Description
【0001】
【0014】
v= (1/α)(V−L(dI/dt)−IR) ――――――――(式1)
【0018】
Xc =xi − xo + (αa/K)Io − (M/K)Ao ―――――――(式2)

(Technical field)
BACKGROUND OF THE
(Background technology)
Recently, reciprocating compressors for compressing refrigerant gas in refrigerators and the like have been developed.
[0002]
U.S. Pat. No. 5,342,176 discloses a reciprocating compressor using a linear motor and a method for controlling the piston stroke of the reciprocating compressor. This will be briefly described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0003]
FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a structure of a reciprocating compressor disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 5,342,176, and FIG. 2 is a compressor control device for controlling a piston stroke of the compressor of FIG. It is a block diagram shown.
[0004]
In the conventional reciprocating compressor, as shown in FIG. 1, a force is generated in a magnet 4 by a magnetic field generated by an electric current supplied to a coil 5 wound on the reciprocating motor, and the movement of the piston causes the
[0005]
The control device of the conventional reciprocating compressor as described above will be described as follows.
[0006]
As shown in FIG. 2, the reciprocating compressor includes a
[0007]
The control method of such a conventional reciprocating compressor will be described below.
[0008]
First, a predetermined end displacement value (a value of a top dead point and a value of a bottom dead point) is input.
[0009]
Further, power is supplied to the motor of the compressor to a specific value, and the voltage and the current supplied to the coil of the reciprocating compressor are detected as time functions.
[0010]
The displacement value of the piston is measured using the detected voltage and current value.
[0011]
The measured displacement value is compared with a preset displacement value, and an error signal based on the comparison is output.
[0012]
The voltage supplied to the motor coil is changed according to the error signal so as to minimize the error signal.
[0013]
The method of comparing the above-mentioned preset displacement value with the above-mentioned piston displacement measurement value to output the above-mentioned error signal is as follows.
[0014]
v = (1 / α) (V−L (dI / dt) −IR) (Equation 1)
Here, α is the transmission constant, V is the voltage applied to the coil, I is the current detected from the coil, R is the coil resistance, L is the inductance of the coil, and t is the time.
[0015]
The reciprocating piston speed (v) is calculated from the voltage and current detected by the time function according to the
[0016]
When the speed of the piston calculated by the above method is "0", the reciprocal displacement of the piston is detected.
[0017]
At the same time, during the suction state (movement in the direction of bottom dead center), the reciprocating displacement, acceleration and current are detected, and the end displacement of the reciprocating piston is determined at the end point of the reciprocating motion of the piston according to the following “Equation 2”. ) Calculate (Xc).
[0018]
Xc = x i −x o + (Αa / K) I o -(M / K) A o ――――――― (Equation 2)
Where x i Is the reciprocal displacement when the piston speed is "0", x o Is the reciprocating displacement detected in the inhalation state, A o Is the acceleration of the piston in the suction state, I o Is a current value detected in a suction state, M is a mass of the reciprocating body, and K is a spring constant of the spring.
[0019]
An error signal is output by comparing the calculated end displacement value (Xc) with the preset end displacement value.
[0020]
However, the conventional control device and control method for a reciprocating compressor using such displacement-voltage feedback have the following problems.
First, since the critical value of the displacement value of the dead point of the piston must be accurately calculated, an error occurs when the calculation of the displacement value of the dead point is complicated. That is, since a complicated operation such as the above (Equation 1) and (Equation 2) must be performed, a calculation error occurs.
[0021]
Second, to perform such a complicated operation, it is necessary to use an expensive device (such as a computer), which increases the cost.
[0022]
Thirdly, in the above-mentioned U.S. Patent, since a displacement value of an ideal dead center to be controlled is set in advance, and the voltage is controlled so as to approach the preset displacement, the compressor is continuously used. Even if the ideal displacement value changes due to mechanical wear or the like, the compressor is controlled using a preset displacement value, so that accurate control of the compressor is impossible.
[0023]
Recently, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. Hei 9-112438 discloses a reciprocating compressor in which the operating frequency is adjusted by changing the resonance frequency so that the efficiency does not decrease even if the spring constant of the gas changes due to the change in load and the resonance frequency changes. A control device and a control method are disclosed.
[0024]
FIG. 3 is a block diagram of one control device of the conventional reciprocating compressor disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-112438, and FIG. FIG. 12 is a block diagram of another control device of the machine.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 3, a conventional reciprocating compressor control device includes an AC

