Description

【0001】

Thus, by loosening the screws 40 and 41 and picking up the screw heads 40a and 41a protruding from the upper surface of the cover material, the cover material, specifically, the inner-shoji side outdoor-side cover material 39a and the outer-shoji side indoor-side cover material 37b In addition, it is possible to easily remove the outer sliding door side cover member 39b from the lower frame main body 25. As the locking member 59, for example, a nut or a C-ring can be applied.
[0021]
It is important to form a continuous airtight line (also referred to as a water stop line) between the sash 1 and the outside of the sash 1 between the two by the frame 2 and the sliding doors 3 and 4 when the sash 1 is closed in an airtight manner. It becomes. In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the lower frame 2b is provided between the hanging pieces 17, 18 of the closed shojis 3, 4 in the closed state and the indoor side edges of the guide grooves 20, 21. Resin horizontal airtight materials (first horizontal airtight material and second horizontal airtight material) 42 and 43 are provided. The horizontal airtight members 42 and 43 are attached to the indoor side edges (airtight material mounting grooves) of the guide grooves 20 and 21, and the hanging pieces 17 and 18 contact the horizontal airtight members 42 and 43 from the outdoor side. ing.
[0022]
One end of each of the first horizontal airtight material 42 and the second horizontal airtight material 43 is cut at the position of the joining frames 6c and 8c of the shojis 3 and 4 in the closed position, and the first guide of the lower frame 2b. A soft-resin lower frame waterproof block 44 disposed at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the first groove portion 26 including the groove 20 (position of the lower frame), and disposed above the second rising wall 29. The lower frame windproof member 56 is connected to a resin sealing airtight piece 45 (sealing lower groove closing) provided at an end of the sealing frame 6c of the inner sash 3. The water blocking block 44 at the bottom of the mating frame divides the left and right of the first guide groove 20 into an indoor space and an outdoor space. The lower water blocking block 44 of the mating frame has an upper water stopping portion 44 a attached to the airtight material mounting groove and arranged in the first guide groove 20 similarly to the first horizontal airtight material 42.
[0023]
The first lateral airtight member 42 is attached to the inner side shroud side indoor cover member 37a, which is a fixed side, and the second lateral airtight member 43 is attached to the outer sash side intermediate cover member 38b, which is a fixed side. Accordingly, even if the inner cover member 38a, the inner cover member 39a, the outer cover member 37b, and the outer cover member 39b are removed, the lateral airtight members 42 and 43 are cut in the middle. And the seam between the vertical airtight members 46 and 49 is not broken, and the airtightness and durability can be improved.
[0024]
The lower end of the sealing airtight piece 45 is formed in a shape corresponding to the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2b, and is hung down in the first guide groove 20 like the hanging piece 17, and comes into contact with the lower water blocking block 44 of the hoop frame. It has a hanging piece 45a. The combined airtight piece 45 is mounted so as to be adjustable in height (adjustable in installation). Further, the end of the first horizontal hermetic member 42 and the lower end of the vertical hermetic member 46 of the vertical frame 2d are connected via a lower frame end rising member 47 and a vertical frame lower hermetic piece 48, and are connected to the second horizontal hermetic member 48. The end of the airtight member 43 and the lower end of the vertical airtight member 49 of the vertical frame 2c are connected. Thereby, a continuous airtight line (water stop line) is formed.
[0025]
Since the indoor and outdoor airtightness is ensured in this way, the temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor areas becomes large in winter and the like, and dew condensation may occur on the indoor surfaces of the shoji screens 3 and 4. Dew falls on the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2b from the lower portion (lower edge) 50 of the inner sash 3 on the indoor side. In order to prevent the dew condensation water dropped on the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2b from flowing into the room, in other words, to drain the dew condensation water to the outside while maintaining the airtightness between the inside and the outside of the lower frame 2b. A water receiving groove 51 having a shallow depth for receiving dew condensation water falling from a lower portion (lower edge portion) 50 on the indoor side of the inner shroud 3 is provided over the entire length of the lower frame 2b in the longitudinal direction. A drain valve 52 for draining water from the receiving groove 51 to the space 33 in the lower frame 2b communicating with the outside of the room is provided, and the dew water is drained from the indoor side to the outside of the room via the drain valve 52. Has become. A lower portion (also referred to as a hanging piece) 50 of the inner sash 3 on the indoor side is located directly above the water receiving groove 51.
[0026]
Preferably, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the water receiving groove 51 is provided on the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2 b, and at the one end of the water receiving groove 51, the inner sash for regulating the fully open position of the inner sash 3 is provided. A stopper 53 is provided, and a drain valve 52 is provided for draining water from a portion of the water receiving groove 51 hidden by the inner sash stopper 53 to the space 33 in the lower frame 2b communicating outside. In the present embodiment, a drain hole 54 is provided in a portion of the water receiving groove 51 that is hidden by the inner sash stopper 53, and a drain valve 52 is attached to the partition wall 25 of the indoor side groove 31 below the water receiving groove 51. I have. The lower portion (lower edge portion) 50 of the inner sash 3 on the indoor side is provided along the entire length of the inner sash 3 along the longitudinal direction of the lower frame 6b (in the case of a vertical frame, the rooms of the vertical frames 6c, 6d). Including the lower inside edge). The lower portion (lower edge portion) 50 of the inner sash 3 on the indoor side is preferably close to the water receiving groove 51 in that the door roller 10 can be hidden to improve the design.
[0027]
The drain valve 52 is, for example, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, a main body 52a attached to an opening 55 provided in the partition wall 25 of the lower frame 2b, and is attached to the main body 52a so as to be openable and closable. It is mainly composed of the valve element 52b. Normally, as shown in FIG. 9A, the condensed water is drained from the gap 52c in which the valve body 52b opens downward, but as shown in FIG. 52b is closed upward to prevent backflow of water.
