Description

【0001】

This pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is wound in a roll shape to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape wound body and is distributed. And it is used for various adhesion | attachment uses, such as sealing of an envelope, a bag body, a cover part, etc. of a box.
In addition, when using such an adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is pulled out of the adhesive tape wound body and cut to a desired length. To facilitate such work, a tape cutter is used. It is used.
The tape cutter has a tape holder that rotatably supports the adhesive tape wound body and a cut portion that cuts the drawn adhesive tape, and the adhesive tape drawn out to a desired length can be used as a punch or a cutter knife. It can be easily cut without using a tool and can be applied to an object to be bonded.
[0003]
By the way, as such an adhesive tape cutter, a binding adhesive tape cutter called a so-called back sealer is known (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-91730). This back sealer type adhesive tape cutter for bundling is widely used when selling foodstuffs (for example, bell peppers, onions, etc.) packed in plastic bags at supermarkets, etc. By simply twisting the vicinity of the opening of the bag and inserting it into the insertion groove for bundling operation, the adhesive tape having a width of about a few tens of millimeters is automatically circulated around the bundling portion near the twisted opening. The pressure-sensitive adhesive surfaces at both ends of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape are polymerized and adhered to each other, so that they are bound and sealed and cut at a predetermined length.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of an adhesive tape cutter and an adhesive tape according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0020]
=== First Embodiment ===
1 to 8 show a first embodiment of an adhesive tape cutter for bundling according to the present invention, FIG. 1 is a front view showing the appearance, FIG. 2 is a plan view, and FIG. 3 is a left side in FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the inside of the support plate in FIG. 1 with the front support plate removed, FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the main part in FIG. 4, and FIGS. FIG.
[0021]
As shown in the figure, the bundling adhesive tape cutter 10 includes a pair of support plates 12a and 12b arranged to face each other at a predetermined interval. The support plates 12a and 12b are connected in parallel by various support shafts and bolts, which will be described later, and leg portions 14 that are integrally formed by being horizontally bent outwardly at the respective lower ends thereof. Have.
[0022]
Between the support plates 12a and 12b, a tape support portion 16 that rotatably supports an adhesive tape winding body 4 formed by winding a long tape 2 having one surface as an adhesive surface in a roll shape is provided on one side thereof. It is located and provided. The tape support portion 16 includes at least two support rollers 18a and 18b that lock the upper portion of the tape winding body 4, and a support lever 20 that locks the lower portion of the tape winding body 4 so that the tape winding body 4 does not jump out. The support rollers 18a and 18b are rotatably supported by support shafts 22a and 22b fixed to at least one of the pair of support plates 12a and 12b.
[0023]
The support lever 20 is sandwiched between the support plates 12a and 12b, and one end 20a is pivotally supported on a support shaft 22c attached to a central portion below the support plates 12a and 12b. The other end extends laterally toward the lower side of the support rollers 18a and 18b. A biasing spring 24 that biases the other end 20 b of the support lever 20 to rotate upward is provided at a substantially central portion of the support lever 20. The tape winding body 4 is pressed and locked to the two upper support rollers 18a and 18b to prevent the tape winding body 4 from jumping out between the support plates 12a and 12b. Here, in the illustrated example, a tension coil spring is used as the urging spring 24, its lower end is locked to the support lever 20, and its upper end extends upwardly between the support plates 12a and 12b. The both ends are locked to pins 26 fixed. In addition, a stopper 28 is provided above the support lever 20 so as to be positioned on the side of the biasing spring 24 and fixed to the support plate 12b. When the tape winding body 4 is removed by the stopper 28, the support lever 20 is supported. 20 is prevented from rotating more than necessary. Further, the tip of the swinging side of the other end of the support lever 20 is bent downward so that the tape wound body 4 can be easily inserted.
[0024]
That is, by configuring the tape support portion 16 in this way, an adhesive tape winding is achieved without a structure in which the center portion of the tape winding body 4 that has been conventionally used is supported by a rotating body such as a support drum. The attachment body 4 can be held in close contact with the two support rollers 18a and 18b against the tension of the tape so as to be rotatable and easily removable.
[0025]
Note that positioning flanges 18aa and 18ba in the tape width direction are formed at one end of the support rollers 18a and 18b in an enlarged diameter. In the illustrated example, the flanges 18aa and 18ba are provided on the support plate 12b side. . On the other hand, the support plate 12a is provided with a pressing member 30 made of a leaf spring for making pressure contact with the outer peripheral edge of the tape winding body 4 and bringing the tape winding body 4 into contact with the flanges 18aa and 18ba. ing.
[0026]
A groove 32 is provided on the other side of the pair of support plates 12a and 12b so as to extend downward from the upper end thereof. The groove portion 32 forms an insertion passage 34 for inserting a binding portion of the article W to be bound, such as an opening portion of a plastic bag, downward from an insertion opening 32a formed in the upper end portion of the groove portion 32. The object to be bound W is inserted and inserted along the insertion path 34 and is pulled out laterally from a take-out port 32b that is enlarged at the lower end.
