Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a support for an intersecting linear body for fixing an intersecting linear body to a wall surface or the like. This support is used to support a linear body for greening the wall, for example, to guide and grow vines along the wall or slope, and to form a mesh of wires for displaying product samples on the wall. It can be used when assembling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, a support for a linear body for wall greening is known (see Patent Document 1). There, an anchor nut embedded in and fixed to a wall or a slope, a T-shaped bolt screwed into the nut, and a leaf spring clip elastically engaged with the lateral arm at the tip of the bolt constitute a support tool. are doing. The supporter clamps and fixes the intersecting portion of the wires arranged orthogonally with the lateral arm and the clip.
[0003]
The present applicant has proposed a clamp fitting for a crossed linear body (see Patent Document 2). For example, this metal fitting can be fixed such that wires intersecting along a vertical plane are clamped and the intersecting portion is not shifted.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-17667 (paragraph number 0011, FIG. 1)
[Patent Document 2]
JP 2001-323905 A (paragraph number 0014, FIG. 4)
[0005]
There is a commercially available support of this type (a product name “Green cable (product number EX-24081)” manufactured by Kotobuki Corporation). In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, a crossing portion of the wire 32 is fixedly supported by a bracket 30 fixed to a wall surface and a hexagon socket head cap screw 31 screwed into the bracket 30. A receiving hole 33 for receiving the operating head of the hexagon socket head cap screw 31 and a screw hole 34 are formed at the protruding end of the bracket 30, and a wire insertion hole 35 is orthogonally formed in a peripheral wall facing the receiving hole 33. It is. After the wire 32 is inserted through the wire insertion hole 35, the hexagon socket head cap screw 31 is screwed into the screw hole 34 so that the intersection of the wire 32 can be pinched and fixed between the bottom of the receiving hole 33 and the lower surface of the operation head. According to this support, various tension shapes can be formed by changing the arrangement pattern of the bracket 30 and the tension pattern of the wire 32.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the support of Patent Literature 1, the crossing portion of the wire can be clamped and fixed between the lateral arm and the clip by a simple operation of merely press-fitting the clip to the lateral arm at the tip of the bolt. However, since the clip maintains the engagement state with the lateral arm only by its own elasticity, the clip may be separated from the lateral arm when an external force acting away from the wall acts on the wire.
[0007]
The metal fitting of Patent Literature 2 can securely fix the crossing portion of the wire, and can fix the wire crossing at an arbitrary angle without any problem. However, since the metal fitting itself does not support the wire, it is not possible to restrict the wire that has received the external force from moving toward and away from the wall surface.
[0008]
According to the above-mentioned commercially available supports, the square shape when the wire is stretched can be formed into a square, a rhombus, a parallelogram, or the like, or can be formed into a continuous chevron. However, since it is necessary to insert the wire 32 into the wire insertion holes 35 provided on the bracket 30 at right angles to each other, it takes much time and effort to stretch the wire. As shown in FIG. 7 (a), the wire 32 in the receiving hole 33 must be curved in a partial arc along the peripheral surface of the shaft of the hexagon socket head cap screw 31, so that the flexibility of the steel wire or the like can be reduced. There is also a catastrophic drawback that cannot support a non-linear object.
[0009]
An object of the present invention is to provide a support for a crossed linear body that can securely fix a linear body such as a crossing wire or a steel wire with less labor. An object of the present invention is to simplify the entire structure of the support tool, despite the fact that the intersecting linear bodies can be securely fixed to the wall surface, and the construction cost required for wall greening and slope greening is reduced accordingly. It is an object of the present invention to provide a support for a crossed linear body that can be completed. An object of the present invention is to allow a linear body for wall greening to be stretched in an arbitrary arrangement pattern, and thus to guide and grow a climbing plant along a wall in an intended growth shape or an arbitrary prosperity. It is an object of the present invention to provide a support for a crossed linear body.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As shown in FIG. 1, a support according to the present invention includes a column 1 fixed to a wall surface and protruding outward from the wall, a cylindrical clamp body 3 connected and fixed to an end of the column 1 with bolts 2, A locking screw 4 screwed into the clamp body 3 from the side of the surface to fix the intersecting linear bodies W1 and W2 inside the clamp body 3. A receiving groove 12 for receiving the intersecting linear bodies W1 and W2 is formed from the protruding end of the cylindrical wall of the clamp body 3 to the base end side, and a female screw 16 for the lock screw 4 is formed on the inner surface of the clamp body 3. Is formed.
