Description

【0001】
図6は、同上誘導通路部材21の断面図で、(a)は図5(c)中のI−I線断面矢視図、(b)は図5(a)中のII−II線断面矢視図である。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a winning device for a ball game machine provided on a board surface of a game board.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A plurality of winning devices are provided on the surface of a game board of a ball game machine, for example, a pachinko machine. This winning device has a common function in which a winning ball is paid out when a game ball enters (wins). The winning device includes a game ball guide passage portion for sending a game ball entered from the front side of the board to the back side, a decoration portion for decorating the front side of the game ball guide passage portion, and the game ball guide passage portion described above. Many are configured to include a base portion for mounting on the board surface.
[0003]
By the way, in such a prize-winning device, the design of a portion exposed to the front surface such as a decorative portion and a base portion is often changed in accordance with a change in the board surface design of the pachinko machine. For this reason, it is necessary to create a new winning device every time the design is changed, which causes an increase in cost.
[0004]
Therefore, conventionally, it has been proposed to reduce the manufacturing cost by providing such a winning device with versatility (see Patent Document 1).
This includes a front structure that is mounted on the game board from the front side, and a rear structure that is detachably mounted on the back side of the front structure, and a front prize opening is provided in the front structure. The structure is provided with a first winning passage and a second winning passage, and a guide passage for guiding the game balls won in the grand prize opening to the first and second winning passages, and an opening and closing plate is provided at the front end side of the guide passage. Is to provide.
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-156012
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional winning device has an advantage that the rear structure can be used in common, but this is related to the big winning opening, not the general winning device. In order to make this applicable to a general winning device, the configuration of the two winning paths provided in the rear structure and the guiding path for guiding the game ball to the winning path must be changed. For this reason, it is necessary to change the design, and it is necessary to remake the mold and the like, which requires a lot of labor and time and increases the cost.
[0007]
In addition, a sensor for detecting a winning game ball is attached to the winning device. This sensor may be attached to the game ball inlet side (board surface side) or the outlet side (board surface back side).
If it is attached to the entrance side, the game ball can be detected at the same time as winning a prize, that is, at an early time point. On the other hand, if installed on the exit side, there will be a delay in the detection of the game ball, but since the game ball will be detected after deceleration, the quickness and reliability of the game ball detection (game ball) is unlikely to occur. This is because there is a difference in detection characteristics.
When attaching a separate winning device according to such game ball detection characteristics to a pachinko machine of the same design, the conventional winning device produces a separate winning device even if the decoration part and base part have the same design. This has led to increased costs.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and can be applied to a general winning device, and a winning device for a ball game machine capable of sufficiently reducing the cost is provided. The purpose is to provide.

Each of the winning devices 13 to 15 has a common function in which a winning ball is paid out when a gaming ball enters (wins) a winning opening (not shown) provided in each of the winning devices. It is a board component. In FIG. 1, 22 and 23 are a decorative member and a base member whose details will be described below.
[0011]
FIG. 2 is a diagram (side view) showing the winning device 15 in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the winning device 15 includes a divided game ball guide passage member (hereinafter abbreviated as a guide passage member) 21, a decoration member 22, and a base member 23. Here, the guide passage member 21 is a member that sends a game ball (not shown) entered from the front side (left side in the figure) of the board surface 12 of the game board 11 to the back side (right side in the figure), and the decoration member 22 is the guide path member. A member that decorates the front side of the base 21 and a base member 23 are members for attaching the guide passage member 21 to the board surface 12. By incorporating the decoration member 22 and the base member 23 into the guide passage member 21, the winning device 15 is arranged. Composed.
[0012]
FIG. 3 is a side view (an exploded view in the front-rear direction of the winning device 15) showing a state before the decorative member 22 and the base member 23 are incorporated into the guide passage member 21. FIG.
As shown by arrows a and b in the figure, the decorative member 22 is inserted from the front side (left side in the figure) and the base member 23 is inserted from the rear side (right side in the figure) with respect to the guide passage member 21. Thus, the winning device 15 shown in FIG. 2 is configured.
4 is a partially cut plan view of the winning device in FIG. 2, and the same parts as those in FIG.
2 to 4, details of each part to which reference numerals other than the guide passage member 21, the decorative member 22, and the base member 23 are attached will be described later.
[0013]
Hereinafter, the details of the guide passage member 21 will be described.