[0027]
Then, a drawing passage 36 for guiding the tip of the adhesive tape 2 drawn out from the tape wound body 4 supported by the tape support portion 16 with the adhesive surface 2b facing upward to the insertion passage 34 is provided on the support plates 12a and 12b. It is formed between. In the drawer passage 36, a guide roller 33 for drawing out the adhesive tape 2 is provided on the side of the support roller 18b above the support plates 12a and 12b, and the adhesive drawn out from the tape winding body 4 is provided. The tape 2 is reversed so that the non-adhesive surface 2a side is wound around the support roller 18b and the drawing-out guide roller 32 and the adhesive surface 2b side is on the upper side.
[0028]
Further, at the end of the drawer passage 36 on the side of the insertion path, the one side edge in the width direction of the adhesive tape 2 drawn out from the tape winding body 4 and inserted into the drawer passage 36 is set upward with a predetermined width. A superposed part forming means 60 is provided for forming the adherend part along the side edge in the longitudinal direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 by overlapping and polymerizing the pressure-sensitive adhesive surfaces 2b. In the present embodiment, the overlapping portion forming means 60 sets the pull-out passage width 36 to the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 so that the side edge portion 2c of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 inserted through the pull-out passage 36 is folded back and overlapped with a predetermined width. The width restricting member 62 is configured to restrict the width to be narrower than the width of the guide member. The width restricting member 62 is located on the insertion plate side end of the drawer passage 36 and is provided on the support plate 12b side. Yes.
[0029]
Here, desirably, the adhesive tape 2 is smoothly introduced into the narrow width portion 36a of the drawer passage 36 formed by the width regulating member 62, and the tape side edge 2c on the width regulating member 62 side is set to a predetermined width. In order to bend and guide the upper side at the upper side, the thickness of the adhesive tape introduction part on the upper rear side located on the tape support part side and the upper side is gradually reduced in the width regulating member 62. It is preferable to provide a tapered surface inclined so that the groove width on the insertion passage 34 side is gradually narrowed.
[0030]
In addition, it is preferable that the height of the upper end portion of the pull-out guide roller 33 is higher than the upper edge portion of the width regulating member 62 so that the adhesive tape 2 enters the narrow width portion 36a obliquely from above. In other words, the pull-out guide roller 33 is positioned closer to the tape support portion at the rear side in the tape pull-out direction than the arrangement position of the width restricting member 62 in the pull-out passage 32, and is formed by the width restricting member 62. The guide member is a guide member that inserts and guides the adhesive tape 2 guided into the width portion 36a from above, and the guide member is not limited to the guide roller 33 and can be a guide pin.
[0031]
Further, the narrow-width portion 36a has an impeller-like rotational engagement member 40 having a large number of engagement projections 40a projecting radially at a predetermined interval so as to be freely rotatable between the pair of support plates 12a and 12b. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 is wound around the distal end of the engagement protrusion 40 a of the rotation engagement member 40 and guided into the insertion path 32. Here, the rotation engaging member 40 has an engaging protrusion 42 a on one side thereof facing the inside of the insertion passage 32 and is provided below the narrow portion 36 a of the drawing passage 36. The engagement protrusion 40a is engaged with the object W to be inserted and inserted from above, and is pushed downward by the object W to be rotated. At this time, the object to be bound W pushes the rotary engagement member 40 by pressing the adhesive tape 2 wound around the tip of the engagement protrusion 40a of the rotation engagement member 40 between the engagement protrusions 40a and 40a. . Then, due to the tension acting on the adhesive tape 2 at this time, the side edge 2c of the adhesive tape 2 bent upward in the narrow width portion 36a is folded back at a predetermined width of 180 ° and polymerized, and the adhesive surfaces are pressure-bonded. As a result, the bonded portion 2d is continuously formed (see FIGS. 6 (1) and (2)).
[0032]
On the other hand, the adhesive surface 2b side of the front end portion of the adhesive tape 2 is pasted over a predetermined length at a side position of the rotational engagement member 40 with the insertion groove 32 interposed therebetween. A fastening member 42 that is worn and fastened is provided. The fastening member 42 is swingably provided with its upper part pivotally supported on a support shaft 43 provided between the pair of support plates 12a and 12b. Then, the side surface portion of the fastening member 42 facing the rotation engagement body 40 abuts on the tip of the engagement protrusion 40a of the rotation engagement body 40 and is curved in a concave shape so as to allow the engagement protrusion 40a to rotate and slide. The sliding surface 42a is a fastening portion for sticking and locking the adhesive surface 2b of the adhesive tape 2 over a predetermined length.
