[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Below, embodiment of the drink container which attached | separated and attached the raw material etc. based on the invention described in Claims 1-4 is described based on drawing.
First, FIGS. 1-6 shows embodiment in case raw materials etc. are powders, such as powdered milk and powdered coffee. This beverage container is composed of a combination of a container body 2 for storing a liquid 1 such as drinking water and an accessory container 4 for storing a raw material 3 for mixing with the liquid 1 to make a target beverage. 1 to 6 also show that the container body 2 and the accessory container 4 are plastic-type bottle-shaped containers known as so-called PET bottles, but are not limited thereto.
The container body 2 has a cap 5 at its upper end that can be attached and detached in the same manner as a regular PET bottle, and has a mouth 6 for drinking a beverage, but also has a mouth 7 having a screw 7 on its outer peripheral surface. Part 8. And the opening part 9 of the thin part as a whole which sealed the opening of the said mouth part 8 watertightly is formed by the structure which can be fractured | ruptured and opened if necessary. As shown in FIG. 3, the opening sheet portion 9 has a cruciform induction process 9a, such as a cut groove that is easy to break, to facilitate opening by an opening tool, which will be described later, in a cross shape as shown in FIG. Or a spiral shape or the like (the invention according to claim 3).
[0015]
On the other hand, the attached container 4 is configured to form a part of the bottom of the container body 2 as a whole. The accessory container 4 is formed with a mouth portion 10 having a screw coupled to the screw 7 of the mouth portion 8 at the lower bottom portion of the container body 2 on the inner peripheral surface. A chamber 11 is formed for storing the raw material 3 for mixing with the liquid 1 to make a target beverage. And the opening tool 12 which penetrates the sheet | seat part 9 for opening which sealed the opening of the said opening part 8 of the container main body 2 is provided in the shape of the protrusion which stands | starts up from the bottom wall of the container chamber 11. FIG. The unsealing tool 12 has a height that never hits the unsealing sheet portion 9 that seals the opening of the mouth portion 8 of the container body 2 when not drinking. On the other hand, when the mouth part 10 of the accessory container 4 is screwed in strongly during drinking, the opening device 12 breaks the opening sheet part 9 into a state necessary and sufficient for the powdery raw material 3 to pass (spill out). It is formed in the height and shape that can be made. When the upper surface wall 11a forming the container chamber 11 of the attached container 4 is turned upside down as shown in FIG. 5, the opening sheet portion 9 that seals the opening of the mouth portion 8 of the container body 2 is broken. The powdery raw material 3 is formed on an inclined surface having an angle of repose or more of the same powder so that the powdery raw material 3 spills smoothly from the breakage point to the lower liquid 1 without staying smoothly. However, when the raw material 3 is liquid, granular, granular or the like, the inclination angle of the upper surface wall 11a is not necessarily required.
[0016]
The attached container 4 having the above configuration is attached to the lower part of the container body 2 by screwing the mouth part 10 with the mouth part 8 on the lower bottom part of the container body 2. However, a predetermined raw material 3 or the like is previously placed in the container 11 of the attached container 4 and stored. Furthermore, the inert gas 16 (nitrogen gas, helium gas, argon gas, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, etc.) that keeps the quality, freshness, flavor, etc. of the raw material 3 safe for a long time and has little pressure change due to temperature difference. Is injected and filled to maintain the inert atmosphere (the invention according to claim 3).
Alternatively, a method in which the powdery raw material 3 or the like 3 is mixed into the chamber 11 together with the inert gas 16 to which a little pressure is applied, and is filled in a high pressure state can also be implemented. Since the inert gas 16 has a larger mass and less spontaneous release than air, the state of being injected into the chamber 11 is naturally maintained as it is. Therefore, the mouth portion 10 of the attached container 4 can be screwed with the mouth portion 8 on the lower bottom portion of the container body 2 as it is, and can be attached to the lower portion of the container body 2, so that simple handling and processing can be performed. Since it is as above-mentioned, the capacity | capacitance of the chamber 11 is formed in the magnitude | size of the accommodation quantity which can be made into a drink by mixing the quantity of the liquid 1 accommodated in the container main body 2, and the raw material 3 etc.
