Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a guide jig for inserting a guide pin for guiding a skin incision position and insertion of an osteosynthesis material when an osteosynthesis material used for treatment of a neck fracture of a femur is implanted at an appropriate position.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Usually, for the fracture of the neck of the femur, implants are inserted from the femoral shaft to support and join the fracture, but in this case, to insert the implant to the appropriate position As a guide, a guide pin is always inserted in advance.
The neck and head extending from the femur are inclined with respect to the femoral shaft axis, so it is necessary to check the angle between the neck and head relative to the femoral shaft axis when inserting the guide pin. There is.
[0003]
A reference device A is used to check the angle between the neck and the head of the head, and an example of the reference device is shown in FIG. The reference body A includes a base 21, a pointer 22 connected thereto at an angle of 135 °, and a pointer 23 connected thereto at an angle of 145 °. The reason why such an angle is adopted is that the angle formed by the cervix and the head of the head with respect to the main body of the human femur is approximately these two types, and an angle close to this angle is selected as the central axis of the cervix / the head of the head. And guideline for guide pin insertion. 24 is a handle in the figure.
[0004]
That is, the patient is laid on an operating table at an appropriate position (for example, sideways), X-rays are seen through the affected thigh, and the angle formed between the neck and the head relative to the femoral shaft 5 is confirmed. Align any of the pointers 22 or 23 of the device A and align them with the center axis direction of the neck and bone head, remove the reference device A while putting it on, or write down the pointer direction on the skin, and then remove the femur. The stem is unfolded so as to be exposed, and the guide pin is inserted from the femoral stem along the guide position using the guide pin insertion jig B.
[0005]
3 and 2 show a guide pin insertion jig B and an example of its use. The guide pin insertion jig B includes a trapezoidal head 25, an arm 29 supporting the same, and a handle 30 connected to the arm 29. The trapezoidal head 25 has a seat surface 26 in contact with the femoral shaft 5 and a bottom surface thereof. The slope 28 has a trapezoidal shape formed by slopes 27 and 28. The slope 28 is provided with a guide hole 31 for inserting a guide pin penetrating toward the seating surface 25 and a guide auxiliary hole 32 as necessary. The guide pin is not always inserted into the appropriate position at one time, and an error may occur in the left and right or up and down insertion positions. Can be.
The guide hole 31 and the auxiliary hole 32 may have a loose hole diameter so that the guide pin can be freely inserted, and may have a flat race track-like hole shape so as to have a degree of freedom of insertion. Good.
[0006]
As shown in FIG. 2, when inserting the guide pin 33, the insertion jig B supports the holding surface 30 of the head 25 by holding the handle 30 so that the seating surface 25 abuts on the upper side surface of the femoral shaft 5. When trying to insert the guide pin 33 through the 25 guide holes 31, an imaginary line (axial line) 37 for inserting the guide pin into the bone head 34 having a certain angle from the center line 38 of the diaphysis 5 is referred to as the reference device 1. The guide pin is inserted in the same direction as the direction indicated by the pointer 2.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional method, the guide pin for implant insertion is inserted while the above-described reference device A and guide pin insertion jig B are applied to the fractured portion. Have to be supported so that each holds a fixed position, and the treatment is very troublesome. In addition, it is difficult to select a direction coinciding with the axis to the head of the bone using the pointer having the configuration like the reference device A, and there is a problem that accuracy is lacking.
In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a guide pin guide jig for an osteosynthesis implant in a femoral fracture in which a guide pin can be accurately and easily inserted.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a pointer 2 indicating an axis direction of a bone head is swung through an angle adjuster 3 on one side 1a of a support 1 composed of two sides intersecting at right angles. It is movably fixed, the tip of the other side 1b of the support 1 is fixed to the connecting rod 4, and the guide pin guide head 6 which comes into contact with the upper end face of the femur 5 is slidably connected via the arm 7 to the connecting rod 4. A guide pin guide jig for an osteosynthesis implant in a femoral fracture, characterized in that the jig is fixed to the guide pin.
In the guide pin guide jig of the present invention, it is preferable that the surface of the seating surface 25 of the guide pin guide head 6 and one side 1a of the support are respectively positioned in parallel.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on an embodiment shown in the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a guide pin guide jig for a femoral fracture implant according to the present invention. A support 1 for supporting a pointer 2, an arm 7 for supporting a guide pin guide head 6, and the arm 7 support are connected. And a connecting rod 4.
[0010]
The support 1 has two sides 1a and 1b intersecting at right angles and connected to each other, and an angle adjuster 3 is fixed to the side 1a. It is locked so that it can swing (swing) freely. The other end of the side 1b is fixed to a connecting rod.
Further, the guide pin guide head 6 has the guide pin insertion hole 31 as described above, and the face seat 26 which passes through a desired number of auxiliary holes (for example, as shown in FIG. 2) as required, and is fixed. The other end of the arm 7 is slidably connected to the connecting rod 4 by a stator 8.
It is preferable that the direction of the seating surface 2 in contact with the femoral shaft and the side 1a supporting the pointer 2 be parallel, so that the angle between the side 1a and the pointer 2 is equal to that of the femoral shaft 5 and the head 34. To match the angle of
[0011]
When using the jig of the present invention, first, the positions of the femoral shaft and the skull are confirmed by X-ray or the like, and the side 1a of the support 1 is aligned with the direction of the femoral shaft (axial axis 38). Then, the position and the pointing direction of the pointer 2 are fixed by operating the angle adjuster 3 in the direction of the skull axis 37, and then the incised and exposed femoral stem bone is seated on the seating surface 26 of the guide head 6. Is in contact with the femur, since the pointer 2 points in the direction of the skull axis 37, the guide pin can be inserted through the insertion guide hole 31 of the guide head 6 along that direction. Since the correct position is shown, the insertion direction of the guide pin is not mistaken.
[0012]
The position of the pointer 2 can be easily confirmed by operating the angle adjuster 3, and the position of the guide head 6 can be easily set by moving the stator 8.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention integrates the pointer and the guide head into one structure to make it easy to use. When the guide pin is inserted, the pointer moves in the axial direction of the bone head (the appropriate direction of the fractured part / bone head). ), The guide pin can be inserted along the guide pin, that is, the positional deviation of the guide pin insertion angle can be prevented, so that not only skilled doctors but also doctors with low skill can easily do so.
