Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a back pain preventive device worn on a human body for the purpose of preventing back pain.
[Prior art]
As a method for preventing and alleviating low back pain, for example, a protruding member disclosed in JP-A-10-127729 is provided on the inner side of a belt, and a human body surface is pressed at the front end to reduce or prevent low back pain. A method is disclosed in which a belt or a convex lumbar corrector disclosed in JP-A-2003-047625 is arranged near the center of the lumbar belt body to prevent or recover from collapse of physiological lumbar lordosis.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Caregivers handling caregivers and workers engaged in carrying heavy loads, such as workers engaged in carrying luggage, have a burden on their lower back, and tend to suffer from lower back pain.
As a reason, when handling heavy objects, there is a case where it is necessary to handle the heavy objects while the spine is bent, and if the heavy objects are handled in that state, there is a high possibility that the lower back is hurt.
[0004]
The conventional back pain prevention device prevents back pain by placing protrusions and fixing devices on the belt wrapped around the waist, but the effect is limited to the lumbar region, preventing the use when handling heavy objects with the spine bent. There is no solution.
[0005]
Therefore, in order to prevent lower back pain, there is a need for a low back pain preventive device that acts to straighten the spine when handling heavy objects, is lightweight, and does not burden the work.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem, the present invention is configured so that the spine is straightened by applying force to the abdomen of the wearer and pulling up the shoulder of the wearer backward.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The configuration of the back pain prevention wearing device of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a view showing an entire back pain prevention wearing device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0008]
The back pain prevention wearing device of the present invention includes a spine assisting portion 1, a fixing portion 2, a pulley 3, a wire 4, a belt 5, a backrest 6, and a strap 7.
[0009]
The spine assisting section 1 is composed of a plurality of angular block members, and is arranged so that each block is stacked. Each block has a shape that becomes a fulcrum at a position inclined forward and a shape of a fulcrum receiver that receives the fulcrum, has a hole through which the wire 4 passes in the vertical direction, and is made of a lightweight and strong material.
[0010]
The fixing portion 2 fixes the lowermost block of the spine assisting portion 1 and the pulley 2. Further, it has a shape for guiding the belt 5, and is made of a lightweight and strong material.
[0011]
The pulley 3 is fixed to the fixing portion 2 between the belt 5 and the spine assisting portion 1 and serves to change the direction of the force acting on the wire 4.
[0012]
The wire 4 is fixed to the uppermost block of the spinal assist unit 1 and the belt 5 via the pulley 3, and connects each of them.
[0013]
The belt 5 is divided into two parts at the center part, each of which is inserted into the introduction shape of the fixing part 2 and connected to the wire 4 so that the belt 5 does not fall off.
[0014]
The backrest 6 is made of a material having a cushioning property and is arranged between the back of the user and the spine assisting part 1 and the fixed part 2.
[0015]
The strap 7 is turned around the user's shoulder to fix the user's shoulder to the spine auxiliary part 1, so that the strap 7 is made of a material having excellent flexibility and non-stretchability, and is connected to the uppermost block of the spine auxiliary part 1. The person's shoulder is fixed to the spine assisting part 1.
[0016]
Next, the operation of the low back pain prevention wearing device of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 2 is a left side view and a rear view of an embodiment of the back pain prevention wearing device of the present invention.
[0017]
First, the case where the user leans forward will be described.
When the user leans forward, each block of the spinal assist 1 tilts forward about the fulcrum. At this time, the wire 4 passed through each block is disposed behind the fulcrum, and is fixed to the uppermost block of the spinal assist unit 1, so that the wire 4 is pulled up.
[0018]
When the user leans forward, the wire 4 is pulled up, and the pulley 3 generates a pulling force in the horizontal direction. Since the wire 4 is fixed to the belt 5, the wire 4 acts to reduce the diameter of the belt 5.
[0019]
Next, a case where a user lifts a heavy object will be described.
When the user leans forward and the diameter of the belt 5 is reduced, the belt 5 is expanded by applying force to the abdomen when lifting a heavy object.
[0020]
At this time, conversely to the case where the belt 5 is bent forward, the diameter of the belt 5 is increased, thereby acting to pull the connected wire 4 right and left.
[0021]
The force passes through the pulley 3 and acts to pull down the uppermost block of the spinal assist 1 that is inclined forward about the fulcrum.
[0022]
At this time, the gap between the blocks is reduced around the fulcrum. This action acts to pull the strap 7 connected to the uppermost block backward.
[0023]
At this time, since the strap 7 is turned around the shoulder of the user, the strap 7 acts to pull the shoulder of the user backward.
[0024]
Normally, when a person handles heavy objects, he / she unconsciously puts pressure on the abdomen, so if this low back pain prevention wearing part is worn, every time a heavy object is handled, it becomes a force to pull the shoulder of the user backward, and the spine is Be straight and prevent back pain.
[0025]
In addition, the pulley 3 and the wire 4 are not limited to the above-described configuration, and may be a configuration using a moving pulley 8 as shown in FIG. 4, for example. In this case, the force applied to the spine assisting portion 1 becomes large. The force to pull the person's shoulder backwards increases.
[0026]
Another embodiment will be described. FIG. 5 is an example in which the detection device 9 and the traction device 10 are used, and the detection device 9 electrically detects a change in the diameter of the belt 5 and the traction device 10 pulls the wire 4 by power. It is.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the present invention does not use the force of a spring or the like, it does not require any extra force against the spring, and can provide a low-cost, light-weight, low back pain prevention wearing device that does not burden the work.
[Brief description of the drawings]
