Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cable holding member for holding a cable on a construction surface.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in buildings such as condominiums, as shown in FIG. 8, a cable C for electric power or communication is provided in a space between a ceiling slab CS and a ceiling plate CP. In addition, a cable holding member CH is used to fix the cable C arranged as described above.
[0003]
In the conventional cable holding member CH, a portion fixed to the construction surface and a portion holding the cable C are formed continuously and integrally using a synthetic resin or the like (for example, see Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Patent No. 2817034 (Page 2, FIG. 2)
[Patent Document 2]
JP-A-2002-354638 (pages 3-4, FIGS. 5 and 8)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional cable holding member CH, since the dimensions of the portion for holding the cable C were constant, the cable C was changed to a larger outside diameter after the installation or when the cable C was added. When the dimensions of the cable holding member CH were insufficient, the workability was low because the cable holding member CH had to be removed from the working surface and replaced. In addition, since separate cable holding members CH having different dimensions from the outer diameter of the entire cable C to be held must be prepared, the cost is high and the economic efficiency is low.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cable holding member capable of improving workability and economy.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 includes a base fixed to a construction surface, and a clamp detachably attached to the base to hold a cable.
[0008]
According to the present invention, since a plurality of types of clamps having different dimensions are prepared, it is possible to cope with various situations in which the outer diameter and the number of cables are different, but the base can be shared. The cost can be reduced and the economy can be improved as compared with the case where a plurality of types are prepared. In addition, when the dimensions need to be changed, such as when the number of cables is added after the installation, it can be dealt with simply by replacing the clamps, and there is no need to remove the base from the installation surface. Can be improved.
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the clamp is provided on the base between a closed position forming an annular shape that surrounds the entire circumference of the cable together with the base and an open position where a part of the annular shape is opened. It is characterized in that it is movably mounted with respect to it.
[0010]
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, a cable can be taken in and out between a clamp and a base only by moving a clamp to an open position, and after introducing a cable, it can prevent falling off of a cable only by moving a clamp to a closed position. Therefore, the workability is improved as compared with the case where the clamp needs to be removed when the cable is taken in and out, and the clamp does not need to be removed, so that the clamp can be prevented from being lost.
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the base has a base fixed to the construction surface and two tubular portions erected from the base and each having at least one end opened, and the clamp has elasticity. A main part and two connecting pieces extending from the main part and inserted into one of the cylindrical parts, each of which has an engaging claw elastically contacting the inner surface of the cylindrical part. Each of the cylindrical portions is provided with an engaging portion that engages with an engaging claw.
[0012]
According to the present invention, since the clamp can be easily attached to the base by the engagement between the engagement claw and the engagement portion, the workability is improved as compared with a case where a screw is used to attach the clamp.
[0013]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the third aspect of the present invention, one of the cylindrical portions is engaged with the engaging claw of the other connecting piece at a position where the other connecting piece is not inserted into the other cylindrical portion, and the disengagement occurs. It is characterized in that a temporary fixing engagement portion for preventing the occurrence is provided.
[0014]
According to the present invention, by engaging the engaging claw of one of the connecting pieces with the temporary fixing engaging portion of the one of the cylindrical portions, the base and the clamp can be connected between the other connecting piece and the other of the cylindrical portions. Since the cable can be taken in and out between the cables, it is not necessary to remove the clamp when taking in and out the cable, so that the workability is improved. At this time, the clamp is prevented from falling off from the base, so that the clamp is prevented from being lost.
[0015]
The invention of claim 5 is characterized in that, in the invention of claim 3 or claim 4, the engagement portions are through holes communicating with the inside and outside of the cylindrical portion, respectively.

[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the present embodiment includes a base 1 fixed to a work surface such as a ceiling, and a clamp detachably attached to the base 1 to hold a cable (not shown) between the base 1 and the base 1. 2 The base 1 and the clamp 2 are each made of a synthetic resin such as polyacetal. Hereinafter, the up, down, left, and right directions are based on FIG. 1A, and the up and down direction in FIG.
[0019]
More specifically, the base 1 has a rectangular flat base 11 fixed by bringing the back surface (the upper surface in FIG. 1A) into contact with the construction surface, and a vertically downwardly arranged side by side with the surface of the base 11. It has a first tubular portion 12 and a second tubular portion 13 each having a rectangular tubular shape. The first cylindrical portion 12 has a larger projecting dimension from the base 11 than the second cylindrical portion 13. Two screw insertion holes 11a for screwing the base 1 to the construction surface are provided in the base portion 11 so as to be arranged in the front-rear direction so as to penetrate through the front and back surfaces. A reinforcing piece connected between the first tubular portion 12 and the second tubular portion 13 and connected to the base portion 11, the first tubular portion 12, and the second tubular portion 13, respectively, for ensuring mechanical strength. 14 are provided. Inside the first cylindrical portion 12, a partition portion 12a that divides the space into two right and left is provided. A first through-hole 12b and a second through-hole 12c are provided vertically on the wall of the first cylindrical portion 12 on the side remote from the second cylindrical portion 13. A third through-hole 13a is formed in a wall of the second cylindrical portion 13 on a side remote from the first cylindrical portion 12.
