BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an overtemperature prevention mechanism that increases safety with respect to a resin liquid heating container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a thermal fuse has been provided in a resin-made liquid heating container in order to prevent burning in the unlikely event that an air blow or the like occurs. As a method for fixing the thermal fuse, an example of mounting on the bottom surface of the resin liquid heating container is realized, and a safety function against an excessive temperature rise is realized (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-30581 (FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
With conventional thermal fuse fixing methods, if the resin container is completely dry (no liquid in the container) or if flammable resin is used for the container material, the risk of the container or container mounting parts igniting There was a problem that the temperature could not be detected immediately. The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to avoid reaching the ignition temperature on the inner surface of the container without obstructing heat transfer to the thermal fuse by a rational structure. Thus, an object of the present invention is to provide a mechanism for preventing overheating of the resin-made liquid heating container.
[0005]
[Means for solving the problem, operation and effect]
[0006]
In the first aspect of the invention, a container body having a plurality of surfaces, a heater for heating the liquid, and a temperature fuse for detecting the temperature when the temperature of the container overheats and cutting off the energization to the heater And a temperature rise prevention mechanism for a resin liquid heating container in which a metal plate having good heat conductivity is attached in close contact with the inner surface of the container where the thermal fuse is attached to the outer surface of the container.
Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the inner surface of the container from reaching the ignition temperature without hindering heat transfer to the thermal fuse, and safety can be improved.
[0007]
In the second invention, in addition to the first invention, the gap between the metal plate and the inner surface of the container is filled with grease having good heat conduction, etc., and the resin liquid heating container is prevented from overheating. Provide mechanism.
As a result, the gap between the metal plate and the inner surface of the container can be filled, the air layer can be eliminated, the heat transfer to the thermal fuse can be prevented, and the inner surface of the container can be prevented from reaching the ignition temperature, and safety can be improved. .
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
