BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hot-melt road marking coating composition capable of suppressing the occurrence of aging cracks after a lapse of time with a short melt-kneading time, a method for producing the coating composition, and a petroleum resin composition suitable for the coating composition. Is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Road marking paints used for marking lane markings such as pedestrian crossings, center lines, and outer lines include caking resins, color pigments, fillers, plasticizers, waxes, stabilizers, antioxidants, and glass beads. A hot-melt type paint composed of such materials is widely used. Such a heat-melting type road marking paint is obtained by melt-kneading a mixture obtained by dry-mixing the components constituting it with a mixer at a construction site using a heating kneader, and applying the obtained melt in a molten state. It is constructed by doing.
[0003]
Conventional heat-melting road marking paints are susceptible to aging cracks over time. Although such problems can be improved to some extent by increasing the amount of plasticizer, the degree of improvement has been insufficient.
[0004]
In order to suppress the occurrence of aging cracks after aging, rubber having a melting point of 60 to 140 ° C. such as a styrene-butadiene block copolymer and a styrene-isoprene block copolymer is added to a conventional hot-melt road marking coating composition. The coating composition which mix | blended the elastic resin in the ratio of 0.1-20 weight% is proposed (for example, refer patent document 1).
However, by using such a coating composition, although the generation of aging cracks after aging can be suppressed, in order to fully exhibit the aging crack suppression performance, each component constituting the coating composition is previously dry mixed. It was necessary to make the time for melting and kneading the resulting mixture at the construction site considerably longer than the conventional one.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a hot-melt road marking coating composition capable of suppressing the occurrence of aging cracks after time with a short melt-kneading time, a method for producing the coating composition, and a petroleum resin composition suitable for the coating composition. Is to provide.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of diligent studies to achieve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventor made a dry-type petroleum resin composition containing a specific amount of thermoplastic elastomer in petroleum resin and other components constituting the coating composition. By adopting the method of mixing, it was found that the occurrence of aging cracks after aging can be sufficiently suppressed even if the melt kneading time of the mixture obtained by dry-mixing each component constituting the coating composition is shortened. Based on this, the present invention has been completed.
[0008]
Thus, according to the present invention, there is provided a petroleum resin composition comprising 50 to 97% by weight of a petroleum resin (a) and 50 to 3% by weight of a thermoplastic elastomer (b).
Moreover, according to this invention, the manufacturing method of the hot-melt type road marking coating composition characterized by dry-mixing the coating composition which consists of said petroleum resin composition, a filler, and a color pigment is provided.
Furthermore, according to this invention, the hot-melt-type road marking coating composition obtained by the said manufacturing method is provided.
