【0025】

The annular plate portion 96 is provided with a cylindrical portion 100 protruding downward from the inner peripheral edge thereof. The lower end of the cylindrical portion 100 is inclined somewhat downward toward the left in FIG. 6, and the lower end portion of the cylindrical portion 100 is gradually reduced in thickness downward, and the lower end has a sharp edge. I'm hurt. An arcuate portion 102 protruding upward is formed on the upper surface of the annular plate portion 96. The base of the arcuate part 102 is circular, but its main part is arcuate extending over an angle range of approximately 270 degrees. The arcuate portion 102 is gradually reduced in thickness toward the upper side, and the upper end is made a sharp edge. As will be clearly understood from the following description, the cylindrical portion 100 constitutes a first cutting means, and the arcuate portion 102 constitutes a second cutting means.
[0016]
Referring to FIG. 1, the auxiliary container 12 includes a main body 104 and a breakable seal member 106. The main body 104, which can be formed from an appropriate synthetic resin, has an inverted cup-shaped main portion 108 whose lower surface is opened in FIG. 1 and an annular flange 110 disposed on the lower surface of the main portion 108. A breakable seal member 106, which can be formed from a synthetic resin film and / or metal foil, is affixed onto the annular flange 110 after filling the body 104 with a liquid auxiliary substance such as milk and closes the opening of the body 104. .
[0017]
FIG. 1 also shows the upper end of the container to which the container lid 2 is applied. A container 112 that can be formed of an appropriate synthetic resin such as glass or polyethylene terephthalate has a substantially cylindrical mouth-and-neck portion 114 at its upper end. A male thread 116, a locking jaw 118, and a retaining ring 120 are formed in this order from the upper side to the lower side on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth and neck part 114 whose upper surface is open. Furthermore, a substantially frustoconical bulged portion 122 is formed below the locking ring 120, and an annular groove portion 124 is formed below the bulged portion 122. A main body portion exists below the bulging portion 122, and an upper end of the main body portion defines a shoulder portion 126.
[0018]
When sealing the mouth and neck part 114 after filling the contents in the container 112, only the lid body 4 of the container lid 2 is first attached to the mouth and neck part 114. Such mounting is performed by fitting the lid body 4 on the mouth-and-neck portion 114 and rotating the lid body 4 in the closing direction, that is, in the clockwise direction when viewed from above in FIG. The female thread 30 of the lid body 4 is screwed into the male thread 116 of the mouth-and-neck part 114, and the lid body 4 is lowered with rotation. The locking means 32 formed on the tamper evidence skirt 26 elastically climbs over the locking jaw 118 of the mouth and neck 114 and is locked to the locking jaw 118. The inner cylindrical seal piece 36 formed on the inner surface of the top wall 14 of the lid body 4 enters the mouth and neck portion 114 and is brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the mouth and neck portion 114, and the outer cylindrical seal piece 38 is The mouth and neck 114 is brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface, and thus the mouth and neck 114 is sealed. The mounting operation of the lid body 4 on the mouth-and-neck portion 114 of the container 112 as described above may use an existing mounting system for mounting a normal synthetic resin container lid on the mouth-and-neck portion 114 of the container 112 as it is. it can. Further, since the lid body 4 itself has a relatively simple shape similar to that of a normal synthetic resin container lid, in the case of so-called aseptic filling without causing any inconvenience, the lid body 4 is sterilized with a sterilizing solution prior to mounting. Can then be washed.
[0019]
Next, the additional member 6 is attached to the lid body 4 attached to the mouth and neck portion 114. The attachment of the additional member 6 is performed by fitting the additional member 6 on the lid body 4 and forcing it downward. At this time, as clearly understood from FIG. 1, the thin protrusions 20 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the skirt wall 16 of the lid body 4 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall 52 of the additional member 6. Is received in the narrow groove 56, which prevents relative rotation of the additional member 6 with respect to the lid body 4. Further, the annular ridge 62 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the protruding wall 54 of the additional member 6 gets over the annular ridge 46 formed on the side wall portion 42 of the settling portion 40 of the lid body 4 and engages with this. Thus, the additional member 6 is prevented from rising with respect to the lid body 4. As clearly understood from FIG. 1, the annular wall 50 of the additional member 6 covers the upper peripheral edge of the top wall 14 of the lid body 4, and the cylindrical wall 52 of the additional member 6 is above the skirt wall 16 of the lid body 4. Cover half.
