Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in the shape of a pusher that presses a razor head with its swing in a swing-type razor that supports a razor head so that the razor head can swing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the following Patent Document 1, as shown in the drawing, the pressure contact portion 27 of the pusher 6 presses the pressure receiving portion 11 of the razor head 1, and both arm portions 26 of the pusher 6 are on both sides of the pressure receiving portion 11 of the razor head 1. Between.
[0003]
In the following Patent Document 2, as shown in the drawing, the pressure contact portions 9 a of both leaf spring portions 9 press the pressure receiving portion 10 of the blade assembly head 2.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-93767
[Patent Document 2]

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Generally, the extension direction of the pusher (the reciprocating direction X of the pusher 6 in Patent Document 1, the axial direction of the two leaf springs 9 in Patent Document 2) is a holder (Holder 2 in Patent Document 1, Holder 1 in Patent Document 2). The angle intersecting with the extending direction is easier to use because an obtuse angle makes it difficult for the finger holding the holder during shaving to contact the face. Furthermore, when the razor head (the razor head 1 of Patent Document 1 and the blade assembly head 2 of Patent Document 2) is applied to the face, the blade body (the blade body 9 of Patent Document 1 and the patent) on the front side of the razor head. The direction of the shaving tangential surface passing through the blade edge of the blade body assembling head 2 of Document 2 is easier to use because the user can easily see the blade edge from above.
[0006]
However, in Patent Document 1 described above, the shaving tangent surface is oriented downward in a neutral state. Moreover, in said patent document 2, although the direction of a shaving tangent surface is not clear, it is the same. It is thought that this is due to the form of the pusher as described below.
[0007]
In the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, the assumed plane connecting the upper and lower fulcrum portions 27b of the pressure contact portion 27 of the pusher 6 is orthogonal to the reciprocating direction X of the pusher 6 in the neutral state. An assumed plane connecting the upper and lower support portions in the pressure contact portion 9a is inclined downward with respect to the axis of the two leaf spring portions 9 in a neutral state. In order to determine the shape of the back side of the razor head (the pressure receiving part 11 of Patent Document 1 and the pressure receiving part 10 of Patent Document 2) according to the assumed plane, and to make the shaving tangential surface slightly upward, the blade body The thickness direction of the steel must be tilted considerably upward with respect to the pusher extending direction. However, it is necessary to increase the thickness between the front side and the back side of the razor head on the cutting edge side of the razor head, which causes an undesirable problem when the razor head is thinned. By the way, if the holder is brought close to the face, the shaving tangential surface can be slightly upward, but the finger holding the holder during shaving is likely to come into contact with the face and is difficult to use.
[0008]
An object of the present invention is to provide a pusher whose shape is improved so that the direction of the shaving tangent surface of the razor head can be made upward as compared with the conventional one. Here, “easy to face upward” does not mean that the shaving tangent surface of the razor head is actually facing upward, and is set under the same conditions except for the swinging razor of the present invention and the pusher. When compared with the conventional swinging razor, it means that the shaving tangent surface is easily directed upward.

The present invention will be described with reference to the reference numeral 2).
[0010]
* Inventions of claims 1 to 3
The swing-type razor according to the invention of claim 1 (corresponding to the first and second embodiments and the other examples 1 and 2) is configured as follows.
[0011]
The swinging razor includes a razor head (1) having a blade body (3), and a holder (2) that supports the razor head (1) so as to be able to swing in the vertical direction (Z). A pusher (11) that presses the razor head (1) with its swing is provided. The initial state (P) in which the razor head (1) is supported and stopped by the pusher (11), and the razor head (1) is moved in the vertical direction Z (upward only, downward only, or both upward and downward) from the initial state (P). The upper support portion (28, 33) and the lower support portion (29, 29) that the razor head (1) and the pusher (11) can come into contact with each other in the swung state (Q, R) rotated in the direction) 34) are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction (Z). Reference plane W (assumed plane passing through the main part of the front surface 13a, which is assumed to be on the front surface (13a) of the holder head (7) from which the pusher (11) protrudes, as a reciprocating direction X of the pusher 11 and a pusher 11 described later. The distance formed by the upper support portion (28) of the pusher (11) with respect to the assumed plane orthogonal to the axis 36a of the cantilever spring 36 is A, and the pusher (11) with respect to this reference plane (W). ) When the distance formed by the lower support portion (29) is B, A <B is set in at least the initial state (P) of the initial state (P) and the swing state (Q, R). ing.