FIGS. 5A and 5B are views showing the guide passage member 21 taken out, where FIG. 5A is a side view, FIG. 5B is a back surface (rear surface) view, and FIG. 5C is a bottom view.
6A and 6B are cross-sectional views of the guide passage member 21, wherein FIG. 6A is a cross-sectional view taken along line II in FIG. 5C, and FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG. It is an arrow view.
As can be seen from FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the guide passage member 21 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and includes a decoration member arrangement surface 51, a game ball entrance / exit opening 52, a game ball guide passage 53, a base member / decoration member. A mounting ridge or groove, here, a ridge (rail) 54 and a game ball sensor mounting portion 55 are provided. In the illustrated example, the guide passage member 21 is manufactured by synthetic resin molding using a mold.
[0014]
The decorative member arrangement surface 51 is a front-rear direction corresponding to the front and back direction of the board surface 12 (see FIG. 2) [refers to the left-right direction in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (c). Hereinafter, it is simply referred to as the front-rear direction. ] Are formed substantially symmetrically at both ends, and in this example, each pair is symmetrically directed substantially parallel to the board surface 12.
Further, a pair of game ball access openings 52 are formed on the upper surface on one end side in the front-rear direction and the lower surface on the other end side, that is, in positions that alternate between front and rear and up and down.
The game ball guide passage 53 communicates the pair of game ball entrance / exit openings 52 and 52, and guides the game ball using the ribs 53a and 53b and the left and right side walls 53c and 53d formed of synthetic resin as guide frames. It is made possible. The length L1 in the front-rear direction of the game ball guiding passage 53 is set according to the thickness dimension L2 of the game board 11 (see FIG. 2). That is, a game ball (not shown) that has entered from one game ball entrance / exit opening 52 passes through the game ball guide passage 53 to the other game ball entrance / exit opening 52 and is discharged to the outside of the guide passage member 21. The length L1 with respect to the dimension L2 is set so as not to hinder the flow (see arrows C, 2, and E)
A pair of base member / decorative member mounting ridges 54 are linearly formed in the above-described front-rear direction and symmetrical positions on both left and right side surfaces.
[0015]
In the illustrated example, the game ball sensor mounting portion 55 is formed adjacent to one side of the pair of game ball opening / closing openings 52, 52, and detects the game ball passing through the game ball opening / closing opening 52. (See FIGS. 2 to 4). As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, as the game ball sensor 24, here, a slightly thick outer-shaped rectangular game ball sensor is used. In this case, the game ball sensor mounting portion 55 is positioned in the short side direction on the two short sides of the game ball sensor 24 and in the short side direction on the two long sides. After the game ball sensor is fitted and mounted, the game ball sensor 24 is constituted by a locking piece 55b for positioning and locking the game ball sensor 24.
[0016]
In other words, if the guide passage member 21 is provided on the board surface 12 so that the game ball entrance / exit opening 52 on the side positioned on the front side of the board surface 12 faces upward and functions as a winning opening for the game ball, the guide path member 21 may be reversed upside down (upside In other words, the guide passage member 21 can be used (used in the reverse direction).
4 is a game ball passage hole of the game ball sensor 24, and is aligned with the game ball access opening 52 on the game ball sensor mounting side.
[0017]
7 and 8 show that the guide passage member 21 can be used in the reverse direction, as can be seen in contrast to FIGS. 2 and 3.
That is, in the use state shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 above, the game ball sensor 24 (game ball sensor mounting portion 55) is positioned on the exit side (back side of the board surface 12) of the game ball. Therefore, although a time delay occurs in the detection of the game ball, the game ball is detected after deceleration, and detection omission is less likely to occur. Further, the collision energy of the game ball on the game ball sensor 24 is reduced, which is useful for protecting the game ball sensor 24.
On the other hand, in the use state shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the game ball sensor 24 (game ball sensor mounting portion 55) is positioned on the entrance side of the game ball (the front side of the board surface 12). Therefore, the game ball is detected at the same time as winning, that is, at an early time.
The guide passage member 21 of the winning device according to the present invention has versatility that can realize two types of guide passage members having different game ball detection characteristics with a single guide passage member.
9 is a partially cut plan view of the winning device in FIG. 7. The same parts as those in FIGS.
[0018]
Next, details of the decorative member 22 will be described.
