Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shaver guard blade having good shaving comfort and sharpness.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, the mainstream of razors used for shaving is an electric shaver. Usually, an electric shaver includes a so-called guard blade for electric shaver (hereinafter referred to as a guard blade) in which a large number of pores are arranged, and an inner blade that rotates or reciprocates in contact with the inside. Therefore, the principle of shaving is to shear the wrinkles introduced into the pores by the edge of the pores and the edge of the inner blade. Therefore, the basic characteristics required of an electric shaver are: good shearing by the edge, that is, sharpness, smooth contact with the skin of the blade, and smooth introduction into the pores of the eyelash, that is, shaving Comfortableness is required.
[0003]
In addition, in light stool shavers with handles, especially for women, razor blades are continuously provided with elongated holes in order to prevent cuts on the skin caused by side sliding of the blades and safety in handling. It can be seen that it is covered with a stool guard blade (hereinafter referred to as a guard blade) and shaved by exposing the razor blade edge only to the elongated hole portion facing the skin. However, in this case as well, the stainless steel guard blade is not always smooth and good in contact with the skin.
[0004]
Of these, the improvement in the material itself of the blade itself and the reduction of the blade thickness have been tried for the sharpness. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
In addition, in order to improve the shaving feeling of a razor, various kinds of organic materials are coated on the blade surface and the contact with the skin is smoothed to improve the shaving feeling. (For example, see Patent Document 2)

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it cannot be said that the requirements are necessarily satisfied for a guard blade that sufficiently satisfies both the above-described sharpness and shaving comfort.
The shaving comfort primarily depends on reducing friction between the guard blade and the skin to improve smooth sliding, and how smoothly wrinkles and skin hair are introduced into the pores. It can be said that the sharpness depends on the sharpness of the shearing edge.
[0007]
For the purpose of improving this shaving feeling, conventionally, coating of a tetrafluoroethylene resin or the like is performed on the surface of the guard blade. As shown in FIG. 5, the
[0008]
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a shaver guard blade having good shaving feeling and good sharpness, and a shaver using the same.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The guard blade for a shaver of the present invention is
(1) A printing film is applied between the arranged blade pores by the printing method only on the surface of the shaver guard blade that contacts the skin, and the printed coating does not reach the edge of the pores on the back of the blade. It is what.
[0010]
(2) The printed film in the above (1) is applied only to the surface on the side in contact with the skin of the shaver guard blade by the whole surface printing method,
(3) Further, the printing film in the above (1) is linear printing, printed on the blade surface with at least crossing lines between the blade pore arrays, and the linear coating width (B) of the linear printing is 10 to 10. 300 μm, the film thickness (T) is 2 to 100 μm,
(4) Further, the line coating width (B) of the linear printing in the above (1) or (3) is 30 to 100 μm, and the film thickness (T) is 2 to 50 μm.
[0011]
The guard blade for a shaver according to the present invention is
(5) The line-to-line pitch of linear printing in any of the above (1), (3), and (4) is 20 to 1000 μm,
(6) The printed film according to any one of the above (1) to (5) is a non-printed portion at least including a pore edge facing the shaving direction on the printing side surface of the blade pore,
(7) In any one of the above (1) to (5), the print film is applied to the elongated hole land portion constituting the bending line along at least the razor blade edge of the shaver guard blade,
(8) The printed film in the above (1) to (7) is printed by screen printing, pad printing, offset printing or gravure printing.
[0012]
Furthermore, the shaver of the present invention is

