Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a delivery slip suitable for a cash-on-delivery slip, a voucher with a voucher, a voucher with a prize, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
With the progress of broadband, online shopping using the Internet is expanding. On the net, you can order products with a single click while at home, but you often hesitate to pay with a net bank or credit card for the part you pay for. This must be anxious about security on the Internet.
[0003]
In order to improve the convenience of the Internet, various encryption technologies have been developed and put into practical use, but many people still have vague anxieties. Under such circumstances, one of the methods that has gained the most consumers' support is a cash on delivery system (cash on delivery system).
This is a system in which a delivery company that actually delivers a package collects the price in exchange for the package. This cash-on-delivery system is based on the basic anxiety that “the product doesn't come even though you paid for it”, for example, “there is no problem if you are dealing with ○○○ transportation”, the “trust” of the mail order trader It also helps relieve anxiety in the sense that
[0004]
Now, such a convenient cash-on-delivery system, as the number of cases handled increases, the number of drivers who actually deliver increases the chances of collecting the price, and the driver himself is carrying a lot of money during work.
[0005]
In addition, as the number of items handled increases, the number of packages that can be delivered without being delivered increases due to the absence of delivery destinations. Baggage brought back without delivery returns to the delivery center, reads the bar code affixed to the baggage, performs “return registration”, and proves that the price could not be collected . This is because if the return registration is not performed, the balance of the price collected by the delivery driver will not match.
[0006]
Conventionally, as this type of cash on delivery delivery slip, an amount of cash on delivery payment in which the amount of delivery goods is entered in the slip, which reduces the theft of expensive delivery goods during delivery work has been proposed. (For example, Patent Document 1).
[0007]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-066753
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, this cash-on-delivery mechanism could be abused. For example, even though the delivery has actually been completed and the price has been collected, it is assumed that the price has not been collected by performing “return registration”, and the price is privately used for a while. Can end up.
When a delivery slip is affixed to a package and a barcode is provided in the package, why is it possible to register for take-back? This is because the judgment pieces remain at hand, and the same bar code is usually provided on all the sheets including the “delivery slip”.
[0009]
In other words, the conviction offender substitutes the “delivery slip” for “return registration” which must be carried out by reading the barcode of the “sticker slip” originally attached to the package.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to provide a delivery slip that can prevent unauthorized take-back registration and a management method thereof.
