[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A crime prevention exterior according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the crime prevention exterior 1 according to the embodiment includes an upper edge covering material 3 fixed along the entire length of the upper edge 20 of the balustrade 2, and an upper edge covering material 3. The bracket 4 rising upward, the cylindrical rotating body 5 extending along the upper edge 20 of the balustrade 2 and rotatably supported by the bracket 4, and the gap 6 between the upper edge 20 of the balustrade 2 and the rotating body 5 are packed. A liner 7 is provided. Reference numeral C in FIG. 1 represents a cover for concealing the bracket 4 or minimizing its exposure.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is a front view showing an example in which a crime prevention exterior 1 is applied to a balustrade 2 of a pull-in terrace 8 that is formed so as to recede indoors from the outer wall of a building. A person who intends to illegally enter the entrance terrace 8 from outside the building or site (hereinafter referred to as “intruder”) must get over the balustrade 2 on the front as shown in the figure. The security exterior 1 has the simplest configuration considering such an intruder from one direction, and details will be described below. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing one end side of the security exterior 1 and omitting the other end side. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view in which the crime prevention exterior 1 is broken along the longitudinal direction (body portion). The liner 7 illustrated in FIG. 3 is not necessarily provided in the entire area of the crime prevention exterior 1 in the longitudinal direction, and thus is not illustrated in FIG. 2.
[0015]
The balustrade 2 is a place where a handrail is provided on its upper edge, such as a veranda, a balcony, or a chest wall or a waist wall that is installed in a proper place in a building, or a place where it can be deliberately climbed. Means that. Furthermore, when a passage, site, or room layout is partitioned, the crime prevention exterior 1 may be attached to the upper edge of a small fence or partition for restricting the passage of people between them. good.
[0016]
The upper edge covering material 3 may have any specific shape as long as it covers the upper edge 20 of the balustrade 2 exemplified above. However, the upper edge covering material 3 has a degree of design freedom such as a sash bar. A wide extruded product is desirable. Here, covering means not only covering only the surface layer of the upper edge 20, but broadly means covering the upper edge 20 and its vicinity. Further, the upper edge covering material 3 may be integrated with the balustrade of the balustrade 2 or the like.
[0017]
In the drawing, as the most preferable embodiment of the upper edge covering material 3, a downward groove-shaped cross section is shown. This is because when the crime prevention exterior 1 is attached to the existing balustrade 2, the upper edge covering material 3 is fixed to the balustrade using a tapping screw or the like while the upper edge 20 of the balustrade 2 is inserted inside the upper edge covering material 3. In this case, the upper edge covering material 3 covers the upper edge 20 of the balustrade 2 and the upper edge covering material 3 is intended to serve as a decoration material for the balustrade. Furthermore, even if the ready-made balustrade 2 has, for example, a headboard, it can be covered with the upper edge covering material 3, so that the trouble of removing the existing headboard becomes unnecessary, and intruders When an unjust entry is attempted, there is an effect that the edge of the headboard cannot be grasped and a fingertip cannot be caught.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 2, the bracket 4 is formed with a concave portion 40 for immersing the end portion 50 of the rotating body 5 by several mm in the head, and a leg portion 41 fixed on the upper surface of the upper edge covering material 3 at the lower end. It is a hardware. The leg portion 41 is a flange that can be joined to the upper edge covering material 3 using a tapping screw or the like. As shown in FIG. 4, the inner diameter of the recess 40 of the bracket 4 is set slightly larger than the outer diameter of the one end portion 50 of the rotating body 5. For this reason, the rotating body 5 can be freely rotated in the circumferential direction only by receiving a slight external force while being supported by the bracket 4.
[0019]
If an intruder who is blocked by the edge covering material 3 from holding the headboard as described above tries to get over the balustrade 2, the intruder must reach the rotating body 5. In addition, when an intruder tries to transfer to the railing 2 from the upper floor of the pull-in terrace 8 provided with the balustrade 2 or to transfer to the railing 2 from a neighboring building, the intruder A foot must be put on the rotating body 5. Then, when trying to support the intruder's own weight with the hand or foot hung on the rotating body 5, the rotating body 5 suddenly moves toward the outside or inside of the balustrade 2 as indicated by the arrow R in FIG. Try to rotate unexpectedly.
