Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to improvement of a beverage container, for example, a PET bottle, and more specifically, a liquid component composed of drinking water is separately stored in a main body, and a powder component composed of powdered tea is separately stored in a storage portion of a cap, and both of them are stored. The present invention relates to a plastic bottle that is mixed for drinking.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The main body 101 of the PET bottle 100 is filled with drinking water 102, and the bottle mouth 103 of the body 101 is sealed by screwing a cap 104 on. A plastic bottle has been proposed in which a powdered tea (granular flavoring material) 106 is placed in a storage section 105, and a liquid component and a powder component each having an open end 107 sealed with a sealing material 108 are separately stored. (For example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-114259 (page 1, FIG. 3).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-mentioned conventional one, at the time of drinking, the cap 104 is once removed, the seal 108 of the storage section 105 is peeled off, the powdered tea (seasoning material) 106 in the storage section is put into the drinking water 102 of the main body 101, and the cap 104 is again closed. After screwing and mixing, the bottle is removed from the bottle opening for drinking.
In other words, powdered tea is mixed with drinking water for the first time at the time of drinking, so that it is possible to taste delicious tea that does not impair the original flavor of the powdered tea at the time of drinking.
In other words, there is no need to add an antioxidant or preservative to maintain the quality of tea leaves, such as those made by dissolving the essence of tea leaves in drinking water or extracting tea leaves with hot water. You can taste its own taste.
[0005]
By the way, the above-mentioned conventional PET bottle requires that a cap be removed once when powdered tea (flavoring material) in the storage section is mixed with drinking water, and the powdered tea in the storage section is removed from the bottle opening of the PET bottle. Easy to spill, especially in the windy outdoors, etc., because the storage part is cylindrical, powdered tea inside is easy to remain without remaining, and it is immersed due to the sealing structure by sticking aluminum foil etc. When in the state, there are problems such as easy peeling and lack of airtight reliability.
[0006]
[Means to solve the problem]
The present invention solves the above problems,
In the first invention, a cap 4 is detachably screwed to a screw portion 2d of a bottle opening 2a of a main body 2 filled with drinking water 3, and a powdered tea 8 is hermetically stored in the screwed cap 4. The middle cylinder 7 is detachably connected to the cap while being inserted into the bottle opening when the cap is screwed in, and the middle cylinder 7 is dropped into drinking water when the cap is removed. In a plastic bottle in which the powdered tea 8 and the drinking water 3 in the storage section 7a are mixed,
The middle cylinder 7 has a storage portion 7a for storing the powdered tea 8, a guide hole 7e provided in a bottom portion 7d of the storage portion, and a lower end locking portion of the bottle mouth 2a of the main body 2 when the cap is screwed. The cap includes a closing portion 4e that fits and adheres to the opening end 7i on the upper surface of the storage portion to close the opening end, and a guide hole 7e of the storage portion 7a. The present invention proposes a plastic bottle comprising a support rod 6 provided with a hermetically sealed portion 6b having an outer diameter equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of a guide hole that passes airtightly.
[0007]
Further, in the second invention, a cap 4 is detachably screwed onto a screw portion 2d of a bottle mouth 2a of the main body 2 filled with drinking water 3, and the powdered tea 8 is hermetically stored in the screwed cap 4. When the cap is screwed into the bottle, the middle cylinder 7 is detachably connected to the cap while being inserted into the bottle opening, and when the cap is removed, the middle cylinder 7 is dropped into drinking water. In a plastic bottle in which the powdered tea 8 and the drinking water 3 in the storage section 7a of No. 7 are mixed,
The middle cylinder 7 has a storage portion 7a for storing the powdered tea 8, a guide hole 7e provided in a bottom portion 7d of the storage portion, and a lower end locking portion of the bottle mouth 2a of the main body 2 when the cap is screwed. The cap 4 is engaged with an opening 7i on the upper surface of the storage portion 7a to close the opening 7i, and the guide of the storage portion 7a. A hermetic plug portion 6b having the same diameter as or slightly larger than the diameter of a guide hole that passes through the hole 7e in an airtight manner, and a lower end protruding downward from the guide hole by a length that ensures a pressing dimension and further protruding. The present invention proposes a plastic bottle comprising a support rod 6 screwed to a cap having a pressing portion 6f having an outer diameter larger than the diameter of the guide hole at the lower end 6c.
