【従来の技術】
従来の折り畳み式椅子として、折り曲げ可能な弾性薄板材で形成され、平面方形の筒状体で、角線の中間部から隣り合う角線の上端を結ぶ折り曲げ用斜線とで区切られ、かつ対向する側壁内に位置する一対の三角形状の側壁部分を、内側に折り曲げて吊り下げ部とし、前記角線および折り曲げ用斜線の交点を結ぶ折り曲げよう水平線と、これの両端に位置する角線とで区切られた方形の側壁部分を、内側に折り曲げて座面としたものがあります。(例えば、特許文献1参照。)
また、ダンボール製腰掛けとして、前後面壁と左右側壁を有する折り畳み可能な四角箱形を基本とする本体を組み立て、その前面壁の上端部を座部として後面壁に至るまで内側へ折り込みうるように、前面壁の上端部近くにその折れ線を形成するとともに、左右側壁の上端部に前面壁の前記折れ線の端から後面壁の上端に至る斜めの反転線を形成し、本体に座部の支持部材を同時に折り畳み可能に内装したものがあります。(特許文献2参照。)

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記特許文献1の折り畳み式椅子では、座部、背もたれ、肘掛け、脚部がありますが、背もたれ部を補強するものがないので座部、背もたれ等が弱く、また座部の中間を脚部で支えていないので、ダンボール製では座部が弱く、また、上記特許文献2の腰掛けは、座部、背もたれ、肘掛け、脚部が有りますが、背もたれを背面より支えるものがないので、座部、背もたれが弱く、また、座部は本体とは別に設けた四角筒型の支持部材で支持するもので、複数の組み立て部材の組み合わせでできるものです。従来、1枚のダンボール紙で座部、背もたれ、肘掛け、脚部、背もたれの補強部、座部の支持脚などを全部組み立てできるようにしたものはなく、上記のように椅子の部分と座部を別部材として組み合わせて組み立てるものしかなかった。

板紙Aとしては、1枚の板紙或いは複数枚を接着して1枚とした板紙を使用する。図1ないし図3に示す実施形態では、組み立て椅子の前記座部形成部、背もたれ形成部、背面部形成部、袖部形成部、肘掛け形成部、抱え込み形成部、前面脚部の前面形成部と側面形成部等を一枚のダンボール紙を用いてカッター等裁断機で作成した場合を示す。図4および図5に示す実施形態は、2枚のダンボール紙を用い、背もたれ形成部5と背面部形成部7とを頂部で継ぎ合わせるように別々に設けた椅子前部A1と後部A2を示す。カッター等で大きなダンボール紙を一度に裁断出来ない場合には、例えば、前記背もたれ形成部(前部)と背面部形成部(後部)の上部で分離して別々に裁断して作成し、背もたれ形成部側の継ぎ合わせ部23aと背面部形成部側の継ぎ合わせ部23bを接着剤等で接着して一枚にしてもよい。ダンボール紙等板紙とするので、着色、印刷等ができ、布を張ることもできる。座部形成部、背もたれ形成部等に人気のキャラクター等絵柄の印刷を施せば商品価値を向上できる。

前記座部形成部1、前面脚部4の前面形成部4a、背もたれ形成部5はほぼ長方形とし、その両側の肘掛け形成部12と、袖部形成部13、抱え込み形成部22と側面形成部14を一体のほぼ方形状とし、かつ背面部形成部7は前面脚部4と背もたれ形成部5とを合わせた長さとほぼ同じ縦長の方形に設けられ、その背面部形成部7には両側に背面側部形成部、抑え形成部、後面脚部8等が一体に設けられている。方形状の座部形成部1は後部を若干幅狭くして、座部形成部の前面を広げて座り易い形状としてあるが、これに限られものではなく、例えば、前部と後部の幅をほぼ同じとしても良い。背もたれ形成部はほぼ正方形としてある。座部形成部と同じ方形の補強用板紙を別途設け、これを座部形成部の裏面に貼着して座部形成部を補強して座ったときに座面に凹みを生じないようにすることもできる。また、背もたれ形成部5は、折り目3を折り座部形成部に対して90度ないし90度より所定角度大きい角度に折り曲げられる。座部形成部1に対する背もたれ形成部の折り曲げ角度αは、椅子として座り心地を考慮して、背もたれ形成部を後方へ若干傾斜した状態に折り曲げた角度とするのが好ましい。実施形態ではαを90度より所定角度大きい角度としてある。座部形成部1に対して前面脚部4を構成する前面形成部4aは折り目2で下方に折り曲げられる。座部形成部1に対する前面形成部4aの折り曲げ角度βは、ほぼ90度として、座部形成部1を水平或いは前部を奥より若干高くして傾斜状として、前面脚部は床面に垂直に立てるように折り曲げる。座部形成部のほか、脚部、背もたれ形成部等補強が必要な面の内面に同じ大きさの補強用板紙を貼着して補強することができる。