[0011]
Specifically, an insertion hole 13 for the bolt 2 is formed in the bottom wall of the clamp body 3 formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and the bolt 2 inserted into the insertion hole 13 is screwed into the column 1 to connect the clamp body 3 to the column. 1 can be fastened and fixed.
[0012]
At the upper end of the column 1, a main body receiving shaft 20 that fits inside the clamp main body 3 is protruded, and the bolt 2 is screwed from the peripheral surface of the clamp main body 3 toward the main body receiving shaft 20, so that the clamp main body 3 becomes It can be connected and fixed inseparably.
[0013]
Effects of the Invention
In the present invention, the crossing portion of the linear bodies W1 and W2 is captured by the clamp body 3 fixed to the column 1, and the crossing portion is fixed by the lock screw 4 screwed into the clamp body 3, thereby extending the wall along the wall surface. Since the linear members W1 and W2 are fixedly supported, the linear members W1 and W2, such as intersecting wires and steel wires, can be securely fixed to the wall surface with less labor than conventional support tools. Since the intersecting linear members W1 and W2 are simultaneously clamped and fixed by one lock screw 4 and the clamp body 3, the number of components of the support tool can be reduced, and the greening of the wall surface can be achieved by the amount that the entire structure can be simplified. Construction costs required for slope greening can be reduced. The linear bodies W1 and W2 are individually captured and guided and intersected by the receiving grooves 12 provided in the clamp body 3 while keeping the linear bodies in a straight state, so that the linear bodies W1 and W2 such as steel wires and plastic bars are used. This is also advantageous in that it can be stretched freely like a wire, and its supporting object can be diversified.
[0014]
According to a support tool in which the clamp body 3 is formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape, and the bolt 2 inserted into the bottom wall is screwed into the column 1, thereby fixing the clamp body 3 to the column 1. After the direction of the receiving groove 12 of the clamp body 3 is adjusted in a state in which the clamp body 2 is temporarily assembled, the clamp body 3 can be fixed in a proper posture by fully tightening the bolt 2, so that the support member and the linear bodies W1 and W2 can be fixed. Mounting to a wall surface can be performed with less labor. There is an advantage that the number of components of the support tool can be reduced.
[0015]
A main body receiving shaft 20 is provided at the upper end of the column 1, and the clamp body 3 is fitted and connected to the main body receiving shaft 20, and then the main body receiving shaft 20 is screwed from the peripheral surface of the clamp main body 3 toward the main body receiving shaft 20 with the bolt 2. According to the support which fixedly connects the column 3 to the column 1 inseparably, the bolt 2 is screwed from the outer surface side of the clamp body 3 with the intersecting linear members W1 and W2 fitted in the receiving grooves 12. Since the clamp body 3 can be fixed to the support 1 by operating the clamp body 3, there is no need to position the clamp body 3 in advance, and the mounting of the support member and the linear bodies W1 and W2 to the wall surfaces can be performed quickly and with less work. Can be done.
[0016]
【Example】
1 to 4 show an embodiment according to the present invention. In FIG. 2, reference symbol G denotes a support for a crossed linear body according to the present invention, which supports the intersecting wires (linear bodies) W1 and W2 while being separated from a wall surface by a predetermined distance. By changing the fixing position of the support G with respect to the wall surface, the arrangement pattern of the wires W1 and W2 can be variously changed. In this embodiment, the wires W1 and W2 are arranged in a vertical and horizontal lattice, and the climbing plants are guided and grown along the wires W1 and W2.
[0017]
In FIG. 3, a support G is fixed to a wall surface and protrudes outward from the wall surface, a cylindrical clamp body 3 connected and fixed to an end of the support column 1 with a hexagon socket head bolt (bolt) 2, And a lock screw 4 that is screwed into the clamp body 3 from the end face side of the clamp body 3 and fixes the wires (linear bodies) W1 and W2 crossing inside the clamp body 3.
[0018]
The support 1 is made of a round bar made of stainless steel, and is fixed to the wall at right angles through stud bolts 5 fixed to the wall, as shown in FIG. For this purpose, an operating portion 6 for engaging a wrench is formed on the bar peripheral surface close to the wall so as to face each other. The stud bolt 5 is screwed into a concrete anchor 7 driven into the wall. Reference numeral 8 is a washer.
