【従来の技術】
従来のクッキングヒーターなどの誘導加熱調理器は、厨房のシステムキッチンや流し台に据え付けたり、または組み込まれて使用されるものであり、電気を熱源としたヒーターまたは誘導加熱を利用し鍋などの被加熱物を加熱するものである。

しかし、誘導加熱調理器では、被加熱物の材質等によっては被加熱物に加わる実際の火力値が火力設定値と異なる場合があり、使用者は火力を容易に判断することができないことがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
近年、製品性能が向上し、アルミニウムや銅などの非磁性体の被加熱物を加熱する誘導加熱調理器が発売されおり、非磁性体の被加熱物を加熱する時には非磁性体用の高周波電力を選択して供給する方式がとられている場合があるが、火力の表示については調節された火力設定値を表示部に表示している。

前記した特許文献1及び特許文献2に示すような従来の誘導加熱調理器は、火力設定値と消費電力(被加熱物に加わる実際の火力値)を同時に見ることを可能としているので、この技術を非磁性体の被加熱物を加熱する誘導加熱調理器に応用すれば、使い易さを向上することができるが、このような誘導加熱調理器においても非磁性体の被加熱物を加熱する際には、被加熱物に加わる実際の火力が火力設定値よりかなり減少するため、使用者に異状ではないか等の誤解を招いてしまうという問題があった。

上記課題を解決するために本発明では、本体の上面にトッププレートを配し、本体の内部に加熱コイルを設け、前記トッププレート部に前記加熱コイルの設定状態または運転状態を点灯表示する表示部を設け、本体の内部に鍋などの被加熱物の判別結果により磁性体用又は非磁性体用の高周波電力を選択して前記加熱コイルに供給する制御部を設けた誘導加熱調理器において、前記表示部は被加熱物の判別結果が非磁性体の際には非磁性体用の高周波電力供給中を示す非磁性表示を点灯若しくは点滅させるものである。