[0017]
When attached to the lower bottom of the container body 2 as described above, the attachment container 4 is formed with an upward skirt shape that forms the body part of the container body 2 and a series of body parts. Has been. And when the attached container 4 which accommodated the raw materials 3 etc. was attached to the lower bottom part of the container main body 2 as mentioned above, the connecting trunk | drum 13 which forms a trunk | drum of a container main body 2 and a series of trunk | drums further. They are integrally joined to each other through an opening string 15 having a width of about 2 mm to 5 mm (the invention according to claim 2). Therefore, the attached container 4 cannot be rotated with respect to the container body 2 unless the opening string 15 is released and removed, and therefore the opening sheet portion that seals the mouth 8 at the lower bottom of the container body 2. The accident that breaks 9 with the opening tool 12 carelessly never occurs. When the beverage container is viewed from the outside, the presence of the opening string 15 is visually recognized, but the accessory container 4 is integrated with the container body 2 so that its presence is not visually recognized. Presents the design of the vessel. Therefore, the beverage container of the present invention satisfies the conditions such as the standardized shape and dimensions of existing containers such as PET bottles that are already on the market when the container body 2 and the accessory container 4 are combined as described above. It can be set as a structure, and it can be set as the structure which can be sold in common with the existing vending machine and a showcase (invention described in Claim 2).
[0018]
Since the beverage container of the present invention is configured and used as described above, when drinking a content beverage, the beverage container is first inverted and held in an inverted direction as shown in FIG. First, the opening string 15 is peeled off and removed. Then, at least a gap S corresponding to the width of the opening string 15 is generated between the lower end of the body portion of the container body 2 and the connecting body portion 13 of the accessory container 4, so that the accessory container 4 can rotate. Therefore, the accessory container 4 is rotated with respect to the container body 2, and the screw connection of the mouth portion 10 of the accessory container 4 joined to the screw 7 of the mouth portion 8 at the lower bottom portion of the container body 2 is pushed forward as shown in FIG. 5. Then, the opening tool 12 of the attached container 4 moves forward, and the opening sheet portion 9 that seals the mouth portion 8 of the lower bottom portion of the container body 2 is pierced and opened as shown in the conceptual diagram of FIG. Accordingly, the powdery raw material 3 stored in the chamber 11 of the accessory container 4 spills quickly and smoothly from the broken gap toward the container body 2, and the liquid 1 stored in the container body 2 is removed. It falls and mixes in. Therefore, the beverage container is shaken well as it is, and the raw material 3 and the liquid 1 are sufficiently mixed to make a beverage. After that, the beverage container is returned to its original normal standing state as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the cap 5 is opened to use the contents for drinking.
The raw materials 3 are stored and stored in an inert gas atmosphere in an attached container 4 separated and independent from the liquid 1 until just before drinking, and oxidation, deterioration, decay, discoloration, etc. due to ultraviolet rays are prevented. Therefore, its quality, flavor, taste, freshness, etc. are maintained over a long period of time, and a fresh and delicious beverage can be provided at any time. Even when the liquid 1 is drinking water, a shelf life of 2 to 3 years can be guaranteed.
[0019]
7 and 8, the connecting barrel portion 13 of the attached container 4 and the lower end of the barrel portion of the container body 2 are integrally joined via a narrow opening string 15 so as to form a series of barrels. 2 shows different embodiments of the structure to be achieved.
First, in the case of FIG. 7, a joining cylinder portion 18 having a cylindrical shape slightly smaller in diameter than the body portion and having a screw 17 formed on the outer peripheral surface is projected downward on the lower bottom surface portion of the container body 2. On the other hand, the upper end portion of the connecting barrel portion 13 of the attached container 4 is provided with a joining cylinder portion 19 in which a female screw that can be coupled to the screw 17 of the joining cylinder portion 18 is formed on the inner peripheral surface. 19 is configured to be screw-coupled. After the screw connection as described above, the connecting body portion 13 of the attached container 4 and the lower end of the body portion of the container body 2 are integrally joined via the narrow opening string 15. In this case, the screws 17 are formed at the same pitch as the screws 7 of the mouth portion 8. According to this configuration, the integrity of the container main body 2 and the attached container 4 becomes a more stable state, and an accident in which the opening sheet portion 9 that seals the mouth portion 8 is inadvertently broken by the opening tool 12 never occurs. . In addition, after removing the opening string 15 for drinking, the opening device 12 can be strongly advanced by the action of the two screws 7 and 17, so that the opening sheet portion 9 can be broken more securely and reliably. be able to.
In the case of FIG. 8, a stepped portion 20 having a small diameter corresponding to the thickness of the connecting barrel portion 13 of the accessory container 4 is formed on the outer periphery of the lower end of the barrel portion of the container body 2 so that the accessory container 4 is attached to the container body. When connecting, the upper end portion of the connecting body portion 13 is fitted into the outer peripheral surface of the stepped portion 20 of the container body 2, and then the connecting body portion 13 of the accessory container 4 and the lower end portion of the body portion of the container body 2 are narrowed. It is the structure joined integrally through the unsealed string 15 of. Therefore, the integrity of the container body 2 and the attached container 4 is in a stable fitting state, and an accident that the opening sheet 12 that seals the opening 8 is inadvertently broken by the opening tool 12 can be prevented.
