本発明は、音楽制作の支援方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
音楽の制作者によって制作された音楽は、ＣＤなどの媒体の販売やオンラインによる販売によってユーザ（リスナ）の手元に届けられ、身近に楽しめる娯楽として定着している。これらの販売される音楽（以下、既製曲と呼ぶ）について、より多くのユーザに購入してもらうために、不特定多数の人々を対象とした内容の楽曲、または、特定の性別や年齢層のユーザを対象として、それらの人々に共感されるような内容の音楽が、制作されることも多い。

よって、好みが様々に異なる各ユーザは、自分の好みに適合する音楽を、既製曲から検索するのに手間を要する。よって、既製曲のデータベースから、自分の好みなどの検索条件によって、好みに近い既製曲を検索する手法が提案されている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。これにより、自分の好みの音楽を探すユーザは、実際に音楽を個別に試聴して検索する方法に比べ、より効率的に自分の好みの音楽を得ることができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
一方、例えば人生のイベント（結婚式など）に関する思い出として、既製曲にはない独自の音楽を、新たに音楽の制作者に制作して欲しいというニーズも高まっている。なお、新たな音楽の制作を希望するユーザは、例えば、自らの独自の哲学を音楽として表現したい経営者、結婚式の記念として花嫁に音楽を贈呈したい花婿、制作した自分史を音楽としても記録したいユーザ、ならびに、妻への感謝の気持ちを音楽としてプレゼントしたい夫、などが挙げられる。そして、新たな音楽の制作を希望するユーザは、例えば楽器を演奏できるなどの音楽の専門知識を十分に有していれば、自作することは可能である。しかし、多くのユーザは、音楽の専門知識を有していないので、音楽の専門家に制作を依頼することが必要となる。

ここで、音楽の制作を依頼するユーザは、音楽の専門家に、依頼内容を伝達する必要がある。しかし、音楽は制作工程が複雑（例えば、作曲、作詞、編曲、ならびに、演奏の各工程があり、それぞれ担当者が異なることも多い）であり、希望する音楽の依頼情報を効果的に伝えることは、専門知識を有していないユーザにとって、困難な作業となる。

よって、音楽の制作を依頼するユーザから各制作工程の担当者に、希望する音楽の依頼情報を効率的に伝達する手法が、必要となる。しかし、従来の音楽に関するシステムは、すでに制作を終えた音楽を対象としているもの（例えば、特許文献１）、または、制作者同士で音楽の制作を行う過程を支援するものであり、音楽の制作を依頼するユーザと、音楽の制作担当者との間で、依頼情報を効率的に伝達するという目的には、適合していなかった。

そこで、本発明の主な課題は、音楽の制作を依頼するユーザと音楽の制作者との間で、特定のユーザ向けの音楽の制作を効率的に支援する手法を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前記目的を達成するために創案されたものであり、制作依頼者から音楽の制作を依頼された制作者による前記音楽の制作を支援する方法であって、音楽制作の支援装置が、制作者の端末から制作者の登録要求を受信して前記音楽制作の支援装置の制作者データベースに登録する手順と、制作依頼者の端末から制作依頼を受信して前記音楽制作の支援装置の制作依頼データベースに登録する手順と、前記制作依頼者の端末に前記制作者データベースに登録された制作者を検索させて制作者を決定する手段と、前記決定された制作者の端末に前記制作依頼を送信する手順と、前記制作依頼を基に制作された音楽を前記制作者の端末から受信して制作成果データベースに登録する手順とを含むことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明が適用される音楽制作の支援システムの一実施形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。まず、本実施形態の音楽制作の支援システムの構成について、図１を参照して説明する。