[0033]
Here, the sliding surface 42a is formed so that the width thereof is narrower than the width of the narrow portion 36a. That is, the width of the sliding surface 42a is narrower than the width of the tape after the folding by the width of the side edge 2c that has been folded to become the bonded portion 2d, and the width of the remaining adhesive surface 2b. It is equivalent. That is, since the tape thickness of the adherend portion 2d formed by folding the side edge portion 2c is doubled, the slide surface 42a is provided only on the adhesive surface 2b portion, avoiding the adherend portion 2d having no adhesive force. A stepped portion 42b is formed on the side of the sliding surface 42a to allow the two bonded portions 2d to escape.
[0034]
In addition, the curved sliding surface 42a is formed such that the lower portion thereof has a larger curvature than the upper portion. Therefore, the tip of the engaging protrusion 40a abuts on the lower portion approximately from half to the upper portion. The engagement protrusion 40a is not in contact with the portion but is in a separated state. In the separated portion, a leaf spring 45 that is always pressed against the tip of the engagement protrusion 40a of the rotary engagement member 40 and engages the adhesive tape 2 is cantilevered at the top of the fastening member 42. It is fixed by and extended and inserted. That is, one end is fixed to the upper part of the fastening member 42, the other end extends to the upper part of the sliding surface 42a of the fastening member 42, and is crimped to the distal end of the engaging projection 40a of the rotary engaging member 40. A leaf spring 45 is provided to hold the adhesive tape 2 between the tips of the engaging protrusions 40a.
The fastening member 42 is provided with a pressing urging means 44 that urges the sliding surface 42 a to press against the distal end of the engaging protrusion 40 a of the rotary engaging member 40. That is, the lower end portion of the sliding surface 42a of the fastening member 42 is urged by the pressure contact urging means 44 and protrudes into the insertion passage 34, and when the article W to be bound is inserted from above, The object to be bound W comes into contact with the lower end portion protruding into the insertion path 34 and is pushed back between the side support plates 12a and 12b so as to be retracted from the insertion path 34. As will be described in detail later, when the article to be bound W is pushed down to the lower side of the fastening member 42, the adhesive tape 2 is wound around the binding part that has moved in the insertion path 34 in an annular shape and is bound. (See FIGS. 6 to 8).
[0035]
Further, below the fastening member 42 and the rotation engaging member 40, a tape cutting lever 50 is provided to be swingably supported by a support shaft 51 spanned between the support plates 12a and 12b. . In the illustrated example, the tape cutting lever 50 is disposed on the opposite side of the fastening member 42 with the insertion path 36 of the object W to be bound sandwiched therebetween. The support shaft 51 is provided in the vicinity of the insertion passage 34, one end portion 50a serving as a force application portion extends into the side insertion passage 34, and the other end portion 50b serving as an action point portion is directed upward. It bends and extends just below the rotation engagement member 40, and is bent in a substantially L shape. The tape cutting lever 50 is urged by the return urging means 52 so that the lower force point side end portion 50a thereof always faces the insertion passage 34, and the force point side end portion 50a is inserted into the insertion passage 34. The cutter blade 54 attached to the upper action point side end 50b is inserted into the insertion path 34 directly below the fixing member 42 by being engaged with and swung by the object W to be inserted and moved downward. The adhesive tape 2 is cut off.
[0036]
Further, a tension coil spring is used for the return biasing means 52. One end of the tension coil spring 52 is locked to the lower part of the bent portion of the cutting lever 50, and the other end is the above-described support shaft. 22c. Further, above the take-out port 32b formed in the lower end portion of the insertion passage 34, it abuts on the lower surface of the cutting lever 50 and restricts excessive rotation of the cutting lever 50, and the force point side end portion 50a thereof is A stopper pin 53 is provided to stop and lock in the insertion groove 34.
[0037]
Here, the pressing biasing means 44 of the fastening member 42 includes a first spring 46 having a low elastic coefficient and a low elastic force that biases the fastening member 42 over the entire swinging range thereof. The fastening member 42 includes a second spring 48 having a high elastic coefficient and a high elasticity that functions by generating a resilient force after the predetermined swing amount is exceeded. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, when the member W to be bound pushes the rotary engagement member 40 and reaches the lower part, it is detached from the engagement projection 40a and the fixing member 42 is pushed to the side and further downward. However, when the member W to be bound is pulled out below the fastening member 42, if only the first spring 46 having low elasticity is used, the tension of the adhesive tape 2 causes the tension of the fastening member 42. As a result, the lower end portion is pressed to the side, and the return of the fastening member 42 becomes unstable. As a result, the cutting length of the adhesive tape 2 that binds the object W to be bound by the cutting lever 50 is constant. I will not.
