Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pressing member for a ventilation film that suppresses flapping of the ventilation film provided in the greenhouse and a greenhouse provided with the pressing member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Greenhouses are generally formed using plastic films such as vinyl film, polyolefin film, and fluorine film. To ventilate the greenhouse, openings for ventilation are formed on the sides and ceiling. is doing. For example, when a ventilation opening is formed on the side surface, a ventilation film is provided so as to cover the opening, a winding shaft is connected to the end of the film, and the film is wound around the winding shaft. It is provided so as to be opened by taking it and closed by being rewound (see Patent Document 1). Also known is a configuration in which a winding shaft is connected to the middle portion of the ventilation film, and portions located on both sides of the winding shaft as a boundary are wound or unwound together (see Patent Document 2). ). The take-up shaft is rotated by a manual or electric drive unit, and the drive unit moves following the take-up operation or the rewind operation of the ventilation film. The thing shown by patent document 2 can make the operation | movement range of a winding shaft and a drive part smaller than what was shown by patent document 1 by enabling winding or rewinding from the middle part of the film for ventilation. This has the advantage that the opening can be opened and closed quickly.

[Patent Document 2]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-6696 (FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the ventilation film is provided so as to be opened or closed by winding or rewinding with the winding shaft as described above, fluttering occurs due to the wind entering from the side edge. Therefore, from one side of the greenhouse to the other side through the ceiling surface, a long string member (hereinafter referred to as “belt member”) called a mica wire or house band is hung and tightened. The film for ventilation is pressed down.
[0005]
If this belt member is always used in the maximum tightened state, there is no particular problem. However, when a ventilation film as described above is provided, the winding shaft can be rotated while the belt member is tightened. I can't. Therefore, in order to perform the opening / closing operation of the ventilation film, it is necessary to perform the operation of loosening the belt member that has been tensioned in advance. Since a plurality of belt members are arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the greenhouse (usually the direction along the opposite wife surfaces), it takes a lot of labor to loosen the belt members one by one. . Moreover, after the opening / closing operation is completed by winding or rewinding the ventilation film by a winding shaft, a work for tightening each belt member must be performed one by one.
[0006]
In order to facilitate the work of loosening or tightening the belt member, the end portions of the plurality of belt members are connected to a rotating shaft disposed along the longitudinal direction of the greenhouse, and the rotating shaft is rotated to rotate the plurality of belt members. There are also known devices that loosen or tighten belt members together. However, even in this case, the belt member must be loosened and tightened before and after the opening / closing operation separately from the opening / closing operation of the winding shaft.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and under normal use conditions except when not in use or during strong winds, while suppressing fluttering of the ventilation film, the ventilation film by the winding shaft It is not necessary to loosen or tighten the belt member before and after the opening and closing work, making it easy to open and close the ventilation film.In addition, the ventilation film can be used when not in use or during strong winds. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pressing member for a ventilation film that more strongly suppresses and prevents fluttering more reliably and a greenhouse provided with the pressing member.
[0008]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a view showing the appearance of a ventilation film pressing member 10 and a greenhouse 100 including the pressing member 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0010]
First, a schematic configuration of the greenhouse 100 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, in the greenhouse 100, a plastic film as a covering material is stretched on an arch-shaped pipe material (not shown) constituting a framework material. It is arbitrary how to provide the plastic film as the covering material, that is, where to place the ventilation film. FIG. 1 illustrates a configuration in which a ventilation film 300 is provided from the side surface 101 on the near side of the drawing to the zenith portion 102 so as to be opened or closed by being wound or rewound by a single winding shaft 200. Note that the range from the back side surface 103 to the zenith portion 102 in the figure is also provided so as to be opened and closed by a winding shaft (not shown). In addition, for example, a plastic film is fixedly disposed over a predetermined range (ceiling surface) on the left and right with the zenith portion 102 as the center, and a plastic film as a ventilation film is provided for each portion covering the vicinity of each side surface. Can be arranged so that each side surface can be opened and closed by attaching a winding shaft to each. In addition to this, a separate take-up shaft can be attached to the ceiling surface, and the plastic film covering the ceiling surface can also be configured from an openable / closable ventilation film. Furthermore, it is also possible to adopt a configuration that can be opened and closed over the entire range from one side surface through the ceiling surface to the other side surface.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the winding shaft 200 connected to the ventilation film 300 is connected to a driving device 210 having a handle 211 at its end. That is, the handle 211 is manually operated to rotate the winding shaft 200 in the winding direction or the rewinding direction of the ventilation film 300. Of course, the driving device 210 that transmits the rotational force to the winding shaft 200 is not limited to this, and instead of the handle 211, a chain member (not shown) is looped around the pulley and the chain member is provided. It can also be set as the structure which rotates the pulley by pulling down any one of these, and rotates the winding shaft 200. FIG. Moreover, it can also be set as the structure which rotates the winding axis | shaft 200 by electric power instead of manual operation using a motor (not shown).
