本発明はコップ付き飲料液用プラスチックボトルとコップに関し、詳しくは、飲料液の注ぎ口が頭部に開設されていると共に注ぎ口を塞ぐ蓋体が開閉可能に被着されているプラスチック製のボトル本体と、ボトル本体の頭部から逆さまに被せてボトル本体に嵌め込める形状を有するプラスチック製のコップとからなるコップ付き飲料液用プラスチックボトルとこれに被着可能なコップに関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂)ボトルが、お茶や清涼飲料水などの飲料液用プラスチックボトルとして頻繁に使わている。お茶や飲料水などを予め充填した各種サイズのPETボトルが市販されていて、利用者は、PETボトルを買って持ち歩き、随時にPETボトルの中のお茶や清涼飲料水を飲んでおり、空になったPETボトルは捨てられることが多い。

もっとも、空のPETボトルも、いわゆる水筒として市販されており、利用者は空のPETボトルを買って自分でお茶や飲料水などをPETボトルに詰めて持ち歩き、随時にPETボトルの中のお茶や飲料水を飲んでいる。水筒として市販されているPETボトルの場合、空になったらお茶や水を詰め直し、繰り返し使われるのが普通である。

このようなPETボトルの場合、普通、コップを用いることなくラッパ飲みされるので、他の人に分けてあげられないし、マナー上、場所によってラッパ飲みは好ましくないこともある。コップを別に用意して携帯し、PETボトルのお茶や水をいったんコップに移してから飲めば、ラッパ飲みをしなくて済む。

しかし、上記従来技術では、ペットボトルの外観形状を、コップを装着するための構造に変える必要があり、大量に流通している市販のペットボトルにそのままの形状で装着できないという不便さがあり、強いて市販のペットボトルにコップを用いるとすれば、単にペットボトルにコップを逆向きに重ねて使用できるだけで、簡単に外れ易く、携帯に便利なものではなかった。

そこで、本発明は上記実情に鑑みてなされたものであり、その課題は、市販のペットボトルに容易に装着でき、装着した際、逆向きにしても容易に落下することなく、それでいて使用時には着脱に容易で、コップを常に清潔な状態で携帯することができるコップ付き飲料液用プラスチックボトルとコップを提供することにある。

上記目的は各請求項記載の発明により達成される。すなわち、本発明に係るコップ付き飲料液用プラスチックボトルは、飲料液の注ぎ口が頭部に開設されていると共に注ぎ口を塞ぐ蓋体が開閉可能に被着されているプラスチック製のボトル本体と、ボトル本体の頭部から底部に向け逆向きに被せてボトル本体に嵌め込める形状を有するプラスチック製のコップとからなり、ボトル本体とコップとの間に、コップの嵌め込み操作に伴ってコップの内面がボトル本体の外面に係止する一方、逆のコップの引き抜き操作に伴ってコップの内面とボトル本体の外面の係止が外れる構成としたコップ抜止用係止構造が設けられていることを特徴とする。

本発明のコップ付き飲料液用プラスチックボトル(以下、適宜「飲用プラボトルと略記)の場合、ボトル本体の中に入っている飲料液を飲む時は、ボトル本体の頭部から底部に向け逆向きに被せられてボトル本体の外面に係止しているコップに対し引き抜き操作を行うと、コップ抜止用係止構造による係止が簡単に外れ、ワンタッチでコップがボトル本体から分離できる。そして、ボトル本体の蓋体を外し、注ぎ口から飲料液をコップに注ぎ移して飲む。飲み終わったら使用者は空になったコップをボトル本体の頭部から底部に向け逆向きに被せて、コップをボトル本体へ元通り嵌め込む嵌め込み操作を行うと、コップ抜止用係止構造による係止が掛かってワンタッチでコップをボトル本体に取り付けられる。

本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して詳しく説明する。図1は本発明の実施形態に係るコップ付き飲料液用プラスチックボトル(飲用プラボトル)を組み立て状態で示す斜視図、図2は実施形態の飲用プラボトルを分解状態で示す正面図である。

この飲用プラボトルは、お茶や果汁その他各種飲料水などの飲料液の注ぎ口3が頭部に開設されていると共に、注ぎ口3を塞ぐキャップ(蓋体)4が開閉可能に被着されているプラスチック製のボトル本体1と、ボトル本体1の頭部から底部に向けて逆向きに被せてボトル本体1に嵌め込める形状を有するプラスチック製のコップ2とからなる。

ボトル本体1やコップ2の材料となるプラスチックには、PETが例示されるが、食品衛生上特に問題がなければPET以外のプラスチックを用いてもよい。ボトル本体1やコップ2は、通常、無色あるいは有色の透明のものが適当である。透明であると、ボトル本体1やコップ2の中の飲料液の量が分かり易い。しかし、飲料液の種類によっては変質防止などの理由から特定の色で着色したものが適当な場合もある。また、ボトル本体1も、コップ2も、全体の形が有底円筒状であり、横断面形状をボトル本体1とコップ2の嵌め込み部分を含めて共に略真円形としている。注ぎ口3を塞ぐキャップ4も、PET等のプラスチック製であることが好ましい。このキャップ4をボトル本体1の頭部にネジ込んで取り付けると注ぎ口3が閉じられ、ボトル本体1の頭部にネジ込まれているキャップ4を回転し弛めて取り外すと注ぎ口3が開かれる。

一方、コップ2の内周面の凸部6は、図5に示すように、周方向に沿って90°毎に間隔をおいて4個所に形成されているのに加え、図6に示すように、コップ2の内面がボトル本体1の外面に係止した状態で、コップ2の内面とボトル本体1の外面の間に隙間Gが生じる構成としている。この場合、図6に示すように、ボトル本体1の外周面の凹条5とコップ2の内周面の凸部6との嵌め合いが飛んでいる(無い)ところでは、コップ2の内側空間SAが隙間Gを介してコップ2の外側空間SBと連通した状態となっており、ボトル本体1に元の通りに嵌め込まれたコップ内に飲料液の飲み残しQがあっても、矢印RCで示すように、飲み残しQはコップ2の内面とボトル本体1の外面の間の隙間Gから、コップ2の外側空間SBへ放出される。その結果、コップ2内に飲料液の飲み残しQがあっても、コップ内に留まり続ける飲み残しQはなく、その結果、飲み残しQによりコップ2の口縁部に雑菌が繁殖するといった不衛生になることを確実に回避できる。