[0012]
The swing-type razor according to the invention of claim 2 (corresponding to the first embodiment and its modifications 1 and 2) is configured as follows.
The swinging razor includes a razor head (1) having a blade body (3), and a holder (2) that supports the razor head (1) so as to be able to swing in the vertical direction (Z). A pusher (11) that is reciprocated by being urged by an elastic body (12) so as to press-contact the razor head (1) with its swing. An initial state (P) in which the razor head (1) is supported by the pusher (11) and is stationary, and a swinging motion in which the razor head (1) is rotated in the vertical direction (Z) from the initial state (P). In the state (Q, R), the upper support portion (28, 33) and the lower support portion (29, 34) in which the razor head (1) and the pusher (11) can come into contact with each other are moved vertically (Z). Are spaced apart from each other. The assumed plane (M) connecting the upper support portion (28) and the lower support portion (29) with the pusher (11) is at least the initial state of the initial state (P) and the swing state (Q, R). In the state (P), the pusher (11) is separated from the reference surface (W) assumed on the front surface (13a) of the holder head (7) from which the pusher (11) protrudes from the upper side to the lower side. ) In the reciprocating direction (X).
[0013]
The swing-type razor according to the invention of claim 3 (corresponding to the second embodiment and its modifications 1 and 2) is configured as follows.
The swinging razor includes a razor head (1) having a blade body (3), and a holder (2) that supports the razor head (1) so as to be able to swing in the vertical direction (Z). A cantilever spring (36) protruding from the holder head (7) is provided as a pusher (11) for urging the razor head (1) so as to come into pressure contact with its swing. An initial state (P) in which the razor head (1) is supported by the pusher (11) and is stationary, and a swinging motion in which the razor head (1) is rotated in the vertical direction (Z) from the initial state (P). In the state (Q, R), the upper support portion (28, 33) and the lower support portion (29, 34) with which the razor head (1) and the pusher (11) can contact each other are used as the pusher (11). The cantilever-like springs (36) are provided at the free ends so as to be separated from each other in the vertical direction (Z). The assumed plane (M) connecting the upper support portion (28) and the lower support portion (29) with the pusher (11) is at least the initial state of the initial state (P) and the swing state (Q, R). In the state (P), the reference surface (W) assumed on the front surface (13a) of the holder head (7) from which the cantilever spring (36) as the pusher (11) protrudes from the upper side to the lower side. It inclines with respect to the axis line (36a) of the said cantilever-like spring (36) so that it may space apart.
[0014]
In the first to third aspects of the invention, the assumed plane (M) connecting the upper support portion (28) and the lower support portion (29) with the pusher (11) has an upward shape, so that the razor head (1) In the initial state (P), the assumed plane (N) connecting the upper support portion (33) and the lower support portion (34) is also shaped upward in accordance with the assumed plane (M) of the pusher (11). Can do. Therefore, without increasing the thickness of the razor head (1), the thickness direction of the blade body (3) can be easily made upward according to the assumed plane (N) of the razor head (1). Accordingly, the angle (α) formed by the shaving tangent surface (H) of the razor head (1) with respect to the reciprocating direction (X) of the pusher (11) and the axis (36a) of the cantilever spring (36) is increased. Setting and the direction of the shaving tangent surface (H) can be easily set upward in the initial state (P), and shaving can be easily performed.
[0015]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[First Embodiment]
First, a swinging razor according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0039]
<Outline of swinging razor>
As shown in FIG. 1A, the swinging razor includes a razor head 1 and a holder 2 that supports the razor head 1 so as to be able to swing in the vertical direction Z.
