<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor cushion to be fixed to a chair which can be fitted to the chair by one operation and which can be used for general purpose. <P>SOLUTION: The floor cushion consists of: a floor cushion body to be placed on the seat surface of the chair; rear surface parts which are connected with the floor cushion body and provided so as to oppose each other on the rear surface of the seat surface of the chair at least on two directions around the floor cushion; and fixing members provided at the tips of the rear surface parts for fixing the opposing rear surface parts with each other. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、椅子固着用座布団に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、オフィス用あるいは家庭用の椅子において、座布団を敷くことにより座り心地をよくするようにすることが行われている。
しかしながら、座布団を置いただけではずれてしまったり、滑って椅子から落ちてしまったりすることがある。
そのため、滑りにくいように裏面に滑り止めを設けたり、座布団を紐で椅子に結ぶなどして固定することが行われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
たとえば特開２００３−１４４２６８「完全滑り止を施した健康安楽安全椅子及び同脚枕」においては、シートクッションの前方に幅のせまいクッション体を係止する方法やシートクッションの前方の部分の狭い帯状の範囲を盛り上がらせる方法などによって、各種椅子に完全滑り止めを施す方法が提案されている。
また特開２００３−８９９４５「滑り止め作用を有する物品及び滑り止め方法」においては、多数の凹凸が形成滑止シート等により、滑り止め作用と通気性を備えた新規な織物を使用した滑り止め作用を有する物品が提案されている。
しかしながら、滑りにくくなることはあっても、これらの方法によっては椅子に固定をすることはできない。

一方、実用新案登録第３０７３６１５号「椅子用座布団」においては、ワンタッチで事務用椅子に取付け取外しできる座布団で、クッション性に富み、リバーシブルな椅子用座布団が提案されている。
ポリウレタン発泡体その他柔軟でクッション性のある合成樹脂製で椅子の大きさに合わせた板状の座布団基部と、この座布団基部の周囲を被覆し、前記座布団基部を出し入れ可能とした布製座布団カバーとから成る座布団と、前記座布団の外周縁部に縫着され、一部に開口部を設けた取付垂れ幕部と、前記垂下取付部５の端縁部に取付けられ、両端を引き出した締付け紐と、前記締付け紐７と係合して固定可能に取付けた留具とから構成される。締付け紐で締付け固定するようにしたものである。
しかしながら、椅子の大きさに合わせた板状の座布団基部を設け、使用する椅子固有のサイズや形状に合わせて座布団を構成しなければならず、汎用性がない。
また、座布団の全体の構造が複雑であり、製造にもコストがかかる。
一方、従来から見られるような、座布団の１辺の両端から延びる紐を背もたれに回して結ぶだけでは、背もたれ部分に座布団は固定するものの、座面部分はずれることが避けられない。

そこで本発明においては、上記の様々な課題を解決し、座布団の構造を複雑にすることなく、ワンタッチで椅子に取り付けることができ、しかも汎用的に使用することが可能な椅子固着用座布団を提供し、椅子の座面からずれたりはずれたりすることを防止することを可能にすることを目的とする。
さらに本発明においては、椅子の座面の汚れ防止などの効果もある椅子固着用座布団を提供することを目的とする。
さらに本発明においては、様々な椅子に汎用的に利用することが可能であって、椅子の脚の数や背もたれの形状、あるいは通常の椅子や長椅子などにも適宜取り付け可能にするための椅子固着用座布団を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、請求項１に記載の発明においては、
椅子の座面に載置される座布団本体と、
座布団本体に連結され、座布団の周囲の少なくとも２方向に、椅子の座面裏面においてそれぞれ対向するように設けられた裏面部と、
前記の裏面部の先端に設けられ、対向する裏面部同士を固着するために設けられた固着部材とから構成される、椅子固着用座布団であることを特徴としている。

