Description

【0001】

【0022】

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above conventional technique has the following problems.
(B) In the filtration device described in (Patent Document 1), the filtered earth and sand etc. are accumulated in the cloth bag. Therefore, the filtration efficiency gradually decreases as the earth and sand accumulate and the water does not flow when it becomes full. Therefore, it was necessary to remove and replace the cloth bag, and the work efficiency at the site was poor, and there was a problem that the purification treatment could not be performed efficiently.
(B) The filtration device described in (Patent Document 2) requires a carry-out device and an aeration device for removing the filtered sediment, and is limited to places where a large installation area, power supply, etc. are secured. In addition to the poor nature, there was a problem that the filter medium was clogged with earth and sand and was easily clogged and lacked in maintainability.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, is lightweight, has excellent transportability, is easy to install, can be applied anywhere, has excellent filtration characteristics and maintainability, can be easily purified at a construction site, and can be folded freely. The purpose is to provide a simple filtration device that does not take up space for storage.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The simple filtration device according to claim 1 is a container body to which suspended water is supplied, and a plurality of filtration bags formed in a substantially rectangular plate extending inside the container body and containing a filler therein. And a filtered water discharge pipe for connecting the lower end of the filtration bag body and discharging filtered water to the outside of the container body.
With this configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
(A) By simply supplying suspended water to the container body, the treated water filtered on the surface of the filter bag body can be discharged from the filtered water discharge pipe, so it can be easily installed even in construction sites with narrow location conditions. , Workability is improved.
(B) Sediment or the like crushed with a filter cloth accumulates at the bottom of the container and does not accumulate in the filter bag, so that the filtration performance by the filter cloth is little with time and water purification is excellent.
(C) The earth and sand accumulated in the container can be easily discharged from the opening in the upper part of the container, and is excellent in workability and maintainability.
(D) Since the suspension water is filtered only by the head difference without using a power source or the like without using a power source or the like, the economy, energy saving, and versatility are excellent.
(E) Since the filtration bag body is arranged in parallel in the container, the filtration area per unit space can be increased to increase the processing efficiency.
(F) When a water storage bag is connected to the filtrate drain pipe, the filtrate discharged from the filter bag body can be stored. By squeezing the water storage bag with a foot or the like, the filtered water can flow back into the filter bag, and the filtered water can be washed out from the surface of the filter cloth in the reverse direction. Excellent in properties.
[0006]
Here, as a material of the filter cloth, for example, a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric made of synthetic fiber or natural fiber can be applied. Synthetic fibers that can be used generally include polyamides, polyesters, polyolefins, polyvinyl alcohols, polyfluoroethylene, polyacrylonitrile, vinyl acetate, and ethylene tetrafluoride having a thickness of about 0.1 to 20 μm. It should be noted that a predetermined portion of each intersection of the fibers is fixed by fusing by heating or adhering with an adhesive to reinforce the whole and trapping according to the size of solid particles in the suspended water The rate may be adjusted. In addition, the material of the filter cloth is composed of an ion exchange resin that prevents adhesion of charged solid particles in the suspension water, or the surface of the filter cloth part is partially covered with the ion exchange resin, It is also possible to suppress adhesion and prevent clogging during the filtration process.
The packing material built in the filter bag of the approximately rectangular plate shape is a cushion shape made of synthetic resin or metal such as Hetimaron (registered trademark) with excellent water permeability and shape retention, porous plate shape, lattice The shape of a filter and a frame can be applied, whereby the shape of the filtration bag body standing in the container body can be maintained, water permeability can be ensured, and predetermined filtration performance can be exhibited.
The two opposite sides of the filtration bag body are fixed to the inner side of the container body by sewing or bonding means, and 4 to 10 filtration bag bodies are parallel to each other at an interval of, for example, 30 to 200 mm, preferably 50 to 150 mm. It is arranged to be. This depends on the type of suspended water and the type of earth and sand, but as this interval becomes less than 50 mm, the suspended water supplied into the container is prevented from flowing along the surface of the filter bag, resulting in a filter cloth. There is a tendency for earth and sand to easily adhere to the surface, and clogging tends to occur. Conversely, as this interval exceeds 150 mm, the number of filtration bags disposed in the container decreases, the filtration area decreases, and the filtration efficiency tends to decrease. This is because these tendencies are smaller than 30 mm or more than 200 mm.
[0007]
The filtered water discharge pipe is made of a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride or soft vinyl, and is fixed with one end side inserted into the edge of the filtration bag body using an adhesive means or a sewing means, and the other end side is a container body. It is fixed in a state where it penetrates from the side on the bottom side toward the outside, and the treated water filtered by the filter cloth of each filtration bag body arranged in parallel in the container body can be discharged naturally to the outside. Yes. In addition, even if the filtered water discharge pipe is crushed by being compressed and filled with a core material that can pass water, such as spears and felt, on the side of the container body of the filtered water discharge pipe, it is blocked here. The flow of treated water can also be prevented from stopping.