[0019]
In FIG. 4, the clamp body 3 is formed of a bottomed cylindrical turned product provided with a housing portion 11 that opens upward, and has four receiving grooves 12 cut out from the protruding end of the cylindrical wall toward the base end. In addition, an insertion hole 13 is provided in the center of the bottom wall of the housing 11. The clamp body 3 can be fixed to the column 1 by screwing the hexagon socket head bolt 2 inserted into the insertion hole 13 into a screw hole 15 provided at the protruding end of the column 1. A female screw 16 for the lock screw 4 is formed on the inner surface of the cylinder wall of the clamp body 3.
[0020]
The clamp body 3 and the lock screw 4 described below are each formed of the same stainless steel material as the column 1. The adjacent phase angles of the four receiving grooves 12 are 90 degrees, but the length of one of the opposing receiving groove pairs is set slightly larger than the groove length of the other receiving groove pair. (See FIG. 4). The difference between the groove lengths is set slightly smaller than the diameter of the wires W1 and W2. The lock screw 4 is formed of a screw shaft from which the operation head is omitted, and has a hexagonal hole for screwing operation formed on the upper end surface thereof (see FIG. 4).
[0021]
The support tool G having the above configuration is assembled on a wall surface in the following procedure. First, the concrete anchor 7 is driven into a predetermined position on the wall surface, and the stud bolt 5 is screwed into the concrete anchor 7 in advance. Next, after the washer 8 is inserted through the stud bolt 5, the column 1 is screwed into the stud bolt 5 and fixed. In this state, the hexagon socket head cap screw 2 inserted into the insertion hole 13 is screwed into the screw hole 15 to fix the clamp body 3 to the column 1. At this time, the clamp body 3 is fastened so that the central axis of the vertical and horizontal receiving grooves 12 is along the vertical line and the horizontal line.
[0022]
In the above state, the horizontal wire W1 is fitted into the horizontal receiving groove 12 of each support tool G, and both ends thereof are fixed in a state where the entire wire W1 is tensioned. Similarly, the longitudinal wire W2 is fitted into the longitudinal receiving groove 12 of each support tool G, and both ends of the wire W2 are fixed while the entire wire W2 is being tensioned. In a state where the wires W1 and W2 are stretched in the vertical and horizontal directions, the wires W1 and W2 intersect at the axis of the support G as shown in the enlarged view of FIG.
[0023]
Therefore, when the lock screw 4 is screwed into the female screw 16 of the clamp body 3, the wire W2 in the vertical direction and then the wire W1 in the horizontal direction are pushed by the lock screw 4 to be tightly fixed to the receiving groove 12. At this time, the horizontal wire W1 is pressed down by the vertical wire W2 as shown in FIG. 1 and slightly dented, so that both the wires W1 and W2 can be securely and firmly held. As described above, according to the supporter G of the present invention, the hexagon socket head bolt 2 is screwed to fix the clamp body 3, and after the wires W1 and W2 are stretched, the lock screw 4 is screwed into the clamp body 3. It is easy to perform wire spanning work.

5 and 6 show another embodiment of the support G. There, the main body receiving shaft 20 is protruded from the upper end of the column 1, and the clamp main body 3 is fixed to the main body receiving shaft 20 so as to be inseparable. For this purpose, the clamp body 3 is formed in a tubular shape with both ends open, and a radial screw hole 21 is formed near the connection end with the column 1. A screw groove 22 is formed in the middle part of the main body receiving shaft 20 in a circular shape. By screwing a screw (bolt) 2 into the screw hole 21, the tip of the screw 2 engages with the screw groove 22. Thus, the clamp main body 3 can be connected and fixed to the support column 1 in a non-separable manner while enabling the position adjustment in the circumferential direction. The screw 2 has a screw shaft from which the operation head is omitted, and has a hexagonal hole for screwing operation formed on a side end surface thereof. The column 1 was formed using a bar material having a hexagonal cross section. The other parts are the same as those of the previous embodiment, and the same members are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted.
[0025]
In the above embodiment, the lock screw 4 can be a bolt having an operation head or a hexagon socket head bolt. When the bolt is integrally provided on the column 1 side, the clamp body 3 can be fixed with a nut. The receiving groove 12 does not need to be formed orthogonally. If necessary, two or more pairs of receiving grooves 12 can be formed in the clamp body 3. The number of the receiving grooves 12 may be an odd number. In the support described with reference to FIG. 5, the screw groove 22 is omitted, and the tip of the screw 2 is press-fitted on the peripheral surface of the main body receiving shaft 20, so that the clamp body 3 can be fixed to the support.
