Description

【0001】

It is characterized by being constituted so that it can be performed.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
1 and 2 show an embodiment of the packaging device of the present invention.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a tube forming unit that turns the band-shaped packaging film 2 into a tube. Reference numeral 4 denotes side edge seal portion forming means for forming the side edge seal portion 5 by bonding both side edges 3 of the packaging film 2 to each other. Reference numeral 6 denotes an edge seal portion forming means for forming an edge seal portion 7 adhered to a part of the packaging film 2 so as to close the packaging film 2. Reference numeral 8 denotes a content supply nozzle (content supply means) for supplying the content into the packaging film 2 having the edge sealing portion 7 formed at one end. Reference numeral 9 denotes a pressing unit that presses the packaging film 2 from the side.
[0009]
The tubular means 1 is formed in a plate shape having a film passage opening 11 through which the packaging film 2 passes. The film passage opening 11 allows the packaging film 2 to be curved into a substantially cylindrical shape by allowing the packaging film 2 to pass therethrough.
The side edge seal portion forming means 4 includes two side edge adhesive members 12, and by sandwiching both side edges 3 of the packaging film 2 with the side edge adhesive members 12, these can be bonded to each other by heat welding or the like. I can do it. Hereinafter, both side edges 3 of the parts bonded to each other are referred to as side edge seal portions 5.
[0010]
The edge sealing portion forming means 6 includes two edge bonding members 13, and by sandwiching a part of the packaging film 2 with the edge bonding members 13, the packaging films 2 can be bonded to each other by heat welding or the like. I can do it.
The edge bonding member 13 is provided over the width direction of the packaging film 2, and can be closed by bonding the packaging film 2. Hereinafter, the portion bonded by the edge seal portion forming means 6 is referred to as an edge seal portion 7.
The contents supply nozzle 8 is for supplying contents to the inside of the cylindrical packaging film 2, and is provided so as to pass through the film passage opening 11.
[0011]
The pressing means 9 is for increasing the amount of gas sealed in the packaging film 2 and has two pressing members 14.
The pressing means 9 sandwiches the packaging film 2 with the two pressing members 14 and presses the packaging film 2 from the side along the forming direction of the edge seal portion 7 (the left-right direction in FIG. 2), thereby pressing the packaging film 2 into the internal space. 15 can be deformed so as to increase the cross-sectional area.
[0012]
Hereinafter, a packaging method using the packaging device will be described.
As the packaging film 2, a synthetic resin material having at least a surface adhereable to each other by heat welding or the like, for example, a film made of a polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, or polyester can be used.
[0013]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the belt-shaped wrapping film 2 is pulled downward, wound around the content supply nozzle 8, and passed through the film passage opening 11 of the tube forming means 1, so that the film passage opening 11 is formed. The packaging film 2 is curved along the periphery to have a substantially cylindrical shape.
[0014]
Next, the packaging film 2 is introduced into the side edge seal portion forming means 4, and the side edges 3 are overlapped and sandwiched by the side edge adhesive member 12, thereby being bonded to each other by heat welding or the like.
As shown in FIG. 3A, the packaging film 2 is a tubular body having a side edge seal portion 5 adhered to each other and a tubular portion 16 not adhered.
[0015]
Next, the packaging film 2 is introduced into the edge sealing portion forming means 6, and the edge bonding member 13 is moved in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the side edge sealing portion 5 is formed. By sandwiching a part of the packaging film 2, the sandwiched portion of the packaging film 2 is adhered to each other by heat welding or the like.
The packaging film 2 is a bag-like container closed at a lower edge sealing portion 7a (edge sealing portion 7) formed over the width direction of the film. In the illustrated example, the lower edge seal portion 7a is formed in the same direction as the direction in which the side edge seal portion 5 is formed (the direction parallel to the paper surface in FIG. 2).
As shown in FIG. 3A, the internal space 15 of the packaging film 2 has a flat shape along the direction in which the lower edge sealing portion 7a is formed (the left-right direction in the figure). Hereinafter, this state may be referred to as an undeformed state.
[0016]
Next, a liquid or viscous (jelly) content such as a medicine or food is supplied into the packaging film 2 using the content supply nozzle 8. The supply amount of the contents is set so that a sufficient amount of air is sealed in a package (described later).
[0017]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3A, the pressing means 9 presses the packaging film 2 from the side along the forming direction (the left-right direction in the drawing) of the lower edge sealing portion 7a using the pressing member 14. I do.
As a result, the cylindrical portion 16 of the packaging film 2 is deformed so as to have a large thickness, and the cross-sectional shape of the internal space 15 is changed from a flat substantially elliptical shape (see FIG. It becomes a large substantially elliptical shape (see FIG. 3B).
At this time, it is preferable that the packaging film 2 is shaped by bending or bending. That is, it is preferable that the shape is deformed so that the shape is not restored to the undeformed state even when the pressing force by the pressing means 9 is not applied.
Due to the deformation of the packaging film 2, the cross-sectional area of the internal space 15 increases, and its volume increases. Therefore, a sufficient amount of air (gas) enters into the cylindrical portion 16 of the packaging film 2.
