【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記特許文献１に開示された技術によれば、所謂「俵積み」という積み方を容易にすることで、多くのメダルをトレイに積み込むことができる。また、遊技者にはできるだけメダルをトレイに入れたいという傾向があり、「俵積み」ほど整列させるわけではないが、メダルを垂直に近い縦方向にして積むことが一般的である。しかしながら、メダルをこのような形態で積み込もうとすると、トレイの側壁が低い場合に、その低い側壁部分からメダルがこぼれ落ちる可能性がある。