[0008]
The simple filtration device according to claim 2 is configured in the invention according to claim 1, wherein the filler is formed from at least one of a net-like, lump-like, cushion-like, and lattice-frame-like material. .
With this configuration, in addition to the operation of the first aspect, the following operation can be obtained.
(A) Since the filler contained in the filter bag is formed of at least one of a net-like, lump-like, cushion-like, and lattice-frame-like material, even if a large amount of suspended water is supplied into the container The shape of the filtration bag body can be maintained in an appropriate state, and the filtration performance can be prevented from being deteriorated to perform an efficient purification process.
Here, as the filler, a material formed in the above-described lattice shape, porous shape, three-dimensional net shape, cushion shape or the like having good water permeability is preferably used. The thickness of the filler incorporated in the filter bag is preferably about 5 to 30 mm. This depends on the size of the filtration bag and the container, the filtration characteristics of the filter cloth, etc., but as the thickness becomes thinner than 5 mm, the filter cloths formed in the bag shape come into close contact with each other and the flow path of the treated water is inside. However, as the thickness exceeds 30 mm, it is difficult to reduce the number of filtration bag bodies that can be built in the container body or to maintain an appropriate interval between the filtration bag bodies. This is because the filtration efficiency tends to decrease. In addition, the three-dimensional mesh made of synthetic resin, ceramics, metal, etc., in addition to synthetic resin such as urethane resin, net-like or mesh-like materials made by knitting metal wires, etc. Examples include a bulk material having a structure, a porous material having continuous air holes and grooves, and a material in which rod-like materials are laminated at intervals to form a lattice shape.
[0009]
The simple filtration device according to claim 3 is the invention according to claim 1 or 2,
The container body is made of a waterproof fabric, a sheet made of synthetic resin, a flexible sheet such as turbolin, and is formed in a box shape or a cylindrical shape with a bottom open.
With this configuration, in addition to the operation of the first or second aspect, the following operation is obtained.
(A) Since the container body is made of a flexible sheet, the container body is lightweight and excellent in transportability, and can be folded up when not in use, and can be stored compactly even in a small storage place, and is excellent in convenience.
(B) Since the container body becomes compact, it is easy to carry a large number of container bodies, and when the water suddenly increases, the container body can be brought to the site and dealt with promptly, and has excellent mobility.
(C) Since a container body consists of a flexible sheet | seat, when suspension water is inject | poured, it can expand completely with dead weight of suspension water, and can improve filtration efficiency.
Here, the container body is formed in a box shape or a cylindrical shape by sewing or bonding a waterproof flexible sheet. This container body can raise the storage efficiency without being bulky by folding the whole.
[0010]
The simple filtration device according to claim 4 is the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein an interval of 10 to 150 mm is provided between the inner bottom surface of the container body and the lower end of the filtration bag body. A suspension storage part is formed with a gap.
According to this configuration, in addition to the operation of any one of claims 1 to 3, the following operation can be obtained.
(A) Since a predetermined suspension reservoir is formed at a predetermined interval between the inner bottom surface of the container body and the lower end of the filter bag body, the earth and sand scraped off on the surface of the filter cloth is the container body. The top of the filtration bag body is not covered with earth and sand, the filtration area can be secured, and the water purification process can be performed stably.
Here, when the space | interval of a suspension storage part is less than 10 mm, a sufficient amount of earth and sand cannot be stored, and the amount of water purification processing which can be processed with a simple filtration apparatus will fall. On the other hand, if it exceeds 150 mm, the amount of stored soil and the like increases, and handling such as movement after the water purification treatment and discharge of suspended matter becomes inconvenient, which is not preferable.
[0011]
The simple filtration device according to claim 5 is the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a reinforcing member having a rod-like shape, an elongated plate shape, a face plate shape, or a surface lattice shape is provided on a side surface of the container body. They are arranged in the horizontal direction and / or the vertical direction.
According to this configuration, in addition to the operation of any one of claims 1 to 4, the following operation can be obtained.
(A) Since the reinforcing member is disposed on the side surface of the container body, even if the container body is filled with the suspended water, the entire body can be prevented from swelling and deforming due to its weight and overflowing the suspended water, The interval between the filter bags can be kept constant to prevent the filtration efficiency from decreasing, and can be maintained in an appropriate state.
(B) Since the reinforcing member is provided, the container body can be easily folded and then unfolded, and the handleability is excellent, and the installation work at the site can be performed quickly.
(C) Since the filtration device is not deformed by its own weight, it can be easily fitted into a road side groove or the like, and can be suitably used as a filtration device for filtering water in the road side groove.
