【発明が解決しようとする課題】
今後テレビ放送のデジタル化が進むことによって例えばBSデジタル放送受信テレビや地上波デジタル放送受信テレビといった受信機能の異なるテレビが登場すると考えられ、その際、一つのテレビで他のテレビのみで受信可能な番組を見たいと言う要望があると考えられる。またテレビの大型化が進むことによって、一画面に複数のテレビ番組を表示したいという要望が大きくなると予想される。しかしながら従来の技術ではあくまでアンテナ信号を再変調して受信装置に伝送するだけであり、また一つの番組しか無線伝送することができない。

前記従来の課題を解決するために本発明のテレビワイヤレス送受信システムは、無線通信手段を備えたテレビジョン放送受信装置を備えたシステムであって、映像信号、音声信号及びリモコンより受信したリモコン信号を無線信号に変調して送信する無線送信手段と、他の無線通信手段を備えたテレビジョン放送受信装置からの無線信号を受信して映像信号、音声信号及びリモコン信号に復調する無線受信手段と、屋外の電波より受信した映像信号及びテレビの外部接続機器からの映像信号及び無線受信手段からの映像信号を合成して表示させるビデオプロセッサと、屋外の電波より受信した音声信号及びテレビの外部接続機器からの音声信号及び他のテレビジョン放送受信装置からの音声信号から1つを選択するための音声切り換え手段を備えたものであり、ある一つの番組の映像と音声を送信するのではなく、複数の映像を合成するビデオプロセッサを備え、その合成された画像を伝送することにより受信側のテレビにて仮想的に複数の映像を表示することが可能となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。

図1は、テレビワイヤレス送受信システムの構成を示している。テレビ受信装置101はBSデジタル放送及び地上波デジタル放送を受信可能であり、屋外に設置されたBSデジタルアンテナ103及び地上波アンテナ104が接続されている。また外部接続機器105がAV入力端子経由で接続されており外部機器にて再生された映像及び音声をテレビ受信装置101にて視聴可能である。テレビ受信装置102はデジタル地上波放送を受信できるテレビ受信装置であって地上波アンテナ104にて受信した番組を視聴可能である。テレビ受信装置101、102ともに自身で受信した映像、音声及びリモコン信号を無線送信部106にて送信することができ、また送られてきた無線信号を無線受信部107にて受信し、ビデオプロセッサ111にて自身のテレビ映像と無線通信にて受信した映像を合成して表示することができる。図1ではテレビ受信装置101のBSデジタル受信映像Aと外部機器の映像B及び無線通信によって受信したテレビ受信装置102のデジタル地上波放送の映像Cが表示されている様子を示している。テレビ受信装置102においても同様にテレビ受信装置101からの無線信号を受信することにより自身では受信不可能なBSデジタル信号及び外部機器の映像及び音声を視聴することができる。

図2は、テレビ受信装置101の詳細な構成を示している。テレビ受信装置102も無線送受信部についてはテレビ受信装置101と同様の構成であるため、テレビ受信装置101のみを用いて説明する。BSデジタルアンテナ103にて受信した信号はBSデジタルチューナー部108にて所望のチャンネルが選局されシステムLSI109にて映像と音声が復調される。同様に地上波アンテナ104にて受信した信号はデジタル地上波チューナー部110にて所望のチャンネルが選局されシステムLSI109にて映像と音声が復調される。システムLSI109にて復調された映像信号201はビデオプロセッサ111に入力され、外部接続機器105からの映像信号202や無線受信部107にて受信した映像信号203とを切換もしくは合成してCRTといった表示装置112に出力しテレビ受信装置101の映像として表示することができる。システムLSI109にて復調された音声信号204は音声切換回路113に入力され、外部接続機器105からの音声信号205や無線受信部107にて受信した音声信号206とを切り換えてスピーカー114へ出力し、テレビ受信装置101の音声として出力することができる。リモコン受信部115はテレビ受信装置101を制御するためのリモコン信号207をシステムLSI109に出力し、またテレビ受信装置102を制御するためにテレビ受信装置102用のリモコン信号を無線送信部106へ出力する。

無線送信部106はビデオプロセッサ111からの映像信号208、音声切換回路からの音声信号209及びリモコン受信部115からのリモコン信号210を受信し所定のRF周波数に変調、変換し送信アンテナ116より電波として送信される。なお、変調したRF信号の出力周波数はテレビ受信装置毎に設定でき、送受信による混信を避けることができる。一方受信機側ではテレビ受信装置102の送信アンテナ116にて送信されている電波を受信アンテナ117にて受信し、無線受信部107にて映像、音声及びリモコン信号が復調される。無線受信部107にて復調されたリモコン信号213はシステムLSI109へ出力され所望の制御が行われる。また、このリモコン信号が外部接続機器105のものであった場合はシステムLSI109を経由しリモコン信号発生器119よりリモコン信号が送られ外部接続機器105を制御することが可能である。

なお、本実施の形態において1対1の送受信システムとして説明したが、1対nの送受信システムであっても良いものとし、またテレビ受信装置101はBSデジタルおよび地上波デジタル受信装置とし、テレビ受信装置102は地上波デジタル放送受信装置としたがこれに限定するものではなく、例えばCSデジタル受信装置であったり、さらに多くの放送を受信できるものであったりしてもよいものとする。また、映像表示においては図1において3つの映像を同時に表示しているが、これに限定するものではなくさらに多くの映像を同時に表示しても良いものとする。

以上のように、本発明のテレビ信号ワイヤレス送受信システムによれば、例えばBSデジタル放送の受信回路を持たないテレビ受信装置にてBSデジタル放送を簡易的に受信することができるだけでなく、複数の番組を一つのテレビ画面に表示させることができる。
