BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a coating film transfer tool, and more particularly, to a coating film transfer tool provided with a cover for protecting a transfer tape hooked to a transfer head when not in use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
At the front end of the case body where the front end of the transfer head is exposed, a protective cover is slidable between the forward position where the transfer tape hooked on the transfer head is covered and the backward position where it is also exposed. The provided coating film transfer tool is known (for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2).
[0003]
In such a film transfer tool, when used, the protective cover is retracted to expose the transfer tape together with the transfer head, and when not in use, the protective cover is advanced to transfer the transfer tape engaged with the transfer head. Thus, the coating film of the transfer tape is protected, and the coating film is partially peeled off to prevent a good coating film transfer operation from being performed during use.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-267992 (see FIGS. 1 and 2)
[Patent Document 2]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-119488 (see FIG. 1)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the coating film transfer tool provided with the above-described conventional protective cover, a groove is formed in the axial direction on the inner peripheral surface of the case body, and the protective cover is guided by the groove so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction. The protective cover is held at an advanced position in a state of covering the transfer tape engaged with the transfer head by the frictional resistance of the sliding surface.
Therefore, when the protective cover is in the forward position, if an external force is applied in the direction of pushing the protective cover into the case body, the protective cover may easily retract and the transfer tape engaged with the transfer head may be exposed. It was.
[0006]
Further, even during use, the protective cover in the retracted position may move forward due to vibration during the coating film transfer operation, which may hinder good coating film transfer operation.
[0007]
In view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, the present invention reliably holds the protective cover at the advanced position in a state of covering the transfer tape hooked on the transfer head, thereby preventing the transfer tape from being used when not in use. While protecting the coating film, it is possible to surely prevent the coating film from partially peeling off and making it impossible to transfer a good coating film, and in use, the protective cover moves forward, An object of the present invention is to provide a coating film transfer tool capable of surely preventing a good coating film transfer operation from being hindered.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, the above problem is solved as follows.
(1) A front end portion of the case main body with the front end of the transfer head exposed, a cylindrical protective cover, and a transfer position that covers the transfer tape hooked to the transfer head, and a retracted position that is exposed. In the coating film transfer tool provided slidably between, the spiral groove is formed in either the protective cover or the case body, and the guide protrusion that can be fitted into the spiral groove is provided in the other, While rotating the protective cover, move forward or backward with respect to the case body.
[0009]
(2) In the above item (1), a first locking groove that bends in a circumferential direction in which the protective cover rotates is extended at a portion of the spiral groove in which the guide projection is positioned at the forward position of the protective cover. The protective cover is locked to the case body by causing the protrusion to enter the locking groove.
[0010]
(3) In the above item (2), the front end of the case body from which the front end of the transfer head is exposed is covered with a cylindrical protective cover, and the forward position where the transfer tape hooked on the transfer head is covered, and the exposed position. In the coating film transfer tool that is slidably provided between the retracted position and the retracted position, an axial linear groove is formed in either the protective cover or the case body, and the other is fitted in the linear groove. And a first locking groove that is bent in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical protective cover is formed at a position of the linear groove where the guide protrusion is located at the forward position of the protective cover. Is moved forward in the axial direction, and in the forward movement position, the protective cover is rotated to cause the protrusion to enter the locking groove, thereby locking the protective cover to the case body.
[0011]
(4) In any of the above (1) or (3), the first locking groove is inclined and extended in a direction in which the protective cover moves backward from the start end to the end of the locking groove.
[0012]
(5) In any one of the above items (1) to (4), the first portion that bends in the circumferential direction in which the protective cover rotates in the spiral groove or linear groove portion where the guide protrusion is located in the retracted position of the protective cover. 2 Extending the locking groove and causing the protrusion to enter the locking groove, the protective cover is locked to the case body.
[0013]
(6) In any one of the above items (1) to (5), the spiral groove, the linear groove, the first locking groove, or the second locking groove in which the guide protrusion is positioned at the advance position of the protective cover. A narrow width portion slightly narrower than the diameter of the guide protrusion is formed before the end, and the guide protrusion is allowed to pass through the narrow width portion so that the spiral groove, the straight groove, the first locking groove or the second locking groove is formed. The guide protrusion is constrained to the end by entering the end of the groove.
[0014]

The guide protrusion (23) is guided by being inserted into the spiral groove (20) so that the protective cover (1) can move forward or backward with respect to the case body (2) while rotating. .
In addition, it is preferable that the spiral groove (20) has a larger inclination angle with respect to the axial direction because resistance to movement of the protective cover (1) in the axial direction is larger. Since the rotation amount is large with respect to the movement amount moved in the axial direction, the operability is deteriorated. Therefore, it is preferable that the spiral groove (18) is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the small diameter portion (19) of the protective cover (1) over about 1/3 to 3 turns.
