本発明は、計量機能付き容器に関し、更に詳しくは、保存物を簡単な操作で計量・放出することができる簡易な構造の計量機能付き容器に関する。
本発明は、特に、粉末洗剤のような粉末状又は顆粒状の保存物の保存容器として好適に利用される。

【従来の技術】
現在市販されている粉末洗剤の多くは、箱等の容器に保存され、使用時に容器のフタを開けて、計量スプーン等の計量器を用いて必要量を量りとる様式のものが多い。また、粉末洗剤に限らず、砂糖、インスタントコーヒー等の粉末状又は顆粒状の保存物を扱う場合もほぼ同じ様式の場合が多い。
しかし、上述の様式では、フタの開閉に伴って容器内に湿気が入りやすく、次第にケーキングなどの凝集を起こしやすくなる。また、作業者の手や容器が濡れていると、保存物が付着して作業性が悪くなることが多い。
そこで、この不具合を解消する容器として、容器本体の口部に計量機能を設けてなる計量機能付き容器が提案されている(例えば、特許文献1及び特許文献2参照。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、特許文献1及び特許文献2に記載された計量機能付き容器では、筒状のフタ部材の内部に筒状の計量容器を配設してなる2重筒構造とされているので、計量部分の構造が複雑で作製に要するコストが高くなる。これに加えて、洗浄・乾燥がしにくく、さらに保存物が詰まりやすい。このような洗浄・乾燥の作業性や“詰まり”等の対応を考えると、より単純な構造の計量機能付き容器が望まれていた。
本発明は、上記の状況に鑑みてなされたものであり、保存物を簡単な操作で計量・放出することができる簡易な構造の計量機能付き容器を提供することを目的とする。

本発明は以下の通りである。
1. 容器本体と、計量部及び該計量部に連なる開閉可能な放出部を有する計量部材と、該計量部材の前記計量部と前記容器本体との夫々の内部空間を連絡・遮断する開閉機構と、を具備することを特徴とする計量機能付き容器。
2. 前記開閉機構が、前記容器本体と該容器本体に対して移動自在に設けられる前記計量部材との相対移動によって、夫々の前記内部空間を連絡・遮断し得るように構成される上記1.記載の計量機能付き容器。
3. 前記容器本体の口部に設けられ且つ前記計量部材を移動自在に支持するキャップ部材と、前記計量部材に設けられる中栓部材と、を具備し、前記キャップ部材には、前記容器本体の内部空間に連なる連通孔が形成されると共に、前記中栓部材には、前記計量部材の前記計量部の内部空間に連なる連絡孔が形成され、

【発明の効果】
本発明の計量機能付き容器によると、放出部を閉鎖すると共に、容器本体及び計量部の夫々の内部空間を連絡させた状態で、容器を傾ければ、容器本体内から計量部内に所定量の保存物が投入される。その後、容器本体及び計量部の夫々の内部空間を遮断させた状態で、放出部を開放すると所定量の保存物が放出される。このように、保存物を簡単な操作で計量・放出することができる。
さらに、従来のように計量部分を2重筒構造とする必要がなく、全体として簡易かつ安価な構造とすることができる。その結果、洗浄・乾燥も容易となり、メンテナンスや詰め替え等の作業も簡単に行うことができる。

また、前記計量部材の移動方向と、夫々の前記内部空間の連絡・遮断状態との相関を示す表記部を具備する場合は、計量部材の移動方向の誤認を防止できる。
また、前記計量部材が透明材料より形成されている場合は、保存物の計量状態を容易に目視確認できる。
さらに、粉末体又は顆粒体を収容する容器である場合は、粉末体又は顆粒体を簡単な操作で計量・放出することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を詳細に説明する。
<計量機能付き容器>
本実施形態に係る計量機能付き容器は、以下に述べる容器本体、計量部材、及び開閉機構を具備して基本的に構成される。この計量機能付き容器は、例えば、以下に述べるキャップ部材、及び中栓部材を具備することができる。

上記「容器本体」は、保存物を収容し得る限り、その材質、形状、大きさ等は特に問わない。この容器本体は、収容される保存物の残量を確認できるといった観点から、透明材料から形成されていることが好ましい。また、この容器本体は、通常、保存物を出し入れするために開口する口部を有している。
尚、上記「透明材料」とは、無色又は有色の透明材料を意味する。これは、以下の説明においても同様に適用されるものとする。

上記「計量部材」は、計量部及びこの計量部に連なる開閉可能な放出部を有する限り、その材質、形状、大きさ等は特に問わない。この放出部は、通常、保存物を放出する放出口と、この放出口を開閉するフタ部材とを有している。このフタ部材は、例えば、計量部に着脱自在に取着されていたり、計量部に移動自在に支持されていたりできる。さらに、フタ部材は、例えば、弾性変形部を介して計量部と一体に形成されていることができる。
この計量部材は、例えば、透明材料から形成されていることができる。これにより、保存物の計量状態を容易に目視確認できると共に、閉め忘れ等のご操作を防止することができる。また、この計量部材は、例えば、容器本体に対して着脱自在に取着されることができる。この場合、計量部の大きさ・サイズの異なる複数の計量部材を予め用意して、所望の計量部材と交換し得るようにすれば、異なる量の保存物を計量することができる。
尚、上記「移動自在」としては、例えば、スライド自在、回転自在、旋回自在等を挙げることができる。これは、以下の説明においても同様に適用されるものとする。

