A restraint and exercise device,
A support that supports a part of the human body,

Each of the two or more connecting portions is a step-wise adjusting tool, and the step-wise adjusting tool independently reduces the tension of the holder with respect to a part of the lumbar / pelvic region from at least two locations along the holder. 24. The restraint and exercise device of claim 21, wherein the holder comprises an adjustable restraint member, the restraint member configured to rotate the user's pelvis in at least four different directions.