[0025]
When the coating film transfer tool (100) is not used, as shown in FIG. 2, the protective tape (1) is moved forward to cover the transfer tape that is engaged with the transfer head (3). In this state, the guide protrusion (23) of the case body (2) is positioned in the first locking groove (2) formed in the protective cover (1) (see FIG. 4).
[0026]
When using the coating film transfer tool, from the state (advance position) of the protective cover (1), the protective cover (1) is turned to the right in the direction indicated by the arrow A, and the guide protrusion (23) Is allowed to escape from the first locking groove (21), and is then pushed into the case body (2) while turning counterclockwise in the opposite direction. Then, the protective cover (1) moves smoothly into the case main body (2) by the guidance by the engagement of the spiral groove (20) and the guide protrusion (23), and finally, the protective cover (1) is moved again. By turning right, the guide protrusion (23) enters the second locking groove (22) to expose the transfer tape (4) engaged with the transfer head (3) as shown in FIG. It can be in the state (retracted position).
[0027]
In order to move the protective cover (1) to the forward position again, the reverse operation described above may be performed.
[0028]
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the first locking groove (21) and the second locking groove (22) are formed in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the protective cover (1). As shown in FIG. 5, the first locking groove (21) has a second locking groove (21) in a direction in which the protective cover (1) moves backward from the start end to the end of the locking groove (21). About 22), you may incline with the angle (alpha) suitably in the direction which a protective cover (1) advances from a start end toward a termination | terminus, respectively. By doing so, the protective cover (1) can be more securely locked.
[0029]
FIG. 6 is a partially enlarged view showing a planar shape in the vicinity of the end of the groove such as the spiral groove (20), the first locking groove (21), and the second locking groove (22).
[0030]
Before the end of the groove in which the guide protrusion (23) moves, for example, when the groove is constituted only by the spiral groove (20), the groove is formed before the end of the spiral groove (20) and the spiral groove (20). In the case of being constituted by the first locking groove (21) and the second locking groove (22), the end of the first locking groove (21) and the end of the second locking groove (22) As shown in FIG. 6, a narrow portion (24) having a width W smaller than the diameter D of the guide protrusion (23) is formed in front, and the guide protrusion (23) is allowed to pass through the narrow portion (24). When the guide protrusion (23) is constrained to the terminal end by entering the terminal portion, the protective cover (1) can be reliably locked at the forward movement position or the backward movement position.
[0031]
In the above-described embodiment, the groove on the outer peripheral surface of the small diameter portion (21) in the protective cover (1) is the spiral groove (20), but instead of the spiral groove (20) as shown in FIG. The linear groove (25) in the axial direction may be formed, and the first locking groove (26) and the second locking groove (27) may be formed in the same manner as in the above embodiment.
[0032]
In the above embodiment, the spiral groove (20), the first locking groove (21), the second locking groove (22), or the linear groove (25) is formed in the protective cover (1), and the guide protrusion (23) is provided on the case body (2), but the grooves (20), (21), (22), and (25) are formed on the case body (2) to protect the guide protrusion (23). You may provide in a cover (1).
[0033]
Further, the protective cover (1) may be slidably fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the case main body (2) instead of being slidably fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the case main body (2).
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) According to the first aspect of the present invention, in order to move the protective cover from the forward position where the transfer tape engaged with the transfer head is covered to the retracted position where it is exposed, the protective cover is spirally moved. Rotating along the groove requires retraction into the case body, so even if an axial external force acts on the protective cover, the frictional resistance is large and the protective cover is not pushed into the case body. , Held in the forward position.
[0035]
Therefore, the coating film of the transfer tape is protected when not in use, and the coating film is partially peeled off, so that it is possible to surely prevent a good coating film transfer from being performed during use.
Furthermore, even when the protective cover is in the retracted position where the protective tape is hooked onto the transfer head and exposing the transfer tape in use, there is no risk that the protective cover will move forward, impeding good coating film transfer work. Can be prevented.
[0036]
(2) According to the second aspect of the present invention, the guide protrusion is extended in the circumferential direction in which the protective cover rotates at the forward position where the protective cover covers the transfer tape locked to the transfer head. Even if an external force in the axial direction acts on the protective cover by entering the locking groove, the first locking groove is almost perpendicular to the external force. It is securely held in the forward position without being pushed in.
[0037]
(3) According to the invention described in claim 3, since the groove can be formed linearly, the groove can be processed at low cost.
[0038]
(4) According to the invention described in claim 4, the protective cover is more securely locked.
[0039]
(5) According to the invention described in claim 5, by using the guide protrusion to enter the second locking groove, the protective cover is securely held at the retracted position in a state where the protective head exposes the transfer head. At this time, it is possible to reliably prevent the coating film transfer operation from being hindered due to the protective cover moving forward.
[0040]
(6) According to the invention described in claim 6, since the guide protrusion is restrained by the narrow width portion before the end of the spiral groove, the straight groove or the first locking groove, the protective cover is moved to the advanced position. It can be reliably held.