座部形成部の両側の肘掛け形成部12と袖部形成部13を第1折り目15で山折りして肘掛け部Bが構成され、第1折り目15で山折りすると共に第3折り目17で谷折りした袖部形成部を第2折り目16で折り曲げて形成される背もたれ形成部の背面に折り込む袖部Cとを組み立て、背もたれ形成部に対して背面部形成部7を折返してその袖部Cが抑えられて背もたれ形成部5が補強される。

第2折り目16は、肘掛け形成部12と袖部形成部13とを区分する折り目であって、肘掛け形成部12の折り目9の後端Fを基点として前記Gと結び、∠EFGを座部形成部1に対する背もたれ形成部の起立角度αとほぼ同角度θ3とし、第1折り目15を中心としてFGとGIが等角に屈折して設けられる。第1折り目15と、その両側の第2折り目16となす角度θ1は等しくしてある(∠FGE=∠EGI)。実施形態では第1折り目15を中心として両側に対称に同じ三角形の肘掛け形成部12が形成され、その折り目15で山折りして三角形の肘掛け形成部を合わせるようにしてある(三角形EGFと三角形EGIは等しい)。折り目9と第2折り目16とのなす角度(∠EFG)θ3は座部形成部1と背もたれ形成部5の角度αとほぼ同じとする。また、第2折り目16と折り目20とのなす角度(∠GIE)は折り目9と第2折り目16とのなす角度(∠EFG)θ3と等しくしてある。第1折り目で山折りすることにより肘掛け部の第2折り目(FGとGI)が同じ位置で合わせられ、第3折り目17で谷折りしてこの第2折り目16を背もたれ形成部5の折り目11に合わせて袖部Cが折り曲げられる。袖部形成部13には第1折り目15と第2折り目16の外側にできる折り曲げ形成部13aが含まれる。袖部形成部13を第2折り目16で折り曲げるとこの折り曲げ形成部13aが一番外側となり、この面に背面部形成部7の抑え部Dが当てられる。

図に示す実施例では、θは約30度、θ1は約50度、θ2は約38度、θ3は約100度の場合を示してある。
実施例では袖部形成部13の端部には折り込み時に対向する端部が当たらないように第3折り目17に対して斜めに切り込んでV型切欠部19が設けられている。前記袖部形成部13の第3折り目17は、V型切欠部19の交点Kと前記折り目11の前端Fとを結んで設けられている。背もたれ形成部の巾が狭く両側の袖部形成部を折り込んだ時に端部が重なる場合には、袖部形成部の端部を前記のように切欠いて切欠部を設けて端部同士が重ならないようにするのが好ましい。また、袖部形成部の後端部は背もたれ形成部5を折り目6で折るときに邪魔とならないようにカットするのが好ましい。背もたれ形成部の巾が広く両側の袖部形成部を折り込時端部が重なることがない場合には、切欠部を設けなくともよい。実施形態では袖部形成部の端部が背もたれ形成部頂部に当たらないように、また端部同士が相互に当たらないようにV型切欠部を設けたが、この形状に限られるものではなく、端部を適宜形状にカットして当たらないようにすることができる。

実施形態では、縦長の方形状背面部形成部7の両側に折り目25を介して抑え形成部29等の抑え部Dと、後面脚部8の両側の脚部形成部40とを構成する一連の方形状板面を形成し、抑え形成部29と脚部形成部とを切り離す切り込み28を入れ、抑え形成部と脚部形成部を折り目で別に折り曲げ可能としてある。

なお、前面脚部と後面脚部の支持脚、後面脚部の支持脚同士の結合構造はこれに限られるものではなく、対向面に適宜結合構造を設けて結合するか、接着剤で接着するか、接着テープ等で止めることもできる。

なお、底部形成部60はX型に組み合わせる脚部の底面に合わせた形状としたが、これに限られるものではなく、例えば方形等とすることは自由に出来る。なお、底部形成部は差込片を設けて、脚部に差込み結合する構造としたが、これに限られるものではなく、例えば、脚部底面に接着剤で接着するか、或いは接着テープで止めることもできる。板紙の厚み分を考慮して、例えば山折り、谷折りのために脚部、抑え形成部、底部形成部等全ての折り目の角度を若干修正して合わせる。

1枚の方形状ダンボール紙等板紙を図1〜3に示すように無駄なく使用してカット製作できるので、ダンボール紙等の切れ端の無駄となる部分が非常に少なく省資源と出来、1枚のダンボール紙であるから、保管、搬送、陳列等にも便利である。また、1枚のダンボール紙を組み立てるだけですから、災害など緊急の場合に速やかに組み立てて使用することができて、便利であり、災害用として多数備蓄しておくことができる。また、肘掛け、背もたれ形成部、X型脚部、前面脚部、後面脚部等は折り目が外面に出ますが、切断面は外部に殆ど出ていないので椅子の外観が非常にきれいにでき、商品価値を向上できる。また、実施形態では、組み立て椅子を接着剤等を使用しないで、組み立てているので、解体が容易で、回収業者等に出しやすく、リサイクルに適している。