The decoration member 22 is configured to be detachable from the decoration member arrangement surface 51 of the guide passage member 21 shown in FIG. 5, but is further configured as shown in FIG. 10 in this embodiment.
FIGS. 10A and 10B are views showing the decorative member 22 taken out from FIGS. 2 to 4, wherein FIG. 10A is a front view, FIG. 10B is a right side view, and FIG.
As shown in this figure, a flat surface portion 101 that abuts on the decorative member arrangement surface 51 of the guide passage member 21 is formed on the back surface of the decorative member 22, and the guide passage member 21 has a flat surface on both sides of the flat surface portion 101. A pair of detachable grooves 102, 102 are formed in the pair of ridges 54, 54. Further, screw holes 103 used for attaching to and detaching from the decorative member arrangement surface 51 are provided diagonally below the left and right of the flat portion 101 on the back surface of the decorative member 22. Here, the decorative member 22 is integrally attached to the base member 23 (see FIGS. 2 to 4), or is detached and attached to and detached from the decorative member arrangement surface 51. This is a screw hole for attaching the member 23 to the decorative member 22.
In the illustrated example, the decorative member 22 is mainly composed of an upper lens portion 104 and a lower decorative plate portion 105. In this case, when the decorative member 22 is incorporated in the guide passage member 21 on the back surface side of the lens portion 104, the game ball access opening 52 located on the front surface 12 side of the guide passage member 21 shown in FIG. An opening 106 is formed so that the decorative plate portion 105 has a suitable decoration (not shown).
[0019]
Next, details of the base member 23 will be described.
As can be seen from FIGS. 2 to 4, the base member 23 has a pair of concave grooves 111, 111 detachably attached to the pair of ridges 54, 54 of the guide passage member 21. It is formed inside a pair of arms 112, 112 facing each other with an interval of approximately the same dimension as the distance between them. In addition, the base member 23 has a hook-like portion 113 positioned so as to surround the outer periphery of the guide passage member 21 when the groove 111 is attached to the guide passage member 21 by mounting the concave grooves 111 and 111 on the protrusions 54 and 54. Is formed.
In this embodiment, the base member 23 is further configured as shown in FIG.
FIGS. 11A and 11B are views showing the base member 23 extracted from FIGS. 2 to 4, where FIG. 11A is a front view, FIG. 11B is a right side view, and FIG.
As shown in this figure, a guide passage member insertion window 114 through which the guide passage member 21 can be inserted is formed at the center of the flange portion 113 of the base member 23. Further, a screw hole 115 for attachment to the panel surface 12 (see FIGS. 2 and 4) is formed at an appropriate position across the insertion window 114, and corresponds to the screw hole 103 of the decorative member 22 shown in FIG. A screw hole 116 for attaching a decorative member is formed at the location. In addition, appropriate decoration and coloring are given also to the surface side of the bowl-shaped part 113 of the base member 23. FIG.
[0020]
As described above, an example of a built-in configuration procedure of the winning device divided into the guide passage member 21, the decorative member 22, and the base member 23 will be described below with reference to FIG.
First, it is determined whether the winning device to be configured is a type in which the game ball sensor 24 is positioned on the game ball inlet side (front side of the board surface 12) or a type in which the game ball sensor 24 is positioned on the outlet side (back side of the board surface 12). Turn 21 in the appropriate direction. Here, the type located on the exit side (back side of the board surface 12) of the game ball is configured, and the guide passage member 21 is oriented as shown in FIG.
In this state, the concave groove 102 of the decorative member 22 is fitted to the convex strip 54 of the member 21 from the front end side (left end side in the figure) of the guide passage member 21, and the decorative member 22 is slid as shown by the arrow a. It is incorporated in the front end portion of the guide passage member 21.
Next, from the rear end side (right end side in the figure) of the guide passage member 21, the concave groove 111 formed on the inner side of the arm portion 112 of the base member 23 is fitted into the convex strip 54 of the member, as indicated by an arrow B. Slide to. The base member 23 is slid to the front end side of the guide passage member 21 until the surface of the hook-like portion 113 of the base member 23 contacts the rear end surface of the decorative member 22, and the base member 23 is incorporated into the guide passage member 21.