[0008]

[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 6 show a first embodiment of the present invention.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a PET bottle. A main body 2 made of a synthetic resin such as a PET resin (PET) is filled with drinking water 3 such as mineral water.
Reference numeral 4 denotes a cap made of a synthetic resin such as polypropylene resin (PP), which is detachably screwed to the bottle opening 2a on the upper part of the main body 2, and a screw portion formed on the inner peripheral wall surface 4b of the side peripheral portion 4a. 4c is detachably screwed to a screw portion 2d formed on the outer peripheral surface 2c of the bottle mouth 2a.
[0011]
An annular groove 4d is formed on the inner surface of the cap 4, and a packing 5 is provided in the groove 4d so as to abut the opening end 2e of the bottle mouth when the cap is screwed.
A closed portion 4e projecting downward is formed at the center of the inner surface, and a concave detachable portion 4g is formed on a small-diameter outer surface on the lower side of the outer surface 4f formed in two steps in the upper and lower stages, and a lower end of the closed portion 4g is further formed. The length 4h is shorter than the lower end 4i of the side peripheral portion 4a.
[0012]
Further, a screw portion 4j is formed at the center of the closing portion 4e, and a support rod 6 described later is screwed to the screw portion.
The screw relationship between the screw portion 4j of the closing portion 4e and the screw portion 6a of the support rod 6 is opposite to the screw connection relationship between the cap and the screw portion of the bottle opening.
In other words, while the relationship between the cap and the bottle mouth is a normal screw (right-handed screw), the screw connection between the screw portion 4j of the cap closing portion 4e and the screw portion 6a of the support rod 6 is formed by a left-handed screw. It has a reverse screw relationship.
[0013]
Reference numeral 7 denotes a middle cylinder made of a synthetic resin such as a polypropylene resin (PP) or a pet resin (PET), and is connected to the closing portion 4e of the cap.
The middle cylinder 7 includes a storage portion 7a and a locking portion 7c,
The storage portion 7a is formed with a detachable portion 7k having a convex shape located at the opening end on the upper side, a bottom portion 7d, and a guide hole 7e located at the center of the bottom portion 7d.
Further, the locking portion 7c is formed with a locking claw portion 7f for locking to the lower locking portion 2f of the bottle opening 2a of the main body 2, and a slot 7g for imparting an appropriate elasticity to the locking claw portion and the like. Have been.
[0014]
Reference numeral 6 denotes a support rod made of a synthetic resin such as polypropylene resin (PP) as described above. The support rod 6 is formed by screwing a screw portion 6a at the upper end of the support rod 6 to a screw portion 4j of the cap 4. The connection with the support rod is screwed in a reverse screw relationship.
[0015]
The support rod 6 is configured such that the plug 6b near the lower end thereof is inserted into and passed through the guide hole 7e of the bottom 7d of the storage portion 7a, and the lower end 6c is slightly projected from the guide hole 7e.
Further, the support rod 6 has a portion through which the guide hole 7e passes, that is, the outer diameter of the sealing portion 6b is formed to be equal to or slightly larger than the hole diameter of the guide hole 7e. In addition to maintaining the airtightness of the storage portion 7a in close contact with the hole 7e, the end face 6d of the lower end portion 6c protruding from the guide hole 7e is provided with a fitting groove for a + or-driver or a hexagon wrench as necessary. The hole 6e for a tool such as a hexagonal step hole is formed to facilitate the screwing operation when the rod 6 and the cap 4 are screwed.
[0016]
Next, referring to FIGS. 1 and 3, the assembly of the cap and the intermediate cylinder and the case where these assembled parts are mounted on the bottle mouth will be described.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 2, first, the support rod 6 is attached to the middle cylinder 7. The support rod 6 is inserted from the lower surface side of the bottom part 7d of the storage part 7a until the sealing part 6b of the same rod is just located in the guide hole 7e. In this state, the powdered tea 8 finely pulverized with a tea sanding machine or the like is filled into the storage portion 7a from the opening end 7i side of the storage portion 7a.