[0038]
Therefore, a second spring 48 for abutting the fastening member 42 when the fastening member 42 reaches a predetermined amount of swing and increasing the urging force against the fastening member 42 to stabilize the tape cutting length is provided. It is provided. That is, the second spring 48 is fixed to the support plate 12b and fixed at one end to a locking metal fitting 49 provided facing the back surface side of the sliding surface 42a of the fastening member 42, while the other The end is inserted into an engagement hole 42b that is recessed on the back surface side of the sliding surface 42a of the fastening member 42, and the second spring 48 is in a state where the sliding surface 42a is in contact with the engagement protrusion 40a. The other end does not come into contact with the bottom surface of the engagement hole 42b, and there is a slight gap, or the other end is lightly contacted with the bottom surface of the engagement hole 42b without exhibiting elasticity in the natural length. However, when the fastening member 42 is further swung from the state in which the other end of the second spring 48 is in contact with the bottom surface of the engagement hole 42b, a resilient force is exerted to bias the fastening member 42. Is to be strengthened.
[0039]
In addition, a crimping lever 70 is always pressed and abutted against the tip of the force point side end of the cutting lever 50 so that the ends of the separated adhesive tape are crimped to ensure adhesion between the two adhesive surfaces. Is provided. The crimping lever 70 has a lower end portion 70a pivotally supported by a support shaft 72 and is always urged clockwise by a tension coil spring 74, and an upper end portion 70b has a cutting lever 50. The force point side end portion 50a is in press contact with the distal end surface. Both the upper end portion 70b of the pressure-bonding lever 70 and the tip end surface of the force point side end portion 50a of the cutting lever 50 that are in contact with each other are formed in an arc surface, and the tip end surface of the force point side end portion 50a is semicircular. ing. That is, when the object to be bound W pushes down the cutting lever 50 and reaches the contact portion with the pressure-bonding lever 70, the upper end portion 70b of the pressure-bonding lever 70 is pushed back by the object W The object to be bound W passes through the space 50a. Then, when the article to be bound W passes, the adhesive tape 2 that wraps around and binds around the binding part of the object to be bound W is sandwiched between the force point side end portions 50a and pressed from both sides to be pressure-bonded. The cutter blade 54 of the lever 50 cuts the adhesive tape 2. The cut adhesive tape 2 is pulled out between the pressure-bonding lever 70 and the force point side end 50a, and the adhesive surfaces are surely pressed and bonded over the entire length.
[0040]
6 to 8 sequentially show a process in which the adhesive tape is wound around and bound around the binding portion of the object to be bound W. (In addition, in these FIGS. 6-8, the 2nd spring 48 which urges | biases the fastening member 42 may be omitted.) That is, as shown to (1) of FIG. When the adhesive tape 2 is inserted into the insertion passage, the tip of the adhesive tape 2 is stuck to the sliding surface 42a of the fastening member 42 over a predetermined length, and between the tips of the engagement protrusions 40a of the rotation engaging member 40. It is laid around. In this state, when the object to be bound W is inserted into the insertion passage 34 and is inserted downward, the object to be bound W enters the recess formed between the engaging protrusions 40a and the rotational engagement member is moved. Push it around. At this time, the front end of the engagement protrusion 40a with which the object to be bound W abuts is in contact with the leaf spring 45, and the front end of the preceding previous engagement protrusion 40a is on the sliding surface 42a of the fastening member 42. They are in contact (see (2) and (3) in FIG. 6).
[0041]
As the rotation engagement member 40 rotates, the adhesive protrusion sandwiched between the engagement protrusions 40a that abut against the leaf spring 45 and affix the adhesive tape to the leaf spring. Further, the preceding engaging protrusion 40a slides on the adherend surface 2a of the adhesive tape 2 adhered to the sliding surface of the fastening member 42, and the adhesive surface 2b is pressed against the sliding surface to ensure adhesion. I will make it. Eventually, the preceding engaging protrusion 40a is detached from the lower end of the sliding surface 42a of the fastening member 42, while the engaging protrusion 40a with which the object to be bound W abuts is detached from the leaf spring 45 and slid through the adhesive tape 2. It contacts the moving surface 42a. Then, the adhesive tape 2 previously attached to the leaf spring 45 is gradually peeled off and wound around the binding portion of the article to be bound W while being reversed. At this time, if there are two non-adhesive portions 2d stacked on the side, the flexibility of the non-adhesive portion 2d is reduced and the adhesive tape 2 is difficult to reverse, but the adhesive surface 2b is a leaf spring. 45, the adhesive tape can be easily and smoothly reversed even when there is a polymerized non-adhesive portion 2d and can be wound around the object to be bound W (FIG. 6). (See (3), (4) and (5) of FIG. 7).