また、上記課題を解決するため、請求項２に記載の発明においては、
請求項１に記載の発明において、
座布団を収納する座布団収納部と、それぞれの裏面部とが一体に設けられたシート状部材からなり、
座布団収納部はクッション状の座布団本体を収納するポケットである、椅子固着用座布団であることを特徴としている。

請求項１〜１２のいずれかに記載の椅子固着用座布団を複数連結し、背もたれ部にあたる座布団本体とこれに対応する裏面部と、座面部にあたる座布団本体とこれに対応する裏面部とを設け、椅子の座面と背もたれの両方に一度に固着させることが可能な、椅子固着用座布団であることを特徴としている。

請求項１〜１３のいずれかに記載の椅子固着用座布団を複数連結し、複数の人が座る座面にわたり一度に固着させることが可能な、椅子固着用座布団であることを特徴としている。

請求項１３または１４のいずれかに記載の発明において、
複数の座布団本体の連結部分は、面ファスナー、チャック、ボタン、ホック、その他の固着部材同士により着脱可能にされた、椅子固着用座布団であることを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。
図１は、本発明の基本的な構成の一例を示す図である。
また図２から図２２は、本発明の基本的な構成の一例及び実施例を示す図である。
図１および各図において、符号１は座布団本体、２は裏面部、３ａ、３ｂは固着部材、４は座布団収納部に収納されるクッションを示している。また１０は椅子の座面、１１は脚を示している。

本発明の椅子固着用座布団は、椅子の座面に座布団を敷いて、座るために利用する際に、座布団がずれたり、はずれたりすることを防ぐために、椅子の座面に固定して置くことを可能にしたものである。
椅子の形状やサイズ等には特に限定されず、本発明の各実施形態においても示したように、椅子の形状やサイズ、脚の数や取り付け位置、背の位置や構造などによって、これに適合するように椅子固着用座布団を様々に構成することができる。また椅子固着用座布団を様々な形状の椅子に適合するように、なるべく汎用的に使用することが可能な構成としたり、代表的な形状の椅子に合わせて攻勢したりすることが望ましい。

初めに、本発明の基本的な構成の代表的な一例に基づき、図１から図５を参照して、椅子固着用座布団の構成について説明する。
本発明の椅子固着用座布団は、椅子の座面に載置される座布団本体１を備えている。
座布団本体１は、椅子の座面に位置し、座るための部分である。
座布団本体１は、様々な形状やサイズのものを採用することができ、四角形、多角形、円形、楕円形などを初め、その他の形状のものであってもよい。

好ましい一例として、座布団本体１はこれを収納する座布団本体収納部と、後述するそれぞれの裏面部２とが一体に設けられたシート状部材からなり、座布団本体収納部はクッション状の座布団（クッション）を収納するポケット状になっているものである。
ポケット状の座布団収納部（座布団カバー等）の内部にクッション４を収納して座布団本体１を構成することは、畳に敷く座布団においても採用されている。四角形の座布団であれば、三方にある縫い目がない部分、つまり輪になっている一辺が正面であり、ここを開閉することにより内部に収納されたクッション４を出し入れすることができ、座布団カバーは水洗い等できるようにされており、座布団収納部（座布団カバー等）と裏面部２とが一体に構成される。
したがって、座布団収納部（座布団カバー部分）に後述する裏面部を連結して固着し、あるいは座布団収納部（座布団カバー部分）と後述する裏面部とを一体の布などの素材から構成することができる。一方、座布団収納部（座布団カバー部分）と後述する裏面部とを別個の素材により構成してもよい。
図１においては、四角形の座布団本体１の座布団収納部にクッション４が収納されており、その周囲四方に裏面部２が設けられている。