The control method of such a conventional reciprocating compressor is as follows.

The control method of such a conventional reciprocating compressor is as follows.

[0034]
However, the conventional reciprocating compressor control device and method disclosed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Publication have the following problems.
[0035]
That is, an expensive device (inverter) is always required to adjust the frequency of the voltage supplied to the compressor. Therefore, the cost of the parts is increased, so that an inexpensive controller cannot be provided.
(Disclosure of the Invention)
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a control device and a control method of a reciprocating compressor capable of controlling the piston stroke of the compressor at low cost and accurately. is there.
[0036]
In order to achieve the above object, a control device and a control method of a reciprocating compressor according to the present invention provide a compressor with a phase difference between a piston stroke waveform of a compressor and a current waveform supplied to the compressor. It is characterized in that the applied output voltage is controlled.
[0037]
In the present invention, the top clearance of the piston stroke of the reciprocating compressor is determined depending on the phase difference between the stroke and the current. It has been found through research that the top clearance has a control characteristic of being zero when the phase difference is the smallest.
[0038]
In addition, the present inventors have found an advantage that the phase difference between the stroke and the current can be accurately detected only by the change pattern of the stroke and the change pattern of the current. The fact that the detection of only the change in the stroke was required was an important finding, indicating that an accurate device was not required.
[0039]
The above research results can provide a controller for a reciprocating compressor that can control the piston stroke accurately at a low cost. That is, the phase difference between the phase of the current supplied to the motor of the compressor and the phase of the stroke is set as the inflection point as a reference for determining the magnitude of the output voltage, and the set phase difference is set. A control device can be achieved in which the input voltage at the time of having is determined as the target output voltage and commanded.
[0040]
In one embodiment of the present invention to achieve the above object, a control device for a reciprocating compressor includes a driving unit that drives a reciprocating compressor by changing a firing angle by a control signal, and supplies the driving unit with the driving unit. A current phase detector that outputs a rectangular wave corresponding to the current to be applied, a stroke phase detector that outputs a rectangular wave corresponding to the stroke of the compressor, a rectangular wave generated from the current phase detector, and the stroke. A control unit that controls a firing angle of the drive unit based on a phase difference between the rectangular wave generated by the phase detection unit and the rectangular wave.
[0041]
The current phase detector detects a current supplied to the compressor and generates a first rectangular wave corresponding to the current detected by the current detector that outputs the detected current value. And a first rectangular wave generating section.
[0042]
Preferably, the current phase detector further includes an integrator that integrates the current detected by the current detector and outputs the integrated current to the first rectangular wave generator.
[0043]
The stroke phase detector is a voltage detector that detects a voltage applied to the compressor, and calculates the stroke based on the voltage detected by the voltage detector and the current detected by the current detector. A stroke calculating unit; and a second rectangular wave generating unit that generates a second rectangular wave corresponding to the stroke calculated by the stroke calculating unit and outputs the second rectangular wave to the control unit. Is desirable.
[0044]
The control unit measures the phase difference between a current waveform output from the current phase detection unit and a stroke waveform output from the stroke phase detection unit, and a phase difference measurement unit that measures the phase difference. An output voltage command unit that determines a target output voltage according to the magnitude of the phase difference.
[0045]
The output voltage command unit is configured to store a phase difference measured by the phase difference measurement unit, and to compare the phase difference measured by the phase difference measurement unit with the phase difference stored in the phase difference storage unit. A phase difference comparing unit, and a determining unit that determines a voltage to be supplied to the compressor based on a comparison result of the phase difference comparing unit and outputs a write enable signal of the phase difference storage unit. It is desirable to have it.