まず、図１に示す音楽制作の支援システムは、制作依頼者から音楽の制作を依頼された制作者による音楽の制作を支援する機能を有する。このため、音楽制作の支援システムは、制作依頼者と制作者との音楽の制作に関するデータを仲介する音楽制作の支援装置１と、制作依頼者が音楽制作の支援装置１にアクセスするための制作依頼者の端末２と、制作者が音楽制作の支援装置１にアクセスするための制作者の端末３と、演奏者が音楽制作の支援装置１にアクセスするための演奏者の端末４と、審査担当者が音楽制作の支援装置１にアクセスするための審査担当者の端末５と、音楽制作の支援システムの各装置を接続するネットワーク９とを含んで構成される。なお、音楽制作の支援装置１は、例えば、ＣＰＵ（Ｃｅｎｔｒａｌ Ｐｒｏｃｅｓｓｉｎｇ Ｕｎｉｔ）、ＲＡＭ（Ｒａｎｄｏｍ Ａｃｃｅｓｓ Ｍｅｍｏｒｙ）、ならびに、ＨＤＤ（Ｈａｒｄ Ｄｉｓｋ Ｄｒｉｖｅ）を備えたＰＣ（Ｐｅｒｓｏｎａｌ Ｃｏｍｐｕｔｅｒ）として構成され、適宜プログラムを読み込んで実行する。

次に、音楽制作の支援装置１の構成について、図１を参照して、より具体的に説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作者に関する情報が登録される制作者データベース１１と、制作依頼者に関する情報が登録される制作依頼者データベース１２と、制作依頼に関する情報が登録される制作依頼データベース１３と、制作された音楽を格納する制作成果データベース１４と、音楽の制作を支援する際の各処理を行う処理部２１と、ユーザの端末に所定の画面を提供する画面生成部２２と、ユーザの端末とデータをやりとりするインタフェースである通信部２３を含んで構成される。なお、通信部２３は、例えば、ＮＩＣ（Ｎｅｔｗｏｒｋ Ｉｎｔｅｒｆａｃｅ Ｃａｒｄ）により構成され、ネットワーク９と接続されている。

さらに、音楽制作の支援装置１の制作者データベース１１について、図２を参照して、より具体的に説明する。制作者データベース１１が管理するデータは、制作者に関する情報である制作者の登録データ１１０である。具体的には、制作者の登録データ１１０は、制作者を識別するための情報であり、ＩＤ（制作者の識別子）、名前、住所、ならびに、連絡先などから構成される制作者の個人情報１１１と、制作者が担当を希望する音楽のジャンルを示す制作希望のジャンル１１２と、制作者が制作依頼者にアピールする情報であり、音楽活動の経歴などにより構成させる制作者の紹介データ１１３と、作詞、作曲、編曲、ならびに、演奏などの制作者が担当を希望する音楽の分野を示す制作希望の担当分野１１５とを含んで構成される。なお、制作希望のジャンル１１２は、例えば、“ロック”、“ポップス”、ならびに“演歌”などであり、音楽の分類を示す情報である。また、制作者の登録データ１１０は、制作者が制作依頼者にアピールする情報であり、制作者によって制作された音楽の作品である作品のサンプルデータ１１４を含めてもよい。

そして、音楽制作の支援装置１の制作依頼者データベース１２について、図３を参照して、より具体的に説明する。制作依頼者データベース１２が管理するデータは、制作依頼者に関する情報である制作依頼者の登録データ１２０である。具体的には、制作依頼者の登録データ１２０は、制作依頼者を識別するための情報であり、ＩＤ、名前、住所、ならびに、連絡先などから構成される制作依頼者の個人情報１２１と、制作依頼者の依頼した制作依頼を識別するための制作依頼ＩＤ１２２とを含んで構成される。なお、１人の制作依頼者が複数の制作依頼を行うことも起こりうるので、図３は、制作依頼ＩＤ１２２が複数記述されている例を示している。