[0042]
When the rotary engaging member 40 is further rotated, the engaging protrusion 40a with which the bound portion W comes into contact slides on the non-adhesive surface 2a of the adhesive tape 2 attached to the sliding surface 42a. On the other hand, the tip of the subsequent engagement protrusion 40a comes into contact with the leaf spring 45, and the adhesive tape 2 is sandwiched between the leaf spring 45 and locked. At this time, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 is pulled out of the tape winding body 4 by being pulled by the object to be bound W, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 is a leaf spring due to the tension acting on the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 when being pulled out. 45 is wound in a state where it is stretched between the tips of the subsequent engagement projections 40a without being attached to 45, and the side edge portion 2c of the adhesive tape 2 in the narrow width portion 36a of the drawer passage 36 is a width regulating member. The adhesive surface is folded by 62 and further folded by the tension acting on the adhesive tape, and the adhesive surfaces are overlapped with each other, and the portions in contact with the engaging protrusions 40a are bonded together to form a non-adhesive portion. (See (5) to (7) in FIG. 7).
[0043]
When the rotation engagement member 40 further rotates, the engagement protrusion 40a immediately behind the object to be bound W is detached from the leaf spring 45 and comes into contact with the sliding surface 42a of the fastening member 42, thereby sliding. The pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 2b of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape that is locked to the tip of the engagement protrusion 40a is pressed against the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 2b of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 that is peeled off from the surface 42a and temporarily fixed. At substantially the same time, the engaging protrusion 40a immediately before the object to be bundled W comes in contact with the sliding surface 42a (see (8) in FIG. 7). Up to this point, the fixing member 42 has been urged by the first spring 46 and the sliding surface 42 a is in contact with the engaging protrusion 40 a with a relatively weak elastic force. Since the frictional braking force is small, the rotation of the rotation engagement member 40 by the bundling member W is small, and the operation force is reduced.
[0044]
Further, when the immediately preceding engaging protrusion 40a is detached from the sliding surface 42a as described above, the object W to be bound directly contacts the lower end portion of the sliding surface 42a of the fixing member 42, and the fixing member 42 is moved to the first position. 1, while swinging in the lateral direction against the urging force of the second spring, it comes out below the fastening member 42, and after the fastening, the fastening member 42 comes into contact with the engagement protrusion 40 a again ( (See (9) to (10) in FIG. 8).
[0045]
When the object to be bound is further moved downward, the rotary engaging member 40 around which the adhesive tape 2 is wound rotates together with the adhesive tape 2 drawn out from the tape winding body 4, and the tip of the sliding surface 42a. The pressure-sensitive adhesive surface 2b of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 drawn downward is reversed while the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 that has already been pulled out attached to the sliding surface 42a is peeled off. It will be pasted together. At this time, since the adhesive tape 2 attached to the sliding surface 42a is reversed and the adherend surfaces 2a are slid together, the adhesive tape 2 can be pulled out smoothly without resistance. Further, when the adhesive tape 2 attached to the sliding surface 42a side is polymerized while being peeled over its entire length, and pulled out downward by a predetermined length, the object to be bound W moves the cutting lever 50. By pushing and rotating, the cutter blade 54 cuts the adhesive tape immediately below the lower end portion of the fastening member 42. Here, immediately after the cutting, the tension acting on the adhesive tape 2 drawn out from the tape winding body 4 is released, and the adhesive tape 2 tries to shrink at a time. Since the tape 2 is sandwiched and locked at two locations between the sliding surface 42a and the engaging protrusion 40a and between the leaf spring 45 and the engaging protrusion 40a, the tape 2 is pressed by the spring back of the adhesive tape. It can prevent that the said adhesive tape 2 remove | deviates from the rotation engaging member 40 and the fastening member 42, and will be in the state shown to (1) of FIG. 6 after a cutting | disconnection.
[0046]
Therefore, as is apparent from the above description, according to this adhesive tape cutter 10 for bundling, it was folded and polymerized to the longitudinal side portion of the adhesive tape 2 drawn out from the tape wound body 4 with the adhesive surface 2b facing upward. By continuously forming the non-adhesive portion 2d, the adhesive tape 2 can be stably and securely bound to the binding site of the article W to be bound, and the adhesive tape 2 that has been bound after peeling can be peeled off without being bonded. The part 2d can be easily picked up.
[0047]
=== Second Embodiment ===
9 to 16 show a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a front view showing an appearance thereof, FIG. 10 is a plan view, FIG. 11 is a left side view in FIG. FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a side edge folding polymerization mechanism forming a superposition part forming means provided at the upper part in FIG. 12, and FIG. 14 is the side edge folding polymerization. FIG. 15 is a vertical sectional view showing an inclined guide portion in the folding mechanism portion of the side edge folding polymerization mechanism, and FIG. 16 is a notch guide portion in the folding mechanism portion of the side edge folding polymerization mechanism. FIG.
[0048]
Here, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment described above in the overlapping portion forming means. That is, in the first embodiment, the width regulating member 62 that forms the narrow width portion 36a of the pull-out passage 36 is the overlapping portion forming means 60. However, in the first embodiment, the non-adhesive portion 2d that is overlapped is formed. There is a concern that some wrinkles become wakame-like. This is because when the side edge portion 2c is superposed and attached to one side of the adhesive tape 2 to be pulled out, the first portion that comes into contact with the rotation engagement member 40 and the engagement protrusion 40a is first intermittently pasted together. It is because it ends.
