Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hot water supply apparatus, and more particularly to a hot water supply apparatus with a hot water filling function capable of automatically closing a hot water supply circuit and stopping hot water supply when a tap is opened and a set amount is supplied to a bathtub or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art As a water heater that automatically supplies an arbitrarily set amount of water, there is, for example, an apparatus as shown in FIG. The hot water supply circuit 24 extends through a heat exchanger 25 to a tap faucet 26 arranged near a bathtub (not shown). A flow detector 27 and a normally open water stop valve 28 are inserted upstream of the heat exchanger 25 in the hot water supply circuit 24, and the flow detector 27 is provided with a total amount of water flowing through the hot water supply circuit 24. Has the function of measuring The flow rate detection device 27 and the water stop valve 28 are connected to a control circuit 29 and perform predetermined operations according to the setting state of the operation device 30. The operation device 30 is provided with a hot water amount setting device 31 and a hot water temperature setting device 32.
[0003]
When filling the bathtub with the above-mentioned water heater, when the hot water is set by the hot water setting device 31 and the tap faucet 26 is opened, the gas burner 33 is ignited by the output of the control circuit 29, and the normally-open water stop valve is opened. After the water supplied from 28 is heated in the heat exchanger 25 part, it is supplied from the tap water tap 26 to the bathtub.
[0004]
On the other hand, the amount of water flowing through the hot water supply circuit 24 is measured by the flow rate detecting device 27. When the measured value becomes equal to the amount of hot water set in the hot water amount setting device 31, the gas burner 33 extinguishes and the water stop valve 28 is closed. Is maintained, whereby the filling operation is completed.
[0005]
In this embodiment, the hot water level setting device 31 also has a function as a reset switch for forcibly opening the water stop valve 28 after the hot water filling is completed. When the hot water setting device 31 is operated to the reset position after the hot water filling is completed. Then, the water stop valve 27 in the closed state returns to the open state, and thereafter, the hot water can be continuously taken out from the hot tap faucet 26 (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-14498 (FIG. 1)
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional configuration, the hot water amount setting device 31 is usually provided in the operation device 30 that can be remotely controlled. However, many of this type of operation device 30 are often installed in a kitchen, and therefore, are installed in a bathtub. When bathing with hot water, it is necessary to first go to the operation device 30 to set the hot water with the hot water setting device 31, then go to the bathroom and open the tap faucet 26. When forcibly opening the water stop valve 27, go to the bathroom and close the tap faucet 26, go to the operation device 30 to reset the hot water amount setting device 31, and then go to the bathroom again to take a bath. When the operating device 30 is not installed in the bathroom, the user has to reciprocate between the bathroom and the kitchen in which the operating device 30 is installed.
[0008]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and drives the flow control device for a predetermined time after completion of filling, maintains the flow rate flowing in the hot water supply circuit at the minimum water amount that can be detected by the flow rate detection device, goes to the bathroom, and sets a tap for faucet. When the stoppage of water flow is detected by the flow detection device when closed, the burner forced extinguishing signal is released, and the flow control device is returned to the fully open state, so that the bathroom and the place where the operation device 30 is installed are connected. An object of the present invention is to improve the usability by enabling continuous extraction of hot water from a hot water tap without reciprocating.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a hot water supply circuit including a hot water supply pipe, a heat exchanger, and a water supply pipe disposed upstream of a tap water tap, a flow rate detection device for measuring an amount of water flowing through the hot water supply circuit, A flow control device for controlling the flow rate of the circuit, a water shutoff valve for closing the hot water supply circuit, a burner for heating the heat exchanger, a hot water setting device for setting a predetermined hot water amount, a reset switch, and a notification sound generating device are provided. A remote control device, a hot water filling control device that outputs a forced fire extinguishing signal for forcibly extinguishing a burner, a notification signal for driving a notification sound generating device, and a hot water supply stop signal for closing a water shutoff valve, and opening the tap. After the hot water is supplied to the hot water supply circuit and the hot water amount set by the hot water setting device is equal to the water amount measured by the flow rate detecting device, a forced fire extinguishing signal is output from the hot water filling control device for a predetermined time. While extinguishing the burner, the flow rate control device is driven by the hot water supply stop signal to maintain the flow rate in the hot water supply circuit at the minimum water amount that can be detected by the flow rate detection device, and stop the flow of water by the flow rate detection device. When it is detected, the forced fire extinguishing signal is released, and the flow control device is returned to the fully open state.