さらに、音楽制作の支援装置１の制作依頼データベース１３について、図４を参照して、より具体的に説明する。制作依頼データベース１３が管理するデータは、制作依頼者によって指定される制作依頼データ１３０である。具体的には、制作依頼データ１３０は、個々の制作依頼の属性情報である制作依頼の属性情報１３１と、制作依頼者によって指定される音楽についての制作希望のジャンル１３２と、制作依頼者によって指定される音楽を制作する素材となる文章、画像などの資料である制作素材データ１３３と、制作依頼者によって指定される音楽を制作する際の希望を示す制作希望データ１３４と、制作依頼者によって指定される音楽を演奏する際の希望を示す演奏希望データ１３５とを含んで構成される。ここで、制作依頼の属性情報１３１は、所定のＩＤ、制作依頼者、制作者、ならびに、制作の進捗を示す情報などにより構成される。さらに、所定のＩＤは、制作依頼を識別するＩＤおよび制作依頼を担当する制作者を識別するＩＤを指す。

以上、本実施形態の音楽制作の支援システムの構成について、説明した。次に、本実施形態の音楽制作の支援システムの動作について、図１〜図４を参照しつつ、図５および図６に沿って説明する。なお、図５および図６は、主に音楽制作の支援装置１の動作に着目したフローチャートである。また、この動作説明において、音楽制作の支援システムの構成を、より明らかにする。

以下、音楽制作の支援のうち、制作者を決定した後に、制作を行う動作について、図５を参照して説明する。なお、図５に示す処理は、制作者が制作依頼を受注するという観点で記述したものであり、“受注型の制作支援”と表記する。

まず、Ｓ１０１（前準備）について、説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、音楽制作を支援する前準備として、制作者を制作者データベース１１に登録させる。よって、音楽制作の支援装置１は、画面生成部２２によって生成された図７に示す制作者の登録画面５１を制作者の端末３に送信して、制作者からの登録を促す。制作者の端末３は、受信した制作者の登録画面５１について、Ｗｅｂブラウザなどのアプリケーションソフトを介して、制作者に入力させる手段を提供する。そして、制作者の端末３は、例えば図示しないキーボードからの文字入力を制作者の登録画面５１の入力欄に入力させて、制作者からの登録の内容を受け付ける。さらに、制作者の端末３は、入力された制作者からの登録の内容を、音楽制作の支援装置１に返信する。

ここで、制作者の登録画面５１を用いた制作者の登録について、図７を用いて、より具体的に説明する。制作者の登録画面５１は、制作者データベース１１に登録させる制作者の登録データ１１０を入力させる手段を提供する。このため、制作者の登録画面５１は、制作者の個人情報１１１を入力させる入力欄２１１と、制作希望のジャンル１１２を入力させる入力欄２１２と、制作者の紹介データ１１３を入力させる入力欄２１３と、作品のサンプルデータ１１４を入力させる入力欄２１４と、制作希望の担当分野１１５を入力させる入力欄２１５とを含んで構成される。なお、作品のサンプルデータ１１４を入力させる入力欄２１４は、文字形式以外の形式（例えば、音声ファイル形式）にも対応するため、例えば、作品のサンプルデータ１１４である添付ファイルを添付させるために、添付ファイルの位置を指定させるボタンにより構成される。なお、各入力欄は、例えば、文字を入力させるテキストボックスによって構成される。また、入力する項目が所定の入力候補から選択させる場合（例えば、制作希望の担当分野１１５を入力させる入力欄２１５）は、入力候補ごとに有効または無効を選択させるチェックボタン形式によって構成してもよい。

次に、Ｓ１０２（制作依頼の受信）について、説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、ネットワーク９を介して音楽制作を希望する制作依頼者の端末２からのアクセスを受け、制作依頼を受信する。よって、まず、音楽制作の支援装置１は、画面生成部２２によって生成された制作依頼を登録させるための制作依頼の登録画面５２を、アクセスを行った制作依頼者の端末２に提供して、制作依頼の登録を促す。そして、制作依頼者の端末２は、制作依頼者からの入力を受け付け、その入力内容を音楽制作の支援装置１に返信する。