[0046]
It is preferable that the determining unit determines that the top clearance of the piston is zero when the phase difference is the smallest.
[0047]
When the phase difference measured by the phase difference measurement unit is smaller than the phase difference stored in the phase difference storage unit, the determination unit stores the phase difference measured by the phase difference measurement unit in the phase difference storage unit. It is desirable to output a write enable signal to
[0048]
The driving unit includes a triac that supplies power to the compressor according to a control signal, and outputs a signal for controlling a firing angle to adjust a stroke of the compressor according to a control signal output from the control unit. It is desirable to include a phase control unit that outputs the signal to the triac.
[0049]
Preferably, the triac switches the power supply according to a firing angle output from the phase control unit.
[0050]
It is preferable that the control device further includes a zero-cross detection unit that detects a zero-cross of a power supply voltage supplied from the driving unit.
[0051]
In another aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object, the method for controlling a reciprocating compressor includes the steps of: a) driving the compressor by changing the firing angle, and changing the firing angle. Measuring the phase difference between the phase of the current supplied to the compressor and the phase of the stroke of the compressor when the current is supplied to the compressor; and b) comparing the measured plurality of phase differences with each other. Driving the compressor at a firing angle corresponding to the inflection point.
[0052]
Preferably, the inflection point is a minimum point of the phase difference.
[0053]
Preferably, the current phase is generated by detecting a current supplied to the compressor and integrating the detected current.
[0054]
Preferably, the stroke phase detects a voltage and a current supplied to the compressor, estimates the stroke using the detected voltage and current, and outputs the stroke as a pulse corresponding to the estimated value. .
[0055]
Driving the compressor at the initial firing angle to store the measured phase difference; changing the firing angle to a desired direction to measure the phase difference; and And comparing the stored phase difference with the already stored phase difference, and replacing the stored phase difference with the measured phase difference if the measured phase difference is smaller than the already stored phase difference. Preferably, the measuring, comparing, and replacing steps are repeated by changing the firing angle in the same direction as the direction.
[0056]
Preferably, the control method further comprises, if the measured phase difference is greater than the initially stored phase difference, changing a firing angle in a direction opposite to a direction previously changed.
[0057]
If the measured phase difference is larger than the stored phase difference, the compressor may be controlled by recognizing a preceding point as an inflection point.
[0058]
In the step (a), the firing angle is set so that a sufficiently small current is initially supplied to the compressor, and the firing angle is changed so that a gradually larger current is supplied to the compressor. When the measured phase difference is larger than the stored phase difference in step b, the ignition angle of the previous step is recognized as the inflection point and the compressor is controlled. It is desirable to do.

[0063]
In still another aspect of the present invention for achieving the above object, the method for controlling a reciprocating compressor includes a) tabulating a phase difference between a current corresponding to a load and a stroke. [0114]
Although the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment, and various modifications or changes can be made based on the technical idea of the present invention.
(Industrial applicability)
As is apparent from the above description, the following effects are obtained according to the control apparatus and method for a reciprocating compressor of the present invention.
[0115]
First, by controlling the position of the piston in the cylinder such that the top clearance is minimized according to the information of the phase difference between the square wave of the current generated by the phase control and the square wave of the stroke. Since no complicated calculations are required, not only can the reciprocating compressor be controlled so as to be inexpensive and have maximum efficiency, but also its reliability can be improved.
[0116]
Secondly, since the compressor is controlled by the stroke according to the load, it is not necessary to drive and stop the compressor for a certain period of time, so that the life of the compressor can be extended and the noise due to the driving of the compressor can be minimized. .