[0010]
According to the above invention, the hot water can be continuously taken out from the hot water tap only by performing an operation of closing the hot water tap in the bathroom for a predetermined time after completion of the hot water filling, so that the usability can be improved. .
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The invention according to claim 1 is a hot water supply circuit including a hot water supply pipe, a heat exchanger, and a water supply pipe arranged upstream of a tap water tap, a flow rate detection device that measures an amount of water flowing through the hot water supply circuit, and the hot water supply circuit. A flow control device for controlling the flow rate of water, a water shutoff valve for closing the hot water supply circuit, a burner for heating the heat exchanger, a hot water setting device for setting a predetermined hot water amount, a reset switch, and a notification sound generating device. A remote control device provided with a hot water control device that outputs a forced fire extinguishing signal for forcibly extinguishing the burner, a notification signal for driving the notification sound generating device, and a hot water supply stop signal for closing the water stop valve. After the tap is opened and water is passed through the hot water supply circuit, if the amount of hot water set by the hot water setting device and the amount of water measured by the flow rate detection device are equal, the forced fire extinguishing signal is sent from the hot water filling control device for a predetermined time. To extinguish the burner, sound an alarm sound at the same time as the notification signal, drive the flow rate control device with the hot water supply stop signal to the minimum water amount that the flow rate detection device can detect the flow rate to the hot water supply circuit While maintaining, after that, when the stoppage of water flow is detected by the flow rate detection device, the forced fire extinguishing signal is released, and the flow rate control device is returned to the fully open state. It is possible to continuously take out hot water from the tap by simply performing an operation of closing the tap in the bathroom during a predetermined time after the tensioning is completed, so that usability can be improved.
[0012]
The invention according to claim 2 is a timer device that cancels the forced fire extinguishing signal and returns the flow control device to the fully open state only when the stoppage of water flow is detected for a predetermined time continuously by the flow detection device within a predetermined time. Prevents instantaneous erroneous detection of flow stop by the flow rate detector due to operation of taps other than the tap for which tapping operation has been performed or fluctuations in water pressure in the water supply pipe. As a result, it is possible to prevent waste of water and improve safety.
[0013]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, when the stoppage of water flow is not detected by the flow rate detection device within a predetermined time, a notification sound is sounded by a notification signal from the hot water filling control device, and the stop valve is turned on by the hot water supply stop signal. Since the water is closed and the flow of water in the hot water supply circuit is closed, the hot water does not overflow from the bathtub even if the faucet is forgotten to be closed, thereby preventing waste of water and improving safety.
[0014]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the notification sound when the water amount set by the water amount setting device and the water amount measured by the flow rate detection device are equal to each other and the notification sound when a predetermined time has elapsed after completion of the filling are different from the notification sound. In order to be able to continuously take out hot water from the tap when you hear the notification sound after the elapse of a predetermined time, it is known in advance that it is necessary to operate the reset switch. The tap for faucet can be closed beforehand, and usability can be improved.
[0015]

Rotate by number.
[0021]
When the blower 18 starts rotating, the ignition device 21 is turned "ON" to start continuous spark discharge, and at the same time, the fuel valve 17 for opening and closing the fuel circuit supplied to the burner 9 is opened to supply a gas amount necessary for ignition. Then, the fuel control device 16 is opened to supply gas to the burner 9 and ignite it.
[0022]
Thereafter, the fuel control device 16 adjusts the fuel so that the hot water temperature detected by the hot water temperature detecting device 20 becomes the temperature set by the hot water temperature setting device 15.
[0023]
Further, the blower 18 appropriately adjusts the air volume so that the fuel burned by the burner 9 performs good combustion.
[0024]
Thereafter, if the hot water amount set by the hot water setting device 12 and the water amount measured by the flow rate detecting device 6 become equal, a forced fire extinguishing signal is output from the hot water filling control device 22, the fuel control device 16 and the fuel valve 17 are closed, and the fuel Since the supply is stopped, the burner 9 extinguishes.