ここで、制作依頼の登録画面５２を用いた制作依頼の登録について、図８を用いて、より具体的に説明する。制作依頼の登録画面５２は、制作依頼者データベース１２に登録させる制作依頼者の登録データ１２０、ならびに、制作依頼データベース１３に登録させる制作依頼データ１３０を入力させる手段を提供する。このため、制作依頼の登録画面５２は、制作依頼者の個人情報１２１を入力させる入力欄２２１と、制作依頼ＩＤ１２２を入力させる入力欄２２１と、制作依頼データ１３０を入力させる入力欄２２１と、制作依頼の属性情報１３１を入力させる入力欄２３１と、制作希望のジャンル１３２を入力させる入力欄２３２と、制作素材データ１３３を入力させる入力欄２３３と、制作希望データ１３４を入力させる入力欄２３４と、演奏希望データ１３５を入力させる入力欄２３５とを含んで構成される。

さらに、Ｓ１０３（制作者の決定）について、説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、所定の制作依頼を担当する制作者について、例えば、制作依頼者に選択させることによって決定する。よって、音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作依頼者が制作者を選択するための制作者の検索画面５３を、制作依頼者の端末２に提供して、登録されている制作者の候補を検索させる（図９参照）。そして、音楽制作の支援装置１は、所定の制作依頼と担当する制作者との対応情報について、制作依頼データベース１３の制作依頼の属性情報１３１に記述する。制作依頼の属性情報１３１への記述は、例えば、担当する制作者を識別するＩＤを、制作依頼の属性情報１３１に追加することである。

ここで、図９に示す制作者の検索画面５３について、より具体的に説明する。まず、制作者の検索画面５３は、１つ以上の検索条件を入力させるための画面である。なお、各検索条件は、各行に対応している。そして、検索条件が複数入力された場合は、それらの検索条件の関係も入力させる。図９では、１つめの検索条件として、“制作者の個人情報”が“住所＝東京都、性別＝女性”であり、２つめの検索条件として、“制作希望の担当分野”が“作曲”である、という２つの検索条件が入力されている。そして、２つの検索条件の関係として、“条件１かつ条件２を満たす制作者を検索”が入力されている。音楽制作の支援装置１は、これらの入力された検索条件を基に、処理部２１がパターンマッチングなどによって制作依頼者データベース１２から検索を行うことにより、検索条件に適合する制作者のリストを得る。そして、音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作者のリストを制作依頼者の端末２に提示して、制作者の選択を促す。

そして、Ｓ１０４（制作依頼の送信）について、説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、Ｓ１０３（制作者の決定）によって決定された制作者の端末３に対して、制作依頼データベース１３に格納されている制作依頼データ１３０のうちの担当対象となるデータを送信する。そして、制作者の端末３は、担当対象となる制作依頼データ１３０を受信して、制作者に提示する。

さらに、Ｓ１０５（制作された楽曲の受信）について、説明する。まず、制作者の端末３は、制作依頼データ１３０を基にして制作者によって制作された楽曲のデータを、制作者に入力させる。次に、音楽制作の支援装置１は、ネットワーク９を介して、制作者の端末３から制作された楽曲のデータを受信する。そして、音楽制作の支援装置１は、受信した楽曲のデータを制作成果データベース１４に登録する。

ここで、Ｓ１０６（制作された楽曲の審査）について、説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作された楽曲データについて、制作依頼データ１３０を基にして、形式的な審査を行ってもよい。なお、形式的な審査は、例えば、制作素材データ１３３によって指定された、必ず歌詞に含める所定のキーワードが、制作された楽曲の歌詞データに含まれているかどうかについて、処理部２１によってテキスト検索を行うことである。そして、処理部２１は、所定のキーワードが歌詞データから発見された場合に、審査を通過したとみなす。