[0040]
As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of blade bodies 3 are incorporated on the front side of the razor head 1. The blade body 3 has a blade edge 4 extending in the left-right direction Y and a back edge 5 on the opposite side of the blade edge 4. The cutting edge 4 is directed downward, and the back edge 5 is directed upward. On the front side of the razor head 1, a shaving tangent surface H passing through the cutting edge 4 of each blade body 3 is provided.
[0041]
The holder 2 includes a gripping portion 6 and a holder head 7 provided integrally at the upper end portion of the gripping portion 6. The holder head 7 incorporates left and right support arms 8, an operation unit 9, both right and left pushers 11 of a reciprocating member 10, and an elastic body 12 (compression coil spring). The operation unit 9 is supported so as to be able to reciprocate in the front-rear direction X with respect to the holder head 7. The reciprocating member 10 is supported on the front side of the operation unit 9 so as to reciprocate in the front-rear direction X with respect to the holder head 7 and the operation unit 9. In the holder 2, the angle θ formed by the extending direction 6 a of the gripping part 6 with respect to the reciprocating direction (front-rear direction X) of the reciprocating member 10 is an obtuse angle. The elastic body 12 is supported between the reciprocating member 10 and the operation unit 9. Due to the urging force of the elastic body 12, the reciprocating member 10 and the operation portion 9 are separated from each other, and both the left and right pushers 11 of the reciprocating member 10 protrude forward from the front end portion 13 of the holder head 7 and are stationary. The operation unit 9 is retracted and is stationary. The left and right support arms 8 are rotatably supported by left and right support shafts 14 on both the left and right sides of the operating portion 9, and the outer end portions 8 a of the left and right support arms 8 are holder heads on the left and right sides of the left and right pushers 11. 7 protrudes forward from the front end 13 of the head.
[0042]
When the operation portion 9 is set to the forward movement position, the outer end portions 8a of the left and right support arms 8 open to each other. When the operation portion 9 is set to the retracted position, the outer end portions 8a of the left and right support arms 8 are closed to each other. When the right and left pushers 11 are pressed against the back side of the razor head 1 and the left and right support arms 8 are closed, the razor head 1 can be rotated by the left and right rotation support portions 15 by their outer ends 8a. Supported and can swing. When the left and right support arms 8 are opened to each other, the left and right rotation support portions 15 are detached from the outer end portions 8 a and the razor head 1 is separated from the holder head 7.
[0043]
<Details of the left and right pushers 11 of the reciprocating member 10>
The left and right pushers 11 are integrally formed as a part of the reciprocating member 10 and are disposed on both sides along the extending direction (left and right direction Y) of the blade edge 4 of each blade body 3 of the razor head 1. Yes. Incidentally, the reciprocating member 10 is formed of nylon containing glass fibers in an appropriate ratio. As shown in FIGS. 1B and 3, the left and right pushers 11 include an arm portion 16 protruding from the front surface 13 a of the front end portion 13 of the holder head 7 and a receiving portion formed at the distal end portion of the arm portion 16. A portion 17 and a connecting portion 18 formed between the both arm portions 16 are provided. The receiving portion 17 includes an upper pressing portion 19 that protrudes upward at the distal end portion of the arm portion 16 and a lower pressing portion 20 that protrudes downward at the distal end portion of the arm portion 16. Step portions 21 and 22 are formed between the pressing portion 19 and the lower pressing portion 20 and the distal end portion of the arm portion 16, respectively.
[0044]
Between the left and right receiving parts 17, the left and right arm parts 16 and the connecting part 18, a recess 23 is formed which is opened in the vertical direction Z by an opening 24 between the receiving parts 17. In the opening 24, chamfered portions 25 are formed opposite to each other on the left and right receiving portions 17. The left and right double-sided chamfered portions 25 are inclined so that the interval 25a in the left-right direction Y increases toward the front away from the front surface 13a of the front end portion 13 of the holder head 7.
[0045]
Rounded corners 26 and 27 are formed at the upper end portion of the upper pressing portion 19 and the lower end portion of the lower pressing portion 20 of the left and right receiving portions 17, and the upper support portion 28 is provided at the upper corner portion 26. The lower support portion 29 is formed at the lower corner portion 27 while being formed. The upper support portion 28 and the lower support portion 29 are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction Z with a predetermined interval L, and a receiving surface 30 is provided on an assumed plane M connecting the upper support portion 28 and the lower support portion 29. Is formed.