[0020]
Thereby, if an intruder tries to get over the balustrade 2 with the above-mentioned posture, the body will be shaken in small steps. However, if the intruder tries to get over the railing 2 forcibly, the body will be shaken much more, so the intruder will detect the danger of falling and give up giving up the railing 2.
[0021]
FIG. 5 shows an example of a bracket 9 suitable for being arranged between the plurality of rotating bodies 5 when the plurality of rotating bodies 5 are connected. This is because, when the balustrade 2 is particularly long, the length of one rotating body 5 is avoided in accordance with this, and along the upper edge 20 of the balustrade 2 is about 1 to 3 m. It is intended to arrange a plurality of divided rotating bodies 5 in a line.
[0022]
The bracket 9 raises the support piece 42 from the leg portion 41, and the inside of the one end 50 of the one rotating body 5 and the other end 51 of the other rotating body 5 is formed on the head of the support piece 42. Each of the pins 43 to be immersed is attached. Since the outer diameter of the pin 43 is set to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the rotating body 5, the plurality of rotating bodies 5 can be freely rotated in the respective circumferential directions while being supported by the bracket 9. The thickness of the support piece 42 is desirably about 5 to 8 mm. This is to prevent an intruder from catching a finger or the like on the head of the support piece 42 through between the end portions 50 and 51 of the two adjacent rotating bodies 5.
[0023]
The rotating body 5 is preferably a lightweight and tough aluminum alloy pipe (hollow material), but may be a round bar-shaped metal lump. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 6, the core material 53 may be inserted inside the rotating body 5 and the end portion 54 of the core material 53 may be supported by the brackets 4 and 9 described above. This is a configuration intended to simplify and speed up the construction. That is, if the rotating body 5 is a single long pipe, in addition to cutting the rotating body 5 to an appropriate length according to the actual dimensions of the balustrade 2, the makeup of the cut end of the rotating body 5 that is conspicuous as an appearance The trouble of finishing is inevitable. On the other hand, as shown in the figure, if the entire length of the crime prevention exterior 1 can be expanded and contracted by connecting a plurality of rotating bodies 5 which are short cylinders and increasing or decreasing the number, the core material 53 can be simply cut. The finishing of the core 53 can be omitted.
[0024]
The liner 7 is packed between the upper edge covering material 3 and the rotating body 5 and actively narrows the gap 6 so that an intruder cannot insert a finger or the like into the gap 6 between them. Further, the liner 7 also serves as a blindfold for concealing the inside of the balustrade 2 from the gap 6 by narrowing the gap 6. In addition, as shown in FIG. 7A, when the liner 7 is integrally formed with the upper edge covering material 3 by extrusion molding, an advantage that the shape of the cross section can be freely designed is obtained. A concave portion 70 that is curved along the peripheral surface of the rotating body 5 may be formed on the upper surface of the liner 7.
[0025]
As shown in the figure, if the rotating body 5 is arranged at a height at which the lower side of the rotating body 5 is immersed in the recess 70 while maintaining a slight gap 60 between the recess 70 and the peripheral surface of the rotating body 5, the rotating body 5 and the liner 7. And form a series of outlines, and the bag also has a decorative effect as an integrated exterior. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 2B, when the diameter of the rotating body 5 is larger than the thickness dimension of the balustrade 2, the liner 7 may be omitted, but the decoration as an exterior described above. Considering the effect, it is desirable to insert the wedge-shaped liner 71 in the gap 6 in the cross-sectional shape. In this case, the rotating body 5 may be supported around the core material 53 via a hub or spoke 55.
