ドライヤーを使用する時は、両手が必要で、電源コードの長さに制限があり、移動距離も限られている。 その為、ドライヤーを掛けている時間を他の用事に有効に利用出来なかった。

頭の髪の毛を覆う、ヘアーカバー（２）に、風の吹き出し穴（３）を方々に開けたダクト（４）を設け、電源（１１）を設けた携帯する送風装置（１）から吹き出し穴（３）に風を送り、排気口（１０）から排気し髪を乾かしながら両手を自由に使え移動が出来る、ドライヤー。
