Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a case for storing a power tool.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, miniaturization and weight reduction of electric tools have been progressing rapidly. Even cordless tools using storage batteries have made remarkable progress, and are rapidly becoming popular in the market because they have no cord and are very easy to use. Cordless tools are easy to use, but there is a problem that the capacity of the storage battery is lost during work, and in continuous work, it has to be frequently replaced with a spare battery. In response to this problem, a charger has been developed that has the function of supplying a DC power source to a cordless tool and operating it even without a battery. A cordless tool is connected to an AC outlet, and a DC power is supplied to the cordless tool by connecting a charger having both a charging function and a DC power supply function to the cordless tool with a power cord. The power cord has a plug connected to the charger at one end, and an adapter having the same shape as the battery and attached to the cordless tool in the same manner as the battery at the opposite end. Here, the length of the power cord needs to be about 10 m so that the work can be performed in a wide range, and therefore, it is difficult to carry and store. On the other hand, a storage case that can store a tool and a charger together is most commonly used for carrying and storing tools. There is a strong demand from users that the power cord can be stored together in this storage case so that it can be carried together.
[0003]
A conventional technique in which a power cord can be stored together with a tool and a charger in a storage case will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0004]
FIG. 6 is a storage case in which an upper lid case 4 and a lower case 1 having a storage space are connected by a hinge so as to be opened and closed. The storage case and the tool body 2 stored in the lower case 1 are arranged in a horizontal row. Is provided with a space for storing the power cord 7. The storage case is very large in the lateral direction by the space of the power cord 7. For this reason, there is a problem that it takes up a place during storage and is difficult to carry because it is horizontally long and has a biased center of gravity during transportation, and it is easy to bump around.
[0005]
FIG. 7 differs from the example of FIG. 6 in the arrangement of stored items. A partition plate 5 that divides the space of the lower case 1 entirely in the vertical direction (depth direction in the drawing) is provided, the tool body 2 and the charger 3 are placed on the partition plate 5, and the power cord is placed under the partition plate 5. 7 is accommodated. Compared to the example of FIG. 6, the depth is large but not bulky, and it is easy to carry because there is no bias in the center of gravity. However, in order to take out the power cord 7, the tool body 2 and the charger 3 placed on the partition plate 5 must be moved, and the partition plate 5 must be removed, which is very inconvenient in taking in and out. there were.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional storage case has the following problems. When a space for storing the power cord was provided beside the tool body in the lower case, the storage case was oblong and obstructed, making it difficult to carry. In addition, when the partition for the power cord is installed in the lower case, the power tool body, charger, and battery are placed on the partition, and the power cord is stored under the partition After moving the power tool body, charger, and battery on the partition plate to another location, you must lift the partition plate and remove the power cord. It was hard and inconvenient.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a storage case that is compact and allows easy insertion and removal of a power cord and other storage items.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The object is to store the stored item from above by combining the lower case in which a plurality of chambers for storing the stored item from above and restricting the horizontal movement of the stored item are recessed, and the lower case. And an upper lid case that restricts upward movement while allowing the lower and upper lid cases to be connected to each other by a rotating portion provided in the upper and lower lid cases. A space is formed by deepening the bottom more than allowable, and a partition plate that partially partitions the space and the storage device is attached to the upper lid case, and the partition plate includes upper and lower cases. This is achieved by restricting the upward movement of the stored item while allowing the stored item in the closed state.
[0009]
The object is achieved by the partition plate partitioning the rotating portion side and forming an opening on the opposite side.
[0010]
The object is achieved by having an area of the partition plate that is 1/4 to 3/4 of an area of the upper lid case on a surface on which the partition plate is provided.
[0011]
The above object is achieved by providing a notch in the partition plate in a portion in contact with the opening.
[0012]
The said objective is achieved by having the rib between the said partition plates in the state which match | combined the lower side and the upper cover case with the said stored thing.