[0026]
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the liner 7 may be provided with a roller 11 that is in rolling contact with the peripheral surface of the rotating body 5. Specifically, a slit-shaped notch 72 is formed at a proper position on the inner peripheral surface of the recess 70 of the liner 7, and a plurality of support shafts extending in parallel with the rotation axis (coincident with the longitudinal direction) of the rotating body 5 in the notch 72. 110, and a plurality of support shafts 110 support the plurality of rollers 11 that are in rolling contact with the rotating body 5, respectively. The roller 11 need not always be in contact with the rotating body 5, and the rotating body 5 may slightly float from the roller 11.
[0027]
Such a plurality of rollers 11 prevents the rotating body 5 from being bent downward by receiving a downward load and rubbing against the liner 7 when the intruder's hand or foot is put on the rotating body 5. It is provided with the intention of maintaining a smooth rotating operation of the rotating body 5. In this case, the brackets 4 and 9 do not necessarily have to support all the load applied to the rotating body 5, and it is sufficient if the rotating body 5 can be held at a predetermined position.
[0028]
Next, FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view showing a corner 21 on one side of the security exterior 10 according to another embodiment. The crime prevention exterior 10 is applied to the balustrade 2 of the terrace 13 which is formed by projecting from the outer wall of the building to the outside. In the following, the same components as those of the security exterior 1 described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and illustration and detailed description thereof are omitted. Although not shown, the outer surface of the terrace 13 is used to prevent the intruder from gripping the pipe-shaped vertical rail 130 provided around the terrace 13 when trying to climb the terrace 13. It is desirable to attach an acrylic plate or the like to the substrate.
[0029]
The security exterior 10 is characterized by a plurality of downward groove-shaped upper edge covering materials 3 fixed along the upper edges 20 of the plurality of balustrades 2 intersecting each other, and rising from the plurality of upper edge covering materials 3 respectively. The bracket 4, a plurality of rotating bodies 5 extending along the upper edges 20 of the plurality of balustrades 2 and rotatably supported by the bracket 4, and the upper edges 20 and the plurality of rotating bodies 5 of the plurality of balustrades 2, respectively. A plurality of liners 7 that are respectively packed between the two, and a curved cover 12 that is provided at the upper end of the corner 21 of the balustrade 2 that intersects each other and that packs between the end portions 50 and 51 of the plurality of rotating bodies 5. is there.
[0030]
Here, a plurality means the number or number of two or more. In addition, although the illustrated rotating bodies 5 are two and the curved cover 12 is one, when the corners 21 of the terrace 13 are on both sides of the terrace 13, at least the rotating bodies 5 are three. The number of the curved cover 12 is two or more. As the curved cover 12, an aluminum plate that is plastically deformed into a spherical shell by pressing or the like can be used. In the space inside the curved cover 12, two brackets 4 (not shown) are arranged to support the end portions 50 and 51 of the two rotating bodies 5 shown.
[0031]
As described above, the curved cover 12 and the bracket 4 may be separate from each other. However, as shown in FIG. 10, the pair of recesses 40 are respectively formed in the metal mass 14 having the same outline as the curved cover 12. The metal lump 14 is formed and fixed to the upper part of the corner 21, while the journal members 56 are fitted and fixed to the end portions 50 and 51 of the two rotating bodies 5, respectively. The journal members 56 of the respective rotating bodies 5 may be immersed in the recesses 40, respectively.
[0032]
Next, an embodiment of a crime prevention fence according to the present invention will be described. As shown in FIG. 11, the security fence 100 has a plurality of vertical beam members 15 with sharpened upper ends 16 raised from the ground or floor surface not shown in the figure at intervals in the horizontal direction. The shaft insertion holes 17 are formed near the upper end 16 of the vertical beam member 15, specifically, 50 to 90 cm below the upper end 16, and are rotatable through the shaft insertion holes 17 of the plurality of vertical beam members 15. A rotating body 5 is attached, and a bearing bush 18 is inserted between the two so that the rotating body 5 can smoothly rotate with respect to the shaft insertion hole 17. Here, the reason why the distance is set to 50 to 90 cm is to allow the intruder to get over the upper end 16 of the vertical beam 15 even when a ladder or the like is hung on the rotating body 5.