畳に敷く座布団であれば、夫婦判（６７ｃｍ×７２ｃｍ）、緞子判（６３ｃｍ×６８ｃｍ）ｍ八端判（５９ｃｍ×６３ｃｍ）、銘仙判（５５ｃｍ×５９ｃｍ）、木綿判（５１ｃｍ×５５ｃｍ）、茶席判（４３ｃｍ×４７ｃｍ）、などが標準寸法として知られており、日本工業規格（ＪＩＳ）では、Ｓサイズを木綿判、Ｍサイズを銘仙判、Ｌサイズを八端判と定めているが、サイズはこれに限定されない。オフィス用チェアサイズ、食卓用チェアサイズ、長椅子用サイズ、子供用チェアサイズ、その他のサイズなどを用意してもよい。

座布団本体あるいは座布団収納部（座布団カバー）と、後述する裏面部とは、様々な素材を採用することができ、特に素材には限定されない。綿、麻、籐、毛糸などの自然素材や、ポリエステル、アクリル、ナイロンその他の化学繊維、あるいはこれらの混合素材、ビニール、ウレタン、その他の各種の軟質樹脂などであってもよい。

またクッション４の内部の素材も、特に限定されず、麻、真綿、木綿などの中綿や、その他の素材を採用することができる。
一例としては、そば殻、パイプ、コルマビーズ、低反発ウレタンフォーム、羽根、ポリエステル綿、ポリエチレンチップ、アクア（水をゼリー化したもの）、備長炭や、あるいはポリウレタンフォーム、エーテル系、エステル系、ゴムスポンジ、ポリエチレンフォーム、各種の発泡材、その他の緩衝材を採用することができる。

次に、本発明の椅子固着用座布団は、座布団本体１に連結され、座布団の周囲の少なくとも２方向に、椅子の座面裏面においてそれぞれ対向するように設けられた裏面部２を備えている。
裏面部２は、座布団本体１を椅子の座綿に置いた状態で、椅子の座面の裏側に伸ばして裏面部同士を固着させることにより、椅子に固定するものである。
図２及び図３は、椅子を図示しない状態で、座布団を裏面から見た図である。

本発明の椅子固着用座布団は、前記の裏面部２の先端に設けられ、対向する裏面部２同士を固着するために設けられた固着部材３を備えている。
前記の裏面部に設けられた固着部材３は、一対の固着部材同士がそれぞれ固着されるものである。
裏面部２に設けられた固着部材３は、代表的な形態としては、固着部材３同士を引っ掛けて固定する形状、たとえば鉤状、リング状、その他の固着部材同士を引っ掛ける金属や樹脂、ゴムなどの掛け止め部材や、あるいはホック、ボタン、ベルトの鉤と穴状の部材、あるいは部材同士を固定する各種アタッチメントなどであってもよい。紐同士で結ぶ形態などであってもよいが、ワンタッチで着脱可能にされた部材であることが望ましい

また、裏面部２に設けられた固着部材３の別の代表的な形態は、固着部材３同士を固定可能にされた面ファスナーである。また面ファスナーを用いた場合には、必ずしも裏面部２の先端同士での固着方法以外にも、椅子の形状やサイズ、あるいは椅子の脚の位置などによって、面ファスナーを広めの範囲に設けておくことにより、適宜固着位置を調整することができる。
伸縮性のあるシート状または紐状部材から構成された裏面部の一部または全部に面ファスナーからなる固着部材が設けられることにより、様々な形状やサイズの椅子に対し座布団を固定可能にすることができる。

裏面部２は、座布団の周囲の対向する２方向に、椅子の座面裏面において一対がそれぞれ対向するように設けられている。固着部材３同士が固着され、引っ張り合う力が働くので、それぞれ対向することが望ましい。裏面部２は、座布団の周囲の方向に、奇数または偶数設けられるようにすることができ、たとえば３方向、あるいは５方向などの奇数の裏面部２が設けられている場合にも、裏面部２同士が厳密な角度でそれぞれ対向していなくとも、なるべくそれに近い角度で向き合うように固着されることが好ましい。