[0013]
The above object is achieved by combining the storage case with a lower case in which a plurality of rooms for storing the storage item from above and restricting the horizontal movement of the storage item are recessed, and the lower case. And an upper lid case that restricts upward movement while allowing the lower and upper lid cases to be connected to each other by a rotating portion provided in the upper and lower lid cases. A space larger than the amount that can be accommodated is provided in the upward direction, and a partition plate that partitions the space as a whole is provided in the horizontal direction. The partition plate and the upper side of the case are opened and closed by a second rotating portion provided in each. The partition plates can be achieved by restricting the upward movement of the stored items with the upper and lower cases closed.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The structure of a storage case which is one embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0015]
FIG. 4 shows the appearance of the storage case according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 4, the storage case includes a handle 11 for gripping during transportation, a lower case 1 and an upper lid case 4 for storage, and a pin 10 that rotatably connects these. The handle 11 is rotatably attached to the upper side of the lower case 11. The pins 10 are inserted into pin holes (not shown) provided below the lower case 11 and the upper lid case 4, so that the lower case 11 and the upper lid case 4 can be opened and closed.
[0016]
FIG. 3 is a view of FIG. 4 as viewed from the right. Latches 12 are provided on both sides of the handle 11. The latch 12 is attached to the lower case 1 and can be engaged with the upper lid case 4. With the storage case closed, the latch 12 can be engaged with the upper lid case 4 and locked so as not to open.
[0017]
FIG. 1 shows a state in which stored items are stored in a predetermined place with the storage case opened. The tool body 2 and the charger 3 are housed in the lower case 1. The lower case 1 is made of resin and is a molded product by injection molding. The outer frame of the lower case 1 has a thickness of about 3 mm to 3.5 mm, and ribs are provided on the inside so as to form a plurality of chambers. The shape / size of the room is such that there is a gap between the room and the room, and the room is regulated so that it does not move around.
[0018]
The power cord 7 is stored in the upper lid case 4. The upper lid case 4 is made of resin and is a molded product by injection molding. The thickness of the outer frame is about 3 mm to 3.5 mm, and a plurality of screw bosses (not shown) are provided on the inner periphery. A partition plate 5 is attached to the upper lid case 4 with screws 6 through the screw bosses.
[0019]
The partition plate 5 is made of resin and is a molded product by injection molding, has a thickness of about 3 mm to 3.5 mm, has a plate shape, a horizontal width that is the same as that of the upper lid case 4, and a vertical width that is about 2 that of the upper lid case 4. The size is / 3. The partition plate has a notch 13, and a plurality of ribs are provided on the front surface of FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the partition plate 5 is attached so that the opening 9 is formed by the partition plate 5 and the upper lid case 4 with the notch 13 facing upward. FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of FIG. 1 as viewed from the right. The partition plate 5 is attached so that a space 8 is formed between the upper lid case 4 and the partition plate 5. An appropriate distance is provided between the upper lid case 4 and the partition plate 5 so that the power cord 7 can enter the space 8. As a result, the power cord 7 can be inserted from the opening 9 and stored in the space 8.
[0020]
Returning to FIG. 1, the front surface of the partition plate 5 has a plurality of surfaces that regulate the movement of the tool body 2 and the charger 3 so as to correspond to the positions where the tool body 2 and the charger 3 are accommodated. Ribs are protruding. The height of the rib is such that a gap is generated between the storage case and the storage case when the storage case is closed. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the tool body 2 and the charger 3 from being violated.
[0021]
When the power cord 7 is stored, first, the power cord 7 is folded and bundled to such a length as to fit into the storage case. At this time, if it is tied in a bundled state with a string or the like, it becomes difficult to be separated and easy to handle. If the storage case is placed so that the latch 12 comes to the front and the upper lid case 4 faces upward, the latch 12 is unlocked, and the upper lid case 4 is opened upward, the power is supplied from the opening 9 into the space 8. The cord 7 can be stored. Since the opening 9 is located above, the power cord automatically moves into the space 8 by gravity. Furthermore, since the notch 13 is provided in the partition plate 5, it is easy to put the power cord 7 so as not to protrude from the space 8 by manually pressing the power cord 7 from there. On the other hand, the tool body 2 and the charger 3 are also housed in a predetermined room. The order of storage can be freely set. Thereafter, the upper lid case 4 is closed and locked by the latch 12.