[0049]
For this reason, in the second embodiment, the side edge folding polymerization mechanism that continuously folds the side edge part in the middle of the pull-out passage 36 of the first embodiment and superposes it so that the non-adhesive part 2d can be formed more beautifully. 80 is additionally provided, and only the components of the side edge folding polymerization mechanism 80 are different from the first embodiment. Therefore, only the side edge folding mechanism 80 portion will be described below, and the same reference numerals are given to the same components as those in the first embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted. 5 to 8 of the first embodiment described above and the description thereof are common to the second embodiment.
[0050]
As shown in FIGS. 9 to 16, in the adhesive tape cutter 10A for bundling according to the second embodiment, upper central portions of the pair of support plates 12a and 12b are formed to extend upward in a rectangular shape. A side edge folding polymerization mechanism 80 is provided between the outlet portions 12aA and 12bA. Here, the extending portion 12bA of the support plate 12b can be opened and closed laterally by a hinge 124, and the upper end portion thereof is bent in an L shape to form a top plate portion 125, which serves as an opening / closing cover. ing. The top plate portion 125 is provided with a lock means 128 that engages the lock piece 127 with an engagement hole 126 formed in the extension portion 12aA of the support plate 12a to detachably engage the opening / closing cover 12bA. It has been. Reference numeral 127 a denotes an operation knob for the lock piece 127 provided so as to protrude from the top plate portion 125.
[0051]
The side edge folding polymerization mechanism 80 includes an adhesive surface side member disposed on the adhesion (adhesion) surface 2b side and a non-adhesion surface side disposed on the non-adhesion surface 2a side in the drawing passage 36 of the adhesive tape 2. The adhesive tape 2 is inserted into and pulled out between the two members while pressing and contacting the adhesive surface side member and the non-adhesive surface side member, so that at least one side in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape 2 The side edge portion 2c is folded back to the adhesive surface 2b side with a predetermined width to form a superposed portion that becomes the non-adhesive portion 2d.
[0052]
As shown in FIGS. 12 to 16, the side edge folding polymerization mechanism 80 is a folding mechanism that bends the side edge 2 c on one side in the longitudinal direction of the drawn adhesive tape 2 to approximately 90 degrees above the adhesive surface 2 b side. Part 90, the folded side edge part 2c is further folded back to about 180 degrees so that the adhesive surfaces 2b face each other, and the bonding means 110 for superposing and bonding the adhesive surfaces 2b that face each other. It consists of.
[0053]
The bending mechanism 90 includes a positioning roller 91 as positioning means, a bending roller 92 as bending means, and a bending guide piece 94. The positioning roller 91 is provided between the tape support portion 16 and the folding roller 92 and positions the supply position of the adhesive tape 2 drawn from the adhesive tape winding body 4 to the folding roller 92, and is tapered. The roller main body 91a and a flange 91b provided at the end of the roller main body 91a are rotatably supported and attached to both the support plates 12a and 12b. The non-adhesive surface 2a of the adhesive tape 2 drawn out from the adhesive tape winding body 4 is in press contact with the roller body 91, and one side end of the adhesive tape 2 is in contact with the flange 91b. ing. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 drawn out from the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape wound body 4 is directed toward the bending roller 92, and its height position and width direction position are positioned and guided.
[0054]
The folding roller 92 is positioned between the folding mechanism unit 100 and the positioning roller 91 and is rotatably supported on the opening / closing cover 12bA. One end 92a of the folding roller 92 is located on the adhesive surface 2b of the adhesive tape 2 inserted through the drawer passage 36, and the adhesive surface side is left with a predetermined folding width at one side of the adhesive tape 2. Press contact. That is, as illustrated in FIG. 14, the outer peripheral surface 92 b of the folding roller 92 is not in contact with the adhesive surface 2 b of the adhesive tape 2 drawn out from the adhesive tape winding body 4 over its entire width. It is in contact with only the predetermined range portion and is not in contact with the adhesive surface 2b of the side edge portion 2c having a predetermined bending width. In addition, a large number of grooves are formed in the outer peripheral surface 92b, and the contact area with the adhesive surface 2b is reduced to prevent the adhesive tape 2 from being bonded. Then, one side portion of the adhesive tape 2 guided by the positioning roller 91 is bent at the end surface 92a portion, and is guided toward the folding mechanism portion 100 in this bent state. In the present embodiment, the folding roller 92 is formed in a cylindrical shape, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the bending roller 92 may be a disk-shaped one having a thin outer peripheral surface that is in contact with a predetermined position of the adhesive surface 2b of the adhesive tape 2. Good.
