Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a supporter for hallux valgus correction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-87297
Hallux valgus is a condition in which the first toe bends toward the fifth toe, that is, outside the body, and may be caused by shoes with thin toes such as high heels, but lack of exercise and changes in lifestyle As a result, the muscles of the soles are weakened, and the metatarsal ligaments forming the concave transverse arches at the center of the soles are loosened.
Abnormal toes can have various effects on the body. When it becomes hallux valgus, the weight concentrates on a part of the foot, causing twisting and unstable walking. If this state is continued for a long time, abnormalities occur in the knee, waist, shoulders, and the like.
[0004]
In order to correct such hallux valgus, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-87297 discloses a width for pressing the foot mid-foot joint part inward and a band 21 wound around the outer periphery thereof as shown in FIG. A hallux valgus supporter in which elastic members 22 and 23 inserted between the first and second toes and between the fourth and fifth toes are integrally attached to the upper edge is disclosed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional hallux valgus supporter, an elastic member is inserted between the first toe and the second toe to press the first toe outward.
In order to return the first toe to the normal position, the second toe must be in the normal position. In the hallux valgus, the metatarsal ligaments connecting the metatarsals are loosened as described above, and the second toes are also deformed and are not in the normal position. Therefore, the first toes and the second toes In the conventional technique in which an elastic member is inserted between the first toe and the first toe is pressed outward, the first toe cannot be returned to a normal position.
[0006]
An object of the present invention is to provide a supporter for correcting hallux valgus that solves the problems of the prior art and has a simple structure and can return the first toe to a normal position.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a support member for correcting hallux valgus, which is an elastic net-like member that is thin and has a strong support force, and holds the second to fourth toes back to their normal positions. And a lower cylindrical portion that holds and returns the middle foot joint portion to a normal position, and a first toe insertion hole and a fifth toe insertion hole are formed at the upper end of the lower cylindrical portion. And the elastic member which presses a 1st toe to a normal position is provided in the 2nd toe side of the said upper cylindrical part, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0008]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the supporter for hallux valgus correction of the first aspect of the present invention, an elastic member that presses the first toe to a normal position is formed on the inner side of the upper tubular portion on the second toe side. It is characterized by being accommodated in a pocket in a replaceable manner.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows the state of a foot that has become a hallux valgus. Five toes 1 to 5 are connected by five metatarsal bones 6 to 10 in the metatarsal joint, and the metatarsal ligament 11 connecting the five metatarsal bones 6 to 10 is loosened. Opening, the depression (referred to as a lateral arch) in the center of the sole formed by the metatarsal joint is reduced, the first metatarsal 6 is varus, and therefore the first toe 1 is valgus. Moreover, when the metatarsal ligament 11 is loosened, the second to fifth metatarsals are also displaced from the normal positions, and as a result, the second to fifth toes are also displaced from the normal positions.
[0010]
FIG. 2 shows a supporter 12 for correcting hallux valgus according to the present invention. The hallux valgus correction supporter 12 is formed of a thin elastic net-like member having a strong support force.
The hallux valgus correction supporter 12 has a lower cylindrical portion 13 that holds the metatarsal joint caused by the loosening of the metatarsal ligament back to the normal position.
By holding the metatarsal joint back to the normal position, the lateral arch 18 is formed again on the sole as shown in FIG. 3, the impact when walking is dispersed, and stable walking is possible.
On the upper part of the lower cylindrical part 13, an upper cylindrical part 14 for returning and holding the three toes from the second to the fourth toes 2 to 4 to a normal position is formed.
The reference | standard for returning the valgus first toe to a normal position is established by returning and holding the 2nd to 4th toes 4 to 4 to the normal position.
A first toe insertion hole 15 and a fifth toe insertion hole 16 are formed at the upper end of the lower cylindrical part 13.
[0011]
An elastic body 17 such as a sponge having a size that generates a pressing force for returning the first toe 1 to a normal position is provided on the second toe side of the upper cylindrical part 14. The elastic body 17 may be housed in a pocket 18 provided on the second toe side of the upper tubular body 14 and be replaceable.
By forming a pocket and making the elastic body 17 replaceable, the size of the elastic body 17 can be selected according to the degree of valgus of the first toe.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
The configuration of the lower cylindrical portion that holds the metatarsal joint back to the normal position of the present invention corrects the opening of the metatarsal joint caused by the loosening of the metatarsal ligament, and the lateral arch is formed again at the sole, and walking The impact of time is dispersed and stable walking is possible.
A reference for returning the valgus first toe to the normal position is formed by the configuration of the upper cylindrical portion that returns and holds the second to fourth toes to the normal position.
By providing an elastic body for returning the first toe to the normal position on the second toe side of the upper cylindrical part, the second toe held at the normal position by the upper cylindrical part is taken as a reference. It becomes possible to return the warped first toe to a normal position.
By providing a pocket for accommodating the elastic body in the upper cylindrical portion, the size of the elastic body can be exchanged according to the degree of valgus of the first toe.