[0022]
When transporting the storage case, the storage case is thicker than the conventional case, but it is not horizontally long and the center of gravity is not biased. Further, since the handle 11 is often gripped and carried and the opening 9 is on the handle 11 side, the power cord 7 does not protrude from the opening 9 due to gravity.
[0023]
When the power cord 7 is taken out, the power cord 7 can be taken out from the opening 5 by placing the storage case, releasing the latch 12 and opening the upper lid case 4 in the same manner as when storing the power cord. The tool body 2 and the charger 3 can be taken out freely. Further, the notch 13 makes it easier to put in the hand, and the power cord 7 can be gripped in a bundled state and can be taken out smoothly without breaking. In addition, the notch 13 can be seen from the front whether or not the power cord 7 is accommodated, and there is an effect that it is not necessary to look into or search by hand. Moreover, since the partition plate 5 is plate-shaped, it is easy to bend, and since the space 8 is provided in the back surface of the partition plate 5, the partition plate 5 has appropriate flexibility. Thereby, when the rib provided in the partition plate 5 restricts the movement of the stored item, the rib is appropriately bent to provide a cushion effect, and the tool body 2 or the charger 3 and the rib can be prevented from colliding strongly. For example, the tool body 2 includes a resin outer shell 2a and an elastomer 2b formed integrally with the outer shell 2a for the purpose of preventing slippage, but the elastomer 2b is soft and easily damaged like rubber. Due to the effect of the cushion, the elastomer 2b is hardly damaged.
[0024]
In the above example, the screws 6 are used to fix the partition plate 5. However, if the partition plate 5 and the upper lid case 4 are provided with an uneven portion to be fitted to each other, the number of parts can be reduced. Cost can be reduced. Moreover, the structure which reverses the relationship of the upper cover case 4 and the lower case 1, ie, attaches the partition plate 5 to the lower case 1, is also considered. Moreover, although the vertical width of the partition plate 5 is set to about 2/3 of the upper lid case 4, this ratio may be appropriately determined in consideration of the size of stored items and ease of taking in and out. In order to stably store the stored item in the space 8, the vertical width of the upper lid case 4 should be larger than that of the stored item. On the other hand, to make it easier to put the stored item, the vertical width of the upper cover case 4 is It is better not to make it too large.
[0025]
FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention. The major difference from the previous embodiment is that the partition plate 5 has substantially the same vertical width as that of the upper lid case 4, pin holes 14 are provided in the partition plate 5 and the upper lid case 4, and the partition plate 5 is inserted by inserting pins. It is possible to rotate. Since the storage space for the power cord 7 extends over the entire area of the upper lid case 4, it can accommodate larger storage items.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
With the configuration according to the first aspect, the power cord can be accommodated in the partially partitioned space of the upper lid case. Storage and retrieval is performed through a partially unpartitioned area. The power cord and other items are not mixed. Therefore, it is possible to provide a storage case that is compact and easy to put in and take out the power cord and other storage items.
[0027]
With the configuration according to the second aspect, when the upper lid case is opened, the opening is positioned upward, so that it is easy to store. Further, since the handle is usually provided on the opposite side of the rotating portion, the opening portion is positioned upward during transportation, and the power cord does not protrude.
[0028]
With the configuration according to the third aspect, the power cord can be appropriately housed and taken out, and can be made difficult to be caught moderately.
[0029]
According to the configuration of the fourth aspect, when storing the power cord, it is easy to put it in such a way that it does not stick out by hand, and when removing it, it is easy to put a hand into the space, and the power cord 7 is bundled. It can be grasped in a state and can be taken out smoothly without breaking. Further, it can be seen from the front whether or not the power cord 7 is stored, and there is an effect that it is not necessary to look into or search with a hand.
[0030]
According to the configuration of the fifth aspect, the partition plate has a cushion effect, and the ribs can prevent the stored items other than the power cord from moving up and down, so that the stored items are hardly damaged.
[0031]
With the configuration according to the sixth aspect, the power cord can be accommodated in the totally partitioned space of the upper lid case. Storage / removal is performed by opening the partition plate, so even longer power cords can be stored, and the power cord and other items are not mixed, making it easy to use. Therefore, it is possible to provide a storage case that is compact and easy to put in and take out the power cord and other storage items.