[0033]
The vertical crosspiece 15 is formed by bending an aluminum plate, and as shown in FIG. 12, a substantially U-shaped body portion 150 and a pair of flanges 151 with both mouth edges extending outward. The cross section has a substantially hat shape. Although not shown, a horizontal beam or the like may be added to an appropriate position near the lower end of the vertical beam 15. The upper end 16 of the vertical beam 15 is obtained as a cut when the vertical beam 15 is cut so as to cross diagonally. The bearing bush 18 connects the shaft insertion hole 17 and the rotator 5 with almost no gap, thereby causing the rotator 5 to play a role as a horizontal rail connecting the plurality of vertical bars 15.
[0034]
According to the security fence 100, in order for an intruder to get over this, he has to give up putting his hands or feet on the upper end 16 of the vertical beam 15 having a sharp shape, and put his hand on the rotating body 5, When the intruder's own weight is supported by a hand or a foot hung on the body 5, the rotating body suddenly and unexpectedly rotates toward the outside or inside of the security fence 100. Therefore, for the same reason as described above, the intruder gives up giving up over the security fence 100.
[0035]
FIG. 13 shows a modification of the security fence 200 according to the present embodiment. In the security fence 200, the upper ends 16 of the plurality of vertical bars 15 are made to be collapsible, and the upper end 16 falls when an intruder puts a hand or a foot on it, and usually the upper end 16 stands up by a spring or the like not shown in the figure. It was energized to do. Examples of the tiltable structure include a structure in which the upper end 16 is separated from the vertical crosspiece 15 and the upper end 16 rotates using the rotating body 5 as a hinge pin.
[0036]
In addition to the structure described above, the crime prevention effect can be further enhanced by combining the following crime prevention exteriors. That is, as shown in FIG. 14A, an uneven shape is provided so as to cover the inclined surface 31 of the V-shaped valley 30 dug down the ground outside the balustrade 2 and descends downward from the balustrade 2 toward the balustrade 2. You may apply the crime prevention exterior which consists of the board 32. FIG. Or although illustration is abbreviate | omitted since it is the same fundamental structure as this, you may make it provide the uneven | corrugated board 32 covering the inclined surface 31 of the V-shaped valley 30 which dug down the outer side of the crime prevention fence 100. FIG.
[0037]
As the concavo-convex plate 32, a steel plate having a corrugated shape or a cross-sectional shape similar to that may be applied as shown in the cross-section BB in FIGS. However, as long as the intruder's scaffold is unstable, the shape is not limited. Furthermore, an uneven plate 35 may be provided to cover the tread 34 which is the ground or floor surface of the balustrade 2 or the site inside the security fence 100. The uneven plate 35 uses the same material as the uneven plate 32 in a horizontal posture.
[0038]
It should be noted that the present invention can be implemented in a mode in which various improvements, modifications, or variations are added based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
When the crime prevention exterior according to the present invention is applied to an existing balustrade, the upper edge covering material covers the upper edge of the balustrade by fixing the upper edge covering material along the upper edge of the balustrade. The covering material can first serve as a balustrade decoration material. Furthermore, even if the ready-made balustrade has, for example, handrails and headboards, these can be covered with the upper edge covering material, so that when an intruder attempts an unauthorized intrusion, the handrails and headboards are gripped. Or get your fingertips caught on them. For this reason, the only way for an intruder to get over the railing is to put a hand on the rotating body, but the rotating body is rotatably supported by a bracket that rises from the upper edge covering material. When trying to support the person's own weight, the rotating body suddenly and unexpectedly rotates toward the outside or inside of the balustrade. It is difficult for an intruder to anticipate such a rotation.
[0040]
Therefore, if an intruder tries to get over the parapet with the above-mentioned posture, the body will be shaken in small steps. Still, if the intruder tries to get over the railing, the body will be shaken much more, so the intruder will detect the danger of falling and give up giving up the railing. Also, if the intruder tries to transfer to the railing from the upper floor of the balustrade, or if he tries to transfer to the railing from a neighboring building, the intruder will rotate if he puts his feet on the rotating body. Because the body suddenly tries to rotate, the intruder's feet become unstable, and the intruder senses the danger of falling and gives up on the parapet.