[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[Embodiment 1]
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram for explaining the surface of a guard blade for an electric shaver in Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is an explanatory view showing an example of a cross section of the guard blade in the first embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram enlarging the surface of the guard blade in the first embodiment of the present invention.
In the figure, 1 is a guard blade for a shaver, 2 is a front surface, 3 is a pore, 4 is a printed film, 41 is a printed film by full surface printing, 6 is a back surface, 7 is a back edge of the blade, and h is the thickness of the printed film. It is.
In FIG. 1, a part of the continuously arranged fine pores and the printing portion are omitted.
[0014]
In the present embodiment, an existing blade (manufactured by S Company) was used and created according to the following specifications.
[0015]
Each film thickness h was adjusted to prepare 10 samples. A guard blade having the above specifications was attached to a shaver manufactured by S Company, and the shaving comfort and sharpness were tested in comparison with a conventional guard blade without a printed film. The number of test samples is 10. Table 1 shows the results of the comparative test.
As for the covering of the printing ink in the pores, a covering corresponding to the printing thickness was observed, but it was confirmed that none of the coverings reached the back edge in h1 to h3.
The sharpness of the present embodiment is almost the same as the conventional one, and it has been confirmed that the shaving comfort is clearly superior to that of the present embodiment.
As for the film thickness h, the printing is impossible and the workability is extremely poor at 2 μm or less, and the printing ink reaches the blade back edge in the case of h4, and the sharpness is deteriorated. ing. In particular, the thickness exceeding 100 μm is not preferable because the back edge is covered with printing ink. Therefore, the film thickness is 2 to 100 μm, preferably 2 to 50 μm from the viewpoint of workability and economy.
[0016]
In addition, since the covering to a back surface edge changes with plastic viscosity (poise) of the ink used, it is preferable to determine a film thickness by balance with a plastic viscosity. The printing method is preferably the screen method in the present embodiment for full surface printing, but the pad method, offset method or gravure printing can also be used.
[0017]
[Table 1]
[0018]
[Embodiment 2]
FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram enlarging the surface of the guard blade in the second embodiment of the present invention.
In the figure, 42 is linear printing, and 5 is the pore edge in the shaving direction of the pore.
Other portions are the same as those described in the first embodiment, and a description thereof is omitted.
[0019]
In the present embodiment, an existing guard blade (manufactured by S Company) was used and created according to the following specifications.
[0020]
The line printing was performed by pad printing so that the line printing was positioned approximately at the center between the pitches of the arranged pores. Each line film thickness h was adjusted to create 10 samples. This was attached to a ready-made shaver, and its sharpness and shaving quality were compared and tested with the conventional ones. The test results are shown in Table 2.
[0021]
[Table 2]
[0022]
By linear printing (line coating width t30 to 100 μm), it was confirmed that the shaving comfort was remarkably improved compared to the conventional one. In addition, the sharpness is generally not inferior to that of the conventional blade. It is determined that the present embodiment is better than the sharpness in the first embodiment. Compared to the embodiment, the introduction into the pores of the eyelashes is smoother due to the difference in properties (difference in friction coefficient and difference in level structure) between the printed line of linear printing and the non-printed portion in the shaving direction of the pore. It seems to be because.
The linear film thickness h3 seems to have a slight difference in sharpness compared to h1 and h2, but this seems to be due to a subtle difference in introduction into the pores of the previous eyelashes.
[0023]
When the film thickness is 2 μm or less, the line printing is not preferable because line breakage occurs. Further, when the thickness is 100 μm or more, linear printing itself cannot be formed. Therefore, the wire film thickness h is 2 to 100 μm, preferably 2 to 50 μm.

The specifications of the
[0026]
The
As a result of the comparative test, the sharpness was hardly changed in both cases, and in the determination of shaving comfort, “slightly inferior” in the case of no print film was judged as “very good” in the present embodiment.
[0027]
In the third embodiment, the printed
On the contrary, in order to maintain the effect of shaving comfort for a long time, it is necessary to increase the printing thickness. In this case, as in
[0028]
In each of the above-described embodiments, one example has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this range, and can be appropriately selected within the scope of the object of the present invention and the scope of the claims. .
Further, the ink used in the printing of the present invention is not limited to ordinary printing ink, and an appropriate amount of fluororesin mixed with ordinary printing ink or a fluororesin paint may be used as it is. it can.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