図１においては、座布団本体１は四角形であり、その四方に裏面部２が設けられている。
裏面部２は、座布団本体１の周囲の対向する４方向に、椅子の座面裏面において一対がそれぞれ対向するように設けられている。
図１の椅子固着用座布団を、４方向の内まず２方向に延びる一対の裏面部２同士を固着部材３を用いて固着させた状態を、図２に示す。次いでもう一対の裏面部２同士を固着部材３を用いて固着させた状態を、図３に示す。

図４から図７は、実際に椅子に図１に示す椅子固着用座布団を固着させる一例を示している。
図４は、椅子の座面部分を上方向から見た平面図であり、図の上が椅子の背である。符号１０は座面である。
座面１０に椅子固着用座布団を載置し、それぞれの裏面部２が座面からはみ出る。図５においては、この椅子の場合には背の部分が裏面部２を通すことができるように開いている。
固着部材３として、この例では鉤状の３ｂとそれを引っ掛けるリング状の３ａとがそれぞれ対応しており、固着部材３（３ａ，３ｂ）同士を固着するようにされている。
図６は、椅子を下から見た図であり、座面１０の裏側と、４本の脚とがこの例では示されている。
図７は、図２及び図３に示したように、固着部材（３ａ，３ｂ）同士を固着することにより、対向する裏面部２同士を固着させた状態を示している。この際に、４本の脚は裏面部２同士の隙間から出ている。また椅子の脚の数が異なる場合、たとえば中央に１本の脚があるオフィス用椅子などの場合にも、裏面部同士の隙間から脚が出るようにされる。
図７の状態において、裏面部２同士が固着されることにより、椅子に固定され、ずれたり外れたりすることを防ぐ。同時に、裏面部２が椅子の裏側にまでわたり座面を覆うので、椅子の汚れなどを防ぐこともできる。

裏面部２は、伸縮性のあるシート状または紐状部材から構成されていることが望ましい。伸縮性を有することにより、サイズ等の異なる椅子に対しても、裏面部２を伸縮させることにより、本発明の椅子固着用座布団を利用することができるので、多少の椅子のサイズの違いだけで使用できないということはない。

次に、図８以降を参照して、本発明の椅子固着用座布団の別の実施形態について説明する。なお、以下の図面において、図１から図３と同様に、椅子は図示しないが、様々な椅子に対応できることは前述の通りである。
図８は、四角形の座布団本体１に、３方向に裏面部が設けられた例を示している。対向する裏面部２が、図の上下には設けられておらず、裏面部２に代わり図の下の辺に固着部材３が設けられているが、本発明においてはこのような実施例を採用することもできる。
裏面部２は、伸縮性のあるシート状または紐状部材から構成されていれば、図９に示すように裏面部２を伸ばして留めることができ、次いで左右の裏面部２同士を固着部材３により固着して図１０に示す状態が完成する。

次に別の実施例について説明する。
図１１は、四角形の座布団本体１に、３方向に裏面部が設けられた例を示している。対向する裏面部２が、図の上下には設けられておらず、裏面部２に代わり図の下の辺に固着部材３が設けられているが、本発明においてはこのような実施例を採用することもできる。
図の上下方向の裏面部２においては、固着部材３が２つずつ設けられている。
この場合にも様々な椅子に利用できるが、特に、図５において示す椅子のように背の部分が裏面部２を通すことができるように開いていない場合には、特に有効である。すなわち、図１１の下の辺が、椅子の背の部分にあたる。
裏面部２は、伸縮性のあるシート状または紐状部材から構成されていれば、図１２に示すように裏面部２を伸ばして留めることができ、次いで左右の裏面部２同士を固着部材３により固着して図１３に示す状態が完成する。

次に別の実施例について説明する。
図１４は、四角形の座布団本体１に、２方向に裏面部が設けられた例を示している。この場合にも様々な椅子に利用することができる。
図１５は、固着部材３（３ａ，３ｂ）同士を固着して、対向する裏面部２同士を固着した状態を示す。