[0012]
Next, the ventilation film pressing member 10 will be described. The pressing member 10 of this embodiment includes a belt member 20, a buckle 30 as a length adjusting unit, a coil spring 40 as an elastic member, and a string-like member 50 as a regulating member.
[0013]
The belt member 20 is disposed along the outer surface of the ventilation film 300. Specifically, one end 21 is connected to an arbitrary stationary part, in this embodiment, a pipe material 110 fixedly disposed along the longitudinal direction of the greenhouse 100 in the vicinity of the lower portion of the side surface 103 on the back side in FIG. After being fixed and stretched along the outer surface of the ventilation film 300, the other end 22 is disposed so as to reach the vicinity of the lower portion of the side surface 102 on the near side in FIG. The belt member 20 is not an elastic member such as rubber, but may be a long material having an arbitrary width or an arbitrary thickness made of a cloth material or the like. Various types can be used.
[0014]
A buckle 30 as a length adjusting means is connected to the other end 22 of the belt member 20. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the buckle 30 is configured so as to close a belt insertion hole (not shown) formed by being surrounded by a substantially rectangular frame material 31 and the belt insertion hole. It has a belt engaging portion provided with an engagement fitting 32 that is biased in a direction in contact with one side member forming the frame material 31. Therefore, when the other end 22 of the belt member 20 is inserted from one side of the frame member 31 and pulled out to the other side with respect to the belt insertion hole, the engagement fitting 32 pulls the belt member 20 to one side member of the frame member 31. And the effective length of the belt member 20 is adjusted. That is, by pulling the other end 22 to increase the amount of the frame material 31 drawn to the other side, the effective length from the portion engaged with the buckle 30 to the one end 21 is shortened, and the engagement fitting 32 The effective length is increased by separating the belt member 20 from the belt member 20 and reducing the pull-out amount of the other end 22 to the other side of the buckle 30.
[0015]
In the frame material 31 of the buckle 30, one end 51 of a string-like member 50 constituting a regulating member is connected to the other side member located on the opposite side of the one side member. The other end 52 of the string-like member 50 is connected to an arbitrary fixed portion, in this embodiment, a pipe member 120 fixedly disposed along the longitudinal direction of the greenhouse 100 in the vicinity of the lower portion of the side surface 102 on the near side in FIG. Are arranged. The string-like member 50 is also formed of a substantially non-stretchable cloth material or the like instead of an elastic member such as rubber like the belt member 20 described above, and the shape is not limited. Accordingly, various types such as a belt-like one and a string-like one can be used. Of course, the belt member 20 and the string-like member 50 as the regulating member may be of the same material and shape.
[0016]
A coil spring (tensile coil spring) 40 as an elastic member is disposed along the string-like member 50, and each end 41, 42 is connected to one end 51 and the other end 52 of the string-like member 50, respectively. Established. For this reason, the coil spring 40 is urged in a direction in which the distance between the one end 51 and the other end 52 of the string-like member 50 is always reduced, and the distance between the one end 51 and the other end 52 of the string-like member 50 is reduced. A material that is extensible until it is separated as much as possible, that is, until the string-like member 50 is fully extended, and can exhibit a predetermined elastic force is used. In other words, when the string-like member 50 is fully extended, the extension amount of the coil spring 40 is regulated by the string-like member 50 even if the coil spring 40 itself can be further extended. It is provided so that.