[0041]
Moreover, since the structure for achieving the above effects is a simple structure mainly composed of a rotating body, the manufacturing cost of the crime prevention exterior is extremely low. Moreover, the crime prevention exterior has the advantage that it can be constructed very easily even when installed on an existing railing.
[0042]
In addition, according to the crime prevention exterior according to the present invention, between the ends of the plurality of rotating bodies is configured to be packed by the curved cover provided at the corner of the balustrade, There is no room for an intruder to put his hand or foot on it. Moreover, the curved cover is not only a narrow member that can be placed between the ends of a plurality of rotating bodies, but also because the shape of the curved cover is a curved surface, the intruder's hand or foot is not easily caught, Even if an intruder carefully hangs his hand or foot on the curved cover, it is inevitable that the posture will become extremely unstable if the weight is placed on the cover.
[0043]
Therefore, as described above, an intruder who tried to get over the balustrade by putting his hand or foot on the rotating body, after giving up this, tried again unjustly and put his hand or foot on the curved cover. In the end, however, the intruder can only detect the danger of falling and give up on the parapet.
[0044]
Furthermore, according to the crime prevention exterior according to the present invention, since the bracket is embedded in the curved cover, it is possible to conceal the bracket and improve the appearance of the crime prevention exterior as a whole, and there is room for the intruder to put on a hand or a foot. Can be further reduced.
[0045]
Furthermore, according to the crime prevention exterior according to the present invention, since the liner includes a roller that is in rolling contact with the peripheral surface of the rotating body, even if the rotating body is long, the inside of the longitudinal direction is prevented from being bent. it can. Moreover, even if the weight of the intruder is momentarily applied to the rotating body, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the rotating body is bent and this rotation is inhibited. Furthermore, when the upper edge covering material and the liner are integrally formed by extrusion, these distortions can be suppressed, so that even if the crime prevention exterior is long, it can have a beautiful appearance with little distortion. it can.
[0046]
In addition, according to the crime prevention exterior according to the present invention, an uneven plate is provided that covers the inclined surface of the V-shaped valley dug down to the outside of the balustrade or the fence and descends downward from the balustrade or the fence toward the balustrade or the fence. This can prevent an intruder from approaching the balustrade from the outside. Moreover, even if an intruder reaches his hand from the outside to the railing or fence, it cannot be stood to climb on the railing or fence because there is a V-shaped valley. Moreover, if the intruder steps into the V-shaped valley, the uneven plate makes the intruder's scaffold unstable, and the intruder is likely to slide into the V-shaped valley. Therefore, the intruder feels the danger of accidentally falling into a V-shaped valley. Such spiritual repression allows intruders to abandon the parapet or fence.
[0047]
Also, when an uneven plate is provided to cover the treads inside the balustrade or fence, even if the intruder jumps over the balustrade or fence inadvertently and jumps indoors or into the site, the uneven plate You will feel the fear of spraining your feet. Such spiritual repression allows intruders to abandon the parapet or fence. In addition, it is possible to prevent a child or the like who is indoors or on the premises from approaching the railing or the fence, thereby preventing a mischief such as a child playing with a rotating body.
[0048]
According to the crime prevention fence according to the present invention, a plurality of vertical beam members with sharpened upper ends are set up at intervals in the horizontal direction, and shaft insertion holes are respectively formed below the upper ends of the plurality of vertical beam members. In addition, since a rotatable rotating body is attached through each shaft insertion hole of a plurality of vertical beam members, in order for an intruder to get over this, a hand or a leg is placed on the upper end of the sharp vertical beam member There is no choice but to give up and put your hand on the rotating body. For this reason, if the intruder's own body weight is supported by the hand or foot on the rotating body, the rotating body suddenly tries to rotate unexpectedly toward the outside or inside of the security fence.
[0049]
Therefore, if an intruder tries to get over the crime prevention fence with his / her hand or foot placed on the rotating body, the body will be shaken in small steps. Still, if the intruder tries to get over the security fence, the body will be shaken much more, so the intruder will detect the danger of falling and give up giving up the security fence.