上記「キャップ部材」は、容器本体の口部に設けられ且つ計量部材を移動自在に支持し得る限り、その材質、形状、大きさ等は特に問わない。このキャップ部材には、容器本体の内部空間に連なる連通孔が形成されている。この連通孔は、通常、容器本体の口部より狭い開口面域を有している。保存物の詰替え時の作業性といった観点から、キャップ部材が、容器本体の口部に着脱自在に取着されることが好ましい。また、このキャップ部材は、例えば、上記連絡孔が形成され且つ容器本体の口部の開口を覆う覆い部と、この覆い部の外周縁から下方に向って延び且つ容器本体の口部の外周に嵌合する筒状部と、この筒状部の内周面に形成され且つ口部の外周面に形成された雄ネジに螺合する雌ネジと、を有することができる。これにより、容器本体にキャップ部材を容易に着脱することができる。
また、このキャップ部材は、例えば、計量部材の移動方向と、容器本体及び計量部の夫々の内部空間の連絡・遮断状態との相関を示す表記部を有することができる。この表記部は、例えば、表面より所定肉厚で突起形成されることができる。視認性の観点から、この表記部にシボ加工が施されることが好ましい。

上記「中栓部材」は、計量部材に設けられ且つキャップ部材に対向し得る限り、その材質、形状、大きさ等は特に問わない。この中栓部材には、計量部材の内部空間に連なる連絡孔が形成されている。計量部材への装着性といった観点から、この中栓部材が弾性材料(例えば、オレフィン系エラストマー等)より形成されることが好ましい。また、この中栓部材は、例えば、上記連絡孔が形成され且つ計量部材の下部開口を覆う覆い部と、この覆い部の外周側に設けられ且つ計量部の下部開口の外周側に形成された取着部に取着される被取着部と、を有することができる。これにより、計量部材に中栓部材を強固に取着することができる。
尚、上記キャップ部材及び/又は上記中栓部材は、例えば、不透明材料より形成されることができる。これにより、上述の透明な計量部材を介して、連通孔及び連絡孔の連絡・遮断状態を容易に目視確認することができる。

尚、上記計量機能付き容器は、例えば、洗剤、砂糖、インスタントコーヒー、粉乳等の粉末体又は顆粒体の保存・計量・放出に効果的に使用されるが、特に、粉末洗剤の保存・計量・放出に適している。さらに言えば、食器洗い機用洗剤の保存・計量・放出に適している。

【実施例】
以下、図面を参照して実施例により本発明を具体的に説明する。
(1)計量機能付き容器の構成
本実施例に係る計量機能付き容器1(以下、単に容器1とも略記する。)は、図1に示すように、保存物(例えば、粉末洗剤等)を収容する合成樹脂製の容器本体2と、この容器本体2の段差状の口部2aに設けられる計量器3と、を備えて構成される。この計量器3は、図2に示すように、合成樹脂製のキャップ部材5、透明な合成樹脂製の計量部材6、合成ゴム製の中栓部材7、及び開閉機構8を備えて構成される。

上記キャップ部材5は、口部2aの開口を覆う円盤状の覆い部5aと、この覆い部5aの外周縁から下方に向って延び且つ口部2aの外周に嵌合する筒状部5bとを有している。この覆い部5aには、計量部材6の回転軸心Cから外れた位置に、容器本体2の内部空間と連なる連通孔12が形成されている。また、この筒状部5bの内周面には、口部2aの外周に形成された雄ネジ10と螺合する雌ネジ11が形成されている。さらに、この筒状部5bの外周面には、上記計量部材6の回転方向を示す矢印と、この矢印の両端側に設けられる「でる」「しまる」の表記とからなる表記部5c(図1参照)が形成されている。この表記部5cは、筒状部5bの外周面の表面から所定の肉厚で突起形成されると共に、シボ加工が施され、視認性を向上させている。

上記計量部材6は、所定量の保存物を計量するための逆椀状の計量部6aと、この計量部6aの上端部に連なる放出部6bと、この計量部6aの下部開口の外周側に形成された取着部6cと、この取着部6cの外周縁から下方に向って延び且つキャップ部材5の筒状部5bの外周に嵌合する筒部6dとを有している。この放出部6bは、保存物を放出する放出口14と、この放出口14を開閉する合成樹脂製のフタ部材15とから成る。このフタ部材15は、放出口14を塞ぐ塞ぎ部15aと、この塞ぎ部15aの外周から側方へ延びるつば部15bと、この塞ぎ部15aの下面に形成されたリング部15cとを有している。このリング部15cが弾性変形を伴って計量部6aの上端縁に着脱自在に取着されている。