なお、形式的な審査において、審査を通過できない楽曲データについて、音楽制作の支援装置１の対応の一例を、より具体的に説明する。まず、音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作依頼者の端末２に審査を通過できない理由を通知して、再度、音楽制作を依頼する動作を行ってもよい。その場合は、処理をＳ１０４（制作依頼の送信）に戻す。

そして、Ｓ１０７（制作された楽曲の演奏）について、説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作された楽曲データを基に、演奏データを作成するための支援を行ってもよい。まず、音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作者データベース１１の制作希望の担当分野１１５を参照して、“演奏”または“歌唱”の分野を担当可能な制作者のリストを得る。次に、音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作依頼データベース１３の演奏希望データ１３５を参照し、制作依頼に関する演奏希望を得る。さらに、音楽制作の支援装置１は、担当可能な制作者のリストと、演奏希望とを照合することにより、制作された楽曲の演奏を担当する演奏者を、制作者から決定する。なお、照合の処理は、例えば、演奏希望データ１３５として“女性の歌手を希望する”旨が記されている場合、制作希望の担当分野１１５において“歌唱”が可能、かつ、制作者の個人情報１１１において性別が“女性”の制作者を選別するという処理である。

なお、Ｓ１０７（制作された楽曲の演奏）において、音楽制作の支援装置１は、決定された演奏者の端末４に、制作依頼データ１３０および制作された楽曲を送信する。演奏者の端末４は、受信した制作依頼データ１３０および制作された楽曲を基に演奏されたデータについて、例えば音声波形形式によって、演奏者に登録させる。また、演奏されたデータは、映像撮影手段（図示は省略）によって撮影された映像形式によって、登録させてもよい。さらに、音楽制作の支援装置１は、演奏者の端末４から登録された演奏データを受信し、制作成果データベース１４に追加する。

また、Ｓ１０７（制作された楽曲の演奏）において、所定の演奏者に加えて、制作依頼者が歌唱または演奏に参加してもよい。その場合、演奏が行われるために、制作依頼データ１３０および制作された楽曲は、演奏者の端末４に加え、制作依頼者の端末２にも送信される。なお、制作依頼者が歌唱する場合は、制作依頼者の発声可能な音域を考慮して、制作依頼者の発声可能な既存の楽曲の名称を、制作素材データ１３３に記述させてもよい（Ｓ１０２参照）。

さらに、Ｓ１０８（制作された音楽の流通）について、説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作成果データベース１４に登録された制作の成果（楽曲データまたは楽曲の演奏データ）について、ネットワーク９を介して、オンラインで提供する動作を行ってもよい。なお、楽曲データまたはその演奏データは、有料または無料によって、音楽制作の支援装置１にアクセスする端末（図示せず）に提供される。ここで、有料での提供時には、例えばクレジットカード番号の入力などの所定の課金処理が行われる。

以上、受注型の制作支援について、図５を参照して説明した。これにより、音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作依頼者データベース１２に登録された制作者と、制作依頼者とを仲介することにより、制作者は、制作依頼者からの音楽の制作の機会を、効率的に得ることが可能となる。

次に、音楽制作の支援のうち、制作者によって制作が行われた後に、制作依頼を担当する制作者を決定する動作について、図６を参照して説明する。なお、図６に示す処理は、複数の制作者が制作依頼を競作するという観点で記述したものであり、“競作型の制作支援”と表記する。

次に、Ｓ２０２（制作依頼の受信）について、説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、ネットワーク９を介して音楽制作を希望する制作依頼者の端末２からのアクセスを受け、制作依頼を受信する。なお、この動作は、図８に示す制作依頼の登録画面５２を用いたものであり、Ｓ１０２（制作依頼の受信）と同様の処理である。

さらに、Ｓ２０３（制作候補者の登録）について、説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作者（実際は、まだ制作者として決定されていないため、制作候補者である）の端末３から、所定の制作依頼への参加希望を登録させる。なお、制作依頼への参加希望の受付は、図１０に示す制作依頼の検索画面５４を用いて、行われる。