[0055]
Also. In order to bend the side edge 2c of the adhesive tape 2 that is disposed opposite to the end surface 92a of the folding roller 92 and is not in contact with the folding roller 92 to the adhesive surface 2b side with a predetermined folding width, the side edge of the folding width portion Bending as a non-adhesive surface side member that presses and contacts the non-adhesive surface 2b side of the portion 2c and folds the side edge portion 2c between the end surface 92a of the bending roller 92 to the adhesive surface 2b side with a predetermined width. A guide piece 94 is provided on the support plate 12b. Here, the bending guide piece 94 extends further outward in the radial direction of the roller 92 toward the folding mechanism 20 side than the outer peripheral edge of the end surface of the bending roller 92, and has an extended end portion of approximately 90 degrees. In contact with the non-adhesive surface 2b of the side edge 2c of the folded adhesive tape 2, the bending angle θ of the side edge 2c is reduced to approximately 120 degrees, that is, to an acute angle of approximately 60 degrees on the adhesive surface side. A guide protrusion 95 for guiding is provided so as to protrude in a triangular shape.
[0056]
The folding mechanism 100 as the folding means is pressed against the non-adhesive surface 2b side of the side edge 2c of the adhesive tape 2 folded as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, and the side edge 2c is substantially omitted. It is a folding guide piece having a guide portion for folding up to 180 degrees. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15, the folding guide piece has a folding angle θ of the side edge 2c of the adhesive tape 2 of approximately 135 degrees (an acute angle of approximately 45 degrees between the adhesive surfaces). An inclined block 101 as a first guide portion that guides and narrows up to, and a notch block 102 as a second guide portion that is arranged adjacent to the inclined block 101 and guides and folds the bending angle up to approximately 180 degrees. In this embodiment, both blocks 101 and 102 are integrally formed of resin, arranged on the adhesive surface 2a side above the adhesive tape 2, and attached to the opening / closing cover 12bA.
[0057]
That is, the inclined block 101 includes an inclined surface 101a having an acute angle (≈45 degrees) with respect to the adhesive surface 2b of the adhesive tape 2 in the pull-out passage 36, and the notched block 102 is formed in a wedge shape. A pressure roller 103 having an inclined surface 102a and below the notch block 102 is brought into contact with the lower surface 2a of the adhesive tape and presses the adhesive tape 2 against the notch block 102. Is provided with both ends pivotally supported by a pair of support plates 12a and 12b.
[0058]
As shown in FIG. 12, the laminating means 110 superposes and bonds the opposing adhesive surfaces of the adhesive tape 2 with the side edge 2c folded back, and the side edge 2c is folded back. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 includes at least a pair of upper and lower pressing members disposed on the bonding surface side and the non-bonding surface side. In the second embodiment, the pressing members are pivotally supported by the pair of support plates 12a and 12b. Two lower guide rollers 111 and 112 arranged in parallel below and in the insertion direction on the lower side of the adhesive tape 2 and positioned between the lower guide rollers 111 and 112 and above the adhesive tape. The upper guide roller 113 is provided to be rotatably supported by the opening / closing cover 12bA. The lower guide rollers 111 and 112 and the upper guide roller 113 are in pressure contact with both sides of the adhesive tape 2 with the side edge 2c folded back. Further, when the opening / closing cover 12bA is closed, the outer peripheral surface 42a of the upper guide roller 113 is engaged with the side edge edge portion of the adhesive tape 2 when the opening / closing cover 12bA is closed to guide the bending of the side edge portion 2c. A groove 113a is formed.
[0059]
The opening / closing cover 12bA serving as the opening / closing cover switches between the closed position where the adhesive surface side member attached to the opening / closing cover 12bA is pressed against the adhesive tape 2 inserted through the drawer passage 36 and the open position where no pressure contact is made. The adhesive surface side member is separated from the non-adhesive surface side member to open the drawer passage 36 of the adhesive tape 2 over its entire length. ing. Further, the opening / closing cover 12bA is rotated and moved sideways with respect to the insertion direction of the adhesive tape 2.
[0060]
That is, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the opening / closing cover 12bA has a lower end portion rotatably attached to the upper end portion of the support plate 12b via the hinge 124, and the opening / closing cover 12bA. The side members of the adhesive surface such as the bending roller 92, the inclined block 101, the notch block 102, and the upper guide roller 113 supported by the opening / closing cover 12bA are moved to the positioning roller 91, the bending guide piece 94, and the press. The roller 103 and the non-bonding surface side members such as the lower guide rollers 111 and 112 are rotated and separated. That is, by opening the opening / closing cover 5, the inclined block 101, the cutout block 102, the bending roller 92, and the upper guide roller 113 are separated from the adhesive tape 2, and the drawing passage 36 of the adhesive tape 2 is opened over the entire length. It is like that.