上記中栓部材7は、キャップ部材5の覆い部5aと対向し且つ計量部材6の下部開口を覆う円盤状の覆い部7aと、この覆い部7aの上面側に設けられ且つ計量部材6の取着部6cに取着される被取着部7bとを有している。この覆い部7aには、計量部材6の回転軸心Cから外れた位置に、計量部6aの内部空間と連なる連絡孔16が形成されている。この連絡孔16は、キャップ部材5の連通孔12と同じ形状・サイズで形成されている。

上記開閉機構8は、キャップ部材5の筒状部5bの外周面に形成された係合部18と、計量部材6の筒部6dの内周側に形成された被係合部19との係合によって、キャップ部材5と計量部材6とを所定の角度間隔(例えば、90度間隔)で相対回転させ得るように構成されている。即ち、図3に示すように、容器本体2に対して計量部材6が、連絡位置Aと遮断位置Bとの間で変位するようになっている。ここで、計量部材6が連絡位置Aに位置する場合には、図3(a)に示すように、キャップ部材5の連通孔12と中栓部材7の連絡孔16とが対向して、容器本体2及び計量部6aの夫々の内部空間が連絡された状態となる。また、計量部材6が遮断位置Bに位置する場合には、図3(b)に示すように、キャップ部材5の連通孔12と中栓部材7の連絡孔16とが対向せずに、容器本体2及び計量部6aの夫々の内部空間が遮断された状態となる。

(2)計量機能付き容器の作用
次に、上記構成の容器1の作用について説明する。
初期状態として、フタ部材15が計量部6aに装着されて放出口14が閉鎖されていると共に、計量部材6が遮断位置Bに位置しているものとする。そして、保存物を計量・放出する際には、先ず、計量部材6の筒部6dの外周面に形成された摘み部20(図1参照)を摘んで、計量部材6を、表記部5cの「でる」の矢印方向に回転させて連絡位置Aに位置させる。すると、キャップ部材5の連通孔12と中栓部材7の連絡孔16とが対向され、容器本体2及び計量部6aの夫々の内部空間が連絡された状態となる{図3(a)参照}。その状態より、図4に示すように、容器1を傾けると、連通孔12及連絡孔16を介して、容器本体2内に収容されている保存物が計量部6a内に投入・充填され、所定量の保存物が計量されることとなる。

その後、計量部材6の摘み部20を摘んで、計量部材6を、表記部5cの「しまる」の矢印方向に回転させて遮断位置Bに位置させる。すると、キャップ部材5の連通孔12と中栓部材7の連絡孔16とが非対向となって容器本体2及び計量部6aの夫々の内部空間が遮断された状態となる{図3(b)参照}。次に、図5に示すように、計量部6aからフタ部材15を取外して放出口14を開放状態とすると、計量部6aで計量された所定量の保存物が放出口14から外部に放出されることとなる。
尚、計量の必要がない場合には、計量部6aからフタ部材15を取外し、計量部材6を、表記部5cの「でる」の矢印方向に回転させて連絡位置Aに位置させ、容器1を傾斜させれば、目分量で必要な量だけ放出することができる。

また、容器1を洗浄する際には、容器本体2から計量器3を取外した状態で、その容器1及び計量器3を、保存物をよく溶かす溶媒(例えば、水等)に浸漬させ、攪拌や超音波等の方法により洗い落とすか、あるいは洗い流すことができる。また、落としにくい汚れは、計量部6aからフタ部材15を取外した状態で、その計量器3を、洗浄具(例えば、小型ブラシ等)でこすって汚れを落とすこともできる。さらに、容器1を乾燥する際には、計量部6aからフタ部材15を取外したままにしておくと、自然乾燥あるいは温風乾燥などにより容易に乾燥させることができる。

(3)実施例の効果
本実施例の計量機能付き容器1では、計量部材6に計量部6a及び開閉可能な放出部6bを設け、この計量部材6をキャップ部材5に回転自在に支持し、両部材5,6の相対回転によってキャップ部材5の連通孔12と中栓部材7の連絡孔16とを対向・非対向させ、容器本体2及び計量部6aの夫々の内部空間を連絡・遮断するようにしたので、容器本体2に対する計量部材6の回転操作、計量部6aに対するフタ部材15の着脱操作、及び容器1の傾斜操作を組み合わせてなる極めて簡易な操作によって、所定量の保存物を確実かつ迅速に計量・放出することができる。また、従来のように、容器本体と計量部とが常時連絡されているものに比べ、湿気の影響を受けにくい。さらに、従来のように、計量部分を二重筒構造とする必要がなく、全体として簡易かつ安価な構造とすることができる。その結果、洗浄・乾燥も容易となり、メンテナンスや詰め替え等の作業も極めて簡単に行うことができる。

また、本実施例では、キャップ部材5に、計量部材6の回転方向と、連絡・解除状態との相関を示す表記部5cを形成したので、計量部材6の回転方向の誤認を防止できる。また、計量部材6を透明な合成樹脂より形成したので、保存物の計量状態を容易に目視確認できる。さらに、中栓部材7を合成ゴムより形成したので、計量部材6に対する中栓部材7のフィット感を高め、保存物のこぼれをより確実に防止することができる。

さらに、上記実施例では、保存物として粉末洗剤を例示したが、これに限定されず、その他の各種粉末体、顆粒体、液状体等を保存するようにしてもよい。