[0018]
Next, the packaging film 2 is pulled down, and the packaging film 2 at a position separated from the lower edge sealing portion 7a by a predetermined distance upward is sandwiched by the edge bonding members 13 and adhered to each other by heat welding or the like. Hereinafter, this bonded portion is referred to as an upper edge seal portion 7b (edge seal portion 7).
In the illustrated example, the upper edge seal portion 7b is formed in the same direction as the direction in which the lower edge seal portion 7a is formed (the direction parallel to the plane of FIG. 2).
The edge sealing portion 7 may be formed while continuously taking the packaging film 2, or the edge sealing portion 7 may be formed by temporarily stopping the taking of the packaging film 2.
[0019]
When the packaging film 2 is pulled downward to form the upper edge sealing portion 7b, the packaging film 2 may be deformed by a tensile force such that the cross-sectional area of the internal space 15 is reduced.
On the other hand, for example, in a method of performing packaging while continuously taking out the packaging film 2 (such as a three-way seal), if the take-up speed is reduced or the take-up is stopped immediately before forming the upper edge sealing portion 7b. Then, the packaging film 2 is in a state where no tensile force is applied, and the cross-sectional area of the internal space 15 is again large.
In the method of stopping the take-up of the packaging film 2 at the time of forming the edge seal portion 7 (stick packaging, pillow packaging, etc.), the packaging film 2 is reversed in the direction opposite to the take-up direction immediately before forming the upper edge seal portion 7b. By slightly pushing up in the direction (upward in FIG. 1), the packaging film 2 can be brought into a state where the cross-sectional area of the internal space 15 is large.
[0020]
By forming the upper edge seal portion 7b, a lower edge seal portion 7a formed on the lower end side (one end side) of the packaging film 2 and an upper edge seal portion 7b formed on the upper end side (the other end side) are formed. The contents and air are sealed in the cylindrical portion 16 between the two.
After the formation of the edge seal portions 7a and 7b, the bonding strength at the edge seal portions 7a and 7b can be increased by using an ultrasonic welding device (not shown).
[0021]
Next, the package is obtained by cutting the edge seal portions 7a and 7b in the film short direction using a cutting means (not shown) such as a cutter.
In this package, both edges (edge seal portions 7a and 7b) and side edges (side edge seal portions 5) are sealed, and the contents and air are sealed therein.
[0022]
When taking out the contents from the package, a method of opening the package by cutting the vicinity of the end of the package and pressing the air-enclosed portion of the package to push out the content from the package. Can be taken.
[0023]
In the packaging method of the present embodiment, the packaging film 2 is pressed from the side along the forming direction of the edge sealing portion 7 and deformed so as to increase the cross-sectional area of the internal space 15. And a sufficient amount of air can be introduced therein.
Therefore, a package in which a sufficient amount of air is sealed can be obtained.
Therefore, by pressing the gas-filled portion of the package after opening, the contents can be efficiently pushed out of the package, and the contents can be easily taken out.
[0024]
In addition, since the volume can be increased by pressing and deforming the packaging film 2 using the pressing means 9, the air pressure in the package is reduced as compared with the conventional method in which air is sealed in the package by supplying compressed air. That is, it can be set to approximately normal pressure.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the contents from scattering when the package is opened.
[0025]
In the above-described embodiment, the side edge portions 3 of the packaging film 2 are sandwiched between the side edge adhesive members 12 and the inner surfaces of the side edge portions 3 are adhered to each other to form the side edge sealing portion 5, thereby forming the packaging film 2 into a tubular shape. Although the method of forming the edge sealing portion 7 after forming the shape is illustrated, the packaging method of the present invention is not limited to this.
For example, the edge seal portion 7 may be formed so that the side edge seal portion 5 is located near the center in the forming direction of the edge seal portion 7, or one side edge portion 3 of the packaging film 2. After forming a sealing portion in which the inner surface of the package film 2 is bonded to the outer surface of the other side edge portion 3 to make the packaging film 2 into a tubular body, this sealing portion is located near the center in the forming direction of the edge sealing portion 7. A so-called envelope attachment in which the edge sealing portion 7 is formed as described above may be employed.
Further, the shapes of the adhesive members 12 and 13 for sandwiching the packaging film 2 in the seal portion forming means 4 and 6 are not limited to those in the illustrated example, and may be a roller shape. The edge bonding member 13 may be in the form of a roller in which a plurality of flat pressing portions are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction. In this case, the edge sealing member 7 is formed by sandwiching the packaging film 2 between the pressing portions while rotating the edge adhesive member 13 in accordance with the take-up of the packaging film 2.
In the present invention, a packaging apparatus is used which includes first edge seal portion forming means for forming the lower edge seal portion 7a and second edge seal portion forming means for forming the upper edge seal portion 7b. You can also.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, since the packaging film is pressed from the side along the forming direction of the edge sealing portion and is deformed so as to increase the cross-sectional area of the internal space, the volume of the cylindrical packaging film is increased, and Can introduce a sufficient amount of air.
Therefore, a package in which a sufficient amount of air is sealed can be obtained.
Therefore, by pressing the gas-filled portion of the package after opening, the contents can be efficiently pushed out of the package, and the contents can be easily taken out.
[0027]
In addition, since the volume can be increased by pressing and deforming the packaging film using the pressing means, the air pressure in the packaging body is reduced, It can be almost normal pressure.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the contents from scattering when the package is opened.