[0018]
After the filling, the screw portion 4j of the cap 4 and the screw portion 6a at the upper end of the support rod 6 are screwed and tightened to the end. When the cap is tightened to the end, the closing part 4e of the cap fits tightly with the opening end 7i of the storage part 7a and closes the opening end.
In this case, the detachable portion 4g of the closing portion 4e of the cap 4 is fitted to the detached portion 7k of the opening end 7i of the storage portion 7a, and the middle cylinder 7 and the cap 4 are connected by an appropriate fitting force. Thus, the powdered tea 8 filled in the storage portion 7a is sealed by the closing portion 4e of the cap and the sealing portion 6b of the support rod (see FIG. 3).
[0019]
Since the cap 4 and the support bar 6 have a reverse screw relationship as described above, the support bar 6 is screwed by turning the counterclockwise counterclockwise. In this case, a driver is inserted into the tool fitting hole 6e on the lower end side. By operating this rod, the screwing operation becomes easier.
[0020]
The above-mentioned storage unit, in which the powdered tea 8 is stored and the cap 4 connected with the cap 4 by the support rod 6, is then attached to the bottle opening 2a.
When attaching to the bottle mouth 2a, the locking claw 7f side is inserted into the bottle mouth 2a from the locking claw 7f side in a state where the locking claw 7f side is slightly narrowed using the slot 7g.
[0021]
Then, the screw 4c of the cap is screwed into the screw 2d of the bottle opening 2a while the cap is slightly pressed down, and tightened. The middle cylinder body 7 integrated with the cap is also pushed downward by the tightening, and the locking claw 7f eventually rides over the lower locking part 2f of the bottle mouth 2a, and spreads outward by the inner peripheral wall surface of the bottle mouth until now. The locking claw portion 7f, which has been restrained, spreads outward due to its own elasticity and locks to the lower end locking portion 2f of the bottle mouth, so that the middle cylinder 7 is detached from the bottle mouth 2a (upward detachment). Will be blocked.
Note that, in this case, the cap is in a state where the tightening is finally completed, and the packing 5 on the inner surface of the cap comes into contact with the opening end 2e of the bottle mouth 2a to maintain the airtightness of the PET bottle 1 (see FIG. 1).
[0022]
Next, the case of drinking will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 4, 5, and 6. FIG.
At the time of drinking, in the state of FIG. 1, the cap 4 of the plastic bottle 1 is slightly turned to the left to loosen the screw, and the unauthorized opening confirmation part 41 at the lower end of the side peripheral part 4a of the cap 4 is detached with the rotation of the cap. Let me know that you've opened the cap once. At the same time, the middle cylinder 7 integral with the cap 4 also attempts to move upward. However, at this time, the locking claw portion 7f of the middle cylinder 7 is locked to the lower engagement portion 2f of the bottle mouth, so that the middle cylinder 7 is prevented from detaching from the bottle mouth, that is, moving upward. Is separated from the opening end 7i of the storage section 7 (see FIG. 4).
[0023]
At this time, the support rod 6 integrated with the cap also moves upward (pull-out direction), and further turns the cap in the same direction, whereby the hermetic plug portion 6b and then the lower end portion 6c are separated from the guide hole 7e of the storage portion 7a. (See FIG. 5).
The detachment from the guide hole can be visually recognized, and the turning force (operating force) suddenly becomes lighter, so that the driver can recognize the detachment.
Due to this detachment, the middle cylinder 7 is released from being restrained, and falls into the drinking water 3 in the main body 2 due to its own weight and a reaction at the time of detachment (see FIG. 6).
[0024]
After the middle cylinder 7 falls into the drinking water, the cap is retightened and the bottle is shaken to mix. In this case, the middle cylinder in the drinking water functions as a stirring member, stirring is promoted, and mixing is performed quickly. After mixing, loosen the cap again, remove from the bottle mouth, and drink.
[0025]
Next, a second embodiment will be described.
7 to 9 show a second embodiment.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a middle cylinder for storing powdered tea is forcibly dropped into drinking water by a support rod.
For this reason, a protruding dimension a from the lower end side of the support rod 6, that is, the guide hole 7e, is extended and a pressing portion 6f having an outer diameter larger than the guide hole diameter is provided at the lower end of the support rod.