[0025]
At the same time, a notification signal is output from the filling controller 22 and the notification sound generator 14 emits a notification sound to notify completion of filling.
[0026]
Further, the filling control device 22 is provided with a timer. After the completion of filling, for a predetermined time (5 minutes in this embodiment), a hot water supply stop signal output from the filling control device 22 is used. The flow rate control device 7 is driven to maintain the flow rate of the hot water supply circuit 2 at the minimum water amount (2 L / min in the present embodiment) that can be detected by the flow rate detection device 6 to continue the flow of water through the hot water supply circuit 2.
[0027]
If the user closes the tap 1 during this predetermined time (5 minutes), the flow detecting device 6 can detect the stoppage of water supply, and the filling controller 22 recognizes that the tap 1 has been closed. Then, the forced fire extinguishing signal output from the hot water filling control device 22 is released, and the flow control device 7 is returned to the fully open state. Then, hot water at the temperature set by the hot water setting device 12 is supplied.
[0028]
As described above, the user opens the bath tap 1 in the bathroom and closes the tap 1 in the bathroom if there is a notification sound of the notification sound generation device 14 in the remote control device 10, and the tap water is normally continuously supplied. Since it can be taken out, usability can be improved.
[0029]
(Example 2)
In the second embodiment, in addition to the first embodiment, when the stoppage of water flow is continuously detected by the flow detecting device 6 for a predetermined time within a predetermined time (in the case of the present embodiment, the flow detecting device is continuously operated for 3 seconds). Only when the stop of water flow is detected in step 6), the forced fire extinguishing signal of the hot water filling control device 22 is released, and a timer device for returning the flow control device 7 to the fully open state is provided. The operation of the faucet other than the operated tap 1 and the fluctuation of the water pressure of the water supply pipe can prevent the flow rate detector 6 from erroneously detecting the stoppage of water supply, thereby preventing waste of water and improving safety. can do.
[0030]
(Example 3)
In the third embodiment, in addition to the first embodiment, when the stoppage of water flow is not detected by the flow rate detection device 6 within a predetermined time (5 minutes in this embodiment), the The water stop valve 8 is closed by the hot water supply stop signal, the water supply of the hot water supply circuit 2 is completely closed, and the notification sound generation device 14 emits a notification sound by the notification signal from the filling system 22 to stop the water supply. Signals that valve 8 is closed.
[0031]
Therefore, even if the user forgets to close the tap, the hot water does not overflow from the bathtub, so that water can be prevented from being wasted and safety can be improved.
[0032]
(Example 4)
In the fourth embodiment, in addition to the first embodiment, a notification sound when the hot water amount set by the hot water setting device 12 and the water amount measured by the flow rate detecting device 6 become equal, and a notification when a predetermined time has elapsed after the completion of hot water filling. In order to make it possible to continuously take out hot water from the tap 1 when the user hears the notification sound after a predetermined time, the reset switch 13 must be operated. Since it is known in advance, the tap 1 can be closed before taking off the clothes, and the usability can be improved.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the hot water supply apparatus of the present invention, the flow rate control device is driven for a predetermined time (5 minutes in this embodiment) after the completion of filling, and the flow rate detection device can detect the flow rate of the hot water supply circuit. If the flow rate is detected by the flow rate detection device when the water flow is stopped and the faucet is closed by going to the bathroom and the tap is closed, the burner forced extinguishing signal is released and the flow control device is returned to the fully open state. In addition, since the hot water can be continuously taken out from the tap without having to go back and forth between the bathroom and a place other than the bathroom where the remote control device is installed after the hot water filling is completed, the usability can be improved.
[0034]
Also, if the tap is not closed within a predetermined time after completion of the hot water filling, the water shutoff valve completely shuts off the water supply to the hot water supply circuit. Can be prevented from overflowing, and water can be prevented from being wasted and safety can be improved.
[0035]
Furthermore, when the water stop valve completely shuts off the flow of water in the hot water supply circuit, a notification sound different from the notification sound when the water amount set by the water amount setting device and the water amount measured by the flow rate detection device becomes equal, Since it is known in advance that it is necessary to operate the reset switch in order to be able to continuously take out hot water from the hot water tap, usability can be improved.