ここで、図１０に示す制作依頼の検索画面５４について、より具体的に説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作依頼の検索画面５４を制作者（制作候補者）の端末３に提示して、制作依頼データベース１３に登録された制作依頼から、所定の制作依頼を選択させる。なお、制作依頼を選択される際の条件の入力については、図９に示す制作者の検索画面５３と同様に行われる。音楽制作の支援装置１は、入力された検索条件を基に、制作依頼データベース１３から検索条件に適合する制作依頼のリストを検索し、制作者（制作候補者）に提示する。なお、制作依頼のリストを提示する際に、提示先の制作者（制作候補者）とは別の制作者（制作候補者）が、所定の制作依頼に参加希望を登録することもありうるので、制作依頼ごとに、参加希望を行った制作者（制作候補者）の人数を併せて表示し、競争率を制作者（制作候補者）に把握させてもよい。これにより、特定の制作依頼への参加希望の集中を緩和することができ、複数の制作依頼が、効率的に別々の制作者へと割り振られることが期待できる。

そして、Ｓ２０４（制作依頼の送信）について、説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、Ｓ２０３（制作候補者の登録）登録された制作者（制作候補者）の端末３に対して、制作依頼データベース１３に格納されている制作依頼データ１３０を送信する。

さらに、Ｓ２０５（制作された楽曲の受信）について、説明する。まず、制作者の端末３は、制作依頼データ１３０を基にして制作者によって制作された楽曲のデータを、制作者（制作候補者）に入力させる。次に、音楽制作の支援装置１は、ネットワーク９を介して、制作者（制作候補者）の端末３から制作された楽曲のデータを受信する。

さらに、制作された楽曲の内容に関する審査について、説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、各制作候補者によって制作された各楽曲データについて、制作依頼者に審査を促すために、制作依頼者の端末２に送信する。制作依頼者の端末２は、制作依頼者に受信した各楽曲データを提示し、制作された楽曲の内容に関する審査のデータを受け付ける。審査のデータは、例えば、複数の楽曲データのうちの制作依頼を最も満足する楽曲データの識別番号である。そして、音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作依頼者の端末２から審査のデータを受信し、登録された制作候補者から制作依頼として採用する楽曲データの制作者を決定する。

ここで、制作された楽曲の内容に関する審査について、音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作依頼者とは別の審査担当者を審査に参加させる動作を行ってもよい。その場合、音楽制作の支援装置１は、制作された各楽曲データを制作依頼者の端末２に加え、審査担当者の端末５にも併せて送信する。そして、審査担当者の端末５は、受信した各楽曲データに対する審査のデータを審査担当者に入力させて、音楽制作の支援装置１に返信する。さらに、音楽制作の支援装置１は、受信した審査のデータ（制作依頼者からのもの、および、審査担当者からのもの）を基に、例えば個々の審査のデータの点数から重み付け加算を行うことにより、登録された制作候補者から制作依頼として採用する楽曲データの制作者を決定する。

さらに、Ｓ２０７（制作された楽曲の演奏）について、説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、Ｓ１０７（制作された楽曲の演奏）と同様に、制作された楽曲データを基に、演奏データを作成するための支援を行ってもよい。

また、Ｓ２０８（制作された音楽の流通）について、説明する。音楽制作の支援装置１は、Ｓ１０８（制作された音楽の流通）と同様にして、制作成果データベース１４に登録された制作の成果（楽曲データまたは楽曲の演奏データ）について、ネットワーク９を介して、オンラインで提供する動作を行ってもよい。

以上、競作型の制作支援について、図６を参照して説明した。これにより、音楽制作の支援装置１は、１つの制作依頼に対して、複数の制作者に対応するので、より制作依頼者の満足する音楽を、制作者に納品させることができる。
