の内部空間2に錠前3が組み込まれている状態を扉の内壁面4側から見た説明図である。図1を基準にすると、錠箱5の幅広一側壁5aの左上部には、連結部材用の錠箱開口6aが形成されている。

本実施例では、図1、図7で示すように、連結部材7が錠箱5の幅広一側壁5aの上部に形成された前記錠箱開口6aに差し込んだ状態で、かつ、上下の差込アーム部或いは突起部分8.8を介して錠箱5に固定されている。各差込アーム部8.8には、仮想線で示す挿入棒9用の水平貫通孔が形成されている。

連結部材7はフロント板10から前記差込アーム部8.8にそれぞれ串刺し状に差し込まれた上下の挿入棒9.9を介して錠箱5の幅広一側壁5a側に固定されている(図1、図7参照)。なお、連結部材7等が、錠箱5に予め固定されるか、又は後付固定されるかは本発明の特定要件ではない。

図2は、錠箱5に予め固定された連結部材7が、扉1の内部空間2に内装固定された状態を示す。この図2の状態に於いて、錠箱5は、フロント板10等を介して一応錠箱5に固定されている。但し、錠箱5がフロント板10を介して扉に固定されているだけでは、長年使用によって錠箱5が左右に振れる場合がある。そこで、本発明の主要部である連結部材7、これに螺合する筒状固定体、これに螺合する引寄せ用固着具等が錠箱5を扉1に固定する第2の固定部材として存在する。

図3は、連結部材7、筒状固定体、引寄せ用固着具等を示す。まず、連結部材7について説明する。12は中心孔13の内周壁に固定体用のメネジ14を有する環状連結部である。この環状連結部12は円形、楕円形、角形等その形態を問わない。環状連結部12は、本実施例では外周壁12aが小判型状或いは楕円形状に形成され、該外周壁12aの上下の側壁には、前述した差込アーム部8.8がそれぞれ内側に連設している。

次に筒状固定体20について説明する。筒状固定体20は、前述したように、連結部材7に螺合すると共に、固着具16.16と係止状態に係合する係合部を有する。

本実施例では、筒状固定体20は、後述する取付け板30又は/及び支持板45の内壁面に面接触状態で当接する外壁面21aを有する環状板部21と、この環状板部21から突出し、かつ、連結部材7に螺合する筒状螺合部22とから成る。

しかして、前記環状板部21には、固定体20を微調整するための放射状係合部(例えば係止爪)23が、所定間隔を有して合計8個形成されている。また、前記筒状螺合部22の外周壁には、連結部材7のメネジ14に螺合するオネジ24が形成されている。このように筒状固定体20は、連結部材7に対して取り外し可能な螺合関係にあることから、筒状固定体20を回転すると、該筒状固定体20はサムンターン軸25の軸方向へ進退動する。

換言すれば、連結部材7と一体的に螺合する筒状固定体20の螺合位置を微調整することによって、取付け板30側に進出し、又は取付け板30から離れる。それ故に、前記係合部(係止爪)23の数が増えるにしたがって微調整がより可能となる。

ところで、前記サムターン軸25は、図7で示すように、サムターンの軸用の軸嵌合部材26を介して錠箱内のサムターンダルマ(デッドボルト用のデッドカム)27に嵌合する。もちろん、設形如何によって、異径断面のサムターン軸25をダイレクトにサムターンダルマ27の嵌合孔に嵌入しても良い。

図7に於いて、サムターンダルマ27は、中心部に嵌合孔を有する断面ハット型形状の支持部材28に回転可能に支持されているが、サムターン軸25の連係構成や支持部材28は本発明の特定要件ではない。

図4は扉1の内壁面4と、この内壁面に添設固定される取付け板30を示す。図2で示すように、扉1の内壁面4にも、扉の外壁面と同様に扉孔が幾つか形成されている。すなわち、31はサムターン部材のサムターン軸25との関係で形成された比較的大きな扉第1嵌合孔或いは開口、32は内側ハンドル軸との関係で形成された扉第2嵌合孔或いは開口、33.33は外側ハンドル用取付け座のメネジ杆36.36とそれぞれ螺合する第1固着具37.37用の扉貫通孔である。なお、扉貫通孔33は扉第2嵌合孔32と連通状態であっても構成・機能は同一である。

ここで、図1に関して補足説明をする。図1は扉1の内壁面4を一部切り欠いて錠箱5の幅広一側壁5aを見せているが、該錠箱5の下部には、内側ハンドル用の嵌合孔6bが形成され、該嵌合孔6bからは内側ハンドル用のカム軸38が見える。また錠箱5の係合部(小孔、切欠)6c.6cには、外側ハンドル用取付け座35のメネジ杆36.36が見える。

さて、前述したように、錠前3は内部空間2に内装された状態でフロント板、取付け長板等を介して扉1に固定的に取付けられている。そして、本実施例では、それに加えて、錠箱5は、連結部材7、筒状固定体20、取付け板30又は/及び支持板を介して扉1に固定されている。

そこで、図4は、取付け板30と扉1の内壁面4との関係を示している。アルミニューム製の扉1は、壁面側から力が加わると、普通一般に変形し易い。そこで、第1実施例の取付け板30は、扉に極力加工を施さないこと、扉の変形を防止すること等の理由から採用されている。

図12乃至図15に示す第4実施例に於いて、前記第1実施例と主に異なる点は、筒状固定体20Aの構造、該筒状固定体20Aが、第1実施例のように、取付け板30又は/及び支持板45を介して扉1の内壁面4へと引寄せ固定されることである。この筒状固定体20Aは、引寄せ用固着具16.16を介して錠箱5を扉1の壁面に引寄せると、筒状固定体20Aのキャップ状外壁面21aが扉1のサムターン軸用の開口31に入り込む。そして、該筒状固定体20Aの外壁面21aは、取付け板45の内壁面に面接触可能である。しかして、この面接触可能な環状板部21Aの外壁面21aに周方向に複数個の調整孔(係合部としての係合孔)23Aが形成されている。

なお、前記調整孔23Aは、本実施例では円形孔を合計8個形成しているが、孔の形状や数を、真円とか、8個に限定するものではない。例えば調整孔23Aが長孔であれば、周方向に2個乃至6個程度形成することも可能である。

【発明の効果】
以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明にあっては、次に列挙するような効果がある。
(1)錠箱をフロント側とサムターン軸側の二箇所で固定する場合に於いて、錠箱を扉の内部空間を形成する一側面側に固着具を介して引寄せたとしても、扉の壁面が容易に変形しない。
(2)長年使用による径年変化、衝撃等の要因により、錠箱が振れない。
(3)扉の厚さ、サムターン座の厚さ、或いは取付け板の厚さ、錠箱の構造等の事情に対応して連結部材に螺合する筒状固定体を簡単に調整することができる。
(4)実施例如何によって、筒状固定体をサムターン軸方向(扉の厚さ方向の意味)に微調整することができる。
(5)第1実施例は、扉や錠前に極力、錠前に必要な規制孔以外の孔或いは開口を形成しないで済む。
(6)サムターン軸とサムターンダルマの中心軸線を整合させることができる。
