Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0019】
(2)FA(連写モード)撮影
【0023】
(3)FA(高精細モード)撮影

If the inspection request information I is an independent file structure, the inspection request information field may be a file name indicating the inspection request information I.
[0044]
Although the fundus imaging apparatus has been described in the above embodiment, the same effect can be applied to other ophthalmic imaging apparatuses such as a photo slit lamp or an X-ray digital imaging apparatus.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the ophthalmic image generation system according to the present invention has the following effects.
[0046]
(1) A first step of transmitting a thumbnail image with a small image file size to the image filing device for the captured image data, a second step of displaying the transmitted thumbnail image, 1. Successful photographing by having a transmission protocol consisting of a third step in which a plurality of images stored in the image storage means are transferred to the image filing means at once or in a time-sharing manner after the repetition of the first and second steps. It can be immediately determined whether or not.
[0047]
(2) The image filing means for performing permanent storage is provided with examination request management means for generating or receiving examination request information including patient information, and the third step of the transmission protocol depends on the imaging type determined by selecting the examination request. By switching the transfer method of the photographic image data, it is possible to realize an optimal shooting interval for each shooting type.
[0048]
(3) The thumbnail image file name and the image file name stored in the image storage means have a one-to-one correspondence in the digital communication means in which a plurality of ophthalmologic image generation systems operate. By adding image identification information such as a patient ID and imaging conditions common to images stored in the image storage means, it is possible to reliably refer to the original image based on the thumbnail image.
[0049]
(4) An accurate image management system can be constructed even under large-scale network management by integrating and managing the given examination request information in the thumbnail image and the image stored in the image storage means. .