[0046]
Assuming a reference surface W in the up-down direction Z passing through the front surface 13a of the front end portion 13 of the holder head 7, the receiving surfaces 30 of the left and right pushers 11 are separated from the reference surface W from the top to the bottom. Thus, the pusher 11 is inclined with respect to the reciprocating direction (front-rear direction X). That is, if the distance formed by the upper support portion 28 with respect to the reference plane W is A and the distance formed by the lower support portion 29 with respect to the reference plane W is B, A <B is set.
[0047]
The form of the upper pressing part 19 of the receiving part 17 and the form of the lower pressing part 20 of the receiving part 17 are different from each other. That is, the distance 21a formed by the upper step 21 with respect to the reference plane W and the distance 22a formed by the lower step 22 with respect to the reference plane W are equal to each other, but the upper step 21 and the lower step 22 are A distance 29a formed by the lower support portion 29 with respect to the assumed plane E is larger than a distance 28a formed by the upper support portion 28 with respect to the assumed plane E to be connected.
[0048]
<Back side of the razor head 1>
On the blade base 31 incorporated on the back side, a convex portion 32 is formed facing the concave portion 23 between the left and right pushers 11, and an upper support portion 33 and a lower portion are respectively provided on the left and right sides of the convex portion 32. A side support portion 34 is formed. The upper support portion 33 and the lower support portion 34 are separated from each other in the vertical direction Z with a predetermined interval L, and a receiving surface 35 is provided on an assumed plane N connecting the upper support portion 33 and the lower support portion 34. Is formed.
[0049]
<Initial state P of the razor head 1 shown in FIGS.
In this initial state P (neutral state), the razor head 1 is supported by the left and right support arms 8 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction Z, and is pressed against and fixed by the left and right pushers 11. The convex portion 32 of the razor head 1 is fitted into the concave portion 23 from the opening 24 by the left and right pushers 11 and is sandwiched between the left and right receiving portions 17 and between the left and right arm portions 16. The left and right receiving surfaces 35 of the razor head 1 are in contact with the receiving surfaces 30 of the left and right pushers 11, and the upper support portions 28 and 33 of these receiving surfaces 30 and 35 are in contact with each other. The lower support portions 29 and 34 of the 35 abut against each other. Therefore, both the left and right receiving surfaces 35 of the razor head 1 are also inclined with respect to the reciprocating direction (front-rear direction X) of the pusher 11 so as to be separated from the reference surface W as it goes downward from above. When the distance formed by the upper support portion 33 is A and the distance formed by the lower support portion 34 with respect to the reference plane W is B, A <B is set. Accordingly, the shaving tangent surface H of the razor head 1 is also inclined in accordance with the left and right receiving surfaces 30 and 35, and the angle formed by the shaving tangent surface H with respect to the reciprocating direction (the front-rear direction X) of the pusher 11. It becomes easy to set upward so that α is larger than the conventional one. Both the receiving surfaces 30 and 35 including the upper support portions 28 and 33 and the lower support portions 29 and 34 include not only a flat surface such as a square or a rectangle but also a surface extending in a thin line shape. 1-20mm for contact area 2 It has become. Although not shown, one of the receiving surfaces 30 and 35 may be a concave surface, and the other may be a convex surface in surface contact with the concave surface. The swivel rotation center line C of the razor head 1 with respect to the holder 2 is located between the upper support portion 28 and the lower support portion 29 of the left and right pushers 11, and the reciprocating direction of the left and right pushers 11 (the front-rear direction). X) and is located within an assumed range S between an upper assumed straight line SU passing through the upper support 28 and a lower assumed straight line SD passing through the lower support 29.
[0050]
<Upward swing state Q of the razor head 1 shown in FIG. 4A>
When the razor head 1 is pushed during shaving and pivots upward about the pivot centerline C, the upper support portion 33 side of the left and right receiving surfaces 35 of the razor head 1 faces the receiving surfaces 30 of the left and right pushers 11. The lower support portions 29 and 34 of these receiving surfaces 30 and 35 are spaced apart from each other while being always in contact with and supported by the upper support portion 28 side. Therefore, in the upward swing state Q, the contact area between the receiving surfaces 30 and 35 is reduced as compared with the initial state P.