[0020]
The clamp 2 includes an elongated main portion 23, a first connecting piece 22 and a second connecting portion 22 which extend in the same direction from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the main portion 23 and form a U-shape as a whole together with the main portion 23. And a guide piece 21 parallel to the first coupling piece 22 at a position between the first coupling piece 22 and the second coupling piece 24 and close to the first coupling piece 22. . The projecting dimensions of the guide piece 21 and the first connecting piece 22 from the main part 23 are substantially the same, and the projecting dimensions of the second connecting piece 24 from the main part 23 are the guide piece 21 and the first connecting piece. It is smaller than the piece 22. At the end near the main portion 23 of the first coupling piece 22 and the second coupling piece 24, the thickness dimension in the direction in which the first coupling piece 22 and the second coupling piece 24 are arranged is reduced. The first coupling piece 22 and the second coupling piece 24 can be bent in a direction that changes the distance between the first coupling piece 22 and the second coupling piece 24. Protrusions 25, 26 protruding in the direction away from the other coupling pieces 22, 24 are provided at the ends of the first coupling piece 22 and the second coupling piece 24, respectively, on the side remote from the main part 23. is there. Each of the protrusions 25 and 26 is provided with an inclined surface that reduces the protrusion dimension as the distance from the main portion 23 increases.
[0021]
The guide piece 21 of the clamp 2 is inserted inside the first tubular portion 12 and closer to the second tubular portion 13 than the partition portion 12a, and the first connecting piece 22 is connected to the first tubular portion 12. Is inserted on the side farther from the second cylindrical portion 13 than the partition portion 12a. At this time, when the guide piece 21 abuts on the inside of the first cylindrical portion 12, the movement of the clamp 2 in the left-right direction in FIG. 1A is restricted, and the protrusion 25 of the first coupling piece 22 is moved to the first position. To be in elastic contact with the inside of the cylindrical part 12 of FIG. The clamp 2 is movable with respect to the base 1 between a position where the projection 25 of the first coupling piece 22 engages with the first through hole 12b and a position where it engages with the second through hole 12c. Has become.
[0022]
At the position where the projection 25 is engaged with the first through hole 12b, a gap is provided between the second coupling piece and the second cylindrical portion 13, and a cable is provided between the base 1 and the clamp 2 through this gap. Can be introduced. When the clamp 2 is slid from this position (hereinafter referred to as an “open position”) in a direction approaching the base 11 of the base 1, the second coupling piece 24 is introduced into the second tubular portion 13, and the clamp 2 is moved. It forms a ring shape with the base 1. When the clamp 2 is further slid and the projection 25 of the first coupling piece 22 is engaged with the second through hole 12c as shown in FIG. 3, the projection 26 of the second coupling piece 24 is simultaneously moved to the third through hole. 13a, the slide of the clamp 2 in a direction away from the base 11 of the base 1 is prohibited. That is, the projections 25 and 26 are the engaging claws, the second and third through holes 12c and 13a are the engaging portions, respectively, and the first through hole 12b is the temporarily engaging portion.
[0023]
From the state where the clamp 2 is in the position shown in FIG. 3 (hereinafter, referred to as a “closed position”), in order to insert and remove the cable between the clamp 2 and the base 1, each of the projections 25 and 26 must be inserted through the second through hole. A force is applied so as to separate the clamp 2 from the base 11 of the base 1 while pressing the clamp 2 into the hole 12c and the third through hole 13a to release the engagement. Then, the clamp 2 moves to the open position again, and the cable can be put in and out between the clamp 2 and the base 1. Here, the front and rear sides of the second through hole 12c of the first cylindrical portion 12 and the front and rear sides of the third through hole 13a of the second cylindrical portion 13 communicate with the through holes 12c and 13a, respectively. Notches are provided so that the projections 25 and 26 can be easily pushed into the second through hole 12c and the third through hole 13a.
[0024]
According to the above-described configuration, by configuring the base 1 and the clamp 2, a plurality of types of the clamps 2 having different dimensions are prepared, so that it is possible to cope with various situations in which the outer diameter and the number of cables are different. Since the base 1 can be shared, the cost can be reduced and the economic efficiency can be improved as compared with a case where a plurality of types of the entire cable holding member are prepared. In addition, when the dimensions need to be changed due to an increase in the number of cables after the installation, it can be dealt with only by replacing the clamp 2, and there is no need to remove the base 1 from the installation surface. Performance can be improved. Furthermore, if an appropriate clamp is prepared, it is possible to hold not only the cable but also the piping material, and to cope with a change in the direction of the cable without removing the base 1 from the construction surface.
