Abstract
Description
【0001】

Further, as the thermoplastic resin, a plant resin synthesized from sugar extracted from plant waste and decomposing cellulose extracted as a main component of the plant fiber can be used. This plant-based thermoplastic resin is a recyclable plastic that is biodegradable and photodegradable and can be recycled. A molded body, that is, the
[0012]
The manufacturing process of the thermoplastic resin and molded object from plant waste is shown in FIG. First, plant fibers are taken out from used paper such as cardboard, flyers and recycled paper. Next, cellulose, which is the main component of the plant fiber, is put into a buffer together with cellulase (cellulose-degrading enzyme) to decompose the cellulose and take out sugar (polylactic acid). Color materials such as printing ink and toner adhering to the waste paper can be removed at this stage. Next, a biodegradable and photodegradable plastic can be synthesized by adding a fatty acid such as dicarboxylic acid to the recovered sugar and copolymerizing it. A

[0018]
As described above, since the forming raw material is produced from plant waste such as waste paper, plant waste that has been disposed of in the past can be effectively used as a resource. Biodegradable plastics produced from waste paper etc. are decomposed into water and carbon dioxide by natural microorganisms and degrading enzymes after use. For this reason, landfill disposal is possible, and even when incinerated, the amount of generated heat is small and no harmful substances such as dioxins are released. Biodegradable plastics can be returned to the original raw sugar by chemical recycling (chemical decomposition). Therefore, since it can be recycled and used repeatedly, there is no fear of exhaustion like a limited oil resource.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the game board for gaming machine of the present invention is formed from a molding raw material in which plant waste such as waste paper and general-purpose synthetic resin such as polypropylene are mixed and kneaded. Waste can be used effectively and can be disposed of as general waste after use, eliminating the need for separate collection.
In addition, when molded using a biodegradable plastic synthesized from sugar obtained by decomposing cellulose such as waste paper as a thermoplastic resin, the game board shall be biodegradable and photodegradable. Since it can be used, it can be disposed of in landfills after use, and even when incinerated, it generates little heat and does not release dioxins or other harmful substances.
Moreover, the density of a thermoplastic resin can be made small and weight reduction can be achieved by making a thermoplastic resin into a foam or mixing a foam with a thermoplastic resin.
Furthermore, by integrally covering the surface of the plywood with the molding material, a game board that can reliably support the nail can be manufactured using plant waste.
Therefore, the present invention has extremely great value as it can provide a game board for an environment-friendly game machine by effectively using plant waste such as waste paper.