Here, as the reinforcing member, a relatively hard synthetic resin, a metal rod-like body such as an aluminum alloy or steel, an elongated plate-like body, a face-plate-like body, or a surface-grid-like body can be applied. It is attached to the side part of the body in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction via a locking member or directly attached via an adhesive or the like.
[0012]

According to this configuration, in addition to the operation of any one of claims 1 to 5, the following operation can be obtained.
(A) Since a suspension part is provided on the upper side, it is possible to easily carry a simple filter device that is folded in its entirety. Yes.
(B) The upper side suspenders can be tied and connected with a rope, etc., and the opening of the container body that is easy to spread by filling the suspended water is regulated to maintain the interval between the filtration bags inside properly. Can be made.
[0013]
The simple filtration device according to claim 7 is the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the surface of the filter cloth is made of a synthetic resin such as silicon, urethane, tetrafluoroethylene, or acrylic. It is configured to be covered with a scram structure in which fine particles are aggregated to form a channel between the particles.
According to this configuration, in addition to the operation of any one of claims 1 to 6, the following operation is obtained.
(A) Since the filter cloth is covered with a layer having a scram structure made of synthetic resin fine particles, the surface portion formed by spreading the synthetic resin fine particles reliably captures particles in the suspended water. Thus, it is possible to prevent intrusion into the inside and effectively prevent clogging.
(B) Since water molecules and minerals dissolved in water easily pass through the coating layer, a large amount of fresh water containing minerals can be obtained.
(C) When tetrafluoroethylene (trade name Teflon (registered trademark)) or this is used as a coating material, the adhesiveness to the solid content in the suspended water is small and the anti-clogging property is excellent.
Here, the scram structure is formed by spraying fine particles having a particle diameter of 1 μm to 2000 μm of a synthetic resin such as polyurethane resin dispersed in a solvent onto the filter cloth part to form a layer in which the fine particles are joined in a network form, It can be formed by mixing and stirring fine particles into a quality material and dispersing the fibers or fine particles partially.
[0014]
The simple filtration device according to claim 8 is the invention according to claim 7, wherein the layer thickness of the scram structure covered on the surface of the filter cloth is 10 to 30% with respect to the layer thickness of the filter cloth. It is configured to be.
With this configuration, in addition to the operation of the seventh aspect, the following operation can be obtained.
(A) Since the layer thickness of the scram structure is in a specific range, it is possible to balance the amount of filtration treatment and its clogging characteristics, and to efficiently perform a large amount of processing such as suspension water at a construction site.
(B) Since clogging can be reduced even for fine particles, it can also be used for dispersion removal of plankton such as sea cucumbers generated in lakes, rivers, seas and the like.
Here, the layer thickness of the scram structure relative to the layer thickness of the filter cloth depends on the solid content concentration and the type of the suspended water, but if it is less than 10%, the adhesion of the solid content filtered in the filter cloth part increases. Since a tendency appears and a backwash process is required in a short period, it is not preferable. Conversely, if it exceeds 30%, the filtration treatment flow rate tends to decrease, which is not preferable.
[0015]
A simple filtration device according to a ninth aspect is the invention according to any one of the first to eighth aspects, wherein the container body includes a filtered water storage portion communicated with the filtration bag body at a bottom thereof. The filtrate drain pipe is connected to the filtrate storage part.
With this configuration, in addition to the operation of any one of claims 1 to 8, the following operation is provided.
(A) Since a filtrate storage part that can store a certain amount of filtrate is provided at the bottom of the container body, there is no variation in the amount of extracted water as in the case of removing filtrate from each filter bag individually. Can be discharged from the filtered water discharge pipe with a stable amount of water.
(B) The filtered water discharge pipe is closed with a valve or the like, or the pipe portion is bent so that water does not leak, and then the filtrate water storage section is pressurized and the filtrate water in the filtrate storage section is filtered. By flowing back into the filter bag body, the solid content on the filter cloth can be removed and washed, and the maintenance is excellent.
Here, the filtrate storage unit is a tank that has an internal volume of 1/20 to 1/10 of the total internal volume of the container body and stores the filtrate provided at the bottom, such as a valve. A filtered water discharge pipe that is opened and closed at is connected and used. When the internal volume of the filtrate storage part is less than 1/20 of the internal volume of the container body, it tends to be difficult to equalize the amount of filtrate water to be discharged. In addition, the size of the filtration bag body is limited, and the amount of filtration treatment tends to be greatly reduced.
[0016]

The treated water purified in 12 to 15 is discharged to the outside.
As shown in FIG. 1, the simple filtration device 10 is formed in a substantially box shape having a height of 200 to 500 mm, a vertical width of 300 to 2000 mm, and a horizontal width of 200 to 1000 mm when installed in an expanded state. As shown in FIG. 5, the whole can be made compact by folding from the front side and tying with a rope 18 or the like, and is excellent in storage and handling.