[0017]
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. During normal use, that is, it is necessary to hold down the ventilation film strongly, such as when not in use or when strong winds are held for a long time with a predetermined amount of open or closed film. Under normal operating conditions except for the case, the buckle 30 is pulled in a looser state than when the other end 22 of the belt member 20 is pulled and the ventilation film 300 is pressed down to the maximum by the belt member 20. It adjusts so that it may become a grade which the string-like member 50 connected to (2) does not stretch. Thereby, even if the elastic force of the coil spring 40 spanned between the end portions 51 and 52 of the string-like member 50 connected to the buckle 30 functions and the belt member 20 is stretched loosely in this way. Since the other end 22 connected to the buckle 30 is pulled downward, a predetermined pressing force is generated on the ventilation film 300. As a result, the belt member 20 is elastically biased in the direction in which the belt member 20 is pressed against the ventilation film 300 by the coil spring 40, and the ventilation film 300 is prevented from fluttering under normal conditions.
[0018]
When the ventilation film 300 is wound or unwound by the winding shaft 200 to be opened and closed, the handle member 211 of the driving device 210 is operated as it is and is rotated in a predetermined direction without loosening the belt member 20. As described above, since the elastic force of the coil spring 40 acts on the belt member 20, when the winding shaft 200 rotates and the winding amount of the ventilation film 300 changes, the coil spring 40 expands and contracts. Therefore, even if the belt member 20 is not loosened, the take-up shaft 200 rotates smoothly and the ventilation film 300 can be opened and closed.
[0019]
On the other hand, when not in use at night or during strong winds, the other end 22 of the belt member 20 is pulled, and the string-like member 50 connected to the buckle 30 is extended to the maximum. Since the coil spring 40 is stretched between the one end 51 and the other end 52 of the string-like member 50, when the string-like member 50 extends to the maximum extent, the coil spring 40 cannot extend any further. In a state where the string-like member 50 is extended to the maximum extent, the string-like member 50 and the belt member 20 are substantially long in the form of one string or belt having no elastic portion via the buckle 30. A member will be formed. Therefore, in such a state, the same function as a conventional car cable or house band is achieved, and as the belt member 20 is pulled, the pressing force against the ventilation film 300 increases, and flapping due to strong wind is prevented. When returning from such a state to the state during normal use, the string-like member is again operated simply by operating the engagement fitting 32 of the buckle 30 to be separated from the frame member 31 and reducing the pull-out amount of the other end 22. 50 is loosened and the elastic force of the coil spring 40 functions.
[0020]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above. In the above embodiment, each of the plurality of belt members 20 is provided with a buckle 30 as a length adjusting means. For example, a rotating shaft (connected to each other end 22 side of each belt member 20) (Not shown) may be arranged along the longitudinal direction of the greenhouse 100, and a means for tightening or loosening the plurality of belt members 20 in a lump by rotating the rotating shaft may be employed. In this case, the coil spring 40 is connected between the one end 51 and the other end 52 of the string-like member 50 after connecting one end 51 of the string-like member 50 as the regulating member to the rotating shaft. Hang over.
[0021]
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the coil spring (tensile coil spring) 40 is used as an elastic member, as long as the belt member 20 can be elastically tensioned, a torsion coil spring and another spring member are used. You can also. In addition, rubber can be used instead of the spring member, but a metal spring member is preferable in consideration of durability, and a coil spring (as in the above embodiment in consideration of cost and ease of attachment) It is preferable to use a tension coil spring 40. Further, the length adjusting means is not limited to the buckle 30 shown in FIG. 2, and may be any means that can be engaged with the belt member 20 and can adjust the effective length in contact with the ventilation film 300.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention relates to a belt member stretched over the outer surface of a ventilation film, length adjusting means for adjusting the length of the belt member, and an elastic member that elastically biases the belt member in a direction in which the belt member is pressed against the ventilation film. And a regulating member that regulates the extension amount of the elastic member. Therefore, during normal use, the elasticity of the elastic member can suppress the fluttering of the ventilation film, and the opening and closing of the ventilation film by the take-up shaft can be carried out without performing the work of loosening the belt member separately. The opening and closing work of the ventilation film can be facilitated. Further, when not in use or during a strong wind, the action of the elastic force of the elastic member can be restricted by the restriction member, and the ventilation film can be more strongly pressed by the belt member, and fluttering can be more reliably suppressed.