[0025]
Further, if the clamp 2 is moved to the open position, the cable can be taken in and out between the clamp 2 and the base 1, and it is not necessary to remove the clamp 2. Therefore, it is necessary to remove the clamp 2 when taking in and out the cable. The workability is improved as compared with the case where there is. Further, in the open position, the engagement of the projection 25 with the first through hole 12b prevents the clamp 2 from coming off, so that the clamp 2 can be prevented from being lost.
[0026]
It should be noted that the base 11 may be attached using a double-sided adhesive tape or an adhesive instead of being screwed to the construction surface.
[0027]
By the way, in the conventional cable holding member, the cable holding member that can easily hold the cable generally has a problem that the cable easily falls off, and the cable holding member that does not easily fall off the cable generally has troublesome work of holding the cable. In view of this, the present inventor has proposed a cable holding member shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 as a cable holding member that can easily hold a cable and that does not easily fall off the cable, separately from the above-described cable holding member. are doing.
[0028]
The cable holding member 3 is made of, for example, a synthetic resin such as nylon, and has a base 31 fixed to a construction surface, a cable holding piece 34 for holding a cable (not shown), and the cable holding piece 34 separated from the base 31. A biasing spring piece 33 for urging in the direction, and a cable holding piece 34 abutting against the cable holding piece 34 when the cable holding piece 34 is pushed in so as to approach the base 31 against the spring force of the biasing spring piece 33, and the cable is pressed. After being deformed into an enclosing shape, a hook-shaped piece 32 that locks the cable holding piece 34 and inhibits deformation is continuously and integrally provided.
[0029]
More specifically, the base 31 has a rectangular flat plate shape, and has screw insertion holes 31a for screwing to a construction surface, penetrating from the front and back, and is fixed with the back surface facing the construction surface. The hook-like pieces 32 project from both ends of the surface of the base 31 and are bent in directions in which the tips approach each other. The biasing spring piece 33 is formed in a rhombus shape, has elasticity in a diagonal direction, and is connected to the base 31 between two hook-shaped pieces 32. The cable holding piece 34 is formed in a U-shape in which an intermediate portion is formed to be thin, and can be bent so as to change the distance between both ends. The convex side of the intermediate portion is connected to the biasing spring piece 33. ing. A notch 34 a is provided on the outer surface of the tip of the cable holding piece 34. In addition, an inclined surface is provided on the surface of the hook-shaped piece 32 on the side away from the base 31 at the front end, the thickness of the hook-shaped piece 32 decreasing as it approaches the tip.
[0030]
In the state shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, both ends of the cable holding piece 34 are located on opposite sides of the base 31 with the tip of the hook-shaped piece 32 interposed therebetween. In order to hold the cable, the cable is introduced between both ends of the cable holding piece 34, and then the cable holding piece 34 is pressed in such a manner as to approach the base 31 against the spring force of the biasing spring piece 33. Then, the outer surfaces of both ends of the cable holding piece 34 are guided by the inclined surface at the front end of the hook-shaped piece 32, so that the cable holding piece 34 bends so as to bring both ends closer. When the cable holding piece 34 is further pushed in, the cable holding piece 34 returns as shown in FIG. 6, and the tip of the hook-shaped piece 32 engages with the notch 34 a of the cable holding piece 34, and the base of the cable holding piece 34. Movement away from 31 is prohibited. At the same time, the cable holding piece 34 is held so that both ends do not separate by contacting the hook-shaped pieces 32 at both ends. Here, both ends of the cable holding piece 34 are opposed to each other in a state where the tips of the hook-shaped pieces 32 are engaged with the notches 34 a of the cable holding piece 34 (hereinafter referred to as “closed state”). Each has a projection 34b protruding therefrom. The distance between the protrusions 34b at both ends of the cable holding piece 34 in the closed state is set to be sufficiently smaller than the outer diameter of the cable to be used, and the protrusion 34b prevents the cable from falling off.
[0031]
In order to return from the closed state shown in FIG. 6 to the state in which the cable shown in FIG. 4 can be taken in and out (hereinafter referred to as an “open state”), a force is applied so that both ends of the cable holding piece 34 are brought close to each other, The cable holding piece 34 is moved in a direction away from the base 31 while applying a force so that the tips of the hook-shaped pieces 32 are separated from each other to release the engagement between the notch 34a and the tip of the hook-shaped piece 32. Then, both ends of the cable holding piece 34 are separated from each other again so that the cable can be taken in and out.
