【従来の技術】
顧客から見積書の依頼があった場合は、通常見積書をファイルに収納保持して渡すようにしている。ファイルに見積書を挿入し保持する方法としては、ファイルにとじ具を用いて綴じ込むものと、ファイルにポケットを設けこれに見積書を挿入して保持するものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記特許文献１に記載のものは、書類をファイルの台紙に支持するのにファイル具（とじ具）を設けており、このファイル具を用いるために書類にファイル具用の孔を形成しなければならず、その手間がかかると共に用紙を傷めることがあり、しかもファイル具によって綴じなければならないから面倒である。また、ファイルの台紙にポケットを設けた場合は、別途ポケットを設ける必要があり不経済であり、その上書類をポケットに収納した際に書類の一部がポケットによって隠れてしまい見積書等の一部が見えなくなるから、表表紙を開いた際に一瞥することができない。

本発明は、従来のようなとじ具やポケットを用いることなく、見積書等の書類をファイルに簡単にかつ迅速に支持することができるようにすると共に、作り易くかつ経済的に得ることができ、しかも収納ケース等への収納にも便利な書類ファイルを提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、表表紙及び裏表紙あるいは表表紙、背表紙及び裏表紙を有するファイル本体を備え、このファイル本体の裏表紙に連接するように表表紙の部分、あるいは裏表紙に連接する背表紙及び裏表紙の部分に一部連続する部分を残して舌片を設け、この一部連続する部分を切断しその舌片を介して上記表紙間に収納される書類をクリップ等の止め具で保定できるようにしたものである。なお、上記舌片は、一部連続する部分を残すことなく全体に切り目を形成することがある。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は、各種の書類を収容保持するファイルに適用できるものであるが、ここでは見積書を収容保持するファイルの場合を例として説明する。

【発明の効果】