[0051]
<Downward swinging state R of the razor head 1 shown in FIG. 4B>
When the razor head 1 is pushed during shaving and pivots downward about the pivot centerline C, the lower support portion 34 side of the left and right receiving surfaces 35 of the razor head 1 receives the receiving surfaces 30 of the left and right pushers 11. The upper support portions 28 and 33 of the receiving surfaces 30 and 35 are separated from each other while being always in contact with and supported by the lower support portion 29 side. Therefore, in the downward swing state R, the contact area between the receiving surfaces 30 and 35 is reduced as compared with the initial state P.
[0052]
[Second Embodiment]
Next, a swing-type razor according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 5 with a focus on differences from the first embodiment.
[0053]
As the left and right pushers 11, cantilever springs 36 protruding from the front surface 13 a of the front end portion 13 of the holder head 7 are provided. The left and right cantilever springs 36 have the same form as the left and right pushers 11 (see FIGS. 3 and 4) of the first embodiment. The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in the position of the swing rotation center line C. The cantilever spring 36 bends in the vertical direction Z. In the receiving portion 17 formed at the free end of the cantilever spring 36, the upper pressing portion 19 has an upper surface at the receiving surface 30 on the assumed plane M. A support portion 28 is formed, and a lower support portion 29 is formed on the lower pressing portion 20 with a receiving surface 30 on the assumed plane M. In the initial state P of the razor head 1, the left and right receiving surfaces 30 are cantilevered so as to be separated from the reference surface W assumed on the front surface 13 a of the front end portion 13 of the holder head 7 as it goes downward from above. The beam spring 36 is inclined with respect to the axis 36a. That is, if the distance formed by the upper support portion 28 with respect to the reference plane W is A and the distance formed by the lower support portion 29 with respect to the reference plane W is B, A <B is set. In addition, the initial state P (neutral state), the upward swing state Q, and the downward swing state R of the razor head 1 are the same as those in the first embodiment.
[0054]
[Another example 1 of the first and second embodiments shown in FIG. 6]
In this other example 1, the shape of the receiving surface 30 of the left and right pushers 11 is changed as compared with the first and second embodiments. That is, the receiving surface 30 of the left and right pushers 11 is recessed between the upper support portion 28 and the lower support portion 29. Therefore, between the receiving surfaces 30 of the left and right pushers 11 and the left and right receiving surfaces 35 of the razor head 1, there is a gap between the upper support portions 28 and 33 and the lower support portions 29 and 34 in the initial state P. A gap G is generated over the entire area.
[0055]
[Another example 2 of the first and second embodiments shown in FIG. 7]
In this other example 2, the convex part 32 of the razor head 1 is changed compared with 1st, 2 embodiment. That is, recesses 37 are formed on the left and right sides of the blade base 31 of the razor head 1, and the receiving portions 17 of the left and right pushers 11 are fitted into the left and right recesses 37. Therefore, the receiving portions 17 of the left and right pushers 11 are sandwiched between both side portions 37a provided in the left and right concave portions 37 on both sides along the extending direction (left and right direction Y) of the cutting edge 4 of the blade body 3.
[0056]
[Other examples]
In the first and second embodiments described above and the other modifications 1 and 2, the swinging rotation center line C of the razor head 1 with respect to the holder 2 is formed between the upper support portion 28 and the lower support portion 29 of the left and right pushers 11. Located between. The position of the swinging rotation center line C is suitable for the case where the razor head 1 swings from the initial state P (neutral state) upward and downward. When the razor head 1 swings upward only from the initial state P (neutral state), the swinging rotation center line C is positioned below the lower support portion 29 (a lower assumption that defines the assumed range S). Set to a position below the straight line SD). When the razor head 1 swings only downward from the initial state P (neutral state), the swing center line C is positioned above the upper support 28 (the upper assumed straight line SU that defines the assumed range S). To the upper position).
