様々な食品のうち、工場生産される加工食品の大半は、その生産ライン上においてほぼ完全に包装されるものが大半であるが、野菜や果物などのように、畑や田圃などで生産される農産品は、収穫してから出荷するために、選別や品揃えをした上で所要の単位量(大きさ,容積,重量などに拠る)ごと、透明なビニル袋などに詰める包装を行っているが、その作業はほとんどすべて手作業に依っているのが現状である。

上記課題を解決することを目的としてなされた本発明包装機構の構成は、平面からみて略環状に形成された二重壁であって、内側の周壁には通気用の穴又はスリットによる通気部を形成すると共に外側の壁には外部の空気吸引手段の吸引口が接続されたケーシングと、該ケーシングの底を形成する底蓋体であって開閉自在に形成された底蓋体とを具備しており、前記底蓋体を閉じた状態で空気吸引手段を駆動し前記環状二重壁内に吸引力を作用させ、該吸引力を前記通気部に作用させることにより、このケーシングの中に投入されたビニル製等の柔軟な袋又は帯状リング材を内周壁に沿って開かせるようにしたことを特徴とするものである。

次に本発明包装機構の実施形態の一例について、図を参照して説明する。図1は本発明機構を模式的に示した断面図である。