[0032]
According to this configuration, it is possible to easily hold the cable in the closed state only by applying a pressing force to the cable introduced between both ends of the cable holding piece 34 in the open state. Further, since the closed state is not easily returned to the open state, it is possible to prevent the cable from falling off.
[0033]
Further, the present inventor has proposed another type of a cable holding member as shown in FIG. 7 as a cable holding member capable of easily holding the cable and preventing the cable from falling off. Hereinafter, the vertical and horizontal directions will be described with reference to FIG.
[0034]
The cable holding member 4 is formed of a synthetic resin molded product such as nylon, for example, and has a base 41 fixed to the construction surface and a hook-like shape protruding from the base 41 and having a tip approaching the base 41. The hook portion 42, the first protrusion 44 projecting from the tip of the hook portion 42 toward the base 41, and intersecting with the projection direction of the first protrusion 44 from the tip of the hook portion 42. A second protrusion 45 protruding in a direction approaching the connecting portion between the hook portion 42 and the base portion 41, and a first protrusion 44 protruding from the base portion 41 and having a front portion. A spring piece 43 that is located between the second projection 45 and the projection 45 and has elasticity in the direction in which the second projection 45 projects.
[0035]
Hereinafter, the shape of each part will be specifically described with reference to FIG. The base 41 has a rectangular flat plate shape, and screw insertion holes 41a for screwing to a construction surface are provided in front and back, and are fixed to the construction surface with the back surface facing. The hook portion 42 is formed vertically from the right end of the surface of the base portion 41 and has a tip portion bent leftward to form a J-shape. The spring piece 43 is thinly formed from the left end of the base 41 in a direction approaching the tip of the hook part 42, is formed to be thin, has elasticity, and is capable of bending right and left. Further, the spring piece 43 is easily bent by bending a plurality of times in the thickness direction. A first protruding portion 44 protruding upward and a second protruding portion 45 protruding rightward are provided at the tip of the hook portion 42. The tip of the spring piece 43 is located near the right side of the first protrusion 44.
[0036]
In order for the cable holding member 4 to hold the cable, the cable is pushed along the spring piece 43 between the spring piece 43 and the first protrusion 44. Then, the spring piece 43 is deformed and the cable is introduced, and then the spring piece 43 returns to hold the cable. That is, it is only necessary to push the cable between the spring piece 43 and the first protrusion 44 along the spring piece 43, so that the cable can be easily held. Here, even if the spring piece 43 is pushed from the inside by the cable, the cable does not come off because the first protrusion 44 inhibits the outward bending of the spring piece 43. Further, the cable from below is prevented from entering the gap between the spring piece 43 and the first protrusion 44 from the lower side by the second protrusion 45. The gap between them is not opened by the cable. Therefore, the gap for taking in and out the cable is not opened unless force is applied to the spring piece 43 from the outside, and there is no possibility that the cable will fall off.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
The invention according to claim 1 includes a base fixed to the construction surface and a clamp detachably attached to the base to hold the cable. Since the base can be shared while being able to cope with various situations with different diameters and numbers, the cost can be reduced and the economic efficiency can be improved as compared with a case where a plurality of types of the entire cable holding member are prepared. . In addition, when the dimensions need to be changed, such as when the number of cables is added after the installation, it can be dealt with simply by replacing the clamps, and there is no need to remove the base from the installation surface. Can be improved.
[0038]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the clamp is provided on the base between a closed position forming an annular shape surrounding the entire circumference of the cable together with the base and an open position in which a part of the annular shape is opened. The cable can be moved freely between the clamp and the base simply by moving the clamp to the open position, and after the cable is introduced, the cable can be dropped simply by moving the clamp to the closed position. Therefore, the workability can be improved as compared with the case where the clamp needs to be removed when the cable is taken in and out, and the clamp can be prevented from being lost because the clamp does not need to be removed.
[0039]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the present invention, the clamp is attached to the base by the engagement between the coupling claw and the engaging portion. Installation is easy, and workability is improved.
[0040]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the third aspect of the present invention, the temporary fixing engagement portion engages with the engagement claw of the other coupling piece at a position where one of the coupling pieces is not inserted into the one cylindrical portion to prevent the one coupling piece from coming off. Is provided on the other cylindrical portion, so that the engaging claw of one connecting piece is engaged with the temporary fixing engaging portion of the one cylindrical portion, so that the base is passed between the other connecting piece and the other cylindrical portion. The cable can be taken in and out between the cable and the clamp, and it is not necessary to remove the clamp when the cable is taken in and out, so that the workability is improved. At this time, the clamp is prevented from falling off from the base, so that the clamp is prevented from being lost.
[0041]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the third or fourth aspect of the invention, the engaging portions are formed as through holes communicating with the inside and outside of the cylindrical portion.