[0028]
On the other hand, by cutting off the end of the first rising wall 28 as shown by the broken line in FIG. 8 to communicate the first groove 26 and the indoor side groove 31, as shown by the one-dot chain line arrow, The condensed water flowing down from the indoor surface to the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2b along the hanging piece 18 and further flowing into the first groove portion 26 from the first guide groove 20 is discharged from the first groove portion 26 to the drain valve 52 of the indoor side groove portion 31. And drained to the outside of the room via the drain valve 52.
[0029]
The screen door 5 is constructed by extending a net material 61 inside a frame 60 composed of upper and lower frames 60a and 60b and left and right vertical frames 60c and 60d. As shown in FIG. Insect repellent members (for example, mohair or fins) 62, 62 are provided to block the space between the vertical frame 8c or 8d of the shoji 4 and the outdoor surface. And while having the hanging piece 18 in the lower part of the indoor side of the outer sash 4, the outer sash 4 is required in order to eliminate the need for the insect-proof packing at the lower end of the vertical frame of the outer sash and secure the insect repellency with a simple structure. A shallow groove 63 is provided in the longitudinal direction (left-right direction) on the lower frame upper surface 12 below the outdoor lower part, and an insect-proof hanging piece 64 approaches the groove 63 on the outdoor lower part of the outer sash 4. Is provided.
[0030]
The groove portion 63 is a shallow groove having a depth of, for example, about 1.5 to 3.0 mm, similarly to the water receiving groove 51 on the indoor side. The insect repelling piece 64 is provided over the entire length of the shoji 4 in the left-right direction similarly to the airtight hanging piece 18. The gap between the lower end of the insect repellent hanging piece 64 and the corresponding bottom of the groove 63 is, for example, about 1.5 mm, which has no problem in insect repellency. In this case, the gap between the lower end of the insect-control hanging piece 64 and the upper surface of the lower frame is preferably about 0 mm in order to prevent light leakage and the door wheel 22 from being seen.
[0031]
According to the sash 1 configured as described above, the frame 2 including the upper and lower frames 2a and 2b and the left and right vertical frames 2c and 2d, and the inner and outer shojis 3 and 4 provided in the frame 2 so as to be slidable and openable, A screen door 5 slidably openable and closable on the outside of the frame 2, the upper surface of the lower frame 2 a is formed as a substantially flat surface, and the lower part of the inner side of the inner sash 3 and the lower part of the outer side of the outer sash 4 Hanging pieces 17 and 18 are provided, and guide grooves 20 and 21 for guiding the hanging pieces 17 and 18 are formed on the upper surface of the lower frame 2b. In addition to the above, since the insect-controlling drooping piece 64 is provided near the groove 63 at the lower part of the outer side of the outer sliding door 4, the insect-controlling drooping piece 64 at the lower part of the outer side of the outer sliding door 4 corresponds to the lower frame upper surface 12. With the shallow groove 63, an insect repelling line can be formed on the outdoor side of the shoji 4 and The insect packing of the outer sash stile lower portion insects line was indispensable to the conventional sash on the interior side of the outer sash 4 can be eliminated, the insect can be ensured with a simple structure.
[0032]
In addition, it is sufficient that the lower end of the insect repellent hanging piece 64 is close to the groove 63 to such an extent that there is no problem in insect repellency (1.5 mm). Can be reduced to about 0 mm, so that light leakage due to the gap between the lower frame 2b and the sash 4 and the door roller 22 can be prevented from being seen, and the design can be improved. The groove 63 provided on the outdoor upper surface of the lower frame 2b has a small depth, so that it can be easily cleaned and has good appearance (design). Further, the height of the outer sash 4 can be further adjusted up and down (building adjustment) by the depth of the groove 63 as compared with the case where there is no groove on the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2b. It is easy to adjust the building.
[0033]
Further, the upper surface of the lower frame 2b is constituted by the indoor side cover member 37, the intermediate cover member 38, and the outdoor side cover member 39, and the first side airtight member 42 corresponding to the hanging piece 17 of the inner sash 3 is provided on the indoor side cover member 37. The intermediate cover member 38 is provided with a second lateral airtight member 43 corresponding to the hanging piece 18 of the outer sash 4, the inner sash is fixed to the indoor cover member 37 a, and the intermediate cover member 38 a and the outdoor cover member 39 a The intermediate cover material is fixed at 38b on the side of the outer sash, and the indoor cover material 37b and the outdoor cover material 39b are removable, so that the cover material on the upper surface of the lower frame can be maintained without impairing the airtightness and durability. The lower frame 2b can be easily cleaned by attaching and detaching 38a, 39a, 38b, 37b. In this case, since the intermediate cover member 38a and the outdoor cover member 39a on the inner side of the shoji are fastened together by a common mounting tool, for example, the screw 41, the attaching / detaching operation can be easily performed in a short time, and the workability can be improved.
[0034]
On the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2b, a shallow water receiving groove 51 for receiving dew condensation water falling from the indoor side lower portion 50 of the inner shroud 3 is provided, and a space 33 in the lower frame 2b communicating from the water receiving groove 51 to the outside of the room. A drain valve 52 for draining water is provided, and the condensed water is drained from the indoor side to the outdoor via the drain valve 52, so that the condensate water has dropped from the indoor lower part 50 of the inner sash 3 to the upper surface 12 of the lower frame 2b. It is possible to prevent the dew water from flowing to the indoor side and getting the room wet. Further, the drainage portion (including the drainage hole 54) of the drainage valve 52 and the like is hidden by the stopper 53 for the inner sash, and the drainage valve 52 and the drainage hole 54, which are the drainage portion, are not exposed, so that the design can be improved.