図１６から図１８は、固着部材３として面ファスナーを採用した実施例を示す。
図１６は、裏面部２として紐状あるいはベルト状の形態を採用した例を示す。固着部材３ａ，３ｂはそれぞれ面ファスナーのオス、メス部材である。
図１７は、固着部材３（３ａ，３ｂ）同士を固着して、対向する裏面部２同士を固着した状態を示す。
図１８は、裏面部２として紐状あるいはベルト状の形態を２本ずつ採用した例を示す。固着部材３ａ，３ｂはそれぞれ面ファスナーのオス、メス部材である。
図１９は、固着部材３（３ａ，３ｂ）同士を固着して、対向する裏面部２同士を固着した状態を示す。

図２０は、座布団本体１に円形の形状を採用したものであり、４方向に裏面部２が設けられ、対向するそれぞれの先端に固着部材３（３ａ，３ｂ）が設けられている。
図２１は、固着部材３（３ａ，３ｂ）同士を固着して、対向する裏面部２同士を固着した状態を示す。

図２２は、図１に示した形態とほぼ共通する椅子固着用座布団の例を示すが、図１と異なる点は、裏面部２に設けられた固着部材３は、３以上のすべての固着部材同士がそれぞれ固着されるものである点である。
すなわち、リング状の固着部材３ａに対し、この例では他の３つの鉤状の固着部材３ｂがすべて固着される。対向する一対の固着部材３同士だけではなく、更に多くの固着部材３同士、好ましくはすべての固着部材３同士が１か所で固着されることにより、固着状態が強固になる。
図２３は、固着部材３（３ａ，３ｂ）同士を固着して、すべての裏面部２同士を固着した状態を示す。

次に、本発明のさらに別の実施形態について説明する。
これまでに説明した本発明の椅子固着用座布団は、椅子の座面に利用する以外にも、椅子の背もたれに固着させて利用したり、ベンチなどにおいて利用したり、座椅子に利用したりという利用方法をとることができる。
また、また、図３、図１４のように椅子に取り付けないで裏面部２同士を固着させてしまえば、畳その他の地べたにおいて利用することもできる。
さらに、椅子固着用座布団として、図２４に一例を示すように、背もたれ部にあたる座布団本体１とこれに対応する裏面部２と、座面部にあたる座布団本体１とこれに対応する裏面部２とを設けることにより、図２５に示すように裏面部２同士を固着させれば、椅子の座面と背もたれの両方に一度に固着させることができる。

図２６から図２９は、ベンチ、長椅子等に利用可能な椅子固着用座布団の一例を示している。
図２６、図２８は、通常のサイズの座布団本体１が３つ連結されている一例を示している。座布団本体１同士の連結は、あらかじめ固着されていてもよい。あるいは、図示しないが、図１に示すような座布団本体１同士を、面ファスナー、チャック、ボタン、ホック、その他の固着部材同士により着脱可能にして、固着することにより、図２６に一例を示すように長椅子等に利用する時には連結させるようにしてもよい。
図２７、図２９は、それぞれ図２６と図２９に示す椅子固着用座布団の裏面部２同士を固着させた状態を示している。

【発明の効果】
以上詳細に説明したように、本発明によれば、座布団の構造を複雑にすることなく、ワンタッチで椅子に取り付けることができ、しかも汎用的に使用することが可能な椅子固着用座布団を提供し、椅子の座面からずれたりはずれたりすることを防止することを可能にすることができる。
さらに本発明によれば、椅子の座面の汚れ防止などの効果もある椅子固着用座布団を提供することができる。
さらに本発明によれば、様々な椅子に汎用的に利用することが可能であって、椅子の脚の数や背もたれの形状、あるいは通常の椅子や長椅子などにも適宜取り付け可能にするための椅子固着用座布団を提供することができる。