[0026]
That is, in the figure, when the cap 4 is turned to loosen, the support rod 6 is once separated from the guide hole 7e, and then the cap 4 is turned again in the tightening direction, the pressing portion 6f on the lower end side of the support rod 6 The upper surface 7b side of the bottom 7d of the bottom 7a is pressed downward to forcibly drop the middle cylinder 7 into drinking water, and the length of the lower end side of the support rod 6 protruding from the guide hole 7e is extended. By forming, the dimension which can press and fall to the above-mentioned middle cylinder 7 correctly can be secured.
[0027]
In this embodiment, the support bar 6 is different not only in that the length a of the lower end side is extended, but also that a pressing portion 6f is formed at the lower end. The pressing portion 6f has an outer diameter larger than the diameter of the guide hole 7e, and has a tapered shape that expands downward. Reinsertion of the portion 6f into the guide hole 7e is prevented, and the upper surface 7b of the bottom 7d is reliably pressed.
In order to achieve the above object, the pressing portion 6f may be provided with a slot 6g for imparting elasticity formed in the insertion / removal direction, if necessary.
[0028]
Next, a third embodiment will be described.
10 and 11 show a third embodiment.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the cap 4 and the support bar 6 are not integrally connected with each other by a screw structure but are integrally formed.
That is, when the powdered tea 8 is filled in the middle cylindrical body 7, the lower end 6c of the support rod 6 is inserted into the guide hole 7e so that the powdered tea 8 does not fall out from the guide hole 7e of the bottom 7d of the storage portion 7a. While raising the cap 4, the powdered tea 8 is put into the storage section from the gap formed between the closed section 4e of the cap and the opening end 7i of the storage section 7a of the middle cylinder.
[0029]
Next, a fourth embodiment will be described.
FIG. 12 shows a fourth embodiment.
In the case of the second embodiment, the screw connection between the cap and the screw portion of the bottle mouth is an external screw system, whereas in this embodiment, the screw connection structure between the cap 4 and the middle cylinder 7 is an internal screw system. They differ in points. That is, the cap has a screw portion 4c formed on the outer peripheral surface 4f of the closing portion 4e, and the bottle mouth 2 has a screw portion 2d formed on the inner peripheral wall of the bottle mouth 2a.
[0030]
Although each of the above embodiments has been described with respect to the case where powdered tea is used as a powder component, the present invention is not limited to this, and is used as a plastic bottle in the case of coffee powder, juice powder or other flavoring material powder. It can also be implemented when used.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
In claims 1 and 2,
As in the conventional example, it is not necessary to perform a troublesome operation of once removing the cap to mix the powdered tea with the drinking water, and once the cap is removed, the middle cylinder falls into the water. The powdered tea in the storage part can be mixed with drinking water without remaining in the same part.
[0032]
In addition, if the PET bottle is shaken in a state where the middle cylinder is dropped into the drinking water, the middle cylinder functions as a stirring member, and the powdered tea can be quickly and surely mixed with the drinking water.
In addition, since the cap and the support rod are screwed in, the powder tea can be put in the storage part with the cap open and the open end of the storage part opened, so that the powder tea can be filled. Easy to do.
[0033]
In addition, the powdered tea filled in the storage unit is normally closed at its upper end by the cap closing part and the bottom guide hole by the support rod in an airtight manner. The airtightness is maintained for a long time, and the powdered tea does not deteriorate.
In addition, since the storage portion of the middle cylindrical body that has fallen into the drinking water is mixed in a state where both the opening end and the guide hole are opened, the distribution of the drinking water is improved, and the powdered tea is left in the storage portion. do not do.
[0034]
Further, in claims 2 and 4,
At all times, the powdered tea in the storage section can be kept airtight, and at the time of removing the cap at the time of drinking, the middle cylinder can be dropped into the drinking water by the support rod, so that reliable mixing can be performed.
[0035]
In claim 3,
The support rod is easily detached from the guide hole, and conversely, after the detachment, the bottom portion of the guide hole can be accurately pressed, and the middle cylinder can be reliably dropped into the drinking water.