[0018]
Next, a method for purifying suspended water using the simple filtration device 10 configured as described above will be described.
First, when the simple filtration device 10 in the folded state as shown in FIG. 5 is deployed and arranged at a suspended water generation site such as a construction site as shown in FIG. 1, it is self-supported by the holding portion 11b and the support portion 11b ′. Next, suspended water is supplied from the opening part 11a of the container body 11, and the water surface of suspended water is raised.
At this time, since the reinforcing member 11c ′ is provided in the container body 11, the side surface of the container body 11 is suppressed from being bulged by the water pressure, and the filtration bag bodies 12 to 15 are held at appropriate positions. . In this way, water pressure is applied from the outside of the filter bag bodies 12 to 15 toward the filler 16 built in the inside thereof, and a permeate flow is generated, and the solid content in the suspended water is filtered on the surface of the filter cloth. It sinks to the bottom of the container body 11.
On the other hand, the treated water purified on the filter cloth surface is discharged to the outside through the filtered water discharge pipe 17 provided on the lower end side of the filtration bag bodies 12 to 15 through the gap of the filler 16.
In this way, water treatment can be efficiently performed only by the weight of the suspension water supplied to the simple filtration device 10.
When a predetermined amount of earth and sand is accumulated in the container body 11, the container body 11 is inverted using a lifting hand 11 e and the sediment stored in the container body 11 is discharged to a predetermined place and the like. 10 can be used again for the purification treatment.
Further, when the purification process is completed, the empty simple filtration device 10 can be folded to be compact, and a large number of filtration devices can be stored in the storage location.
In addition, the filtrate drain pipe 17 is connected to a filtrate tank formed in a bag shape or the like, the filtrate is stored, the filtrate tank is pressurized, and the filtrate flows back to the filtration bags 12 to 15. It can also be made. Thereby, the solid content adhering to the surface of the filtration bag bodies 12 to 15 can be effectively removed and used without clogging.
[0019]
Since the simple filtration device 10 of the first embodiment is configured as described above, it has the following operation.
(A) Since the earth and sand crushed with the filter cloth accumulates at the bottom of the container body 11 and does not accumulate in the filtration bag bodies 12 to 15, the time change of the filtration performance by the filter cloth is small, and the water purification process is excellent. .
(B) Since the interval D between the filter bag bodies 12 to 15 is 50 to 150 mm, a brush is inserted to prevent clogging of the filter cloth surface during filtration and the like, and the filter cloth is swept with the tip of the filter cloth. The adhesion layer attached to the surface can be removed to maintain the filtration efficiency, and the maintenance is excellent.
(C) The earth and sand accumulated in the container body 11 can be easily discharged from the opening 11a at the top of the container body 11, and is excellent in workability and maintainability.
(D) Since the filler 16 is built in the filtration bag bodies 12 to 15, even if a large amount of suspended water is supplied into the container body 11, the shape is maintained in an appropriate state, and deterioration of the filtration performance is prevented. Thus, an efficient purification process can be performed.
(E) Since the container body 11 is made of a flexible sheet, the entire container body 11 can be folded when not in use, can be stored compactly even in a small storage space, and can stand alone during use by the holding portion 11b and the support portion 11b ′. So workability is excellent.
(F) It is lightweight and can be easily carried, and can be brought to the site quickly when sudden water increases, and has excellent mobility.
(G) Since the interval H between the suspension storage portions is formed on the inner bottom surface of the container body 11, a predetermined amount of earth and sand scraped off on the surface of the filter cloth is allowed to settle on the bottom of the container body 11. The upper part of the filtration bag bodies 12-15 is not covered with earth and sand, a filtration area can be ensured, and a water purification process can be performed stably.
(H) Since the reinforcing member 11c ′ is disposed on the side surface of the container body 11, even if the inside of the container body 11 is filled with suspended water, the reinforcing member 11c ′ side does not swell due to its weight, and each filtration bag It is possible to prevent the filtration efficiency from decreasing by keeping the interval between the bodies constant.
(I) Since suspended water is filtered only by the head difference without using power, the energy saving property is excellent.
(J) It is possible to easily arrange a bubble generator, an aeration device or the like in the container body 11 to which the suspended water is supplied, and perform secondary water treatment such as sterilization and oxygen enrichment, It is also possible to add convenience corresponding to the purpose.
(K) Since the suspension hand 11e is provided on the upper side, it is possible to easily carry a simple filter device that is folded in its entirety. Yes.
(L) Since the simple filtration device 10 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, it is possible to perform the purification process by fitting in a side groove-like portion of the road and keeping it in a stable state.