[0020]
The auxiliary container 12 and the cutting member 10 are mounted in the outer lid 8 prior to mounting the outer lid 8 on the mouth-and-neck portion 114. As clearly shown in FIG. 1, the auxiliary container 12 is mostly contained in a space defined by the upper surface wall 64 and the suspended wall upper portion 70 of the outer lid 8, and its annular flange 110 has an annular shoulder 68. It is made to contact | abut or adjoin to the lower surface of this. The cutting member 10 is advanced to the upper end of the drooping wall lower portion 72 of the outer lid 8, and an annular protrusion 94 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral edge portion 90 is formed at the upper end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the drooping wall lower portion 72. The annular protrusion 74 is elastically moved over and engaged therewith, and is thus held in the position shown in FIG. The auxiliary member 12 is held at the position shown in FIG. The arc 102 of the cutting member 10, i.e. the second cutting means, is located opposite the breakable seal member 106 of the auxiliary member 12.
[0021]
The outer lid 8 on which the auxiliary container 12 and the cutting member 10 are attached is attached to the container 112 by being lowered from above to the position illustrated in FIG. 1 to cover the lid body 4 and the additional member 6 attached thereto. As clearly shown in FIG. 1, the annular ridge 80 formed at the lower end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the hanging wall lower portion 72 is elastically over the bulging portion 122 of the container 112 and is engaged with the annular groove portion 124. This prevents the outer lid 8 from rising relative to the container 112. Further, the lower end of the hanging wall lower portion 72 is brought into contact with the shoulder 126 of the container 112, thus preventing the outer lid 8 from further descending with respect to the container 112. Each of the plurality of locking pieces 88 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the hanging wall lower portion 72 is positioned between the plurality of protruding pieces 58 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall 52 of the additional member 6. This prevents the outer lid 8 from rotating relative to the additional member 6. When the outer lid 8 is lowered to the position shown in FIG. 1, the lower annular protrusion 78 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the hanging wall lower portion 72 is formed at the lower end portion of the protruding piece 58 of the additional member 6. The latching protrusion 60 is elastically overcome and positioned below it. When the outer lid 8 is mounted at a required position, the cylindrical portion 100 of the cutting member 10, that is, the first cutting means is applied to the top wall 14 of the lid body 4, more specifically, to the settling portion 40 formed at the center portion thereof. Located opposite to each other.
[0022]
The description will be continued with reference to FIG. 1. When the contents contained in the container 112 are consumed, the gripping piece 86 attached to the hanging wall 66 of the outer lid 8 is gripped and pulled. The direction breakable line 82 is broken, and the portion below the circumferential breakable line 82 is removed. Thereafter, the outer lid 8 is pressed downward and lowered to the position shown in FIG. At the time of the lowering, first, the cylindrical portion 100 of the cutting member 10 that is lowered along with the outer lid 8, that is, the first cutting means, is the settling portion 40 formed on the top wall 14 of the lid body 4. It enters into the inside and acts on the breakable line 48 formed in the bottom wall portion 44, leaving a part (the portion located at the right end in FIG. 8) to break, and thus flowing into the bottom wall portion 44. Create an entrance. When the cutting member 10 is further lowered, the lower surface of the annular plate portion 96 of the cutting member 10 comes into contact with the upper surface of the annular wall 50 of the additional member 6, thereby further lowering the cutting main portion 92 of the cutting member 10. Be blocked. Therefore, when the outer lid 8 is further lowered, stress is generated in the bridging portion 98 existing between the peripheral edge portion 90 and the cutting main portion 92 in the cutting member 10, and the bridging portion 98 is broken, so that the cutting member 10 is raised relative to the peripheral portion 90 and the outer lid 8 of the cutting member 10, and as shown in FIG. 8, the arc-shaped portion disposed in the cutting main portion 92. 102, that is, the second cutting means acts on the breakable seal member 106 of the auxiliary container 12 to break the breakable seal member 106 in an arc shape. Thus, the liquid auxiliary substance contained in the auxiliary container 12 flows down through the broken portion of the breakable seal member 106, passes through the cylindrical portion 100 of the cutting member 10, and further, the top wall 14 of the lid body 4. It flows into the container 112 through the inflow port formed in the bottom wall portion 44 of the settling portion 40, and is mixed into the substance accommodated in the container 112. If desired, in order to reliably avoid the liquid auxiliary substance flowing down from the auxiliary container 12 from staying on the upper surface of the annular plate portion 96 of the cutting member 10, at least inside the arcuate portion 102 of the annular plate portion 96. It is also possible to make the portion have an inverted truncated cone shape that is inclined downward inward in the radial direction. When the outer lid 8 is lowered to the position shown in FIG. 8, the upper annular ridge 76 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the hanging wall lower portion 72 of the outer lid 8 protrudes from the additional member 6. The locking projection 60 formed at the lower end of the piece 58 is elastically overcome and positioned below the locking projection 60.
