本発明は、光ファイバの接続を行うための光配線盤の機器取り付け構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、光配線盤は前面開口に扉体を開閉自在に設けた箱体本体の背板に機器の背面を当接させ、ボルト挿通孔にボルトを挿通させて螺着固定していた(特許文献1参照。)。また、機器は通信機器等を収納するためのラックに搭載できるラックマウント型のものもある(特許文献2参照。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このため、機器の共用化を図る目的でラックマウント型機器を光配線盤に取り付けたい場合があるが、従来の光配線盤はラックマウント型の機器を取り付けることができないという欠点があった。

そこで上記問題点に鑑み、本発明の目的は、ラックマウント型機器を取り付けることができる光配線盤を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、光ファイバの接続を行うための光配線盤において、内部にラックマウント型機器が取り付け可能な支柱を立設したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
光配線盤は、箱体本体の内部に高さ方向に多数のネジ孔が穿設された支柱が立設される。支柱間の寸法は通信用機器等で用いられる19インチ幅の機器が取り付けられる寸法に設けられ、ネジ孔間のピッチは汎用ラックのマウントアングルのネジ孔のピッチと同じ寸法に形成される。ラックマウント型機器を前面から支柱間に嵌め込み、左右側面から張り出したマウント部を支柱に当接させて取付ネジにより螺着固定する。

【実施例】
本発明に係る光配線盤の実施例を図1〜図5の添付図面に基づいて説明する。

光配線盤1は天板2、底板3、左右側板4,5、背板6とで箱体本体7を形成し、前面開口を扉体8で開閉自在に閉塞されている。箱体本体7の内部の前面側には左右に間隔をおいて底板3から天板2まで亘る支柱9が立設されている。

支柱9間の寸法は通信用機器等で用いられる19インチ幅の機器が取り付けられる寸法に設けられ、支柱9の高さ方向には多数のネジ孔9aが穿設されている。ネジ孔9a間のピッチは図示しない汎用ラックに設けられる機器取り付け用のマウントアングルのネジ孔のピッチと同じ寸法に形成している。また、支柱9の側面には配線を保持するための枠状の配線ホルダ10が螺着されて取り付けられている。

ラックマウント型機器11は汎用ラックに取り付けできるように左右側面にマウント部12が張り出すように形成され、マウント部12には図示しないネジ挿通孔が穿設されている。

ラックマウント型機器11は箱体本体7の前面から支柱9間に嵌めてマウント部12を支柱9に当接させ、マウント部12のネジ挿通孔と支柱9のネジ孔9aを一致させ、取付ネジ13をネジ挿通孔に挿通させて支柱9のネジ孔9aに螺着して固定する。

尚、ラックマウント型に形成されていない機器は、光配線盤1の背板6に螺着して固定することもでき、このため、背板6は機器を取り付けたネジ14の先端が背面から突出しないように内側に凹ませて形成されている。また、図5に示すようにラックマウント型に形成されていない機器15は、略コ字状に形成された支持体16aの左右側面にマウント部16bを張り出すように形成したラックマウント型の取付部材16を介することにより、取り付けることもできる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように光ファイバの接続を行うための光配線盤において、内部にラックマウント型機器が取り付け可能な支柱を立設したことにより、ラックマウント型機器を取り付けることができ、機器の共用化が図れ、在庫を削減し、コストを低減することができるという効果がある。

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the optical distribution board, a column having a number of screw holes formed in the height direction is erected inside the box body. The dimension between the supports is set to a dimension in which a 19-inch wide device used in communication equipment or the like is attached, and the pitch between the screw holes is formed to be the same as the pitch of the screw holes in the mounting angle of the general-purpose rack. The rack mount type device is fitted between the columns from the front, and the mounting portions projecting from the left and right side surfaces are brought into contact with the columns and screwed and fixed with mounting screws.