[0061]
And when setting the adhesive tape 2 to the side edge folding | stacking superposition | polymerization mechanism 80 comprised as mentioned above, the state which floated and stretched the adhesive tape 2 pulled out from the tape winding body 4 on the non-adhesion surface side member While opening and closing, the opening / closing cover 12bA is closed, the tip of the inclined block 101 attached to the opening / closing cover 12bA is inserted into the lower surface of the side edge 2c of the adhesive tape 2, and the edge of the side edge 2c is inserted into the upper guide. The roller 113 is hooked and locked in the locking groove 113a, and the open / close cover is slowly closed in this state. Thereby, the side edge 2c of the adhesive tape 2 whose edge is locked in the locking groove 113a is folded back to the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface side, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive surfaces are superposed. At this time, an error that is larger or smaller than the planned width occurs in the width of the overlapping portion. However, if the adhesive tape 2 is pulled out more than the distance from the positioning roller 91 to the exit of the bonding means 110, the side edge folding polymerization mechanism 80 is obtained. The bending roller 92, the bending guide piece 94, the inclined block 101, the notch block 102, the guide rollers 111, 112, 113, etc. function, and the side edge 2c is gradually smoothed while automatically adjusting the bending width to the predetermined width. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 2 having a non-adhered portion 2d in a beautiful folded and polymerized state without wrinkles is continuously fed out while being bent and bent.
[0062]
That is, one side end of the adhesive tape 2, that is, the non-adhesive surface 2 a at the side portion of the inclined tape 101 is in contact with the inclined surface 21 a of the inclined block 101, and one side end of the adhesive tape 2 has the adhesive surface 2 b inside. It will be bent at an acute angle.
[0063]
In the notched block 102, the adhesive tape 2 is introduced in a state of being bent by the inclined block 101, and the degree of bending is gradually increased at the inclined surface 102a, and the adhesive tape 2b is bent until the opposing adhesive surfaces 2b become substantially parallel to each other. It is done. That is, the superposition | polymerization part which makes the adhesive surface 2b an inner side is continuously formed in the one side end of the adhesive tape 2. FIG.
[0064]
Further, the size of the overlapping portion formed by the folding mechanism portion 100 is regulated to a predetermined size by the folding roller 92. That is, as shown in FIG. 14, since the end portion 92a of the bending roller 92 is positioned on the adhesive surface 2b of the adhesive tape 2, the overlapping portion may be bent beyond the end portion 92a. It is regulated so that its dimensions are kept constant.
[0065]
Further, the dimension of the overlapping portion regulated by the folding roller 92 changes depending on the positional relationship in the width direction between the adhesive tape 2 and the folding roller 92. Therefore, in this tape cutter 10A, the position of the adhesive tape 2 in the width direction is regulated by the positioning roller 91 that guides the adhesive tape 2 to the bending roller 92. That is, the side end of the adhesive tape 2 in contact with the flange 91b of the positioning roller 91 tends to move toward the overlapping portion forming side, that is, downward in FIG. 14 due to the tension generated when the overlapping portion is formed. However, since the movement of the side edge of the adhesive tape 2 is restricted by contacting the flange 91b of the positioning roller 91, the position in the width direction of the adhesive tape 2 is always kept constant.
[0066]
As shown in FIG. 12, the adhesive tape 2 in which the overlapping portion is formed by the folding mechanism portion 100 is inserted between the lower guide rollers 111 and 112 and the upper guide roller 113. At this time, the opposing adhesive surfaces 2b of the overlapping portion are pressed against each other by the tension applied by the adhesive tape 2 being pressed against the guide rollers 111, 112, and 113, and one side end of the adhesive surface 2b. That is, the side edge 2c is folded at the side to form a non-adhered portion 2d that is superposed.
[0067]
Such a series of steps is continuously performed by sequentially pulling out the adhesive tape 2 from the adhesive tape wound body 4.
[0068]
Then, the adhesive tape 2 in which the non-adhesive portion 2d is superposed on one side is passed through the narrow portion 36a of the pull-out passage 36, and the leading end thereof is guided onto the insertion passage 34 of the binding member W, and the adhesive tape If the portion to be bound W is inserted and inserted into the insertion path 34 from above 2, the setting of the adhesive tape 2 is completed in the state shown in FIG. 6 (1) described in the first embodiment. Become.
[0069]
Thus, by using this tape cutter 10A, the non-adhesive portion 2d that functions as a knob at the time of peeling is formed on one side end of the adhesive surface 2b of the adhesive tape 2 without generating wrinkle-like wrinkles. It can be formed beautifully and can be stably and reliably wound around the binding site of the object to be bound W, and the adhesive tape can be easily peeled off after wrapping.
[0070]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail in the above embodiments, according to the adhesive tape cutter for bundling according to the present invention, the adhesive tape is pulled out from the tape wound body with the adhesive surface facing upward, and the adhesive tape is not adhered to the longitudinal side portion. The overlapping portion is continuously formed so that the adhesive tape can be stably and securely bound to the binding site of the object to be bound, and the adhesive tape can be easily peeled off after ripening.