[0021]
Thus, when the decorative member 22 and the base member 23 are incorporated into the guide passage member 21, the decorative member mounting screw holes 116 (see FIG. 11) formed on the back surface side of the flange-shaped portion 113 of the base member 23, Screws (not shown) are screwed into the screw holes 103 (see FIG. 10) of the decorative member 22, and the decorative member 22 and the base member 23 are assembled and fixed to the guide passage member 21. Thereby, the decoration member 22 is arranged and fixed on the decoration member arrangement surface 51 of the guide passage member 21.
The winning device fixed and integrated as described above is such that the base member 23 has a rear end portion of the base portion 23 that is open to the game board 11 as shown in FIGS. It is inserted into the device mounting hole 11a from the front side of the panel surface 12. Then, a screw (not shown) is screwed into the game board 11 through a board surface mounting screw hole 115 (see FIG. 11) formed in the bowl-shaped portion 113 of the base member 23, thereby being attached to the board surface 12 ( (See FIGS. 1, 2, and 4).
[0022]
In FIG. 4, a game ball (not shown) that has entered the game ball access opening 52 located on the front side (left side in the drawing) of the board surface 12 passes through the game ball guide passage 53 of the guide passage member 21 and is behind the board surface 12. It is guided to the game ball access opening 52 located on the right side in the figure. When the game ball sensor 24 detects the winning of the game ball when passing through the game ball entrance / exit opening 52 located on the back side of the board surface 12, the game ball enters the game ball entrance / exit opening 52 located on the front side of the board surface 12. Since the kinetic energy is consumed at the time of the ball, the vehicle is decelerated, and it is reliably detected with a time delay. Further, the collision energy of the game ball to the game ball sensor 24 is reduced, and the life of the game ball sensor 24 is extended.
[0023]
9 (FIGS. 7 and 8) is also attached in the same procedure as described above, but in this case, the game ball that has entered the game ball access opening 52 located on the front side of the board surface 12 is used. Since it is detected by the game ball sensor 24 at the game ball entrance / exit opening 52, it is detected instantaneously without time delay.
[0024]
According to the above winning device, the guiding passage member 21 (see FIGS. 2 to 9) forming the main part can be provided with versatility. Therefore, the present invention can be applied to many winning devices, and the cost of the winning device can be reduced. Further, when there is a design change in the board surface 12 of the pachinko machine illustrated in FIG. 1 and the design change occurs in the decoration part or the base part of the winning device, the following advantages are obtained. That is, in such a case, the decorative member 22 and the base member 23 used so far are removed from the guide passage member 21, and the decorative member 22 and the base member 23 with a new design are used as the guide passage member 21. If incorporated, design changes can be realized, and the cost of winning devices can be reduced. In the case where a winning device is manufactured by molding a synthetic resin using a mold, there is a great cost reduction effect because it is not necessary to create a new mold for the guide passage member 21.
Moreover, it can be applied to a general winning device instead of a special winning device such as a big prize opening without changing the design or remaking the mold, etc., so that the cost of the winning device can be sufficiently reduced. be able to. Since a plurality of general winning devices are usually provided in one pachinko machine, and four in the above embodiment, it is extremely useful for reducing the cost of the winning device.
Further, according to the guide passage member 21 of the present embodiment, the winning game ball can be used both when detecting at the game ball entrance side and when detecting at the exit side. There is no need to prepare a dedicated guide passage member 21 and the cost can be further reduced (two types of winning devices having different game ball detection characteristics can be obtained at low cost).
Furthermore, in the guide passage member 21 of the present embodiment, as can be seen by comparing FIGS. 3 and 8, the game ball guide surfaces of the ribs 53 a and 53 b can be used even when the winning game balls are detected at different positions. The board surface 12 (see FIGS. 2 and 7) is formed so as to be inclined from the front surface side toward the back surface side. Therefore, according to the guide passage member 21, the game ball can be smoothly guided to the back side of the board surface 12 in the game ball guide passage 53.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a winning device for a ball game machine, particularly a general winning device, is divided into a game ball guiding passage member, a decorative member, and a base member, of which a game ball guide Since the passage member is provided with versatility, it can be applied to many winning devices, and the cost of the winning device can be reduced.
In addition, even if the design changes in the decoration part or base part of the prize-winning device, the design change can be realized simply by replacing only the decoration member or base member with a new design. The cost of the apparatus can be reduced.
In addition, the guide passage member is configured to be used for detecting a winning game ball on the game ball entrance side and on the exit side, so that the exclusive use on the entrance side and the exit side is possible. It is not necessary to prepare the guide passage member, and further cost reduction can be achieved.