[0023]
After the liquid auxiliary substance contained in the auxiliary container 12 is mixed with the substance in the container 112 as described above, the outer lid 8 is gripped and opened in the open direction, that is, as viewed from above in FIG. Rotate clockwise. When the outer lid 8 is rotated in the opening direction, the additional member 6 and the lid body 4 are also rotated in the opening direction. When the lid main body 4 is rotated in the opening direction, the tamper evidence skirt 26 of the lid main body 4 has locking means 32 formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof, and the engagement means 32 formed on the mouth neck 114 of the container 112. Ascending is prevented because it is locked to the stop jaw 118, but the other parts of the lid body 4 are unscrewed from the male thread 116 of the mouth-and-neck part 114 and the female thread 30 of the lid body 4 As it is done. Accordingly, the circumferentially breakable line 22 formed on the skirt wall 16 is broken, and the tamper evidence skirt portion 26 is separated from the main portion 24 of the skirt wall 16. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 9, the container lid 2 is lifted with the rotation in the opening direction, leaving the tamper-evidence skirt portion 26 of the lid body 4, and detached from the mouth-and-neck portion 114. Part 114 is opened. The axial movement of the additional member 6 with respect to the lid body 4 is prevented by the engagement of the annular ridge 46 and the annular ridge 62, and the axial movement of the outer lid 8 with respect to the additional member 6 is prevented by the locking protrusion 60 and the upper annular ridge. Blocked by engagement with 76.
[0024]
10 and 11 illustrate a modification of the cutting member. The cutting member 210 shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 is also composed of a peripheral edge portion 290 and a cutting main portion 292 connected to the peripheral edge portion 290 via a plurality of bridging portions 298. The peripheral edge 290 is substantially the same as the peripheral edge 90 in the cutting member 10 shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, has a short cylindrical shape, and an annular protrusion 294 is formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof. The cutting main portion 292 has an annular plate portion 296 having a circular shape extending horizontally. The annular plate portion 296 is provided with a cylindrical portion 300 protruding downward from the inner peripheral edge thereof. The cylindrical portion 300 constituting the first cutting means is substantially the same as the cylindrical portion 100 in the cutting member 10 shown in FIGS. An annular ridge 301 is formed on the upper surface of the annular plate portion 296, and a pair of arcuate portions 302 are formed inside the annular ridge 301. Each of the arc-shaped portions 302 has an arc shape extending over an angle range of approximately 110 degrees. Each of the arc-shaped portions 302 is gradually reduced in thickness toward the upper side, and the upper end is made a sharp edge. In the cutting member 210 shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the pair of arcuate portions 302 constitute the second cutting means. In order to reliably avoid the liquid auxiliary substance flowing down from the auxiliary container from staying on the upper surface of the annular plate portion 296, the inner portion of the annular plate portion 296, for example, the inner side of the annular ridge 301 is radially inward if desired. It can be made into the shape of an inverted truncated cone which inclines downward toward the direction. The cutting member 210 shows a modified example, and if desired, other appropriate forms of the cutting member can be used.