[0020]
Next, FIG. 9 has shown the form which implemented the drink container of this invention as the baby bottle for infants.
The structure as a beverage container is almost the same as the above embodiment. The liquid 1 stored in the container body 2 is hot water of appropriate temperature, and the raw materials 3 stored in the container chamber 11 of the attached container 4 are powdered milk or concentrated liquid milk. The feature of the present embodiment is that a nipple 21 is integrally provided on the cap 5, and the nipple 21 is protected by a sanitary protective cap 22 while maintaining a safe sterilized state.
The beverage container having the above-described configuration is, for example, stored in a vending machine capable of temperature control, a showcase, etc., and sold by keeping the liquid 1 in hot water having a temperature suitable for the milk that an infant drinks. Therefore, the infant's mother can go out or travel without preparing baby bottles or powdered milk. At the time of breastfeeding, the beverage container can be purchased, and the powdered milk or concentrated liquid milk in the accessory container 4 can be mixed with hot water in the manner described above to be fed to the infant without milk. In terms of hygiene management, it is convenient because the container 1 has a liquid 1 (hot water) capacity of approximately the same amount as a single lactation.
[0021]
Next, FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 show an embodiment in which the raw material 3 ′ to be stored in the attached container 40 is a solid material such as a granular shape, a granular shape, or a block shape.
The beverage container of this embodiment is almost the same as the first embodiment in the configuration. The feature of this embodiment is that the outer diameter of the mouth portion 41 of the accessory container 40 is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the body portion of the container body 2 on the premise that the raw material 3 ′ to be stored in the accessory container 40 is solid. It is formed in the shape of a wide-mouthed cap, and the inside thereof is entirely formed in the chamber 42. This is because the solid raw material 3 ′ does not use the concept of the angle of repose unlike the powder, and the falling movement when the unsealing sheet portion 9 is opened is performed easily and smoothly. On the lower bottom of the container body 2 is formed a wide-mouthed mouth portion 8 ′ formed on the outer peripheral surface with a screw 17 to which a screw formed on the inner peripheral surface of the mouth portion 41 of the accessory container 40 is coupled. The entire surface is sealed by the opening sheet portion 9.
[0022]
An opening tool 12 for breaking through the opening sheet portion 9 of the container body 2 is raised at the center of the bottom wall of the attached container 40. Further, the upper end of the mouth part 41 of the attached container 40 screwed to the mouth part 8 ′ of the lower bottom part of the container body 2 and the lower end of the body part of the container body 2 are joined by the narrow opening string 15. It is the same as each said embodiment. Similarly, the solid raw material 3 ′ accommodated in the container 42 of the attached container 40 may be filled and filled with the inert gas 16 and held in an inert gas atmosphere. The opening sheet portion 9 of the container body 2 is subjected to a breakage induction process that promotes opening with the opening tool 12.
[0023]
In order to drink the contents of this beverage container, the container is held upside down as shown in FIG. Then, the unsealed string 15 is peeled off in the same manner as in the above embodiment to form the gap S. Next, when the accessory container 40 is turned and screwed in strongly, the opening tool 12 advances and breaks through the opening sheet portion 9. Then, the solid raw material 3 ′ falls into the lower liquid 1 and is mixed. After that, shake the container well to mix thoroughly to make a beverage. After that, the container is returned to the normal standing position, the cap 5 is opened, and the contents are used for drinking.
However, in the case of this embodiment, the beverage container is turned upside down as shown in FIG. 11 and completely removed (opened) by unscrewing the attached container 40 so that the remnant of the opening sheet portion 9 is left. It is also possible to use the contents as they are by removing the contents. If such a use is assumed, it is also possible to implement as a beverage container which does not have the cap 5 and the mouth part 6 in the head. This is also true for the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 (the invention described in claim 1).
[0024]
[Effects of the present invention]
As described above, the beverage container according to the inventions described in claims 1 to 4 has a very simple container structure, and the container main body and the accessory container are each easily formed by, for example, a blow molding method. be able to. In addition, it is possible to easily attach one-touch attachment containers containing raw materials and the like and filled with an inert gas to the container body.
Next, the material of the beverage container according to the present invention is a plastic material such as a so-called PET bottle (polyethylene terephthalate bottle), an iron or aluminum can, or a paper container, a glass container, or the like. Can be implemented. In addition, the quality, freshness, flavor, etc. of the beverage content can be guaranteed for a long period of time and can be provided at low cost.
