BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a clip storage-type square hanger, and more particularly to a clip suspension, a suspension part, and a structure of a suspension part guide plate for automatically pulling the clip into the frame when the square frame is folded.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In this type of conventional hanger, the clip suspender is a chain or plastic string, and the clip is not housed in a square frame. When the frame is folded, the clip is removed from the frame. It was a messy structure that ran out of mess, entangled, housed or organized.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Although the present applicant has already provided a technique related to this solution in Japanese Patent Application No. 11-165747, the main point of the present invention related to this technique is that, even when the corner hanger is folded, the clip mounting surface is folded upward. Make the clip easy to store even when folded down, and the clip hanging tool and its suspension part are formed so that the clip is parallel to the frame when folded, and the clip is guided in an orderly manner in the storage part A guide plate is provided on the suspension.
[0004]
According to the present invention, when the frame is folded, the clips are automatically aligned regardless of the direction in which they are folded, and the clips that are arranged in order in parallel with the frame cannot be confused with the frame. It can be prevented that opening and closing becomes difficult.
[0005]
FIG. 1 shows an external view of a square hanger. FIG. 2 shows a method of folding the frame upward with the clip hanging surface of the present invention on the upper side. FIG. 3 shows a method of folding the frame downward with the clip suspension surface facing downward.
[0006]
FIG. 4 shows a state in which the clips are aligned when the frame is folded upward with the clip hanging surface facing upward. FIG. 5 shows a state in which the clips are aligned when the frame is folded downward with the clip hanging surface facing downward. In general, most of the commercially available square hangers are chain-hanging clips. When folded, the clips are not neatly arranged as shown in FIGS. Frames do not stick together due to entanglement or collision. The next time the frame is opened, the chain becomes intertwined and cannot be easily opened. It becomes inconvenient when it is folded after using a square hanger and housed in a house.
[0007]
FIG. 6 shows the placement of the clip suspension relative to the frame. FIG. 7 is a side view when the frame is folded. FIG. 8 is a side view of the opposite side.
FIG. 9 is a plan view of a clip suspension part attached to a frame according to the present invention, 10 is a side view thereof, and FIG. 11 is an external view. The suspension is arranged on the frame of the square hanger as shown in FIG. (1) in FIG. 9 is a bar having a circular cross section for receiving a clip suspension, and (2) and (3) are guide plates on both sides that support the bar and restrict the movement of the clip suspension. . FIG. 10 is a side view of the suspension part, and FIG. 11 is an external view of the suspension part.
[0008]
FIG. 12 is a plan view of the hanging tool, and FIG. 13 is a sectional view thereof. In (4), the body part (5) of the hanging tool is hung on the bar side of (1) of the suspension part, and has a cross section as shown in FIG. It does not touch the bar when the cross section is flat, but contacts with an angled mountain as shown in the cross section of (5). For this reason, the suspending tool secures a certain degree of freedom of movement by the predetermined clearance of the suspension, and does not give inconvenience due to rigid operation when the clip is used. (6) is a clip contact part of a hanging tool, and has a cross section having the same angle as the angle of the spring (8) of the clip. This portion may not have an angle as in the structure of the patent application according to Japanese Patent Application No. 11-165747 . The clip is shaped to hang vertically according to the shape of the spring of the clip. FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the clip is stored, and FIG. 15 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the clip is stored when the frame of the square hanger is folded in the opposite direction. (7) is the plastic body part of the clip, (8) is the spring (9) of the clip, and the body frame of the square hanger. As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, when the corner hanger is folded, it is aligned in a state parallel to the frame regardless of which direction it is folded.
[0009]
FIG. 16 shows a clip hanging state with respect to a clip suspension part, a clip lifting tool, and a frame when folded with the clip mounting surface facing upward. FIG. 17 shows a state in which the clip is suspended with respect to the suspension portion of the clip, the clip suspension, and the frame when folded with the clip mounting surface facing downward. When the frame is folded, the movement of the clip suspension is restricted by the guide plates (2) and (3), and the clip suspension rotates in a state close to a right angle with respect to the main body frame. As a result, when fully folded, all the clips are neatly aligned in the same direction, and the entanglement of the clips can be completely prevented.
Next, by forming the indentation of (10) in FIGS. 16 and 17, the clip and its suspender can be rotated 180 degrees when the frame is folded, and the clip is aligned regardless of the direction when the frame is folded. Is possible.
The effect of the present invention is that the frame (7) is formed by the effect of the guide plates (2) and (3) in the structure of the clip suspension, the structure of the clip suspension (4), and the frame structure having the depression (10). Folding is possible in any direction with the clip mounting surface on the upper or lower side.
