Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a writing instrument having a writing portion at the tip of a barrel, particularly, when placed on a desk or the like during non-writing, an applicator that may stain the desk with an application material, such as a painting The present invention relates to a writing instrument used for writing and calligraphy, a brush used for applying an adhesive, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As one example, there is known a calligraphy brush in which a rectangular anti-rolling device is attached to an intermediate portion. Placing a rectangular anti-rolling device in front of the calligraphy brush prevents rolling when the calligraphy brush is left standing, and depending on the size of the anti-rolling device, the tip can touch the desk. In addition, it also prevents contamination (see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 54-68942 (Claims for registering utility models, FIG. 2).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned invention, since the purpose is to prevent fouling, there is still room for improvement in the issues relating to fouling. That is, if the anti-rolling is small, there is a risk that the tip portion (the brush portion) may touch a desk or the like. In order to solve this problem, it is conceivable to increase anti-rolling, but it is not feasible in consideration of storage in a brush case and portability.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above, the present invention is an application tool having an application portion at the tip of a barrel, and has a gist that a mounting portion that can protrude and be accommodated is provided near the application portion.
[0006]
[Action]
The mounting portion can be protruded and stored with respect to the shaft cylinder as needed.
[0007]
【Example】
1 to 5 show and explain a first embodiment of the present invention. This is an example applied to a paintbrush used for painting. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which a mounting member 4 formed of a separate member is inserted into a shaft cylinder 1 of a brush, and an arm 4c of the mounting member 4 projects. FIG. 2 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which the mounting tool 4 is stored in the barrel 1. FIGS. 3 and 4 are perspective views of the mounting tool 4 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 alone.
FIG. 5 is a vertical sectional view showing the stationary state of FIG. 1. When the placing tool 4 is protruded to place the brush on a desk or the like, the rear end of the barrel 1 and the arm 4c come into contact with the desk. The brush head 3 is kept at a position away from the desk. Hereinafter, the mounting device 4 will be specifically described. A plurality of arms 4c are formed between the movable outer peripheral portion 4a and the fixed outer peripheral portion 4b, and a bendable thin portion 4c is formed substantially in the middle and near both ends of the arm 4c. Due to the bendable thin portion 4c, when the movable outer peripheral portion 4a is advanced toward the brush portion 3, the arm portion 4c protrudes. When the movable outer peripheral portion 4a is retracted, the arm portion 4c is stored in the placing tool 4 while reducing the diameter. .
An engaging hole is formed in the movable outer peripheral portion 4a, and a projection is formed in the fixed outer peripheral portion 4b. When the movable outer peripheral portion 4a moves forward, the engaging hole 4e of the movable outer peripheral portion 4a is fixed to the fixed outer peripheral portion. The engaging portion 4b engages with the locking projection 4f, and the engagement keeps the movable outer peripheral portion 4a in the advanced state, that is, in the protruding state of the arm portion 4c. Note that the fixed outer peripheral portion 4b is fixed while being sandwiched between press-fit portions of the shaft cylinder 1 and the tip member 2.
[0008]
FIG. 6 shows an example in which the reliability is improved when the movable outer peripheral portion 4a is advanced. A convex portion 4g and a concave portion 4h are formed inside the arm portion 4c with the bent portion as a boundary. When the movable outer peripheral portion 4a is advanced, that is, when the arm portion 4c projects, the convex portion 4g and the concave portion 4h are fitted. Thus, the forward position of the movable outer peripheral portion 4a is reliably maintained. Needless to say, at this time, the engaging hole 4e of the movable outer peripheral portion 4a is also engaged with the locking projection 4f of the fixed outer peripheral portion 4b. However, even if the configuration in this engagement is omitted, the above operation is satisfied.
Incidentally, the shaft cylinder 1 may be formed with a concave portion and a convex portion which are engaged with the convex portion and the concave portion, corresponding to the convex portion 4g and the concave portion 4h of the arm portion 4c. When the movable outer peripheral portion 4a is retracted, that is, the reduced diameter state of the arm portion 4c can be reliably maintained.
FIG. 7 shows a modified example in which the movable outer peripheral portion 4a is retracted, that is, the arm portion 4c is maintained in a reduced diameter state. On the surface of the barrel 1, a groove 1a having substantially the same shape as the arm 4c is formed. When the diameter of the arm portion 4c is reduced, the arm portion 4c is extended and fitted and housed in the groove. Since the fitting area is larger than in the previous example, the maintenance of the arm portion 4c in the reduced diameter state is improved.
[0009]
FIG. 8 shows still another example, in which at least one through hole 4aa is formed in the side surface of the movable outer peripheral portion 4a. The protrusions 1b and 1c into which the through holes are fitted are formed on the side surface of the shaft cylinder 1. The projections 1b and 1c are formed at positions where the state where the arm 4c is projected and the state where the diameter is reduced is maintained. That is, when the movable outer peripheral portion 4a is advanced (the arm portion 4c protrudes), the through hole 4aa is engaged with the front projection 1b, and when the movable portion is retracted (the arm portion 4c is reduced in diameter), the movable projection is engaged with the rear projection 1c. Combine.
FIG. 9 shows an example in which the arm portion 4c, that is, the mounting portion 4, is integrally formed with the shaft cylinder. That is, the movable outer peripheral portion 4a, the fixed outer peripheral portion 4b, and the arm portion 4c are formed in the shaft cylinder. The fixed outer peripheral portion 4b is fixed to a small diameter portion 2a formed on the tip member 2. Further, the small diameter portion 2a of the tip member is formed to extend rearward, penetrates the arm portion 4c, and reaches the main body of the shaft cylinder. By advancing the shaft cylinder itself, the arm portion 4c projects and can be placed. Of course, means for maintaining the protruding state, for example, an engagement hole 4e and an engagement portion 4f are formed.
In the example described above, the movable outer peripheral portion 4a, the fixed outer peripheral portion 4b, and the plurality of arms 4c are formed integrally, but they may be formed separately and connected to each other.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is an applicator having an applicator at the tip of a barrel, and in a field provided with a mounting portion that can be protruded and accommodated near the applicator, in a state where an applicator or the like adheres to the applicator, When it is left standing on a desk or the like, it is possible to prevent the coating agent from being stained on the desk or the like and to reduce the diameter by deforming the protruding portion, so that it is excellent in storage and portability.
