Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an airtight packing for buildings that is used by being interposed between a fabric foundation and a base for airtight maintenance under a floor of a building such as a house.
[0002]
[Prior art]
It has already been proposed to use an airtight packing for ensuring heat insulation for buildings (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this packing, elastic materials are attached to both the front and back surfaces of the flat rectangular block-shaped packing main body and the front and rear end surfaces. Further, the flat surface of the packing main body has an appropriate size for inserting an anchor bolt. A hole is formed.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Registered Utility Model No. 3071575 (page 1-7, FIG. 1-5)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional airtight packing, since holes for anchor bolts are drilled in the packing body, air flow through the packing in the vertical direction is possible, and moisture from the concrete cloth foundation is the wooden base. There is a problem that it reaches the lower surface of the metal and causes the base to be corroded. Furthermore, in the conventional product, the manufacturing process is such that a packing body is first made individually, and an elastic material is subsequently fitted into a groove formed in the packing body, which increases the manufacturing cost. There are drawbacks.
[0005]
In view of such a point, the present invention is to provide an airtight packing for building that prevents moisture from being released to the upper and lower surfaces. Furthermore, the present invention provides an architectural hermetic packing that can supply products at low cost while keeping manufacturing costs down.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means of the hermetic packing for building of the present invention comprises two packing halves divided in the longitudinal direction and a plastic film attached so as to span between the two packing halves. The air flowing through in the direction is blocked.
[0007]
Moreover, it is good to attach an elastic material to the front and back both surfaces of a packing division | segmentation so that it may protrude. Further, it is preferable that the protruding direction of the elastic material is slightly inclined inward. In addition, it is preferable that the cross-sectional shape is the same in the longitudinal direction, and the packing body, the plastic film, and the elastic material are integrally manufactured by integral extrusion.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the hermetic packing of the present invention will be described based on examples of the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the airtight packing 1, and shows a state before use. The main body of the packing 1 is made of hard or relatively hard plastic, and consists of two split bodies 2 that are separate from the left and right. Both halves 2 are symmetrical in cross section and connected by a flexible thin plastic film 3. Further, the body 2 is provided with holes 4 in the longitudinal direction for weight reduction, and a marking line 5 for positioning is formed in the longitudinal direction on both the front and back surfaces.
[0009]
Steps 6 are provided on the inner edges of both the front and back surfaces of the packing body 2, and an elastic material 7 such as rubber is attached to the upper and lower surfaces so as to protrude from both sides. The depth of the stepped portion 6 is determined in consideration of not losing the restoring force even when the elastic material 7 is crushed, and usually about 1 to 3 cm is appropriate. Moreover, although the elastic material 7 uses the hollow body in the Example, you may make it a solid body. The reason why the protruding direction of the elastic material 7 is slightly inclined inward is to ensure that the elastic material 7 falls inward when pressed from above and below.
[0010]
The packing 1 has the same cross-sectional shape along the entire length, and is usually provided as a long body (about 1 m in the embodiment). In the embodiment, the packing 1 has a thickness of about 20 mm and a lateral width of about 100 mm. In addition, the packing 1 of the present invention is continuously manufactured in a state in which the left and right halves 2, the plastic film 3, and the elastic material 7 are integrally attached by integral extrusion. Therefore, mass production is possible and it can be provided at a low price.
[0011]
Next, the usage method will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, the packing 1 of the present case is placed on the upper surface of the fabric foundation 10, and the base 11 is placed on the upper surface of the packing 1. That is, the packing 1 is sandwiched between the fabric base 10 and the base 11 from both the upper and lower sides and receives a pressing force from the upper and lower sides, so that the elastic material 7 is crushed and the gap between the upper surface of the fabric base and the lower surface of the base is completely closed. It will disappear. In addition, since the packing 1 is arranged along the entire length of the fabric foundation 10 and the base 11, the underfloor can be made an independent airtight space, and since there is no air circulation to the outside under each floor, heat insulation is achieved. It will be excellent. As shown in FIG. 3, at the position of the anchor bolt 12, a notch 8 or the like is appropriately inserted into the plastic film 3 so that the anchor bolt 12 is passed.
[0012]
Since the packing 1 of the present invention is completely divided by the plastic film 3, the moisture from the concrete cloth foundation 10 does not reach the wooden base 11, and the base 11 can be prevented from being corroded. Although there is a slight air flow from the notch 8 at the position of the anchor bolt 12, the amount of air flow is small and almost negligible compared to the conventional case where a large hole for the anchor bolt is provided. .
[0013]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be freely modified within the scope of the claims. In particular, the material, shape, mounting type, and the like of the packing body 2, the plastic film 3, and the elastic material 7 are free. Moreover, in the Example, although what showed packing 1 between the cloth foundation 10 and the base 11 under the floor was shown, the use location of packing 1 is not limited to this, Other of a building Of course, it is also possible to use it for a location.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
In the hermetic packing of the present invention, since the ventilation through the plastic film is blocked by the plastic film, moisture from the fabric foundation does not reach the base, and corrosion of the base can be prevented.
[0015]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the elastic material is attached to the front and back of the packing body, the gap at the joint surface with the fabric foundation and the base can be completely blocked. For this reason, the underfloor can be secured in an independent airtight space, and the heat retention of each room can be improved.
[0016]
In the third aspect, since the protruding direction of the elastic material is slightly inclined inward, the elastic material is crushed so as to surely fall inward when pressed from above and below, and always stable. Airtightness can be maintained.
[0017]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since it is manufactured by integral extrusion, it is possible to continuously produce a long product, suitable for mass production, and inexpensively.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an airtight packing.
FIG. 2 is a sectional view in use.
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the usage state at the position of the anchor bolt.
