Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a fitting for piping for piping a pipe by means of a hanging tongue buckle and a piping band.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Piping fittings used for piping by hanging pipes are composed of a hanging tangle and a piping band, and the hanging tuckle is provided with a suspension bolt screwing nut on the top and a bolt hole on the bottom. The pipe band is provided with a pipe with a hinged curved band and a connecting piece provided with a bolt hole in the upper part of the band.
[0003]
Plumbing work using the above-mentioned fittings for piping is a set of hanging tangles and piping bands, and hanging tangles are suspended at predetermined intervals at the planned locations of pipes, and pipe bands holding pipes are connected. It is connected and suspended using bolts and nuts.
[0004]
By the way, in the above piping work, a pipe band in an open state is suspended in advance, a pipe is positioned in the pipe band, the opening band body of the pipe band is rotated, and a bolt shaft is inserted into the bolt hole of the connecting piece. The nut is tightened to this bolt. However, if the piping band is temporarily inserted and the piping band is suspended in advance, the bolt hole is larger in diameter than the bolt shaft. Since there is, the nut is screwed into the through bolt (temporarily fixed). For this reason, when holding the pipe and connecting and fixing the connecting piece to the support piece, temporarily remove the temporary locking nut with one hand, and again perform the screw tightening tightening operation (main stop) with the pipe supported with one hand. Therefore, it is difficult to work, which is not preferable in terms of work efficiency.
[0005]
Conventionally, as a countermeasure against this, the lower inner edge of the bolt hole is formed with an acute angle, and the screw groove of the bolt is locked to the acute angle inner edge to prevent the bolt from coming off (Patent Document 1).
[0006]
Furthermore, in the above piping work, when holding the pipe in the piping band, it is necessary to carry out over the entire length of the unit pipe, and from the request of improving the work efficiency, a band with a structure that can temporarily place the pipe in the piping band is also proposed. (Patent Document 2).
[0007]
That is, the piping band is bowed within a range of 30 to 40 degrees from the perpendicular, and the pipe is inserted into the opened band so that it can be temporarily placed.

[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The means for locking the bolt hole edge in the screw groove of the bolt shaft so as not to perform the above-described temporary fixing work can be performed by further inserting the bolt or screwing with a nut while the screw thread of the bolt is locked. The screw thread of the bolt is easily damaged, and the above-mentioned locking is released by the vertical movement of the piping band at the time of holding the pipe in the piping band, and the bolt may be dropped.
[0010]
Also, when temporarily placing the pipe, the opening width when opening the piping band at a position deviated from the vertical line is theoretically impossible to enter the pipe band if the circular shape of the piping band matches the outer shape of the pipe. It is. That is, in order to make it possible, the outer shape of the band needs to be formed larger than the diameter of the pipe, and conversely, the pipe cannot be strongly held by the band due to the clamping pressure of the connecting piece.
[0011]
Therefore, the present invention proposes a novel pipe fitting with excellent work efficiency.
[0012]
[Means for solving the problems]
The pipe fitting according to the present invention includes a hanging tan buckle provided with a suspension bolt screwing nut at an upper portion and a supporting piece having a bolt hole below, and a belt body that is curved in a circular shape and divided into left and right portions at a lower portion. And a piping band having a connecting piece provided with a bolt hole corresponding to the supporting piece at the upper part of the belt body, and provided with a locking projection on a side surface of the supporting piece, and the engaging piece on the connecting piece. It is characterized in that a locking receiving portion corresponding to the stop projection is provided, or a ridge for biasing in a direction to close the band body facing the butterfly portion is attached.
[0013]
Therefore, by locking the locking receiving portion of the connecting piece of the piping band to the locking protrusion of the tangle, there is no need to pierce the bolt and the piping band can be suspended. The bolt and nut can be tightened with both hands.
[0014]
In addition, by attaching a ridge that urges the band facing the butterfly portion in the closing direction, the pipe can be held even in a state of letting it go.
[0015]
Embodiment
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. The pipe fitting is composed of a tongue buckle 1, a pipe band 2, a mounting bolt 3 and a nut 4.
[0016]
Similar to the conventional metal fitting, the turnbuckle 1 is provided with a nut 11 for screwing a suspension bolt 01 on the upper part, a support piece 13 having a bolt hole 12 on the lower side, and a locking projection 14 on the side surface of the support piece 13. It is a projecting one.
[0017]
The piping band 2 is formed in a circular shape corresponding to the outer diameter of the pipe 02 of a certain standard and is bifurcated in the left and right parts (constriction part 22) and is bowed at the lower part. A connecting piece 24 having a shape along the support piece 13 and provided with a bolt hole 23 corresponding to the bolt hole 12 is formed, and an engaging receiving portion (through hole) 25 corresponding to the engaging protrusion 14 is formed in the connecting piece 24. Further, a ridge 26 urged in a direction in which the opposite band 21 closes is attached to the butterfly portion 22.
[0018]
Thus, when the turnbuckle 1 is suspended by the suspension bolt 01 at a location that becomes a piping path and the piping band 2 is to be attached to the pipe 02 to be piping, the piping band 2 is urged by the urging force of the ridge 26. Since the piping band 2 is closed, the piping band 2 can be easily temporarily attached to the pipe 02. In this state, the locking receiving portion 25 of the piping band 2 is hooked on the locking projection 14 of the tumble buckle 1 to lock the pipe 02. The temporary piping is realized.
[0019]
When the nut 4 is tightened and screwed into the bolt 3 passing through both the bolt holes 12 and 23 of the support piece 13 and the connecting piece 24, the pipe is finally stopped.
[0020]
Therefore, temporary suspended piping is realized with the pipe held by the piping band, so there is no risk of the pipe falling, etc., and there is no need to hold the pipe with one hand in both hands. Since the main fastening operation can be performed, workability is improved.
[0021]
In addition, since the pipe is held by the piping band 2 naturally by the urging force of the ridge 26, the temporary placement work of the pipe itself can be easily performed.
[0022]
In addition, although the said embodiment demonstrated suspension piping, it cannot be overemphasized that the standing piping and horizontal piping along a wall surface using the same metal fitting are also possible.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the suspension bolt buckle nut is provided on the upper portion, the suspension tan buckle formed with the support piece having the bolt hole on the lower portion, and the belt body curved in a circular shape and divided into the left and right portions at the lower portion. And a piping band having a connecting piece provided with a corresponding bolt hole along the supporting piece on the upper part of the belt body, and provided with a locking projection on a side surface of the supporting piece, This is a fitting for piping that is provided with a latch receiving part corresponding to the protrusion or a protrusion that biases the band facing the hinged part in the closing direction. Temporary piping that does not use bolts is possible. The main fastening work can be performed with both hands, and the efficiency of the piping work is remarkably improved.
